Cozy Massage

It was my first one and Wendy was my massage therapist. She did an amazing job that it took my body pains away. It was so calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend going there. I loved and enjoyed that 1 hr therapy.

Sunny was my massage therapist and this was my very first visit. This establishment is nothing short of AMAZING!!! The prices were reasonable too. This was absolutely the BEST massage experience that I have had and felt so relaxed. HIGHLY recommend!

Worst “professional” massage I’ve received and way over priced for the type of experience we had. It was $150 for two people with a tip. The place smelled so strong of bleach. The two women giving the couples massage were talking to each other in a foreign language the whole time. One of them was asking for instructions the whole time and the other lady kept stopping my massage to go show her what to do and doing in and out of the room for long periods of time. Both of the massages they were rubbing in a circle doing the same motion right on the bone not on the muscles. The only part that felt good was the hot stones on the legs. They didn’t ask what areas we wanted to focus on or if we had any injuries or anything you would need to know before giving a massage. The lotion they used was Suave- the bottle was right there they were pumping it out. The head piece on the table was lined with paper towels and the bed had old looking mismatched sheets on it. There was also no pad on the bed it was not comfortable.

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience. It was my first massage ever and Fanny was the woman who helped me and she was absolutely great, super nice !! Very professional, friendly and clean!

My daughter highly recommended Cozy Massage, so aafter a particularly stressful morning, I was able to call and schedule a massage that same afternoon! Linda did a FANTASTIC massage that relaxed me and got me in the right head space. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I did a couple massage and it felt amazing. The place is very clean. The hot stones were so good!! The only downfall is the 2 ladies kept chatting during our massage but not a huge deal. I will be back for sure.

Best massage Ive ever had, Id recommend it. My husband and I got a couples massage there and we walked out super relaxed. They were very professional, and attentive. The place is very clean and cozy. I felt like she was getting to the areas I most needed, but she massaged the whole body from head to toes.

Good massage but they asked me for a tip at the end when I had already tipped the lady at the beginning. They acted really confused. Then when I showed them my punch card they acted like theyd never seen one before. They acted like they werent even going to punch it because I didnt tip, even though I did. I will be going to OK massage from now on which is phenomenal. Shes never asked me for a tip. The massages are always excellent and she has never turned me away as a walk in whereas cozy massage has. Also, a lady opened the door to chat with my masseuse twice during my massage which didnt bother me that much but it might bother other people. Lastly, just fyi, if its your first time they DO get on the table with you a few times during the massage.

I was totally relaxed the experience couldnt have been greater. Price wasnt bad either

We’ve been to this location for couples massages twice now, and it’s been the best massages we’ve ever had in the St. Louis area (and we’ve been to quite a few!). Hot stones feel amazing after deep massages working out all the aches and tightness. Nothing but positive things to say about them, especially for the price!

Cozy Massage is a really great place to go if your wanting an amazing massage. Anna took very good care of me. Walked out feeling fabulous 👌. I absolutely recommend going if your interested in a peaceful, relaxing massage.

Hands down best massage in the area! They take walk ins / last minute appts. Deep tissue 60 mins with hot stones, $60 plus tip. Will definitely be back!

I was across the street getting my car worked on and the wait was going to be close to 2 hours. I saw Cozy Massage took walk ins so I gave it a try. The migraine I woke up with as well as nagging neck pain was quickly alleviated! The rooms are clean and the staff are super friendly and professional. The massage was probably the best I’ve ever had (and I have a membership at a local chain). The prices are very reasonably for the services you receive. The hot stones were icing on the cake! I will definitely be back!

I love cozy massage! They adjust the service to fit your needs and I walk out feeling like a million bucks every time…I’m now going to make this my monthly self care ritual. Don’t think about it just go!!

My wife and I got a couple massage here the day after Thanksgiving. We get massages everywhere we travel. All I can say about this is WOW! We loved it! It may be the best massage we have ever gotten, and we have had many great massages. They ask if you want soft, medium or hard pressure. We both asked for medium and it was perfect! Those girls are strong and used a variety of techniques. They used hot rocks, hot rags, great pressure rubbing, a little percussive massage and stretching. It was an amazing experience and we will be back next time we are in the area!

Its just ok. Nothing really special to speak of. Pricing in on par with the rest and they have multiple options to choose from. Be aware that when you ask for a foot body massage, this DOESNT include the feet. After a 57min massage she said we were done and had not gotten to the feet. I asked about that and she feigned ignorance and massage each foot for right around a minute and that was that. So full body doesnt really mean head to toe full body here. I would like to see them touch the place up a bit with some class. Bed sheets on the windows just makes it looks shady.

Julie is awesome! Knows where the muscles are and I can tell she knows what she is doing! Can’t beat $60 for an hour! I workout a lot and work a ton of hours and get massages 1-2x per month. Highly recommend!

Was able to make an appointment an hour before on a Saturday. They were incredibly nice and professional. It was a wonderful massage that left me feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend it.

I am constantly going to massage places. Ive been to great places and not so great places. A 60 minute massage got me a back only massage (didnt know that going in) that was one of the greatest massages Ive every had. Like crying from pleasure great. Very relaxing. She took her time, chatted a bit, checked in every now and then asking about the pressure. Just amazing attention to detail. I wish she would have upsold me on the front as well, but other than that, it was perfect.

A great little place, I was in St Charles on business and took in a round of golf at a local course resulting in a strained shoulder and sore upper back (definitely need to practice more); but after a hour massage my shoulders felt very much better as did my upper back. The business is clean and the therapists provide a professional quality service.

I just got a 1 hour massage, and it was AMAZING! Great price. The ladies were nice. My body sure feels like they knew what they were doing. I am so relaxed, and will definitely be coming back!

By far the worst massage place I’ve been to and experienced. Paid $110 for a 60 mins couples massage for the two Asian ladies massaging us to be chatting and gossiping for the entire hour. Non stop chatter and laughing, I felt very uncomfortable and not one bit relaxed even after our massage. Half way through the massage another person walked in the room and started to chat with the two ladies. They left the massage room door open for the last half of our massage, while our bodies were exposed. Very unprofessional and unsanitary I would avoid this place like the plague. I’m very disappointed, second time trying this place and will never recommend to anyone.

I travel a lot and have had massages all around the world. I’ve even been to Cloud 9, another place in st Charles and they were incredible!This place was by far the worst and most unprofessional massage me and my gf have ever received.They started my massage 15 minutes before my gf so once I was finished I had to just lie on the bed and wait for her to be finished. As directed by the masseuse.This was not a relaxing or satisfying in any way, skipping over the bizarre Asian cover music of western songs with a saxophone replacing the lead vocals... this was pretty much just some woman rubbing me up and down, squeezing my feet and hands a couple of times, clicking my knuckles and that was it. For an hour. For $90 for a couples massage.They also spoke their language with both of us in the room and both were laughing consistently throughout the hour. We don’t care about what they were saying but it made us both feel incredibly uncomfortable.We also had people walking in and out of the room consistently the entire time we were in the room and the door was actually left open for a large part of the massage, when we were both naked and incredibly exposed. Again I’ve had massages all around the world and have never felt so exposed, the sheet was peeled back and up so far that the entire side of your body was exposed head to toe.... very surreal and again uncomfortable.They charged us $90 for this experience & then had the cheek to ask for a tip. They also gave us a teeny tiny paper cup of water which would have barely hydrated a toad had the massage actually done anything like it was meant to!Do not go here if you want a massage.Do go here if you want to be rubbed all over by Asian women.

Lovely clean fast efficiency. Only complaint was that the room was cold. Like very cold. I told the therapist and I wish shed have helped me out because I couldnt fully relax because I was cold. Everything else 5 stars for sure!

My husband booked a couples massage today as a surprise for my birthday and it was amazing!!! The ladies were sweet, professional and did an excellent job. We walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

My wife and I did a couples massage, both in the same room together and it was good but my wife didnt like the fact that the two therapists were speaking to each other while doing the massages

It was 2 hours before closing and they forced me into a 30 minute massage that was felt like somebody rubbing my skin the whole time ! and they kept the door open the whole massage
