I brought my girl in for her first true hair cut and not just a trim. She wanted a big CHOP and to donate to wigs for kids.The ladies we spoke with were very helpful and accommodating. She had a photo of the hair style she wanted and they nailed it! Look at that BIG smile!Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!!

Gabby is absolutely the best! She does my nails perfectly every time and never misses. I love that she put so much thought and care into my nails. You can tell Gabby loves what she does and really cares about her clients! Getting my nails done by Gabby feels like spending time with a friend. If you want the most beautiful and fun nails, then Gabby is your girl!

Update: added photos of the hair color I wanted vs. the hair color I got for $330.I have been coming here and getting all over color, I believe I always get 3N, for about a year and a half. Every spring I usually try and lighten it for the summer so I’ve had this process done before. This time around I am very disappointed in the color for the price I paid. I had my inspiration pic and I knew going in I wasn’t going to go from level 3 to platinum blonde but I at least expect to notice a difference. It looks the same as when I came in. For $330 I expect to notice a difference in my hair if I’m getting it lightened. I’ve gotten my hair lighten many times and I know it can be a lot lighter than it is.

My husband booked me a spa package for mothers day that included a manicure, facial, and massage. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of each service, especially for the price. The attention to detail was incredible. Claudia was very meticulous and thorough in doing my manicure. The hot paraffin oil was unreal 😍 Then Faith did my first facial; I didnt know what to expect but was very impressed. I wish I knew more about what products she used, but everything felt amazing. Then Brooke gave me a fantastic full body massage with incredible peppermint oil. Her hands are magic - she somehow gets all the right spots without being at all rough. I was so comfortable and cozy the whole time, and the fireplace, silky robes, and soothing music were absolutely the perfect touch. I cant wait to return!

Ive been looking for a stylist for a long time that understood what I wanted and what was really feasible with my hair type. Kelly Lahay did it. I got my hair cut yesterday and love it. Shorter than I usually go because I thought that wasnt me but it is great. I finally feel I really have a hair style instead of just hair.

I visited this salon for the first time on Saturday and it was amazing! Everyone was nice and it was a very relaxing experience. Riley cut and styled my hair and I love it! It was perfect for my cousins wedding that afternoon. After my haircut, Cheri painted my nails. She was very nice, friendly, and helped me pick out the perfect color. Overall it was a great visit! I’ll definitely be back in the future. 💗

Hello better go to West Clay because it’s closer to my home. And that’s usually where I go to see Renee. The front desk are the ones that are very Nice and caring. The mid Rivers One is kind of cold as far as people go. But the one on West Clay is not like that. I have been going to Renee the massage therapist for way over a year I think. And she really listens to you and your needs. However, the only thing that bothers me or the steps that you have to go up to get your hair done. And since recently fallen last year, I’ve had problems with my back, and I can barely go up and down the stairs. I was there this past weekend and I had on a tiny step and one of the front desk people come out and ask if I was OK. Someone upstairs had seen me fall and was concerned. I prefer West Clay over mid Rivers or Cottleville whatever it’s called. The only good thing about the mid Rivers area is there’s no stairs.

I have been going here for probably over a year and a half now and it’s the only place I go! Kenzi does my hair every time and I’m in love with it each time I walk out the door. Clean and tidy salon and I would recommend to anyone!

I used to have Mandi but she left. She was the best. The hard thing for me is paying $140.00 for three highlights in the top of my hair. Three pieces of foil to highlight the top of my head for $140.00. I can do it myself. Otherwise this place is very good. I just don’t want to pay so much for so little. Thank you.

I have a client there for 18 years. I love everything about this place. They make you feel very welcome as soon as you enter. Ive been getting facials with Allison, thats my favorite way to relax and does it great for my skin. I just started a microchanneling series. I guess I feel like family after all this time. If you havent tried it, go one time and you will be sold.

Clean, friendly, welcoming, professional and amazingly always on time! Ive been getting my hair cut here for nearly a year, and Im happy every time. My hair looks great, and its a comfortable and pleasant experience every time. Highly recommended!

I have been wedding planning for the last 9 months (from Michigan for a wedding in St. Louis) and I put hair and makeup on the back burner…well 3 months to the wedding and I start panicking because I don’t have anyone planned for hair and makeup!! It seemed like anyone that was anyone was already booked. Someone told me about Salon de Christe so I figured I’d give them a call. Kat Miller has just taken every one of my requests and concerns and gone above and beyond to make sure I’m 100% set for my big day. With so much going on and so many things to do, knowing that this one HUGE part of my day is good to go is such a relief.

I got a shampoo and blowout by Kelly and brow wax/shaping by Ashley. Both were fabulous!! My friends and family all commented on my blowout and said how great it looked. Everyone in the salon is friendly and welcoming. The setup of the shampoo stations, stylist chairs, and Ashleys room were all great as well. Highly recommend!!

I got to the west clay location and everyone there is an absolute blessing. The girls at the front are so kind and welcoming. Madeline who is the goddess of eyebrows, is literally the best human. She is amazing.

Eyebrows micro bladed in early 2023 and still look great. Madeline is my aesthetician and she is the greatest!Have also had numerous facials and more recently I’ve begun have dermaplaning which feels marvelous. I’m looking forward to trying out new skin services soon.

10/10! This was my first time here, and they exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, and building was very clean and well put together, it had a calming atmosphere and was overall welcoming. My stylist- Leanna made my hair look like a million dollar cut for under 40$! I’ve been going somewhere else for 10 years but new year new me- this will be my new salon! You can tell the owners take what they do seriously and are genuine- the staff sang their praises and that is hard to find these days.. honestly- very impressed with their skill and professionalism and am looking forward to returning for other treatments. (Their nail room, massage rooms, and facial rooms all looked so relaxing and inviting!!) check it out for yourself- you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately I have to leave a 2 star review. I like my hair but the stylist left bleach on my ears and the back of my head. I didnt even notice until the next day when my ears and head started burning and my ears bright red, were swollen, and had blisters. It hurt so bad! I couldnt even lay on my left side for days. It finally healed after 6 days of putting neosporin on it.I really hoped this would be the place I would get my hair done but Ill have to find somewhere else. Really sucks to spend almost $300 for a bad job.I did call to tell them and they just said they were sorry and asked if I asked if I wanted to come back so they could wash it off... like what?? Obviously I took a shower and washed my hair 2x and my ears to make sure it was all off when I noticed what was happening. I just hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Jennifer Jennings gave me the most beautiful blonde color Ive ever had. She is so good with highlights and made my hair so healthy and the perfect shade of blonde Ive always wanted but could never achieve at other hair salons. Thank you, JJ!!!

If you have biracial children with textured curly hair I highly recommend Brittany she did an amazing job with my kids hair! She was very good at listening to exactly what we asked for She also engaged in conversation with them which made them feel very comfortable they have not had a hair cut in a very long time.

Had an absolute disaster trying to do my eyebrows at home when I had family pictures the next day. I got an appointment for the same day at the location off West Clay and Victoria absolutely saved me!! My eyebrows were perfect and it was cheaper than I ever expected!! My first time ever getting waxed and it did not hurt even a little, not only that, she was so nice and personable!!

I’m a new client. I’d received a spafinder gift card for $40– and made an appt for a Classic Pedicure which was listed as $48. It was the most soothing comfy amazing pedicure I’ve ever had. I felt truly pampered and decided I’d definitely return. When I paid, the gift card went through with no problem—and I gave the receptionist my credit card for the remaining $8. Much to my surprise, it was $24!! I explained I had made an appointment for the Classic Pedicure. The receptionist said that the Classics were $48…”but her Classics are $64!” A bit stunned, I signed the charge slip and gave the receptionist the $10 bill I’d planned to leave as a gratuity.I’m not saying that this service wasn’t worth the price, but as a new client, it would have been good to have been informed that this “Classic” was more expensive than listed.I give a five-star rating because the pedicure was so wonderful, but the lack of information at scheduling was very disappointing to say the least.

As my 3 year anniversary approachs, I look back on my photos and see how perfect my hair was! I knew what I wanted and how it would look but it turned out so much better than I imagined. Ask for Amanda if youre needing anything for prom, wedding etc.Also Amanda did my blue hair years before my wedding and it was perfect!

I was very out of my comfort zone but she was so receptive of what I wanted, provided great suggestions for products and care at home, as well as carried a wonderful conversation. First time going to Salon de Christè and had an awesome experience! I made an appointment that day and the front desk was kind and easy to work with. I got a gel manicure from Gabby and she was the BEST nail tech I’ve ever worked with, hands down! She helped me pick a color because I never end up liking the color I choose. She was conversational and so so sweet! And my nails look amazing! I usually experience getting impressions on my nails hours after getting them done and they have stayed smooth and shiny. Overall, wonderful experience. I will definitely be back (and will be requesting Gabby)! :)

All the services I have had here have been great! Recently I booked an expensive spa day but one of the services was canceled that morning at 9 when they opened. The massage therapist was nice enough to text me and let me know. I never got a call from the front desk I had to call them. With such an upscale place this is I shouldnt have to call and see whats going on. The front desk is the first thing you see when you walk in. They arent all professional.

I went here today to get my hair dyed, trimmed, and styled and boy was I not disappointed at all! Paige did an absolutely amazing job! Great ambience and friendly helpful staff. I got a back wax and the technician was friendly efficient and proficient. Its a fair price of $60 where as Ive paid 80 at other places. They give you a complimentary gift bag upon checkout. Ill definitely be going back.

I took my fiance here for Valentines day they were booked out for over a month and we went ahead and waited, upon getting to the consultation we were given an estimated price of 300.00 then after all was said and done and 2 appointments later we paid about 450.00 and her roots have some spots not colored along with a Blotch of hair next to hair that is a different color than the platinum she wanted. The stylist was very nice and and professional but we are disappointed to say the least. After paying for an upper class salon of that price range you would think that it would be flawless.

These people only care about money and they cant even get platinum blonde right. They charged us over $500 over the course of three months to only get my wife to ash blonde! Worthless, go anywhere else.

I was recommended to a specific stylist here by a friend for a balayage and haircut. She was booking a little over two weeks out so I took her 1st available afternoon appointment. I get a text from her two hours prior to my appointment, cancelling due to “falling asleep by the pool and getting too badly sunburned.” She then tried to schedule me out another 10 days so I called the salon to request the 1st available stylist. They scheduled me for the next day at 4:00 pm and I arrived about 3:50 to check in. I didn’t get called back until 4:25 and the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, not even looking at me or letting me know my stylist was running behind. I showed her an inspiration picture and she stated that she didn’t like a lot of contrast like that and she could do something for me that would be “low maintenance” which resulted in a 3 hour, $200 appointment that left my hair looking almost EXACTLY THE SAME. Total waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this salon. It seems like they think the stylists’ time is worth much more than the customer’s.

Kelly did an exceptional job of listening to me and gave me just the haircut that I wanted. I was a little nervous driving there because I didnt know where I was going as I have just moved from Nebraska. She was very kind and calming and I would definitely recommend this salon and especially Kelly to anyone.

I was recently there 8-12-20. I had a facial, Ashley was nice I looked good after, but I froze to death and she was very loud with moving things around.My massage was I really enjoyed Becca and will be back. But again I froze until I got the heat pack on my back.While getting my hair styled I absolutely was in pain from the cold! That was ridiculous! To be so uncomfortable. Paige sympathized but it was out of her control. BTW I loved her she was very friendly and professional. Thermostat was on 62, 62!🥶 I told the front desk. All in all I loved the service but I dont like the idea of being uncomfortable.

Went there for my first eyebrow tint and waxing. The staff was extremely nice and the salon was beautiful. THE TINT DID NOT LAST EVEN A WEEK. Spent $50 for a about 3 days of tint/color. When I called them about my dissatisfaction, she said she would just cancel my next appointment. I was really impressed with the spa originally, but now I have a different view all together.

I love salon de Christie and my excellent stylist. However, when you get your hair lightened make sure they use products which do not break your hair off. The front of my hair broke to 1” due to thr product used. This was NOT the stylist fault. She has no control over the brands the salon uses. The good news is that they have switched their product range. If you are lightening, even just a bit, ask if there is extensive breakage with the product. I still go to this awesome salon but am upset with 1” hair in front

Never been to Salon de Christi before, scheduled an appt to have my hair styled for courthouse wedding. Hannah was my stylist and did such an amazing job! I love my hair! Also had a great time with her which put me at ease and started my morning off in a great way!

I received the day spa package as a Birthday gift. I am a single mom of 3 and rarely get time to myself. I was able to get a facial, haircut and style and a makeup application. I felt amazing after!! Look forward to go back for the rest. Love, Love,Love this place

When I visit Salon De Christe my hairstylist is Michelle Weeks and has been for around 30 years or so. I love her and love what she does with my hair. She is excellent with color and manages to cut my hair to the curl. I have curly hair which is also very coarse.She is amazing.

I went to this salon because after getting different prices each visit and not getting what I paid for elsewhere. I needed a modern, up to date salon with many services.I cant even begin to say how impressed, excited and wish, I would have changed too this salon years ago.Laura did touch up, and foiled in missing blondes in the back., with an awesome style. The stylist I had, Emily, was very polite and accommodating. Overall the salon did not mess up my hair but I felt that it was extremely expensive for what I received (a barely noticeable trim and a quick shampoo and condition with a simply styling that hid the fact that my layers werent visible). Also I believe they focused way too much on pushing their products and other services towards the customer as I noticed every customer when headed to check out was guided to the supplies shelf and reccomended multiple products. Overall slightly displeased for the service I received at such a high price I expected more.

I have been going to Salon De Christe for years. Kelly Lahay is the best stylist that I have had style my hair. My hair has never looked healthier and I believe it is because of Kellys expertise. She is very busy so you must schedule your appointments in advance but she is definitely worth the wait. I recommend her to everyone who needs a new stylist and I can do that knowing they will love their results. She is always very sweet and helps me with my elderly mother who has a difficult time getting around. I look forward to my visits with Kelly and because I know that I will always be happy with the results, I use my hair appointment as a time to relax. The Salon has done a great job of meeting safety needs for their re-opening. And during the shut down they remodeled the spa area and it is lovely. Have always had excellent service from everyone there. Highly recommend.

The pedicure room is set off in a side room in the spa area so it seems more relaxing, than others I’ve been to that share the same space with the other salon services. The classic pedicure lasted the full 45 mins as promised and was luxurious!

I took my son here for his very 1st haircut and his stylist JJ Radwanski was AMAZING! She was fun, detailed and provided us with a 1st haircut certificate and a lock of his hair. The facility was huge, welcoming and they had water, coffee and other beverages which made the experience even better! I loved it so much I set up an appointment for myself to get a color and cut next week. I cant wait! :)

I was here for the first time in March 2015 to have my hair colored and cut. I came in with quite a bit of a disaster on my hands, and luckily Brandi was able to repair the damage. She did a fabulous job and was very pleasant and helpful! She listened to what I wanted, and also provided her own suggestions. Pricing was also fairly reasonable. I will most definitely be back!

Love love love Salon De Christe! I’ve been going there since 2004. They’re staff is friendly, prices reasonable. Teri is my favorite massage therapist and never disappoints! She is so kind and professional and is the best. The touches that SDC gives puts it over the top because I’ve gotten massages in Hawaii, Vegas, and in several other spas and no one I’ve had uses the Mother Earth eye and neck masks during the massage or the heated towels that they wrap on your feet! Looks like they redid some things with the decor with the fireplace and it looks gorgeous. That’s the best part afterwards is relaxing in the comfy chairs by the fireplace and just soaking in the tranquility before going back to regular life lol. I come here every time I’m in town to visit family and I look forward to it.

I enjoy most of the people there. Overall Ive been happy with the facials and other sevices. Had one bad experience with a tech named Ashley, she dyed my eyelashes, but didnt do a great job. Asked if I wanted my brows waxed and I said go ahead I dont have a lot left and she told me it wasnt worth bothering with

I went here for the first time to get a massage. I had a gift card from a friend who recommended Becca. Omg! She was the Best! I have has shoulder pain in both shoulders for 2 years. She figured out what the problem was and massaged it out!! Unbelievable how good she is! Highly recommend her!! Shes been doing it for 14 years and has alot of experience!!

For a few months now, Ive been on a waiting list to purchase a liter of Aquage for color treated hair. Ive called and been told it never has been restocked. My account had a rather large credit on it and I have whittled down to having just enough to buy the shampoo Ive been out of now for at least 6 weeks. Services I used to have were fine, but the prices became too high for my budget to continue coming in for hair or massage (and my stylist quit after several years using them) Id say that really Im not as happy as I was years ago and sure wish I could get my liter of shampoo so that I could use my account credit (I really didnt want to resort to buying nail polish as there arent very many colors that I dont already have)

I have been going to Michele Weeks for 30 Plus years & love her. She always knows what to do with my hair. I Love Salon De Christe, all the facilities are first rate & the employees are all very helpful & happy! I would recommend Salon De Christe to anyone.

They provide great service, and are attentive to their clients needs, but nothing really special stood out to me to set them apart from other salons. My grandma used to go to their other location back in the day and i distinctly recall more of a day spa type of environment. Definitely wish they would go back to that.

Incredible service. Great spa. I have been several times and loved it. The last time I was there, I received a European Facial. WoW!! It was life changing. They are always friendly, professional and fabulous. I would recommend anyone to make the trip out. Amazing experience.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Salon de Christe, especially for European facials. I enjoyed my visit (1st return since pre-covid) but did feel disappointed by the lack of masks. A minor change would be a huge improvement. For a facial, two people are enclosed in a small room for about an hour and the customer is not able to wear a mask for this service. The service provider should either automatically wear a mask or at a minimum should ask the customer if they feel more comfortable with a masked employee. I had to ask for my provider to please wear a mask, even though I was masked which makes my preference obvious.

It was my first time coming here, I have refused to get my hair cut by anyone but my sister for years. My hair is really long and sometimes difficult to cut. The last time i went somewhere for a trim, the lady cut 8 inches off! However, Dee at Salon de Christe, listened to me. She trimmed my split ends, evened my hair, added layers and cut off minimal length. Thanks! I will be coming back!

During the Covid, they are no longer blow drying and styling hair, but yet still charging the same price for less services. When I inquired about the additional charges without the services supplied the comment was those services are free. So basically they are performing less services so that they can get more people in and out of their shop.If they were so concerned about air quality in their salon, maybe they should take a look at their air ducks that are caked full of hair dirt and dust that just blows out on customers. The place is filthy and the owners will not respond back to me after leaving several messages since my appointment on May 20. I will not be going back to that filthy place

The best place to get a hair cut in St. Charles! Pricing depends on who you see, but Dani is affordable and always does a great job on my naturally curly hair. The massages are great here too.

I had eyebrow tinting and eyelash tinting done yesterday. She told me i had no restrictions or aftercare. So i washed my face last night before bed. When i woke up today i noticed my tint was completely gone. My other issue was..the tint wasnt shaped at all. It looked as if it was just slopped on. My family told me i looked angry all the time. I thought maybe it was suppose to look like that until i washed my face. I couldnt see it because at the same time i was doing my eyelashes. So i had my eyes closed. The tint is suppose to last weeks. Mine is completely gone the next day. Money and time completely wasted. Im very disappointed. I feel bad because she was very sweet but i feel worse that i didnt get what i wanted.

I would give negative stars if posdible. Got my wife the spa discovery package for x-mas, and sheduled her for 12/30.She said the massage was crummy and short, they made her very uncomfortable, and didnt give her the lunch I paid for. They kept telling her: well he got this for you, but we dont have time for that so you are going to get this instead. Very disappointed in the service and will not be returning.

Called them and the lady didnt have very good customer service, didnt seem friendly. Called a different location and received excellent customer service. I guess Ill drive further, because Im not going to this one.
