Jay is awesome. I just flew from Philly and came here. He handcrafted me some juice and I will make sure that I stick up before going back to the East Cost. He is super friendly, down to earth and an expert in his craft. I highly recommend this vape shop and Jay of course, because hes awesome. Prices are extremely reasonable too. Located on the corner and there is plenty of parking.

Excellent selection of vaporizers from all the best brands in a wide range of prices. From the simple 29.99 to heavy dudy blasters in the 100s. But I was very impressed with the massive choice of vape flavors and strengths from national manufacturers. Almost any thing you desire. I will return.

They always have good sales. I can take as long as I need to, to choose what i want. They have a flavor menu. You can sample for 50 cents. I reccomend taking advantage of that. I just bought a flavor Im not too crazy about, but its light enough that I can mix it with other flavors, so Im happy.The service is always nice and very friendly.

Great customer service. Staff really goes the extra mile in terms of knowledge and creative flavor combinations. Always willing to accommodate and figure out what is best for each and every customer. Their selection of high end vapes seem to be dependable. Very affordable considering their location/overhead/customer base. Pretty chill and comfortable environment as well as vibe to just kick back and enjoy vaping inside and watch people as they walk by conducting their daily business. I am new to vaping and this place really makes me feel like family. I recommend this place over anywhere else Ive been.

I have been coming to the S street NXNW since May 2019 and this location has been pretty good to me.It is a great place to pop by for supplies and get answers to basic and intermediate questions about my setup, etc.Over the years they have hired a few duds, but those don’t seem to stick around for long. The employees are rad 9/10 times, and I had a particularly great experience today with J (Jay?). They went above and beyond to be helpful. Their shift-mate was really kind and helpful too. Thanks so much!

Tried to go here and it was closed randomly during opening hours. No message or anything.

My rating has absolutely nothing to do with the staff, they are great. My issue is that I went in yesterday and the store was FREEZING. I was only there a short time and I was very uncomfortable I feel awful for the staff that have to work in these conditions. Additionally how are you always out of popular flavors like cotton candy and yellow cake?

Love this shop! Justin is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products carried here. I love the service and welcoming atmosphere. I do wish they carried more redwood sapling and coastal clouds (they run out quickly) but they do their best to keep it stocked up. I recommend this place very highly.

I walked in, first time. Super friendly staff, Sunny mixed me up a bottle of Monster energy flavor 50mg juice. I will be a loyal customer!

At first it seemed great. $20 for vape custom to your needs. A few weeks go by and I realized my mistake. The first week, the juice I loaded turned dar brown from its original clear. I figured maybe my (brand new) coil took a dump. Well two coils later I realize something was wrong. Wish I had never walked into that store. Terrible choice.

J is awesome! He’s super sweet and helpful. Definitely one of the nicest vape store employees I’ve ever met. The shop also has a wide selection of systems and they had exactly what I was looking for. Surprisingly affordable, too.

I used to get vape juice here on the regular. I’d buy 20+ bottles at a time and my orders were always ready when I showed up. Suddenly they stopped having the orders ready and then completely stopped getting the juice all together. It used to be a pretty nice spot and now it’s just dirty. Not a fan.

First time in this location. Clean store and seemed to have a good selection. On the pricey side compared to other shops in town. Wasnt greeted when I came in and wasnt acknowledged until being there for about 5 minutes. Two employees were working the counter and there was only one other customer in the shop. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful (even though he accidentally grabbed and charged me for the incorrect tank). I realized the mistake when I reached the car and went back in. They fixed the mistake but charged more for the correct tank so I had to make another payment. The other employee was kind of condescending when I gave the other customer in the store an opinion on the setup she was buying. I have experience with the one she was purchasing and had issues with it. Just wanted to give her a warning since she seemed not to have much vaping experience. Will most likely shop their other location since being treated this way by that specific employee.

Great vape shop, Ive been to a few and this is the best Ive found in the area. They mix their own juice on top of a good selection. Even when I bought a few types of the house juice and they werent mixed properly when I came back in they made it right replaced the juice and even the atomizers I had gone through. The only downside I could see was they didnt have any cutwood juice.

Decent selection of vapes and helpful staff. Havent bought any of the juice they mix on site but its good to see a store mixing their own liquid. Was a bit disappointed to go into their store yesterday and see 3 staff members inside with no masks on. One eventually put his on when he was assisting me with my transaction but the other 2 seemed nonchalant about the new state mandate

Nice selection and friendly staff, though I felt that the staff will tell you one thing to make a sell and as other customers come in they will say differently about the very product just purchased! Though that have great inventory. Lots of flavors.. I was with my friend who also bought a mod and juice and he asked for 3mg level nicotine and when we tryed it we had to go back in because it was way higher than 3mg its was close to 6mg now I requested 0mg it was okay... But my friend was not so much.. I think your staff should take more precautions and ensure the correct mg levels are meet the first time! But I do like this store! No hard feelings and I will be back!

Will definitely keep coming back. I’m fairly new to vaping, and they were very patient and answered all my questions, and were not annoyed by my lack of knowledge, which is a pretty rare treat to find in a business nowadays. Hats off to Dean at NXNE Vaping is expensive! As a working musician and guitar teacher it’s a habit I can barely afford . When my Smok disappeared, I brought my broken old haggard box mod to Dean and begged for help . This young star worked magic and in no time, my old horse was brand new for the price of a new coil . SO grateful !Love this place . It is about the PEOPLE, in a world where few care, Dean made my day!Get to know him !

Sent for the BOGO they have monthly and got the best deal Ive had in a while on flavors crested with helpful insight from the staff. They all (the staff)seem to know their stuff and never have i felt belittled by asking bums questions. All around a great place to support and shop. Ill be back for sure.

Ive been going here for around 3+ years now. great range of flavors. i have love to try the flavors that the employees come up with they are all great. whenever i have had a problem with my devices they are always very helpful about solving the problem. i honestly wouldnt want to go anywhere else to get house flavors.

This is the only vape store I go to. Unless its kind some kind of emergency. Its one of the only places that you can still have them make ur vape juice the exact flavor and strength that you want it. Super clean and shiek looking. Alway have the best/newest mods available. And the employees that work there are always extremely helpful. I had one of my tanks that would constantly start leaking really bad. Half my juice wud leak out of it every time I filled it. Super IRRITATING! But one of the employees took a look at it and worked his magic and got it to stop leaking. Its been good ever since. Didnt even charge me anything for fixing it. Im a customer for life there. And lastly, the owner is the nicest person ur gonna meet.

Messaged these guys about the product and order inquiry. Vanessa the owner replied but never heard after that. Guess they too busy to serve their customers. Day 4 waiting on a reply and at this rate I already purchased juices from an online shop. Have to wait a bit longer but at least i will have my stuff in by the time they do decide to reply. I wanna support my local shops but Im also fine somewhere else too.

So Im not the most familiar vaper. I went into the shop looking for possibly a new tank and some new juice. The guy at the shop was super friendly and took tons of time to explain everything to me. He sold me what I needed and was no pressure to buy anything I did not need.Would definitely recommend going again.

I came here all the way from Stockton. Did not disappoint. Extra points for being a true vape shop and dedicated to nothing but vape. They have an awesome menu of custom crafted juices and this RY4 does not disappoint at all. Good prices on the house juice.

I came into this shop knowing nearly nothing and not entirely sure what I wanted.Joseph (Sorry if Im misspelling your name!) was Incredible and explained all of the basics.He then proceeded to help me pick out the mod that suited me best before then helping me pick out which of the juices would be best for what i want.

Love this place! A friend introduced me to it, a father/daughter ran vape shop. Very friendly, and they know their stuff. Id then brought mother in, because we were both quitting smoking and boy, this did the trick. We were all set up and geared up and enjoyed tasting custom e-juice flavors that they make themselves. I recommend going here to get educated on vaping and the staff is awesome! Panda does some awesome tricks to keep you entertained as well!

Best vape shop in a 5 mile radius. The staff are the greatest very friendly and will do everything they can to satisfy the customer. Also great atmosphere and sitting area.

NXNW has the best prices in town and store is in a convenient location. They also have a rewards program where you Earn points from every purchase which can be used for a free house juice once you have enough. Coils are the cheapest I’ve found in town. Around $18 for 3 Smok Prince m4 coils. Competitors in town sell around 2 coils for the same price. Replacement Glass is only around $5. Store has a unique setup with a “smoke bar” where you can sample juices. I don’t mind spending my money here, everyone is super friendly and genuine.

O myI came in frazzled & staff put me at ease & helped me get a good mini vape. (Long drive to Sac for Dr appt.Staff is knowledgeable AND will demo & troubleshoot without making you feel dumb.Forgot my vape at home. Also, cant do mail order retail in CA anymore! Another obstacle for consumer #HarmReductionIts hard on rural & disabled.Felt so much better, bought some e-liquids to bolster my stash at home. They have nic boosters for short filling which is a necessity for people like me who vape higher than 18mg

My husband is the shopper here. I go in with him and the store is always clean, quiet and peaceful. He has been doing business here for more than 4 years, the same time that we have been living in the area. My husband wouldnt go anywhere else!

My first visit was about 3 months ago, I was new to vaping and Eric was very helpful and made my understanding of vaping a whole lot better. He suggested I started out with the starter pen which was the Aspire Pockex. I have gained much more experience since then, as of a couple of days ago I felt it was time to advance. I went into NXNW, the location on 18th&S two days ago , which by the way is the most awesome, inviting and the atmosphere is just amazing, especially where you can sit and pick or test the 100s of exotic flavors in peace.Going into the location I was met this time by Glen a.k.a. Butterfingers and the magnificent Damien Their customer service was the best and they had given me more information I needed to move on to the next level of vaping. I decided to go with the device Glen had which was the Geek Vape He was very helpful in showing me how to use it of course since he already had one made it much simpler to learn. Well-knowledged staff, friendly and very helpful. Every flavor you are looking for is there and if not, they will make it right there in front of you. Definitely a must go for people that have not gone before. They also have a great selection of MODS too.

Only shop I know of that I can come in combine the flavors I want and create my costume juice flavors. To top it off the staff are friendly and helpful when it comes to juice creations or vape setups. Lastly the prices are good, even better once youve found the right ratio for your custom juice. I recommend this vape shop to everyone if you havent been here come and at least give them a chance to help you create your own personalized juice flavor.

As a very well versed vaper I personally like this shop because of the huge selection, location, & the friendly service I get each and every time I go. I make my own ejuice but occasionally I want something different that I cant make and/or I need prebuilt coils or a new tank or something & although I dont know the staff personally, Vanessa & her crew have always been very helpful & accommodating to me. The ejuice selection is ALWAYS well stocked & the selections are plentiful. Ive never gone into NXNW looking to buy something only to be told were out of stock ...NEVER. I can honestly say this establishment is one of only two local vape shops that I can say this about (the other makes their own ejuice exclusively). The location is easy for me to get to & I know the rent there cant be cheap so I dont mind spending a little extra to support a local, female owned, & veteran supported establishment. Yes they even give a veteran discount & Im happy they ask for my VA ID. Great job NXNW! Keep doing what youre doing!

I’ve gone here a handful of times to purchase vaporizers for smoking wax. They could’ve oversold me a couple times but when I told them I was looking for something cheap but durable they hooked me up with a Yocan plus. Not only was this Yocan plus an awesome pen but the first one lasted over 2 years, second one I accidentally dropped in water so I’m screwed. Anyway I always triple check prices with other vape shops and hands down NXNW always has the best deals, on top of that they are very good at this thing called “customer service” which seems a lot of businesses have completely forgotten about. I never write reviews but these guys deserve a good one. Sadly since I dropped the last Yocan plus in the water i’m sure there’s no warranty on things like that. Anyway I’m going to wait till they open at 11am to get a new one cause I’m saving at least $10 from going elsewhere. I live right next to Honey Vape off Auburn blvd and they open at 9am, i’d Rather spend the gas money and support NXNW cause last time I went to Honey Vape they were incredibly overpriced on everything. NXNW, see you guys at 11!

(NEW EDIT) I went in again to give it a second go and the staff I spoke with was awesome. She really helped me find my way and she got me just what I wanted. So, from 2 stars to 4.Was stoked to find this place, but I didnt feel listened to when I went in. I expressed that I wanted an 80/20 PG/VG mix because Im after the throat hit and that that quality was the most important thing. After some explaining as to why, a gentleman mixed my stuff.Got home, filled my pen with what turned out to be a thick syrupy concoction not resembling the thinner PG formulas. Taking a drag from it, I might as well be breathing air.Frustrating.

As soon as I walked in treated bad right off top. I just got of work so I was dirty and probably looked like a bum.As soon as I came in I explained I didn’t know much about vaping but wanted to buy a nice mod kit. I went in asking questions about different mods because I’m new to vaping and the girl didn’t really know anything and wasn’t going to help me. I came in planning on spending a couple hundred dollars on a new mod kit. A new customer walked in and she said hold on let me help a customer and totally left me sitting there after 15 minutes of waiting I left. I was treated very rude from the moment I walked in and then why I asked questions about different products it seemed like I was bothering her. I will never go back again felt very disrespected, and embarrassed. So I left and went to planet of the Vapes they were a lot friendlier a lot more knowledgeable and also cheaper. So I ended up buying a G-priv 2 kit, a cloud beast king tank, some coils and a lot of juice. Planet of the Vapes on Jst is awesome I suggest going there!

So Im new to vaping and she told me how to remove my old coil to replace it. She also tried and she was 100% wrong completely broke my tank and cost me 42.99 extra and tried to charge me for another coil so I will not go back she broke my tank and didnt even give me a discount on it so really bad service and advice STAY away

Cool clean shop, staff was helpful, though i couldnt charge my mod cause one of the employees was charging all his batteries and devices and couldnt spare a plug for 5 minutes even after i purchased some premium juce was kinda lame.
