New Temporary shop hours due to the weather11am-7pm.I drove over an hour to get here and they are closed. You should have temporarily updated your website with the new temporary hours. The weather has been gone for 2 days and the roads are clear.

I liked the old Vapor maven with a lounge area and vape competitions, fun workers on Hover boards. Stores really need to be revamped. Workers need to engage and make it a fun atmosphere to hang and buy more stuff, not just drab workers sitting around, one good thing is they know there products well.

Update... Ive been back in there and I really like going in when the manager is there she is very friendly and helpful and is very knowledgeable!!! The guys not so much.The manager is amazing though so it makes up for it!Seems like they just hire warm bodies to work they dont know much about the coils and products like my vapor maven store back home in Pittsburg, KS the guys back home were very friendly and treated you like you were more than just a number.

Went there yesterday and after three years of frequenting the store, a newer employee really changed my opinion of the place. He was not only friendly, he was delightful, helpful, and informative. Not knowing the ins and outs of every vape product is an issue when they are all so expensive. This young man finally sold to me the products I have been trying to find for a long time after wasting a lot of money on products I didnt like. Within minutes, he made my life a little more enjoyable by saving me time and money. Treasure that kid, guys!

Really large selection and often times better prices than online . I got the wild mods edition evolve maxxx 3 in 1 for 60 bucks and the website charges 70 or 80 , can’t remember which . But either way I’ll take whatever savings I can get . Especially when you get the product now instead of waiting days for it to be shipped.

Walked in and was greeted immediately and asked if we needed any assistance.I wish I would have gotten the employees name because he was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable on the product we were interested in.He was able to answer all our questions and sell us on some of their merchandise.I would definitely be going back.

Kyle gave me EXCELLENT customer service and answered all my questions! He was so patient and willing to help me get my vape back to working like brand new! Will definitely be coming back! Definitely recommend!

If there was a rating lower than one it would receive that instead. Went in and bought some house juice, absolutely terrible tasting. The gentlemen had trouble with his credit card reader (that was attached to an Android phone by the way (seems sketchy)) and couldnt process my purchase the second time, then told me he couldnt help me beyond that. Great concept for a store, shame its ran by very poorly trained staff members.

Best vape shop experience I have had thus far! Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced! I normally stick to the same routines, but switching to this store has been great! Ill never go back to the others.

The guy I spoke to was so helpful. I actually left my checkbook on the counter. The guy searched until he found my number to let me know. Since I live an hour away I was thankful not only that some hoodlum didnt get ahold of it & go shopping but that he got ahold of me ASAP so I didnt have a 2 hour turnaround just for my checkbook. Definitely happy with my visit.

I went in there intending to get a vape pen and some cbd oil. I dont know a lot about it so I asked lots of questions to the clerk. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions without making me feel like he had better things to do. I totally appreciate all the stuff he told me because it made everything a lot easier to decide what I needed. I ended up getting the cbd oil he recommended which I really like. I will definitely be going back again. Thanks for all the help!!

Really you call this a vapor store? Sure, there is a ton of juice to choose from, i mean if gimmicky flavors are your thing. Personally I dont care for juices that ruin your coils after 1/2 tank leaving your remaining juice brown and sludgy. And as far as selection of flavors.... theres 2..... fruit and candy..... hello people not everyone wants super sweet flavors. Sucks I have to drive over an hour just to get decent quality juice. I wouldnt mind paying a higher price for better tasting and quality of vape.

This place helps you with any questions you have and gives you tips on there vape pens and juice. Their very friendly and helpful. Not bad in prices either. Definitely recommend coming here if you want good service and a good vape pen.

Austin never fails me! The quality of units are evolving, thank god! As new vapes are made and the bugs are being worked out, I have had to try several brands. I can always count on Austin to be knowledgeable about the latest units. My latest, the FreeMaX, seems to check all the boxes on my list of “must haves”. I’ve used it for a few days now and I love it!

Im from out of town and passing through. The guy inside basically says that I have to leave my (infant) child in the car unattended in order to buy A COIL. Like who the hell. Store policy Im like LegalityETA: The store was COMPLETELY empty at the time.

Lady working the front was very helpful. She knew what I wanted. The selection is vast and has all your smoking needs in one shop

This place sucks. Cannabis is medically legal in Missouri. I also just moved back from Colorado where it’s recrearionally legal. I was literally kicked out because I was just asking about how to smoke out of a certain piece of glass he had. He said I couldn’t come into the store to buy it for what I was wanting to buy it for. LOL! Good luck getting good loyal customers. I was ready to spend like $400 on some nice glass and as literally told to Leave because I was talking about medial cannabis. Lol. It is not illegal to smoke cannabis in Colorado where I live part of the time. Shame on u guys. I’ll be sure to not come back or refer my friends to the store. Not smart to do that to someone that genuenily just wanted some good glass because I’m sick. I’m also a business owner myself & I support tons of business owners in Saint Joseph. Reputation is everything. I sure hope u don’t tell someone to leave your stores that is even more sick than I am!

Came to the store.. there was a sign on the door that the clerk was in the restroom... after like 10 min and more people arriving we called the store and the guy answered.. I told him we were at the door.. so he came and let us in.WowIm not sure what was going on

Great selection of vape items juice, mods, and accessories and the staff are all friendly and helpful prices are higher than shopping online but the convenience of not having to wait 3 or 4 days kind of makes up for the price

The manager at nights I believe his name is Austin is super friendly and knows everything and is able to help me out Everytime I go in there. I highly recommend trying this place even if you already have a favorite here in town.

One guy always buys all of the RPM2 coils. Been told that st least five times so far, not worth shopping at s place that doesnt care about all of their other customers
