Smokeville

I have been going there for the last 8 months twice a week spending $25 a Time consistently. Staff has been amazing. They hire a new lady in her early twenties I would think maybe giving her the benefit .... Anyway very rude disrespective and obviously does not care about her regular customers. Maybe her nails are too precious to bag my things up .... Very rude. She was on the phone I was sitting there for at least 2 minutes waiting for her to get off the phone to ring me up. All the other staff are amazing.... I got more to say but I cant on social media so Im going to let it go.... I thought that was a hidden gem in the city but Im wrong trust me that lady makes you want to never go back

Ive been going to a shop on Bay. Wont name the business but Ive been growing more & more suspicious of their products along with their behavior. I always feel rushed when trying to look at their products. After reading reviews, Im feeling like they sell fakes. I decided to stop at Smokeville to check out their vapes and the worker Liz, was very knowledgeable and taught me how to spot fakes. Not only did she let me take my time, she helped me choose a flavor Id like since mine was discontinued. She is very caring and wants whats best for her customers. She is just so honest and down to earth. I will continue buying my vapes at Smokeville from here on out, because of Lizz. I feel safer knowing that Im buying a legit product. To the owner: Lizzy needs a raise! Also, please consider stocking the snowwolf ease strawberry banana vapes. Ill buy them up;)

Good E Juice selection decent selection of mods and other products that are vapor related. But the best part are the prices and the customer service. The girls are always friendly and actually knowledgeable. Always helpful when I come in there and seriously$75 for the teper VS 93 at the mall or Kalamazoo Ill take it

Bought a tank assembly two days ago at the store. When I went to refill the tank for the first time yesterday the glass on shattered. Went to the store for some help!Got the cold shoulder, refused to do anything!!!Now I am out $30.00, no tank, no offer to get me a new glass. I said would pay the new glass for it just refused to do anything. What a rip off!!Big sign in store no refunds or exchanges.

Worst service ever. This is the 2nd time Ive bought something there, got home and it doesnt work. Their words not our problem the prices suck anyway, I just went there because its close. Ill drive 3hrs b4 I give you another penny. FYI the first time you turned me down it was for a kraton product with a 100% guarantee that I spent 80$ a week for for 2 years solid b4 ever having an issue. It wasnt kraton in the still full package and the company had no contact info. Thier vendor would have replaced it no problem (I know cuz I tracked them down) they are the worst tobacco store around. You lost more business than you know. Not because of your poor policies (that was bad enough) No you lost my business because after taking my money for several years you still couldnt at least be polite. FYI they own Tobacco King in shields too

Why do you list your hours of operation? Sign says open @ 8:00 am, but the clerk didnt show up until 8:07 am, then left the door locked until 8:15 am. I was left waiting outside with another customer & the pop deliveryman! Its not the 1st time that this has happened. My time is just as important as the next person.

The owner accused me of stealing over the phone after i spent 60 dollars in the store. i just went back to spend 50 more dollars and he called the police on me for asking him about it while trying to purchase my tobacco, filters, and fuel. now i am trespassed. dont go here. i now walk 7.4 miles because of this ridiculous behavior. DOWN WITH SAMOKEVILLE !

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great prices on a wide variety of vape, tobacco and cigars! Excellent selection of snacks, drinks and beer! They also have good pricing on their various CBD and kratom products!

Place is nice inside and out , they are nice people and they treat everyone with respect, also they have a nice variety of items to buy , I go there everyday lol …much love to everyone working there 💯

Didnt have what the item we were looking for. The sales lady was polite and friendly.

This place is a joke they definitely do not carry dab rigs or dabbing equipment like they say they do I would vote this the worst smoke shop in mid Michigan hands down no competition
