Went here to find a replacement vape pen with USB-C. The staff was incredibly helpful, they had a large selection, and easily walked me through the process of using it. The staff here was very knowledgeable. The shop was way better than the last one I went to that sold me a bogus pen with outdated micro USB. Highly recommend checking out Habits Vape shop, they treat their customers right.

Best Vape and Smoke shop I’ve been to! Amazing selection of vape liquids and they have a lot of parts if you want to maintain/upgrade your vape. Staff is very knowledgeable and didn’t mind taking the time to educate me about different products. I’ll be back to try more liquids!

Never coming back. Bought a pod from an employee and he said I don’t need a receipt and if I don’t like it then I could take it back. Well, I bought the nano n3 and it was broken and the coils lasted maybe 2 hrs after priming well. Took back and owner said I couldn’t exchange it or return it without receipt and without it being defective. He wasn’t very polite about it either like he didn’t care. Screw this place and it’s a warning to never buy here!!!!!Owners response:Habits Vape & Smoke shop (Owner)5 days agoMy employee never said you could bring it back if you didnt like it. Unlike most stores, we give you a 14 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If the product is defective, we will swap it out for the same one. You not liking it is not covered. You had a rewards account so we can pull the receipt up if necessary which is why he said you didnt need a receipt. The device was not broken and you burning a pod is not a manufacturer issue. Why would you buy another pod for a device that was broken? I was very polite, but we are not going to swap a device out because you didnt like it.My response:Yes your employee did say that. He said I don’t need one if so need to bring it back. And yes I tried the extra pod to see if it would work as you recommended and it actually did work, so the manufacture just provided defective pods for the device. But obviously you don’t think customers come first snd of course will believe your employee. Maybe he didn’t want to tell you so he wouldn’t get in trouble but that’s what he told me. I will never be back because you guys don’t take care of customers. Best of luck to you

Disappointing after such a good experience six months ago.OVERPROTECTIVE HARDWARE, AVERAGE AT BEST EJUICE SELECTION. Six months ago they had it alll. I bought a complete kit and 3 bottles of juice. The great selection of juices has dwindled as has the enthusiasm with which the sales people help you make a selection, of you ask to see more than one or two your made to feel stupid and the only Vape Mods and Kits they have can be found at most “Cigarettes Cheaper”. They’re “clearance” prices on Naked for example is $1 higher than the $15.99 Most smoke shops selling for.Summarized they shouldn’t fall this a vape store it a smoke shop with some came vape gear and juice. I ENDED IP WITH THIS MOD AND JUICE FROM A SMOKE SHOP ON MY WAY HOME!! Should have gone first . Saved the gas and time 🤔🤪🤔

Awesome experience with this store. I walked in and instantly felt welcome. I was looking for some new ejuice to try out, and the guys there patiently waited and answerd all my questions, gave me great suggestions and were knowledgeable about the products they had to offer. I never felt rushed, in fact, not once did the clerk leave to help any other customers. (there were other clerks available). This store is not in my area, but Ill make the trip for now on due to the great customer service I got tonight.

This is by far my favorite smoke shop!! The guys that work here are super friendly and knowledgeable about every product I have asked about, down to the flavors of ejuice to the devices that they have. I always leave here in a good mood because Troy and Jay are very helpful, kind and down to earth. I would recommend this shop to anyone as the best shop of this type.

You will be pleasantly surprised how they will look into getting it for you.Their prices are excellent, plus they have a vast inventory. Hello!! I went to Habits for a new vape coil. Not sure if I needed a 1X or a 2X coil I inquired to the staff member, try TROY. He really helped me decide which coil to get that was right for my device. He’s very knowledgeable very nice very friendly and very fast!! I left the store with confidence in my new coil!! First time buying products from this shop. They are very knowledgeable and great customer service. The problem that I have is that I picked up some flower from them and when I got home and checked it the seal was already torn off. I am a heavy smoker and usually deal with eaze . Just wanted to give these folks a try. But being that the seal was ripped off im thinking someone took a nug or 2 out 🥲 .

Sure the prices are the best in Sacramento, but what makes Habits the best vape shop in town are the people. The staff is very knowledgable, and they take a vested interest in providing the best, most comprehensive shopping experience possible for their guests.Ten outta ten, would shop again.

AMAZING customer service!!! Its hard to find such honesty and customer care in businesses these days. The prices are incredible, the employees are close-knit, and abundantly knowledgeable on all the products. I used to be concerned about local vape shops selling knock-offs or fake devices yet Ive learned that this shop confidently sells genuine vape hardware and batteries that compete with online pricing. Its about time the perfect vape shop exists!

Always stocks ruthless and other good vape brands. Their glass selection is awesome and fairly cheap. They also stock a lot of different vape mods, even older ones. Highly recommend.

Really cool tiny little amazing shop. Im not from that area but I go to a lot of them near my house in northern Sacramento. He had the perfect selection of ceramic vape tanks that seem to be very hard to find for some reason.

My favorite place for all things vape! The customer service is always A+, love the guys that are working there. They help me with all my silly questions and great prices on top of that.

Great local spot. A friend told me about it way back when and now its the only place I go for anything vape/smoke/incense. The staff is great and they know each thing they sell and are happy to help but chill when youre browsing. Just a great place and in the like hundred times Ive gone Ive never had any bad experience which says alot.

The guys here are just awesome human beings. They dont go up and down with their prices just because they can. Integrity goes a long way and because of that, theres no place else Id go.

The best place near me for vape stuff. From juice to hardware, they have it all. I needed a new RDA and checked here first, it matched the price of most online retailers. Also, they constantly have juice sales. Great place.

This store had a very nice selection of vape and smoking accessories, the prices were a little higher than my normal go to store, but their proximity to my house more than makes up for it. If you are in the area, and need supplies, check these guys out.

The first off I cant speak on the customer service or the way they handle themselves because I know exactly what I wanted although I cant speak on the absolute astronomical prices they have the highest prices of any vape shop I have ever been in. $32 for a $9 bottle of juice this is what you call highway robbery and I would warn against the shop and can give multiple other locations that are at least $20 cheaper.
