Zero stars!! I shop here all the time and had a product that could not be tested in store purchased from here. When I got home to check if it worked, it did not work at all. I tried to message them last night because they were closing when I went in to make the purchase and asked to just exchange the product out this morning. THEY WOULD NOT , take the exchange when its close to $100 worth of product brand new, and they hung up on me during the phone call for asking questions. If this is not resolved I will make sure myself and no one else I knows will go there for anything again. Worst customer service of all time.What is the direct way to contact because I called and the ladies there just said they would not help me and ended up hanging up on me.

Best shop in St. Joe, the customer service is better than any other store of any kind. Simply driving by makes me want to stop in, just so I can once again see what customer service is supposed to be like. I have gone through many mods, and many juices, and all staff has ALWAYS been knowledgeable about their products.

Ive been going here for YEARS and have always had great service until the other day. The guy was beyond rude to me and tried to make me feel stupid when in reality he didnt know what he was talking about. I didnt get his name but he looked like a biker. Im super disappointed to say I will never come back as long as he is working here. Ive also heard from many of my friends that have been going here for a long time say the same thing about the guy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And after seeing multiple reviews about this guy and how rude he is Im beginning to wonder how he is still employed? Your losing business over ONE jackass

Wont stand behind their product! Literally bought a $75 IJoy Diamond and one hour later asked if I could return it as it is defective. Was told nothing they can do and Im stuck with it.

Best customer service ever. I ended up getting a bad batch of coils well what we thought were bad batch of coils on my Cletus Tank. They gladly swapped two atomizers out. They saw that I had a problem with my tank but after three visits got it taken care of. No one else could fix the problem which turned out to be air flow completely backwards from what we expected. But the point of the story is after multiple visits they were still nice as ever. Not one ounce of frustration and got my problem taken care of. I will not shop anywhere else. Thank you Muse

I literally showed you exactly what I wanted I said sour house watermelon. Never said iced and the product was never opened but whatever it is what it is at this point maybe my next experience will be better

This is the worst store to buy stuff from most of their stuff does work or is broke and they dont care they just want ur money so do give it to them cus 9 times out of 10 IT DONT WORK

Dude here is rude af probably doesnt know what hes doing asked if he had coils for a cloud beast king an he immediately said no while I was saying do you have coils talk about a rude motherfuker let alone I can see them behind the counter but I walked out anyway Im not arguing with somebody that doesnt know what they have in stock

I bought an eleafe tessara 4 days ago and have been threw three coils. I took it out to muse vape and the lady there put in a new coil an hour ago and primed it and its already burnt up so I recommend not to go there because they will not help.

They sell fake and counterfeit vape coils. Particularly falcon or horizontech coils. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Garbage a** business. By new product from them and in the same day after opening it product breaks they will not exchange it. Very unreliable business.
