E or Ye was pleasant and I would have given her a handsome tip, until it was time to check out and she told me my bill was $98. 98? How so? I did the same thing last 2 weeks and it was $70+. She said there was an up charge of $10 for gel polish, okay, fair enough, so maybe $80+? She continued on to say there’s and up charge for the length of the nails, the length??? Please look at the picture as reference for nail length. And apparently if they have to shape your nail, that’s an up charge. Ridiculous. Highway robbery. I skipped the tip button so fast. I will not be returning, please save your coins, there are much more affordable places.

Sophia was really AWESOME AND PATIENT with me as I changed my color two and she help me pick out a beautiful color instead. Customer service was amazing from the time she set down to do my pedicure.

Went by for a quick gel fill and came out, an hour and a half later with this. To say I’m so frustrated and disappointed is an understatement.Alice didn’t receive the correct communication and had me soaking my nails from the start. I tried telling her but she was insisting that’s what needed to be done.Finally the man at the front desk corrected her and instead of putting on a fresh set of tips, she continued to ruin the ones I currently walked in the door to get filled.Not one offer for a discount, to start over or anything. All the techs kept walking by watching what a disaster the nails were. One man apologized as I walked out yet.Never again and I do NOT recommend this place.

I took my granddaughters here to get manicures twice. Within an hour of getting home the polish just fell off. Just like it was little pieces of plastic. I called them back after the second time and they said to bring them back in and they would redo it for free. When I went back they charged me 11 dollars again and refused to honor what they said. Their childrens manicure chairs are completely worn out and the vinyl is all peeling off. Not something I would expect in an upscale shopping center. Dont waste your money. It was suppose to be special and was very disappointing. I will never go back. The man at the front was very rude also. The nail tech I had kept telling me the polish color I picked was too dry. Not sure what she meant but it did not turn out looking very nice.

Was parked for 30 minutes when I had made an appointment very far in advance, booked for my mom to have a fill for her birthday and took 2 hours for just a fill. There was miscommunication the entire time and the owner had no clue about our appointments but showed me our time slots scheduled on his computer. Most of the people working at the shop were sitting on their phones the entire time and made our stay much longer than it needed to be. Disappointed because very beautiful spot but not good service at all.

Zhang is my fairy godmother! Her work is clean, elegant, and she goes the extra mile in customer service. Stephanie, the owner, has such a well rocked staff that caters in so many ways! If Zhang isn’t available ask for Jason!

I had the worst experience here! Let’s start how dirty this place is! They used stains towels 🤢 and see the pictures how moldy the screen is I believe it is been WEEKS THEY DIDN’T CLEAN HERE, I like to do regular polish for my nails for personal preference first of all most polish looks expired bad storage see the pictures, second they kept pushing me to pay for gel I don’t prefer gel because I wipe the polish after 6 days maximum they even refused to do a one nail design for me because I didn’t do gel! All the salons I have been for done a design with regular polish my assume it is there way to make me do gel thirdly the regular polish was really tight there wasn’t a good collection just little few I got luxury manicure that wasn’t cheap service but the lady used stained towel to wipe my hand from the scrub 🤢 I hold my self to not puke this place is terrible not worth it!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I called ahead of time to reserve a spot for 2 full sets (my friend and I). We had to wait for about 30 minutes which I didn’t mind too much even though I made an appointment. I asked for 2 pedicures since we were waiting so long and they obliged. During my pedi the lady automatically didn’t listen to what I wanted. So I told her Gel toes and a full set of gel nails. She assumed I didn’t want gel on my nails and kept ARGUING with me about how she will just have to match as close as she can to my toe color since I’m getting dip. Never did I ask for dip. She didn’t even put polish on my whole nail. I went over to the table to get my nails done and again she’s arguing with me about what I’m getting done. I said I want gel she said they don’t do it. Then I asked for acrylic and again she said they don’t do that either. I got so frustrated that I just showed her a picture of what I wanted just for her to say “oh that’s gel nails” Girl! Duh! She said it’s going to be extra but she would have to ask how much extra. She came back saying it’s going to be $93 JUST for my nails not including the pedi. All I wanted was medium red coffin nails. I told her I’ll just wait then. She then goes and yells across the room to the owner saying that me and my friend need to save money first before we get them done because we can’t afford it. She didn’t say it once or twice but multiple times smh Mind you the salon is packed. How freaking rude can you be?! I’ve never been so embarrassed. Mind you I walked in with $250 but I wasn’t willing to pay that much for my nails especially since she messed up my pedi. I will never ever recommend this place nor will I ever return!

Sara did a great job with my nails-- my sister however got BUTCHERED. She came in to get tips removed and a manicure. The black lady with the heart shaped glasses was awful! She had a sour attitude, loudly played music from her phone, took a phone call, and let my sister leave with jagged nails and covered in nail dust. Horrible experience. We wont be coming back.

I am from out of town and needed a fee nails fixed. When I called, I expected to make an appointment for a different day, but to my surprise, I was told to come in right away. I was able to get my nails done that night, and it was great! The service was very good.

I have been here twice to get dip manicures. I have had two different nail techs and both were fantastic. Both women were efficient, detailed, and meticulous. I left happy the first time I got my nails done, especially since I had never had dip nails. Today when I went to get my second set, I asked for an ombré and my nail tech delivered. She did one nail, showed it to me to make sure I liked it, then went from there. She made sure to go down my whole nail, check for missing spots, smooth the nails out, and more detail-oriented things. At the end of it, I love my nails. I appreciated how quickly they got me in as a walk in and how perfectly my nails turned out.

The lady forgot about me and started on someone else but had me pay before the service was complete. The women barely understand English, which makes it hard on the customers. I have to keep asking for assistance from the men to get the technician to understand. It’s unsatisfying especially on a self care day. I left with lumpy polish that I could have done myself. No lotion was applied like I usually get my toe nails werent filed just all around a poor service

I went here to treat myself and decided to get the $60 pedicure and a gel manicure.Hugeee mistake.The technician used rubber gloves to massage my feet and legs and ended up causing so much irritation (from focusing on the same area for too long) that I couldnt even enjoy the rest of the pedicure- my nerves were all over the place. I have never been allergic to rubber btw. So it had to be the friction.The water was so scorching hot, the stones were too hot. Ive been treated to luxury pedicures several times, using these same methods and did not have to feel like my legs and feet would fall off. Not relaxing at all.To add, when I made it home, I had to re-exfoliate my heels because whatever method the technician used caused my left heel to be rough and jagged instead of smooth... Maybe she forgot to go back or couldnt feel through the gloves... And my feet are naturally soft so this really disturbed and infuriated me.I ended up spending over $100 and I completely regret it.Moral of the story. My gel nail manicure is not pretty or smooth at all (see the pic) They are lumpy and one nail has hair under it (huge eye roll). The regular toe nail polish was great... However, do not splurge here.Stick to the regular polish and enjoy the beautiful ambiance.For anyone wondering if I said anything. I did not. My girlfriend and I were catching up trying to enjoy our lives but I noticed everything when I got home. I gave her a15% tip that she did NOT deserve.

I used to go here for a couple years. Which was great until the last few months. My last few months my nails would start to pop off after a week. I asked for acrylic nails and they still did the do. And, every time I’d ask for a simple 3d art done no one could do it and they’d always talk me into something that I didn’t want really to replace the 3d nail art. I’d love to find a salon that I can just get v what I want for once…

Customers please be aware of hidden costs that is not included on the menu service. I had a full set of Pink and White. On the menu service it clearly states $50. When I checked out it was $80. I asked why the extra charge? $10 extra to remove previous nails. Ok I’m good with that but then they proceeded to tell me $10 for long length and $10 for extra product. Seriously I have NEVER had to pay extra because of my choice of length. Needless to say I will not be back to due to the lack of communication and price gouging!!

My girlfriend made an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday, they are open till 5pm when she went in an older Asian lady was saying they dont have time to do anymore nails. She had to explain that she had already made an appointment Then had to wait 30 minutes before she could be taken care of.After she was up they bullied my girlfriend into getting a different style of nails. She wanted a specific design that took longer. The shop doesnt close until 5pm and she had an appointment.Why offer an appointment if your nail techs dont have time to give the customer what they want? They rushed her nails. Poor customer service and the poor 1 star review post before mine is a friend.Dont go to this shop they dont have time to give you what you want.

Yee gave the best pedicure….I about fell asleep in the chair. Professional techs, clean facilities & vibrant atmosphere.

Pedi was fine. Good foot massage once she remembered to do it.Manicure wasn’t the best. Since I left I noticed the nail tech forgot to put the top coat on 3 nails. She kept having me switch hands with the gel light and I think that is what messed her up. Wont be back.Also not a clean place like you’d expect.

You mean to tell me I spend $60 just for them just to paint my nails my feet still crusty my service was rushed when I don’t understand why when there was only 4 other people there with me horrible service I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Really disappointed with the caliber of this shop. I had high hopes with it being in the new streets of St. Charles, but it’s just another in and out shop. I wanted to get nail art/design and was looking at gel colors. The lady insisted I do dip and pulled the gel colors from my hands. She could hardly understand me nor I her. I gave up and just selected two different colors and she laughed at my choice, only after she understood what I wanted. Then, as the end she slathered my hand in some funky greasy oil and said I was done. I had to go wash it off, it was gross.

My nails turn out gorgeous every time. Very efficient service. They are always ready for me right at my appointment time. Definitely make an appointment...they are ALWAYS busy.

If you want a pedicure ONLY! I went today to get a gel full set and I hate my nails….. let’s first start at the guy did it w/ powder and not acrylic which is more expensive and I did t ask for that and only realized once it was done. I wanted all Green nails with glitter on top of 2 nails. I picked the glitter from the provided examples. Only to be informed it won’t actually look like that and was asked if I wanted all green instead because he was in a rush to get to the next customer….. I asked if I could get a design instead and he said he doesn’t do them which is fine but he really offered no solution. I asked for stickers or any other option in which stickers where provided and they weren’t that cute but I did pick a few being 3 and was charged an additional for that. I was very patient throughout my service and with him being in charge he was answering calls, consistently assisting other customers so In turn I didn’t receive the service I deserve.They need a front counter person and if your too busy let customers know so we can go somewhere to GET WHAT WE PAY FOR……I had to be somewhere or else I would’ve asked for my bill to revised due to my poor service but I’ll just never go back.

Too expensive for lack of quality and time spent on my manicure. Children’s chairs ripped up.

The staff is always friendly. They listen to the customer and do their nails to the customer’s expectations. Their nail art is beautiful. Very clean.

Amy did an amazing job!! Really took her time and was so precise. As you can see they are beautiful. Will definitely be requesting her when I come back.

I used to live this place but then the owner started treating new customers better than the regular customers that came every 2 weeks and always made appointments n always paid in cash... I was a regular for almost 3 years but when I get treated like a walk in instead of a regular no thanks and they treat their techs horribly the techs have 2 buy any new color they want instead of the company providing new stuff

Umm… so this place was pretty disgusting to be at. Went there with my mom and there was a drunk man in the chair getting a pedicure and a woman in a cowgirl hat (who works here) telling him she would paint his toenails so long as he didn’t “touch himself while she did”? She said this loud enough for the entire place to hear. He then asked if she would spit oil on his toes? Woman who did my pedicure was nice but would not stop asking me about a callous I had on my foot (pretty common thing I would think for her to see??) honestly extremely gross and disturbing experience, not at all classy or a place I would suggest you go too. Just go somewhere else.

I’m an existing customer of Tiffany’s who books appointments online in advance due to a very competing schedule. On 5/8, I had a 2:30 appointment but when I arrived I found out that Tiffany had been removed from the schedule/system and was unaware of my appointment. This was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and an inconvenience especially when I prefer Tiffany as my nail technician due to her outstanding service.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! There is never a wait time, the pedicure feels amazing and unlike every place I have ever gone to, there is no pain with any part of it! It’s comfortable, the atmosphere is great and the people are amazing! Strongly recommend!

The 1st time I visited was 2 weeks ago and it was good but my 2nd visit was a total different story! I went for a fill but they told me that because I got dip last time that I had to get whole new set and they said there is not much difference in cost “only $5 difference “ but then when I checked out they charged me $65 and that does not even include a pedicure! Originally for a fill was only supposed to be $35! On top of all that, the tech’s buffer clipped my cuticle and had it bleeding and you would think I would get a discount for that but no! Not a good experience at all!

Ive only ever been here on Saturdays and Ive been twice. The first time I went the girl who was doing my nails cut my cuticles to the point I was bleeding because I have very sensitive skin around my nails. Perhaps it is my fault for not letting her know. Regardless of that, I feel they did an okay job painting my nails. Ive seen better. During my second visit, I had a full set and an image of the nail design I wanted. I give the girl props for trying and she even refunded me the design price because she tried her best, but it wasnt like the picture (to be fair, it was a semi complex design). Overall, I feel this place is a 50/50 for me. They do okay work and are nice, but I think I can find better. Prices are decent too.

I have been going here since they opened, but the service has gotten really bad in the past 6 months. I got a gel manicure twice in the past 7 weeks with two different techs. The first time I had someone who didn’t seem to know what she was doing and could not make my nail shape even. It took over 2 hrs. The second time only took 35 mins and the shape looked great, but when I got in the car I noticed she had missed several spots with the top coat and now several of my nails have a “rough patch.”The location is great, but place would definitely not be my recommendation for quality.

I showed Cat a pic of what I wanted and told her to do whatever else she wanted and they turned out amazing!!! My first time here and I would recommend to anyone 😁

I’ve tried this place 3 times and really wanted to like it since it’s so close. Each time staff is rude and regardless of when your appt is, you will still wait 30-45 before any work is done on your nails.

UPDATE:Went again and got a very nice manicure. The only problem was my technician forgot my shoulder massage and left me in the drying machine, never coming back. Nice place but they need to work on the details.My feelings about this place are mixed. It was my first visit. I went with my cousin. My nails look good but I felt my technician was not as skilled as my cousins. The complementary 2 min shoulder massage was so rough I was worried it would be sore later in the day. I would return but I think a bit more consistency would help.

I dont usually post reviews but this was an awful experience for me. I came in wanting a regular manicure because I dont like the upkeep of gel. The woman who did my nails said nothing to me except for the several times she tried to get me to pay for a gel. She then proceeded to do an awful job with my nails; completely missing the sides of the nail and not even bothering to give me the square shape I asked for.On top of that, while me and my friend paid, she literally watched the screen as we put in our pin numbers AND how much we tipped. Ive never felt more uncomfortable.Dont offer regular manicures if you dont want to do them. And dont make your customers feel like theyre bothering you or wasting your time. $18 wasted. Will not be coming back.

This place is bad. Watch for shady business practices, like charging you a lot more than the package you ordered and hoping you won’t notice. They quoted me $40 for dip powder nails, and when I was done they charged $75 because it took longer than they expected to do two colors?? The women was rushing me the whole time, and kept looking at the clock.A few girls in our group also noticed that they got charged for the next fancier package up from the one they requested and received for manis/ pedis.They also had one dirty tool kit that each manicurist would grab tools from, then put them back and the next would grab it and use it on the customer without cleaning.

Great place, not my usual spot but I have called and stopped here out of convenience twice in the past two months and they were able to get me in within 10 minutes and I got two great manicures that each lasted over two weeks with no chips, and they were not even gel! The lady next to me last time was getting some super fancy gel sparkly gel nail work done though and it looked amazing!! The pedicure I got was ok, I will prob continue to go to my regular guy for that from now on bc I didn’t feel much effort was put into exfoliating, but the paint is still good no chips there either.

I dont know what has happened to this place but it has been my GO TO for years. The last time I went in it was so dirty I didnt even want to sit down. Most of the massage chairs are broken and a lot of the regular workers arent there anymore. Im so sad because it was a great salon but someone has let it go.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I’ve gone to this nail salon for 2 years and I will not be returning. There is so many hidden costs and they don’t explain anything to the customer. I asked for the $40 pedicure and gel coffin shaped manicure $48. When I got to the check out it was $100…. I asked her why and she couldn’t explain. I asked the owner they said she added on a $8 service with the pedicure, I was never informed. And apparently it costs $5 to shape your nails? Seems like it should just be included in the $48 considering they don’t even manicure your nails. They won’t remove cuticles or anything. Just clip them and paint. Not to mention this took 2.5 hours to perform these services. The atmosphere is not pleasant either. The workers constantly talk extremely loud to each other while you’re trying to enjoy your services. $100 for a mediocre disappointing experience.

Loved the aesthetic of this place but the woman who did my pedicure was very lackadaisical. The nails turned out ok, I guess. I waited in the chair for 20 plus minutes while others who came in after me got theirs started first. Then when it came to the pedicure it was like she didn’t even try. She just slapped oil on my feet and that was pretty much it. I hate confrontation so i didn’t say much, but I could see her coworker next to her eyeing her down wondering what she was doing. I also got out of my chair before others who started at least 10 min before I did. I gave her her a lower tip then I usually do but I feel like I shouldn’t have given one at all. It was very disappointing.

First time here and I loved it. They got started on my pedicure as soon as I picked out a color. My tech took a lot of time cleaning up nails and made sure everything was perfect. She was very personable and nice to talk to. Will definitely be returning!

I have been going to a different salon for about 3 years but decided to go here because its right across the street from me. I called and made an appointment for that day. It was so easy. I got a dip and my nails look so good. I loved how they took their time taking off the old dip, (no scraping it off or harsh sanding them down). I am very happy with the service. The salon was clean and comfortable. Will be going back!

One of the worst dip nail experiences I have ever had. They looked so awful and I had to fix them myself when I got home.It is not a clean salon, as you would expect since its a newer place

This is my favorite nail salon! I have gone to get my acrylic nails done here twice. I had Lisa, and she is the sweetest. She does such a phenomenal job making my nails exactly what I want them. And she spent so long scrubbing all the dead skin off of my feet that they feel brand new! So excited to go back and get another manicure or pedicure!

I went in to get a new set of dipped. Let me start by saying this took almost TWO HOURS. I had decently long nails, but she kept making them crooked so they got taken down to literally nothing. I Wanted them long & oval, but since my nails got shaved down to nothing they look like round nubs. Super disappointed. Decided to give this place another chance after being charged $110 for a dipped manicure and regular pedicure & I regret that. I dont like leaving negative reviews but I felt this was needed after a couple bad trips here.

The professionalism started at the door I was greeted when I walked in ( which is very important to me) they listened and understood what I wanted AND DELIVERED!!! My nails were done fast and neat!!! Polish was even and all my nails were even and the length I requested (the other place acted like it was to much trouble getting my nail cut down ALTHOUGH THEY WERE CHARGING ME TO DO IT!!😕) I will be recommending them to others🙂

Rather expensive. Husband had manicure for $18, but they added $5 for buffing his nails. My service was good. I had a pedicure with 15 min massage and wax treatment. The only reason I could afford the $50 treatment was because my daughter gave me a gift certificate for Christmas. Of course we also included a tip.

I have been coming to this salon for the past year. However, My last visit was my last one, since I stepped a foot in the place everyone was so rude, and not polite. Then my nails were a total mess, one shorter than the others and my dipping looked so bumped, when I told my technician she said “they look nice from far away” how can that be an answer?? I’m paying almost $60 for a manicure!!! Also, After getting home I realized that I had blood in every single nail... the owner of this place needs to step into his/her business... this is ridiculous!

Horrible experience. told them 3 times NO DIP and sure enough they dipped my nails then charged me for it after i told them i didn’t ask for that. asked for sharp square- got ROUND. asked her to fix it, still didn’t fix it. eventually i got so fed up i just let them do whatever they wanted to my hands because i just wanted to leave. had 2 different people do my nails- one started one finished. the sides of my nails had no paint. asked for them to be shortened just a little, she took off the nail to my nail bed- no reversing that. AWFUL experience, will NEVER come back here.

Extremely disappointed! Not just with the work they did last time I went in, but with their customer service. My usual nail tech, Stephanie, was out on leave so someone else (no need to name) worked on me in her stead and did a very poor job. Dipped nails were bulky, bumpy; not smooth or shaped. I tried to give her feedback as she worked, but she couldn’t understand me. The nail tech next to her tried to translate, but it didn’t help. Before leaving, I tried to get the owners attention, but I could see he was busy so I told him I would call him. When I called and started to explain my concerns, he told they were busy and would need to call me back. They never did. About a week and a half later I messaged them explaining I wanted to go in to show them the poor job that had been done. He dismissed me by telling me to continue booking with Stephanie as everyone has different skill levels. He wasn’t interested in seeing the work that had been done and made no offer to make up for it. I’m a loyal customer, have been frequenting them for several years, referred friends & family, bought their gift certificates to give away as presents and tip well. Somehow, I expected a little more interest in my concerns than I received. I’d rather give my business to a place that cares about their customers. These people clearly don’t....

A filthy shop with unqualified technicians.I could write a novel of how horrible this experience and place is, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. Don’t waste your time or money. They do not perform quality work whatsoever. I can’t believe this place has survived at the Streets of St. Charles.

Listen I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I have been coming here for 5 years and their service use to be great. Its the pits now. I went for a pedicure and manicure today. The young lady was very rude. She was on the phone the entire time The chair was filthy. The manicure table was extremely filthy and the safety glass was awfully dirty. When the girl started my manicure she used a dirty tool and I asked her for the sterilized pack of tools and she got angry and see said Im using the same tool I used on your feet. I told her I wanted clean sterilized tools. She started yelling so I got up and went else where. I will never go back to Think Pink Service is no longer the same its horrible .

I started going to this salon in January of this year. I have been getting my nails done for a long time, so I know how things work. I was happy because of the convenience this location had for me along with no wait. However, the service I receive is horrible. I’m constantly being pushed for mani/pedi’s after I clearly tell them what I want along with equipment not working correctly while doing my nails. It took almost 2 hours to finish my nails for just a gel fill and change of color on toe nails and the nail stylist did not give the colors I asked for either.

Rethinking my tip that I gave. First I paid for a 10 minute massage on my feet. I got maybe 3 minutes tops. I watched the clock. Then on my nails. The more I look at them the more unhappy I am with them. Two of the nails have rough bumps on them. The lady that did my nails did not push my cuticles back like they should of been. . The paint on my nails does not come up all the way to my cuticles and on many mails there is bare spots on the side. There lady who painted the palm tree on my nails did a wonderful job on that. And finally I asked for a receipt showing how much I was charged for each item. I was not given that. For the two services I got my bill should of only been $85. I was charged $103. That was without the tip. I also asked 3 times for wine or a bottle of water. Was never given one. Was there 2 hours without a drink!. Wont be back

This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve experienced! The nail tech was so unprofessional and not even experienced enough for the job of simply painting on gel polish. I was never offered anything to drink, the communication is horrible and the quality... let’s just say a 4 year old could polish your nails better! Take your hard earned money and find a well deserved establishment 👎🏻

I was visiting my in laws for Christmas and my sister in law and I decided to go get our nails done. From calling to get an appointment, availability for appointments, the quality of nail products that they use (SNS products are my favorite healthy nail brand), and the quality of work that they do is 5 STAR ratings across the board. I was just out of surgery and in a cast and they were very careful with my foot during my semi pedicure. The pricing is also very reasonable! I wish there was a think pink nail salon in Dallas,TX. You will not find better than this place.

Out of the hundreds of pedicures I’ve had in my 37 years this had to be one of the worst quality. Don’t get me wrong, the salon is cute, clean, had great music blaring & has a great set up...unfortunately that’s all they have going for them. Upon arrival it was packed & even though we made an appointment for 2 pedicures we were thrown in chairs to wait while they worked all of the incoming “walk-ins”. I had what I can only assume was the receptionist do my pedicure. She was extremely sweet but not qualified to be doing the service. The selection of colors for a regular pedicure was lacking. Many of the OPI polish was old, crusty & practically empty. The polish we picked ended up being dried out & I had to pick another color. I picked “La Pazitively Hot”, a fantastic color, but it went on streaky & light which can only mean it was diluted to make it last longer.It is now 9 days post pedicure & 2 of my toes are bare. The polish on the others will not last the week.To be honest I’ve never ever written a review on a restaurant, salon, etc. but I felt the need b/c of the experience. Save your $35 & go somewhere else!!

It was okay. My nails turned out so so and look super thick. Also the employees kept talking about how sick they all have been. Also the sink station was dirty and they keep wax by the sink which was very messy and all over the sink.

I love getting my nails done here because they always take their time and give you exactly what you want! Especially Pedicures!! This is the best pace to get one. They truly care about you here ❤️

I have been to Think Pink before and I thought the staff was sweet and that they did a good job. But today I went in to have a relaxing evening and spend some money on myself (and to tip someone really well) and was really disappointed. I called ahead to see if they were open and they asked how far I was. I told them I could be there in 15, and when I asked for prices they kept asking my ETA. I didn’t really mind because, again, I was hoping to spend money on myself.Then, I walked into the store and a woman in a turquoise blouse started asking if I was a walk-in, to which I replied “sort of, I just called ahead.” The man I spoke to on the phone asked me for my phone number and I gave it to him. He then sent me over to the pedicure chair with the woman, who was yelling over me that I was a walk-in. I walked over and she asked if I’d been before, I said yes, and she started demanding I tell her which package I wanted. I politely asked if I could pick a color first. She repeated her question, and I asked again. She said “yes you can pick a color but which package do you want? I didn’t hear you!” I then walked out of the shop. I was looking for a relaxing experience, not one that would end with me never wanting to come back.I expect to get treated like that when I go to work, not when I am trying to have a relaxing evening and pay someone to help me do so! If you don’t want to work, don’t come. It makes me sad this visit was so drastically different than my last one.

I wish there were more stars to give. Think Pink Nail & Spa is the best!! I went in today with a concern from earlier in the week and Jason address my concern immediately!! He was very precise to make sure my nails rock!! My nails look absolutely gorgeous, thanks Jason!!! I love this salon and spa, they always take great care of me. They always have the latest trends and designs with wonderful variety if colors, styles, services, and packages for groups. Everyone is friendly and well trained. Complementary drinks including wines, soda, water. They also have room for children as well and do a wonderful job with my busy bee 6 year old. When most places hate working with kids or dont have the patience, with think pink I never worry we both are in great hands.

I wont be getting dip manicures here (or possibly anywhere) again. Its not because the manicure didnt look good. After just my second time when I had the polish removed, I had a weird greenish/brown spot on one nail that looks like a fungal issue from cross-contamination. It was even first noticeable under the dried powder polish. Just keep in mind the risk of getting dip manis at this salon--they might not be properly cleaning and sanitizing all tools between clients. Call me paranoid, but Ill be getting this checked out by my doctor for sure.

While the salon did use new tools, the entire pedicure and manicure was rushed and poorly done. Out of the three of us receiving services, three days later one acrylic nails have popped off, dip manicure chipped and toe nail chipped. Nails were not completely covered by polish, what was supposed to be a 15 minute foot massage was maybe 5 minutes. During the $45 pedicure, they did not trim toenails or even touch cuticlesWe visited this salon, as we were all from out of town. When we called the salon to complain and ask for a partial refund they were rude, acted like they couldn’t understand us, and the hung up on us. We will never be returning. Save your money and go to a different salon that will treat you well and get your moneys worth!!!!

So good youll cry! I just had the most amazing pedicure with Lisa. She is my new best friend. Her foot massage made me cry it felt so good. She is funny and so incredible. I know where Ill be going anytime I need a pedicure. The salon is so clean and nice. The staff is amazing and my feet feel incredible.

Tried again on 6/4/19, while I can appreciate the nail tech trying to keep a natural look of the acrylics. Some of the nails are oddly shaped. I asked for a tip on my toe nail due to it being really short, she didn’t want to do that. My daughter got a pedi and her polish is now messed up as well. Definitely not with the $100 I spent today. I won’t make the mistake of visiting again. I went to get a manicure & dipped nails manicure 2/20/17. This was my 2nd time visiting the shop. The 1st time I went I got gel polish, it was a mediocre job, the layers were uneven some thick and rushed. On this 2nd visit, Elise was my technician, she was a little quiet but friendly. She did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. However I had to return the next day because my thumbnail chipped. They fixed the problem at no charge. I wouldnt go back here for a manicure as the dipped nails didnt last a week, most of the nails began to crack & break within 3-4 days. The shop itself is really nice & clean. They offer you a beverage while being serviced and a nice shoulder massage. I will be taking my daughter for a pedicure, they have a cute little chair for small children. Overall this was an ok visit, the nails didnt hold up.

This was supposed to be such a wonderful time for five girls in a wedding party. Instead it was rushed, sloppy and in one case, painful! (One in our party was bleeding!) .My polish began chipping on day 3, and had to be removed completely on the fourth day. It was a very unprofessional job.Sadly, I paid to be tortured. Save your money, go elsewhere! I can NOT recommend this nail salon.

I usually have a good experience here getting a pedicure. This time it was my birthday and decided to treat myself to a manicure as well. Not only am I disappointed with my manicure; the powder dip doesn’t cover the base of any of my fingers, and the extensions are all different lengths and too narrow for my real nail. I don’t like to complain, but the polish on one of my toes came off due to wax still being on it. But trying to relax, the technician said she loved my phone case and wanted me to order her one and another case for her son from amazon. I did, which is extremely odd, but then she asked me to do more online shopping for her. I don’t think that is very professional at all.

Can I just say wow! I am not from the area, in fact, I’m from Arkansas. I looked up nail salons near me and this was the first to pop up. I can’t express how pleased I am with my visit! Tiffany was my nail tech! She is soooo amazing! She fixed my nails and gave the exact results for what I was looking for. Truly worked some magic, by fixing someone else poor work! Not only that, she educated me on how to get natural looking/healthy nails with the dip! Too bad I don’t live here, I’d totally make this my forever nail home. I highly recommend!!

They are very good with the actual nail service, but the extras that you can add on are really not worth the money. I paid for an extra 10 min massage and it was 4 minutes. The worker decided to not wash off my scrub before applying the mud mask which defeats the purpose and burned quite a bit. For the cost, I wouldnt be doing any add ons, but overall the nail service was great and looked good. If I do go back I wont be purchasing any extras

Mom and I came over from IL and are happy w the outcome. They were professional and did a great job on our nails, making sure they were to our liking the whole while. Only reason it’s a 4/5 is because my coffin shape is a little more rectangular than I have had elsewhere.

I had gotten really bad acrylics done elsewhere, so I came here since it just opened! Super pleased with the experience and environment (only pretty nail salon in stc!), but my nail tech, Kelly did seem really rushed... She definitely got my acrylics looking much more natural, but I did have to clean up the edges with a file and clippers when I got home. I also smudged my nails on accident while I was getting my toes painted and she just layered more polish over it which made those 2 nails look bulky. I would try them again, just probably with a more experienced tech.UPDATE: I went back to get a fill, Stephanie did them amazing! She shaped them perfect, took her time, and made sure I got what I wanted. Also gave me a great massage, glad I went back the second time! :)

This is the first time here and it was the best experience Ive ever had. My tech Elise understood exactly what I wanted. I came in for a full set (French Tip) and decided to have a pedicure (first ever). I have very ticklish feet and she made sure to avoid that spot. They offer drinks and shoulder massage. I felt like a queen!! I am definitely coming back.

Got right in at my appointment time that was good … water for pedicure was cold, the pedicure was mediocre for $60… I asked for a flower on my big toe, took 5 or 6 attempts for a simple flower and it looks like something my 6year old daughter did … going to have to go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed.

Never had a bad experience with this place. Even when busy theyre fast and efficient without letting their quality of work slip. A beautiful and inviting space and super friendly workers. My favorite nail salon and although I try new places every once in a while, I always end up back at Think Pink!

Great pedicure. However there was a worker who had long braided hair who played music on her phone so loud my daughter and I who were getting pedicures couldnt even have a conversation or relax.

Went here with good intentions and after my color was much lighter than the nail on the example I asked for it to be darker. She got up and threw the nail sample colors down on table and did my nails over terribly and was so rude about it. Paid extra for gel that looks terrible and will never come back. When takingi to make they didnt care

Came in for my last pedicure before our baby arrives and was so pleased with the service! I got the BCL pedicure and could not recommend them more. I left with my feet looking and feeling good and was super relaxed! Cant wait to come back.

Very good experience, the last time I got my nails done somewhere else I left with a bloody cuticle that turned into an infection. The manicure and pedicure were both very gentle, I didnt leave with any damages to my cuticles and they last a long time without chipping.

The girl who did my massage did it with only one handed while staring out the window. My sister and I had the dream pedicure $45 my girl skipped steps. Used the sugar scrub and mask at the same time. But the worse is I have nail polish on my toes around my nails . we also had the 25 manicure same girl. She finished 10 mins sooner than my sister girl who started first. And my nail polish is already coming off. Before I could tell her the polish was litterly sliding off my nails we were asked if we were done they needed the spot. She polished on top of the massage oil. We spent 70 and my feet are still rough on the bottom and I need a pedicure. :(

This was the worst so called manicure I have ever received. I spent less than 15 minutes in the chair. I asked for my nails to be shaped and cuticles cleaned up. My technician was so not interested it was sad. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Had a beautiful experience here, came in with awful nails done by a different salon and Jay/Jake said hed promise to take good care and make them better for me. He spent two hours removing and reapplying nails for me yesterday and did an amazing job. 110% will be returning 😊

I scheduled my first appointment with Tiffany on Wednesday, 2/12/2020 and was I in for a real treat. I was treated royal and plan to make this my place to be. Everyone was friendly, and the ambience was right on point. Very relaxing and I will definitely be back.

I have been a customer for years but will no longer go there nor refer. It was very dirty yesterday and the glass screen between me and the technician look like somebody threw up on it and had never been cleaned. A young man employee in a red T-shirt flossed his teeth up and down the studio and flipped the teeth material into the air it was so gross

Best service I have had at a nail salon. I got both manicure and pedicure and it was super relaxing. This place is so clean and has great atmosphere. I am very pleased with the result! Highly recommend.

My daughters and I have tried manicure dip at other places. Think Pink actually makes an effort to do the best job possible. With a massage and wine...well worth it. We have gone back every other week for the last 3 months and plan to continue.

This place gets 3 stars from me due to Stephanies amazing fix of my horrible manicure. I went in and got a dip Mani and pedi 2 days ago, and the Mani pedi expierence was awful. But Stephanie was so prompt and sweet about fixing my nails. Didnt hurt me at all. My cuticles were cut up and she did her best not to hurt me. She also gave me a partial refund and was so understanding . I will definitely return to her !

First time there, took some time for tech to come do my pedi, served room temp water, bulky uneven polish, neck massage was OK, but... my daughter got the worse of it, scraped her foot raw, broke the skin, her polish chipped very next day! It also seemed like an Elaine moment on Seinfeld where techs chatted back and forth and hardly talked to us! I dont recommend this place unless you dont care about how your nails turn out! Just not a good experience! Oh and I dont agree with the comment that people of color are not treated as well as people not of color for we werent treated well at all!

Ugh, i dont even know where to begin about my experience here. Well, upon entering the salon, I was not greeted, like at all. Then when I said I just wanted color change, I figured since it was a cheap service, no one wanted to work on me. It seemed as if they were going back and forth (kind of arguing) about who was going to do my color change. So i picked my color, and I guess I was a guinea pig for a newcomer because the girl doing my nails was so slow and she kept messing up and redoing it. It was to the point where I just told her to stop because I had dinner reservations and was there for 45 mins for a freaking color change. I absolutely hate to pull the race card but thats definitely what goes on in this place. Customers of color definitely do not get the same treatment as those who are not of color. It was just an overall sad experience, my nails look like total TRASH and i will never return and I will make sure no one I know goes here either.P.s. I asked for a water and was given room temperature water in a dirty cup. TALK ABOUT DISRESPECTFUL. 🙁

It took two hours from start to finish, which I could deal with, but I was bleeding around the cuticle visibly only to make it home and realize I had cuts/burns on half of my fingers. Not okay. Not worth $60. I won’t be going back.

I love think pink! The only nail salon I trust in St. Charles! Vienna consistently gives me fresh gorgeous nails. Shes extremely skilled and friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

My daughter and I have patronized this Think Pink location since the first day it opened. Their service and staff have progressively gotten worse. I keep thinking things will get better but as of todays visit they have not gotten by better. I asked for a mani pedi today and my daughter just had a pedi. The attendant I had was extremely slow taking her an hour just to remove the nail polish and gel fingernail polish. My daughter, who had a different attendant was completely done with her pedi. My attendant didnt not understand any English whatsoever and was having a difficult time understanding what I wanted in a polish. I decided to stop my session as it was going to take yet another hour plus to paint my toe nails and fingernails. To make matters worse I was charges $30. I will never go back.

I had an inexperience nail tech. I had a gift card which they said covered the amount. I now have a charge on my credit card. I guess they charged me twice. I did not get a receipt because they ask if you want one. I have no trust in this place.

Went to another location 8 days ago for pedi and dipped nails. 2 nails came off, many chips, and edges over cuticles. Pedicure was chipped everywhere too. Came to this location, redid everything and spent the time to prepare the nails and finish them for comfort and durability. Sarah the technician hit it out of the park.

Lady who helped me was EXTREMELY rude. Her name was Tiffany I think? She popped off my acrylic nails with fake tips and split one if my nails so badly It was bleeding. She was on her phone the whole time and got irritated with me because It took too long to soak my nails off. She kept sighing and makes rude comments towards me and got mad when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. never would go there again. Very unprofessional.

What a beautiful nail salon! Open floor plan with tv’s everywhere and exhaust fans so fresh air for everyone! We called on Friday afternoon and they fit us in that evening! We waited for just a few minutes (enough time to pick our color) AND SO MANY CHOICES OF COLOR!!!! Come have a glass of wine and relax and leave with gorgeous nails and toes too🦋

This place is very clean, but their customer service needs some attention.When I walked in, I was told there would be about a 15 min wait...which is not a problem at all. Once I was ushered back to a seat (15 mins), the woman who was to help me kept yelling from across the room that it would just be a few more minutes.But I sat in that chair with my feet soaking for so long that they came back to add more hot water because it had gotten cold from waiting for her. Still...not a huge issue.The problems arose when she actually started working on me.As a moms day out treat to myself, I chose a special pedicure package. But the things that were supposed to be special actually were the worst part. The hot towels that were wrapped tightly around my legs made me gasp because they were so hot. My legs were literally red when the towels were removed.Then came the hot stones feature...which also burned me. I was flinching as she put them on my legs, to which she just said ah youll be okay. I didnt feel the same about this as she did.The part I was most excited about was the 20 min massage upgrade that came with this package. Sadly, she only massaged me for 8 minutes.You know how youre supposed to leave feeling like you have new feet? I could still feel the areas of dead skin on the bottoms of mine.You can absolutely have a good experience here. The girls next to me were laughing up a storm with their woman. But I left that day feeling like I had been cheated out of my hard-earned money for just wanted to be pampered a little extra.

Terrible experience, I called made an appointment for 1:00 but I told them I was driving far away so I’d be there more like 1:15-1:30, They said that was fine that you can be 30 minutes late, I get there at 1:20 and stand outside calling because you have to call to be let in, for 10 minutes, I’m 9 months pregnant it’s hot I just want my nails done nothing extra, they finally answer after hanging up on me twice saying “they’re booked” Then why did you tell me to come then? Never will waste my time energy and gas and money again

Got my nails done with gel polish. Had to go back one hour later to get a nail fixed that never dried. went back 2 days later due to polish chipping off of 2 nails. I dont know if it was faulty polish or amateur nail tech. either way $35.00 for polish that doesnt look good is too much. staff were pleasant.

Absolutely loved this place. So posh and comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond with servicing the party I was with. Definitely will be making an appointment soon and glad to say I now have a new nail salon that I truly enjoy!

Honestly if i could I would give zero stars. I went once expecting my nails to look good based on all of the reviews I have seen. My nails were terrible. None of my nails were even lengths, they looked grown out, the gel was bubbly and no shape was similar and i just got square. I would not recommend this place for anyone ever. Too much money for terrible service and a terrible job.

Fiancée loves this place for fast, beautiful, and affordable nails. Last time she was here one of them chipped before an important event. She went in to get it fixed and they said that it was their fault for doing something wrong that made it chipped, so they replaced it for free! Customer for life.

I won’t go anywhere else for dip manicures! They do an incredible job. They don’t rush the process and pay attention to detail. My last set lasted over 2 weeks which is good for me.

I have been to Think Pink Nail salon 3 times since March and each time was a disappointment. Their Gel manicures have only lasted a week before they start chipping. Then when I get the polish removed they grind them down so much that it thinned out my nails. I went to my regular nail salon the other day and they said they ruined my nails to the point where I should take a break from polish before getting them done again.I will not be returning here and I would suggest others to do the same.

Now I love the atmosphere the decor was great however I was there for 3 hours all I received was a manicure and pedicure. It would have been better if the young lady could at least speak enough English to hold a little conversation. I felt like I was being held hostage. Please let me go hurry up first and last visit

Low hygiene maintenance. It was my first time getting manicure and no one to help you decide or give information about the service. They assume you know everything and just ask you what you want. The lady who did my nails was in a hurry to finish and hurt my nails. She did uneven sizes and shapes. My nails look like they are done at home and not in a nail salon.

Ok so when i went my nails weren’t even even! they’re we’re different sizes ! and the service is so rude , the girl that did my acrylics made one hand WAYYY bigger than the other nail . the lady that did my nails also said that the color i choose wasn’t cute and wouldn’t work . it was very disappointing. i felt very pure pressured . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, def not coming back . 👎🏽

Client neglect. Beautiful work even though she didnt even finish and then just walked away from me to go do another girl. She was constantly doing other things and wasnt even focused and now my nails are crooked. They didnt do any sanitation between clients. They didnt make us wash our hands and there are roo many people in the building at the same time

I got a pedicure yesterday and when I got home the tops of both of my big toes were raw. I have been there numerous times and have never been dissatisfied. I was going to go back and complain today but thought it would be a waste of time. I wont be back.

Tbh , I dont even want to give my experience one star. I had called to schedule 2 deluxe mani/pedis DAYS in advance . It was part of my Valentines gift for my bf. I had booked almost a week ahead of time btw. So our appointment was at 11 , and thats the time they open . Well we get there and it was completely packed . I didnt have a good feeling right off the jump b/c we had a 2nd appointment to where we had to leave by a certain time . I did book w/extra time in mind. They asked if we had an appointment and I confirmed. They didnt even check their books and get our names . A lady just told me to pick out my color. So we get seated a couple minuets after we arrive . We were soaking in the pedicure bowl for 20 whole minds before someone finally came over and started on my bfs feet . By this time the water is completely cold. Well time is just passing and finally at 1140 someone comes over to start my feet. By this time I done put on my socks and shoes. I told them I no longer would be getting a mani/pedi and my bf will only be getting the pedi . Why have people schedule appointments if thats how things are played out ? I was extremely annoyed b/c they ruined the experience. It was my 1st time there too , so 1st impression was not good at all. We were supposed to have walked out w/2 mani/pedis and left with only one pedi. Someone came over and said that I could come back at a later time and he had a paper and clipboard in his hands like he was going to schedule me . I already scheduled days prior and didnt get serviced, so why would I come back for most likely the same experience . I will not be going back . VERY ANNOYED and wasted a trip from ucity to st.charles .

This is the ONLY place I will get my nails dipped at because they use the BEST quality products! The dip is done differently here, no lifting off natural nail and no bad color changes over time. 5 Stars!

We brought a party of 8 ladies on Saturday evening for pedicures for a 4 pm reservation. The salon was totally ready for us and we didnt have to wait at all. The staff was friendly and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Popped in at this fine establishment as a walk-in customer; greeted right away & I was fit in for a fill & pedi by the Young master Jay less than 10 minutes upon arrival. Complimentary glass of wine 🍷 was served to me which I enjoyed very much. Overall great experience will definitely be returning! Thanks Jayyy

Dropped my wife off at this place for menicure. Extremely bad service and rude workers. They used acetone as nail polish remover which is very bad for nails. The worker was very arrogant and disrespectful. Now her nails and finger tips are damaged. I will be taking action against this facility.

My wife talked me into getting a pedicure about 2 years ago. Been 3-5 times around in Saint Charles and this was my best experience yet! Nice staff, great service!

Ive been here several times before, so I came here thinking it would be ok. Well, they are not social distancing the customers & the acrylic partitions they have need to be cleaned. The workers are sharing products out of one basket. This is not the place for me!

First and last time I’ll ever go there. I went in for a manicure and got fake nails put on with the powder dip, you could still noticeably see the sides of all of my nails and I asked the technician to fix it and was told it would cost me double to fix it. Then I wanted to see the manager and couldn’t find whomever it was.

Cute establishment, but the technicians are inexperienced. Took them 2.5 hours to do a mani/pedi; gel dip turned out horribly and was guaranteed to last 3 weeks chip free but chipped after 3 days and looked terrible from the beginning. Wont go back.

I got a full set but these nails didn’t even last a week. After 6 days they started coming off. Not only coming off but the acrylic pulled the top layer off my nail. Will not be coming here again.

The only place I will get my nails done. Call and ask to make an appointment with Coco. Shes my fave and does amazing work. Ive never left disappointed in my nails.

I used to go this salon, but I stopped a year ago since the quality went down. Today I decided to try again and get my toes done. Never again! It looks like a 10 years old did it… and paid $48 for it

Fun place for nails. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the shoulder massage after my pedicure. definitely left feeling relaxed. Maybe next time Ill ask for the wine.

I freakin love this place. Every time, EVERY TIME, I fall more in love with how much attention to detail they pay attention to and it’s like everyone is involved with each client. I did not know this place even existed. But it was great. They put plastic wrap in the foot spas and over the arm rest while you are getting your mani. They give massages after your pedi or mani. Just really nice people with great attitudes.

Sandy was awesome. She took excellent care of my mom! We will definitely return. She was so professional as well as personable.

Went here on my birthday and had an appt at 3. They took other people before me who either had no appt or the same time appt for the same thing. The staff was just rude and didn’t care about our time. Took over 30 plus minutes to get back after we made an appt. Highly dissapointed.

I heard about this place from a friend, so I tried it on a whim. I never went back to my old salon again! This place is clean and friendly and the service is prompt and high quality. Plus the price is really affordable.

This place smells like a nail salon. Ive been to others that dont have that strong nail polish remover smell. They could clean better.

Unorganized check in. Unskilled technicians. My eyebrow wax resulted in half my lash missing. The technician continually pinched my skin with the teeezers which resulted in scarring. Pedicure was not of good quality.

They over charge me and my mom. And polish came off the next day

If you ever need to make any waxing appointment, definitely choose Stephanie. She does a clean and great job.

I got my nails done a few weeks ago and i got acrylic and this nail salon is near my house so I decided to try it out and I usually go to jk nails and they do a really good job there but i got my nails done here they were painted and shaped terrible and the powder they put on the acrylic isnt covered fully by the nail polish !

I was visiting St. Louis and was directed to Think Pink Nail & Salon. I had a deluxe pedicure that was amazing. I left feeling like I was walking on cotton.

Terrible customer service , worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten with cold water and I had to sit there until they boiled water and they made me pay full price for that .
