My favorite place to purchase my nicotine products, the costumer service is the best one in town and the best deals i ever had!! So 1 to 10 based on my experience definitely is 10. Im hilly recommend.

This is not paid advertisement, nor do I work at a rival smoke shop, but I will be taking any future business to MILLENNIUM SMOKE SHOP on 1000 MELODY LANE, which is 8 minutes away from this place. Maybe don’t have your store closing hours as 11pm if whoever was working is getting in their feelings about me pulling up at 10:40pm and start turning off the lights as I’m walking to the door. Transaction probably would’ve took less than a minute. This happened June 11th 2024 at 10:40 pm. Had to rush my way to Millennium Smoke shop. They actually close at 11pm like their store hours say online. Got there at 10:55pm and they were more than happy to help me. I will never doubt Millennium Smoke shop ever again.

Dude I went to go buy a new bong for my cousins birthday, the price was a little high ($100), I only had $65. So I told him I would be back. I took 3 days and came back with $135, so I had enough for tax and any accessories. When I came back it was the same exact guy at the counter but he said the bong was $180 and it has always been that, I am confused!?I understand they didn’t have a price written anywhere but that kind of just shows you the shadiness of them switching up prices as they like because nothing is written anywhere.I was upset but it meant nothing to him. I ended up buying the same bong device (Illadelph) I wanted for my cousin and paid the rest on my credit card.He kept saying he’s the only authorized seller for this brand and has a certificate and it’s the best and most unique product I can find.I took it home and wrapped it up for my cousins birthday, my cousin was so happy when she got it, but 2 days later she called me and told me there’s a crack in the base and it broke, I truly believe her because no one goes out of their way to share this with you.I emailed Illadelph and sent them photos so I could try to do a warranty replacement as I have done this with them and I like this brand because they back their products well.I was told the product I had was not theirs and I bought a knock off and they couldn’t help me. This was devastating 😔They told me to let them know where I got it and go back to them and demand to get an original piece or my money back. Sadly I would rather take the loss than have to see them again and hear them lie through their teeth.This was a costly $180 mistake but I promise you that I would rather take the loss thsn see those robbing snakes again. I found a similar product at a shop nearby called 710 vapor and paid $55 for it and got great service.Please avoid this illusions shop at all costs! I’m sad but nothing I can do about it besides share my experience with others so they don’t get screwed the way I did….

So my old review got taken down. My last smok i purchased there years back was a shady transaction. Still bothers me. I pulled out $100 from my savings and did the rest on my card. Very percicely count your money out.. I think it was the owner, but i dont remember his name. He palmed a 20 after he said i was good, then after i took my eye off to leave, he said i only had 80. Never went back after that. Just be careful with your cash transactions.

Guy that works at night is super chill

Very pleasant family owns this business. They had most of what I wanted and helped me find a good substitution for what they didnt have. I wanted a juice that is hard to find even in my local store. Pricing similar to Nevada.

They have everything todays smoker could ever need. From new rigs to replacement parts, they have it in stock. The staff was very knowledgeable and I asked him for something he didnt have. Lets see if he is able to get it for me like he thinks.

The guys at this place are great. They want to help with everything but theyre not pushy at all. You can just look all over the store without being bothered. When you do want help they will order what you need if they dont have it!

***TOP 3 CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE!***When I called it was maybe 25 minutes to closing time and I was still in Auburn and still had a stop to make. I told him I wasnt going to make it in time and HE (without knowing me, or if I was even going to show up) offered to stay open late for me!!! AND when I went in, he STILLLLLLL gave me an unbelievable deal on the items I purchased! IM NEVER GOING TO ANY OTHER SMOKE SHOP BESIDES THIS ONE AGAIN!! Best up-to-date smoke shop around, if they dont have what you need/want they order it and add it to their order list. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, the kind of business you want to spend your hard earned money at.

Convenient location and knowledgeable staff. I am always greeted by a friendly face and even though I am not in there very often they remember me 😊 Prices are very comparable to other smoke shops in the area.

Prices are similar to many other smoke shops but the owner is willing to give you great deals on the higher end items. The store is organized well and pleasant to be in.

The owner is super nice and very helpful. Actuality all the staff is this way. Huge selection of basically everything youd expect in a smoke shop.

Guy at the counter was rude. I walked in he said hi but continued his conversation on his phone. And when I started asking about stuff he said he didnt know. Ok why work there than?

Large shop with plenty of inventory. The older gentleman goes out of his way to help you and is very friendly. Great place.

They have a pretty nice selection here however the prices are pretty steep compared to other smoke shops in the area.
