A lovely person with blue hair had phenomenal customer service skills. They listened intently and created a flavor of juice exactly like what I was asking for. I love coming here.

Renamed to Flavor City. First time here and seems like a rarity during the flavor ban to find what feels like an enthusiasts vape shop. Nothing crazy for hardware but juice selection is practically infinite due to the business model. Very knowledgeable associate. Im not in this area often but if I am Ill be back.

Great little vape shop. Always very clean and organized. Employees are always nice and willing to help you find an e-liquid or mod that will suit your needs.

This review is specific to the customer service provided by a particular employee by the name of, “duckie??”…They seemed to be in a very unpleasant mood and was projecting their internal frustrations out on the customers;which made my visit to the shop very awkward and uncomfortable..

Not gonna lie I was a little skeptical when I walked in and ordered a specific flavor of juice and the homie behind the counter started hand mixing it... but it was the best juice flavor ive ever used. 10/10 would recommend. I will be visiting them again in the future.

Mark had the best service i ever had in a vape store. Welcome me in, asked if i needed anything, got my cartridge and even better recommended juice within a minute, checked out for another min and was happy quick and easy as it should go. I would go there anytime if mark is working so i know i would get the help i needed without hesitation. Thanks mark

Good selection and excellent customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always ready to help answer questions. Prices are fair. They also have house juices which go on sale every other Wednesday.

So nice, knowledgeable, great prices and specials. I was in there with some other customers, amazingly they were able to answer everyone’s questions, take the time to explain everything while getting everybody checked out quickly, no long wait. Changed where I had been shopping for a year after one visit.

When u walk thru the door, whoever is working that day greets you with a warm hello and ask you how your day is going and says what brings you into today it makes me feel good since they care enough to ask and not just interested in making sales it makes me feel appreciated and not being rushed out the door and I keep coming back for more juices and vape items. I will definitely come back and I would encourage anyone that wants to stop smoking to come in and vape it will be a good experience and the customer service is Awesome Sauce..

The staff was super helpful. They helped me & mydad with all of our questions didnt push us on any expensive unneeded attachments they were super cool & honest i can a great visit will for sure be back soon. They have a load of assortments for people of all price points my visit was great. Their houseblend menu is insane something for everyone and the prices are great try them out they for sure made a long term customer out of my family.

The shop is great, its the only one I frequently go to! The employees are very nice and always have a positive attitude. They are willing to help and never discourage any questions! It is a must go shop!

Helpful and great customer service as well as a relaxed atmosphere when I go in, its been my go to vape shop for years now and they have never done me wrong. They have a pretty good selection on liquids and devices as well, always something new when I go in.

Great vapor shop. All the mods and tanks that are popular.. Always have a great selection of juices. If they dont have it its on order and will be there in a couple of days. They also make there own for custom flavors last I checked..

On April 11 I bought a 30 ml vape juice and a prince coil, I was satisfied with my purchase. However after lubricating my coil and filling my tank, I am unable to pull on my vape. Absolutely nothing is wrong with my vape stick. This is the first time this has happened. Now is spent $20.38 that I cant exchange or return defected products. What do I do now???
