Ive had almost every coffee there is in the area, and I can say with absolute confidence that the latte I had at G&F today was the most delicious by a long shot. So rich, smooth, and just honestly perfection. Beautiful atmosphere too - I could have stayed all day reading and relaxing in the upstairs lounge area. They have to-go as well if youre in a hurry, which I will definitely be utilizing. Parking was a little confusing, but every other detail was impeccable. Cant wait to return.

This place is AMAZING. The clothing is affordable and there is something for everyone, even if you arent a hippie. The hats are hand made by the shop keeps husband, who can do custom hats as well. The upstairs lounge is so peaceful and relaxing. I got the Vegas latte. So yummy!!

Grounded, only open for a month has that pizzazz. Unique taste in coffee plus the free feeling of fashion with their boho style. Stop on by, get your cup of Jo. Staff is friendly and it the atmosphere is welcoming. Parking is in the back.

St. Charles has a hidden gem here! This boutique has a peaceful atmosphere and offers so much to choose from! The iced coffee is better than ANY brand, and the flavors are genuine ingredients. The clothing and jewelry are so gorgeous and ethically sourced. And the people working there are kind and compassionate. I love supporting small business, and this is one that I will come back to often!

I love this place. Best massage ever!!! I have been stopping by regularly and grabbing my favorite sugar free coffee. I love shopping in the boutique while I wait for the perfection. I was extremely tense and sore from work so I decided to book a massage. Best decision I made. I feel amazing.

My wife and I visited Grounded and Free while we were in town from Arkansas for a JRAD concert, and we had an amazing time! The owners were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed a delightful conversation about music and coffee. The coffee was fantastic, and my wife absolutely loved the unique clothing selection.The atmosphere of the place is really cool, with a front porch and great hangout areas that made us feel right at home. If youre in Saint Louis, we highly recommend stopping by Grounded and Free. Its a perfect spot to relax, enjoy good coffee, and chat with wonderful people.

This place seriously has the best coffee around. If you’re on the bean do yourself a favor and get an americano. Seriously exceptional coffee. Great eclectic store and best of all the owners are the most personable people one could meet. Made us feel at home. Awesome lounge area upstairs with comfy furniture. They offer massages in the downstairs area, the rooms are renovated and look great! Seriously go check this place out it’s great. We will visit often.

Stopped in this morning with my mom and the owners were so incredibly kind and welcoming. They have an upstairs lounge area that is so cozy and clean. The clothing is so cute and fair priced. Coffee was SO good, great drink flavor selections. And lastly, the downstairs area where the massages happen was also cozy and clean. Great spot with a good vibe.

Everyone should go here!!! The staff is the most friendly, kind-hearted people. They exemplify the unique and small-town heart feel of St. Charles! The coffee is delicious and it is so neat how they have a very fun shop to look through & on top of it they offer massages! There is a very cute lounge area upstairs that would be perfect for hanging out or reading. You won’t be disappointed if you try this place out!

What a wonderful shop! Theres room upstairs to congregate and relax. The main floor has amazing clothes and accessories for the ladies. Their coffee and lotuses are amazing!Downstairs even has a massage section

I met them at St. Charles Riverwalk Market where they provided me with the delightful Graceful Latte. I still cant stop thinking about that Latte! I also got a cute hat, too. They were also kind enough to help out with a dog issue we had :) Great people with great coffee!

Went here for a yoga class and coffee. Super neat and unique space. The owner is very friendly and just nice to talk with. They have a great selection for clothes and jewelry too.

I loved - loved - loved this store. Found the most adorable boho dress to wear this summer. Plan to return to shop more items! My friend the coffee expert fell in love with a Carmel flavored brew from the expert Mr. Brewmaster’s line of beverages. Sweet owners - lovely people - couldn’t be nicer - very accommodating & helpful. Lots of unique items - I will most definitely go back to shop! A most pleasant shopping experience!

I am so glad that I finally stopped in to check out this little gem. One of the owners (Amy) was an absolute delight to talk to, and she made me a DELIGHTFUL latte with a really rich-tasting espresso. The hand-made jewlery and unique clothes were gorgeous! Not to mention the adorable lounge area upstairs. Will definitely be coming back with friends.

Lovely place run by very nice people. Found some great clothes. We didnt get a chance to check out the coffee bar or spa upstairs, but if its as clean and well managed, Im sure theyre great.
