First time here, no appointment necessary. I chose this place based on the reviews. In my experience it is a clean place, the price for 1 hour is very reasonable. It is not the typical relaxation massage, it is a deep and strong massage, so if you are not very tolerant of pain, this is not for you. I didnt like that the masseuse interrupts the session to attend when someone shows up at the entrance. Tammy (not spelled correctly) my masseuse looked like she wasnt happy with the tip, which is voluntary!!! She deserves it of course I dont know how much is enough for her.☺️Try it! They give free water and candies at the end of your session.

Too good to be true, and it is! Im a physician who was desperate for massage therapy after a serious hamstring tear. One weekend when I couldnt tolerate the pain anymore, and I had been to several therapists who specialize injury, I tried Helen at Just Relax. They were open and the price was pennies compared to what I had been paying. I could not go wrong.Now after several months of care, I realize I found a diamond in the ruff. Helen has me walking with significantly reduced pain. She is intuitive and masterful with massage hand techniques, hot stones, warm towels and cupping.For my sanity, Im indebted to Helen. Thank you!

Same experience as other 1-star ratings. I Don’t mind prepaying but the girl was super pushy on the tip and made it really awkward. Note: even when I gave her tips she told me I would remember you next time and made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t really know how much tips are enough for her. even though tips are voluntary!!

Very professional! THANK YOU JUST RELAX MASSAGE! I read the comment where someone said they could hear someone in the next room talking. When I was there, I hear no one. Very quiet and low soft soothing music.

The environment was very disruptive. I received maybe 40 minutes of the 60 minutes I paid for. You can hear every conversation and door open. Even cars honking outside. The massage therapist seemed untrained, lacking technique. My neck didn’t hurt before I went in, but it does now. I did not enjoy my experience and did not intend to tip but the staff was very pushy about receiving one. Overall not worth the money and not worth the time.

My wife and I just walked out of what were potentially the worst massages ever. That was really bad. The masseuses kept coming in and out of the rooms, every ~5min, welcoming guests, talking to each other, opening and closing other doors. My masseuse answered her phone — multiple times — while she was massaging me! My wife had 3 different masseuses Houdini swap in for each other during her massage. The walls and doors are hollow thin, so the noisy hallway (and loud security beeps every time someone comes and goes, which was every ~5min) is very disruptive. At one point, about halfway through, my masseuse left for 10min without saying anything, I thought she just left the building and my massage was over.Worst of all — and this is completely gross and unacceptable — I got a huge bug bite on my face. Im over here Googling bed bug bites vs. flea bites to see how to treat this. We felt so icky walking out of there.Gross tables. Inattentive staff. Trashy building. I do not recommend.

Very bad room. bad smell. Massage therapists dont listen to clients! I was bitten by a bug too! I don’t want to ask them for anything in return to make me feel better. Im going to court!

This place sucks!!They make you pay beforehand. And also extremely pushy about a tip afterwards. That has never happened before to me and it’s extremely unprofessional.

I went to the wrong location but Sunny was able to take me back. This is by far the best massage I have ever received in my life. I have been to many other places but no one was like Sunny. I went in there with so much pain caused by my carpal tunnel moving up my arm affecting my shoulders and neck. Sunny massage in all areas. It hurt during the massage but when she was done, the pain was gone. I hope I can get this same person again.

This was my first time getting a full body massage, and I really needed it due to blood clots and edema. While it was a painful experience, it was also much needed. I plan to make getting a full body massage a weekly habit. The only downside is that this location isnt closer to me, so Ill be trying out some closer massage places before settling on one. That said, Im beyond grateful that this location was able to take me in without an appointment and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I cant recommend this place enough - its worth every penny. An hour is not enough; I recommend at least 90 minutes. Docking one star because the massage lady took every phone call and greeted each person that walked in. If Im paying for one hour I would like an uninterrupted full hour. Did not track time, so not sure if I got my hour worth.

I had a one hour massage. It was just OK. I would say subpar to what I have experienced recently and as an athlete I get massages regularly. I was impressed with the cleanliness compared to some spots masseuse was older quiet and polite. BI gave them my debt card in advance they returned it with no receipt and then the masseuse badgered me for a tip on the way out which severely dampened the experience to where I would be unlikely to return

I have been coming to this location for years now. Of all of the places in Sacramento, Just Relax Massage has the most experienced masseuses, especially for deep tissue massage. Wendy usually helps me, and shes wonderful! Recently I tried Amy for the first time, and she did a phenomenal job...perfect amount of pressure, and simply amazing! Thanks to all of the wonderful masseuses at Just Relax Massage! I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a therapeutic or deep tissue massage! Best in Sacramento!

I just had a 90min massage with Helen and it was a top 3 massage of my life. What an incredible experience!

When my neck or shoulders hurt from too much time at the computer or on my phone, or if I tweaked something working out or sleeping funny… or simply want to treat myself, I book an hour-long deep-tissue massage here. It’s a fantastic price (as of this writing, $60 pre-tip), clean, and truly DEEP tissue. If any area needs extra grinding out or is feeling sensitive, they give me the special attention I need. The hot stones are my favorite. I sometimes hear talking, the doorbell, or noises from other rooms while getting my massage, but it’s never detracted from my experience. I feel lighter and so much more relaxed when I walk out. One hour here can undo 80 hours of sitting hunched over my computer!

Most intuitive massage EVER! I told the lady I was having issues with my lower back and hip flexors and she went to work! She just started massaging and feeling all the problems and working them out. Constantly reassuring if I was ok, offering water mid massage because it was 90 minutes and even went over time because she wasnt done doing her work! 10 out of 10 for her. I should have asked her name...😂🤦🏽‍♂️

I called last minute on Valentine’s Day and they fit both of us in right away.We had separate rooms because the couples room was booked.We both loved our experience! Really nice cozy rooms, soft linens, comfortable massage tables. Good ambient muzak!I loved that they asked whether I wanted medium or hard pressure.I loved the hot towel rub down that finished off the massage.I loved the bonus surprise of hot stones when my stiff muscles needed some extra help.I loved that my massage therapist was waiting outside the room with water and guava candies for me after I got dressed.I loved that we got 2 very satisfying 30-minute full body massages for a total of just $100.Tips for Arrival:Not a lot of parking but we found a spot in front.The entrance is a tiny waiting room with a cute couch and doorbell; they answered the doorbell within 30 seconds.Be prepared to pay & tip before the massage when you arrive. Cards accepted. Next time I’ll bring cash and leave an additional tip at the end.Ask for a room toward the back. In the first room on the right, I could hear the street and quiet voices in the salon next door.

My family has been here for two years. I like the small and clean environment here, but it can be very busy sometimes if I have to make an appointment in advance. Because I am too tired from work, I often feel pain in my head, shoulders, and back. I come here every week to relax. Wendy and Yoyo The deep and vigorous massage of the , will do a good job on the head, shoulders, back, neck, every time I am very satisfied and pay a reasonable $20 tip, because it is not easy to find a good masseuse. Note that they are professional masseuses.

Not skilled at all. Massage techniques are similar to a 5 year olds. I have been to many massage places, this one is worst one. First you pay and they ask for tips then they do massage. Also as far as their professional treat of customers and time you bought, the middle of massage massaus steped outfor 5 mins 3-4 times. (During this time she went to open door, talked to other clients that were coming in, talked on the phone with calling customers in the middle of massage, understanding and listening skills not there at all, will massage all other areas except the one you point to that troubles you and why you came there in the first place!!!! Waste of time and money!!! Want to throw away your money, well thats the place.

I went in today for a massage and the masseuse was Kery . I HIGHLY recommend her. She is incredible! I will be coming here more often. It is a must visit for a full body massage and so affordable! 5 stars for Kery!
