I had a good experience with Kelly the esthetician for facials and peels. Very relaxing, front desk staff is/was always a joy . The atmosphere is calming.However, my poor rating is due to experience with the owner, Renée.I attended a spa day event and purchased 2 packages. 1 for peels and 1 for Red light therapy. Totaling approximately $900.When I showed up for my first red light therapy Renee took me in her office, sat me down and had me sign consents that in part stated I would not cancel less than 24 hours before a treatment. And I was only allowed one rescheduling. She also insisted that I schedule ALL 14 (I think) appointments in advance on that day. I felt very uneasy about it as that does not work with my lifestyle or my work schedule. Theres no reason why I could not schedule my next red light therapy as I was leaving a session. But she insisted.I have ALREADY PAID IN FULL for services, these consents were not provided at the time of purchase. Had I known about all these restrictions I would have never purchased them. As I thought, I had scheduling issues. Maybe thats why she doesnt provide the consent until AFTER theyre paid for.I was in the process of buying a home and my job as a home health nurse requires flexibility, unfortunately however Renee does not. I completely understand a cancelation policy however this is a service I paid for in advance!If anyone should be flexible its her. She would not even let me reschedule a time for THE SAME DAY! This is exactly why I did not want to schedule so far in advance, but she would not listen. She began calling me constantly the days leading up to my therapy. Like I was a child, to remind me. She acted as if theres a line out the door for Red light therapy. Somedays I was the only one scheduled!I was so fed up that I could not obtain the services that I had already purchased I just stopped going.It is unethical and quite frankly unlawful to have a client purchase services and you do not have the restrictions and consents provided UP FRONT at the time of purchase. So I am out a lot of money because of the owners inflexibility and inability to have insight on what her clients rights are or care about the spa experience as long as shes making a buck. There are so many other reputable spas in the area that offer a positive experience and care about the clients experience.Update: You can write whatever you prefer to Renee. I WAS NOT in any way told about the strict cancelation policy at time of purchase. That is a definate! It was a Spa day special, it was busy. As I explained to you and your staff, who were much more understanding, I was at the time going through the most challenging time of my adult life and wanted to spend some time and energy on myself. Had you allowed me to schedule a week or 2 inadvance, it wouldve been fine, but you would not. Bottom line you took my money, THEN advised me about the policy structure. Its not the policy I take issue with, its you. And your lack of insight regarding this entire experience.And I did speak to 3 different staff members there about what I could do about the situation. Every one of them told me you would not change anything, I could talk with you but it would not make a difference.Im permitted to voice my experience, it unfortunate you wont hear whats being said. Im not a liar, I waited a long time to write MY EXPERIENCE. Again, you have a beautiful spa, wonderful clinicians in a calming atmosphere. However, I feel its all about the business for you, and less about client experience.

I LOVE Renata Spa!! I’ve been a customer ever since they opened. Today I had one of the best massages of my life. Elly was my licensed massage therapist and she was awesome. This was the first massage I’ve had since breast cancer last year. She helped me so much with scar tissue and tightness throughout the upper torso.I then used the Infrared Sauna for 30 minutes. Also, Kelly, is my esthetician and does a fabulous job. Everyone on staff is so nice and friendly. Dr Rene is so personable and wants to be sure you had a great experience. Treat yourself and give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.Have a Blessed Day🌻

They offer a wide variety of services. I started going on a recommendation from my chiropractor. Gina is a wonderful massage therapist and does reflexology as well. Kelly is a fantastic esthetician. Everyone is very accommodating.

I loved my evening at Renata Spa!  The new facilities are elegant and beautiful.  The room with the view to the pond is particularly lovely.  I enjoyed a heavenly massage.  I also enjoyed a quiet visit with friends in the infrared sauna.  We were further pampered with wine, fresh fruit, and chocolate which made the evening exceptional.  I truly look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

I highly recommend Renata Well Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing environment for your next facial or massage. The rooms are very private and clean and whatever service you are receiving you are sure to have a top notch practitioner. I’ve had Morgan as my aesthetician 3 times now and she is absolutely amazing. Always makes my skin look great and makes me feel comfortable. I’m so glad I found this gem!

Today was the 12th, and last, of my red-light fat loss treatments and I am just so thrilled with the results! If you follow the easy guidelines, this treatment will work.I have enjoyed my visits as all of the staff are so accommodating, kind, and just a joy to be around. Shout out to Kellie and Morgan! Ive been getting massages (therapeutic, seasonal, and deep tissue) with Renata Well Spa since February. To begin, the atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. Its very clean and modern. The massage rooms are dimly lit with relaxing music. They offer aromatherapy and body scrubs to enhance the experience. The massage therapists that Ive worked with, Kate & Stephanie, were both very professional and well trained. I have serious back and neck pain. They were able to identify the problem areas and work out knots and tension, really providing significant relief.Renata Well Spa offers memberships starting at $67/month with no contract. In todays world, its crucial to take time to relax and care for your physical and mental well-being. Renata Well Spa offers a wide variety of services that are sure to do just that. I had an absolutely wonderful birthday celebration at Renata Spa. The staff went over and above to make my day extra special with personal touches. My facial with Mary was amazing. Renee has done a fabulous job with every aspect of the Spa.I went back this week for a massage with Angie. She is incredible! She helped me with my hip and back issues.

The Hydro-facial that I received from Mary was pure bliss! I was impressed with the results after just one treatment and the infrared sauna was very relaxing. I highly recommend Renata as the perfect place to relax and unwind. I had a 60 minute massage there about 2 weeks ago and will be heading back soon for an 80 minute massage and infared sauna session. The team is welcoming, punctual, and very helpful.

I planned a trip to the spa for nine ladies. Everything went off without a hitch! The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The spa was clean and well cared for. We were even able to celebrate a birthday with lunch, cake, champagne and snacks all organized and ready for us when we arrived. The Renata Well Spa is top notch!

Visited Renata Well Spa for the first time on 3/16/19. Had an amazing hydra-facial with Mary. The treatment was very relaxing and my skin looks great thanks to Mary’s expert care! I am getting married next month and will be back to Renata for more beauty/wedding prep! I was impressed with their list of services and reasonable pricing! Highly recommend this spa!

I recently had the Secret RF Microneedling and I already love my results! Morgan was professional and caring and explained everything to perfection while performing this treatment. Ive had similar procedures done in the past and the treatment I received at Renata has absolutely been the best with the best outcome! Dr. Golson and her entire team always go above and beyond to make sure you always have the best experience!!!

10/10 would recommend this spa! I got a massage and facial and they were both fantastic! Bradley gave the best massage I have ever had! He was GREAT! Facial was very gentle, even with extractions. I will definitely be going back!!

Can’t say enough good things! Wanted a relaxing, stress relief day and that’s exactly what I got from Renata, Dr Golson, and Mary! Highly recommend! I had a massage with Dr Golson and my only complaint was not booking a longer session! Facial with Mary was so amazing I actually dozed off for a bit! And the infrared sauna was so nice! First of all..this spa wasnt even open when that first 3 star review was written 4 months ago so throw that review out the door.I booked a 30 minute infrared sauna and an 80 minute massage and felt like a new person when I left! I usually dont do saunas, but this one heats up gradually so no blast furnace feel when you open the door to get in. After 30 minutes in the sauna I was so relaxed and ready for the massage. The massage was the best Ive ever had! The decor is relaxing and peaceful and the spa is meticulously clean. Im a nurse so Im really picky about that, this place is spotless and beautiful. From the moment you walk in you feel like you can relax. Soothing music and aromatherapy and no nail polis smells, or hair dryers like other spas. This is a REAL spa. This is the best kept secret in NE Florida! Treat yourself , you will enjoy it!

I just had a wonderful experience here! Staff was very kind and friendly. The place was calming peaceful, had a nice water view in back and a cool room for private parties. I had a massage with Bradley. He was awesome! Then, after my massage I tried their infared sauna. I had never done one before and it was surprisingly very relaxing and I feel so energized after. I will definitely be coming back. I am going to sign up for their monthly membership actually which seems very reasonable. The esthetician’s here seem very knowledgeable as I spoke with them. I’ve yet to get my facial but have no doubt it will be a nice experience based off of this experience and my conversation with the esthetician’s. SO HAPPY to have an affordable zen spa experience so close to home. Looking forward to more kid free mommy relaxing time :)

Went in for the first time for a massage treatment to avoid an oncoming headache during my lunch break. Jane at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She showed me all the features the spa had to offer: an infrared sauna, snacks and refreshments, party room, and a quiet lounge area that overlooks a pond behind the building. The PT on staff was very helpful and experienced in addressing my problem areas as well as offering at home treatments. The comfortable rooms offer ambient lighting a very subtle vapor aromas - they dont just feel like an empty room with a massage table in it. The staff does everything they can to give you a relaxing, resort-style experience. I will certainly be back for another treatment in the near future.

What a wonderful relaxing experience! I have visited the Spa on three occasions, all wonderful! I had a fabulous facial and infrared spa experience on one occasion, another just infrared spa experience, and on the last occasion a fabulous full body massage! I highly recommend any of these for a rejuvenating pampered day! The Staff was so accommodating, pleasant and anxious to please!

Dr. Golson and the entire team are so welcoming. The atmosphere is calming. I was in for plasma pen with Dr. Golson. She provided such a thorough consultation, and she made a somewhat painful experience as pleasant as possible. Her voice is soothing and you can tell she cares and takes great pride in her work. I look forward to going back for other relaxing experiences.

I’m am so happy to have found Dr. Renee Golson again! She has opened a beautiful new facility near World Golf Village and is offering 5-star services. I experienced the healing properties of infrared sauna therapy, she provided me with more relief and education for my pinched nerve than I’ve gotten anywhere else during my therapeutic massage, and I finished my session with a relaxing foot rub and scrub. Called a few weeks ago to see when my purchased visits package would expire. Staff who answered that call told me November 1st. Scheduled 2 October appts but Danielle called this morning to say they expired a couple days ago the clinic would not honor either appointment. 👎🏻

Im a regular customer here. Brady and Jessica are very good about making you feel relaxed. I have fibromyalgia, so I cant do deep tissue and stick to lighter pressure, but I always feel really good afterwards. This place is very clean and relaxing experience.

My daughter and I received hydo-facials and a session in their amazing infrared sauna.We were pampered from the moment we arrived. We left feeling renewed and refreshed!Definitely planning to return for more.

Went for my first massage here with Akiko today. The set up is quiet and peaceful, lights are down, lighting is blue. They did a really great job interiorly for being in a business park type building. They offer fruit infused water while you wait in the lounge room, which is comfortable. I went in today really needing to relax and Akiko delivered all that and more. She found EVERY trouble area and worked the knots and tension away. It was seriously wonderful. Afterwards they got me water and hassle free check out. The receptionist was also delightful as hell. If I could give it 10 stars I would! So nice to find this and also so close to home for me because it feels like there isn’t much in the WGV area, this is for sure a gem

This place is a great, relaxing oasis just North of St. Augustine. The atmosphere is incredibly soothing & the staff is very friendly and professional. I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable as I walked through the door. I would recommend this place for some personal rest and relaxation or for a girls spa day out!

Bradley offered healing hands to my life time of sports injuries and tightness from day to day stress. I felt comfortable and cared for during my deep tissue massage and I have improved flexibility that is a bonus for my golf game!
