Kelly is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. She listens to your needs and adjusts her approach to exceed your needs. Most importantly, she CARES for her clients. She is not just my massage therapist, but also a trusted friend.

Pete is a fabulous therapeutic masseuse. I’m recovering from major knee surgery which has caused all kinds of all over body issues. Every time I walk out I feel a tremendous improvement in over all flexibility and reduced pain. Love him!

My experience is always great and i highly recommend the massage therapists at this location. Phillip is the absolute best and he has been instrumental in helping me feel better and alleviate pain and stiffness!!

I had a fantastic massage with Pete yesterday. My back had been bothering me so I booked an appointment with him and added Rapid Tension Relief. Wow - it made a huge difference. Pete is very knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system and dialed in on trigger points I didn’t realize were adding to my discomfort. I highly recommend Pete for a therapeutic & relaxing massage.

Christine was lovely. She really listened to what I said about pressure and had a very nurturing touch and voice.

I had my monthly session at Massage Envy yesterday, and it was wonderful! Pete did a fantastic job hitting my pressure points, and I feel even better today than I did yesterday. Ill be back again next month!

I had the worst headache and knots in my neck and Amira worked her magic, one of the best massages I have ever gotten, thank you so much!

The website says $113 for a 90 minute massage. It also says you get the intro price if you haven’t been there in 6 months. After my massage they tried to charge the nonmember price which is nowhere on the website. Very dishonest. Just ok massage. I only went because I had a gift certificate.

Pete did a great job of working out some sore spots I had in my back. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Left feeling great and relaxed.

Pete did an excellent job addressing specific back pain, lymphatic and spinal realignment issues. He was very patient and responsive.

Friendly and considerate staff, comfortable surroundings and Pete is the GOAT (greatest of all time)! He remembers his clients and knows how to make us feel completely at ease

Phillip is very knowledgeable regarding how the body works and he always works with the right pressure on the right pressure points that are my problem children. Before he starts oir therapy he make sure he streches me and works on my hips and back which are my 2 most challenging areas of my body. He is one of the best deep tissue therapist I have ever had and i am really fortunate that I have him as my therapist. He has a great demeanor, easy to work with, very professional and extremely talented and skillful therapists. Thank you so much Phllip for taking such a good care of me!!!

Pete did a fabulous deep tissue massage and Ianna was superb with my facial. Her hands are strong yet amazingly super soft. What a treat and so relaxing

Pete is great! My neck is so much better after everytime I go. I walked in with lower back pain and walked out feeling great with no pain.

Phillip at Massage Envy at King Road and the 92 in Roswell, always asks first, what are we working on today, what hurts, has anything changed? Then he adapts his pressure and muscle manipulation to release tension and loosen up tight zones so I feel refreshed.

Pete is always the best! I drive past two other locations to see him because he is so knowledgeable in the healing powers of massage and has increased my quality of life by decreasing my pain and discomfort. Cannot recommend him enough!

Another amazing hour spent with Barbara. She is so great at finding all of the spots that need extra attention. I will only go to her. She makes you feel comfortable immediately and is very attentive in finding what you need. She is small in stature but boy she has hands of steel. I always leave relaxed and feeling wonderful.

Major is extremely good at what he does. He knows how to get that only into the painful spots, but to be able to trace them to their origin and take care of the entire track. Very encouraging to do the right work that’s going to get me well !Thanks Major and the Massage Envy team

Thanks to Julie the manager this franchise always has great massage therapist. Currently my favorites include AJ, Pete, Phillip, Elizabeth and Christy. There schedules are always full so be prepared to book in advance. If youre lucky they might have a cancelation when you call. Ive been a Massage Envy member of this franchise since the 1st year franchises were available. Thats a long time ago and Julie has been there from the beginning.

Such a great experience!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Massage is always enjoyable but seldom really makes you feel better when youre in pain. Phillip provides both!!!!

I have been going to this location for over 6 months and all of the therapist I had are highly skilled and willing to help. I have gone in stresssed and tense, coming out relaxed and calm. I would highly recommend.

Masseuse talked the entire time. She meant well but it was mostly all about her and overbearing to the point of making it impossible to relax and enjoy the experience.She did not listen to me and areas I needed her to target were virtually ignored.

My massage appointment was made a month prior, confirmed a few days before. When I showed up I was told “Yeah, your massage therapist isn’t here…Your appointment should have been canceled.” No apologies, just an offer to take a facial appointment in two hours. I work in retail and was so looking forward to this treat for myself during the holidays! Can’t believe the customer service!

Phillip took time to see what was going on with my body and he gave me massage that was helpful and relaxing . He is excellent

I have been a member of Massage Envy since they opened in 2007 in Atlanta. There have been phenomenal therapists and not so great therapists at different ME locations. I have been to the Roswell West location in the past and have gotten decent massages. About 4 months ago I came back to give them another try. My favorite therapist here is Pete because he listens, is well-aware of my painful areas and works hard to give me the therapy that I need. Philip and Leslie are also good ones. The front desk has also been fantastic to work with, always polite and helpful.

Tashawn does a great job. She finds just the right spots to relieve tension and works consistently but gently to get everything where it should be.

Lana always does a very thorough and professional job with my facial. She also answers my skin questions and gives me tips.

Major went above and beyond in explaining some exercises to me to help build up muscle strength in needed areas to help keep my body in balance.

Barb is always pleasant and knows exactly how I like my massage.

Great massage! Kendra did a fantastic job of making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I came in with a lot of built-up tension in my neck and shoulders, and now they feel looser than ever! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage. I know I will definitely be back!

My wife & I have been Massage Envy clients for about 10 years & I have had many great massage therapists over the years including my current favorite.It is important to find a favorite therapist male or female who you are comfortable with & really like since everyone has unique needs. Sometimes this requires scheduling appointments with different therapists until you find a favorite.One of the benefits of membership is they have numerous locations around the country where you can schedule appointments when traveling on business or vacation.

Samuel does excellent work. As a teacher of massage therapy his application of massage is the best that can be offered.

Massage Envy is a great place to go to have a massage as long as you are not expecting the full spa treatment. It is important to know that this is a massage parlor and not a spa. There is no hot tub or Whirlpool or steam room or anything like that. However the massages are excellent and very well priced colon it is a great value! The front office staff are also very accommodating, they can normally get you paid and get your tip in and schedule your next appointment all within just a few minutes and there is rarely any weight. My wife and I always get a couples massage and we use Jesse and J Cole and they are amazing!

Lana takes the time to make sure she develops a skin care program for my individual needs. She is a blessing.

Hands down the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. I routinely get massages but wanted to treat my boyfriend to a spontaneous couples massage - now I understand why they had such open availability on a weekend. My masseuse was Phillip and I legit thought he was a student trainee based on my massage. I had to instruct him the ENTIRE massage; however, he didn’t actually adjust his techniques so I just laid there miserable. At one point I even frustratedly told him that I haven’t felt anything throughout the entire duration and he again asked what he could do to make it better, but then didn’t do it! My boyfriends massage was no better. He had some older lady that was too old to still be working and she also was inefficient and ineffective. We ended up just talking and cracking jokes the entire time while they “massaged” us. Definitely not the romantic, relaxingng experience I hoped for. I shared all of my concerns with the front desk staff and cringed as I swiped my card for a massage that wasn’t even bearable. I will never return to this location.

Ive been going to this location since they opened a couple of years ago. I like the hours of operation (even Sundays) and the price. At other places you cant get a 1 hour massage under $85.00. With membership here its less than 1/2 the price. Barb has been my massage therapist since the beginning, and always listens if Im extra tender & the amount of pressure is too much. I would highly recommend this location!

I would go to the Woodstock or Marietta location instead. I have always had a wonderful experience with this company but the manager at this location seemed like he wasn’t interested earning my business. He wouldn’t let me do a membership that the next location I called did let me do and instead of offering up solutions or alternatives to earn my business, he just kept saying he couldn’t help with that. He’s definitely not a good representation of the company or good customer service but Woodstock and Marietta are close by and their staffs are wonderful.

I was surprised that the member rate for an hour to pay out of pocket was $65 at your location. The same hour member rate at the Woodstock location is $40.

I have been going here for more than 4 years. I love the price! I see Phillip and I would give him 5 stars. If you suffer from fibromyalgia he has been great with me and you should try it!

Customer service is sorely lacking and they are unwilling fix issues due to new policies where the actually gift card has to be present to be used but a physical gift card was never received when purchased. She could still see the remaining balance on my card but would not allow me to use almost $150 still remaining that was connected to my account.

Phillip has consistently provided excellent massages services to myself.

Enjoyed my massage but when I called to make an appointment I asked if their gift cards expire and was told the did not. When I went to pay they told me my gift card was old and, and the old cards did expire. 😞

Today, for the second time, I arrived for my appointment & was told sorry, we dont have you down & the massage therapist you were supposed to be booked for is already booked. There were 5 people sitting at the front desk & all stared at me with a blank look & when I told the manager I literally just called 2 hours ago & spoke with a lady & specifically asked for the time & therapist & she said Yes, shes available & she even knew my name & said Ive put you down & will see you soon! I had to leave early from my job for this appointment to then just be told So sorry you arent scheduled is beyond upsetting & horrible business practice. This is sadly the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. The manager just said shed give me 30 min for free the next time I came in, but didnt seem too bothered by fact I left work for an appt. that was never put down. Felt pretty ridiculous to see so many people sitting at the front desk, yet my appt. wasnt even scheduled. Ive had a membership at massage envy for over 5 years, but this kind of stuff makes me want to cancel it.

Deep tissue massage was absolutely amazing!

Was told by the front desk that I needed to wear a MASK, after the CDC has recently dropped the mask guidelines if youre vaccinated. Well, I am vaccinated and will NOT wear a mask, unless asked. So I said no problem, do you have one for me to wear? Front desk says no, you can go get one in Publix .I will NEVER be back. Awful service.
