Liv was amazing! She did such a great job listening to what I wanted for my hair. She gave the best wash I’ve ever had. It was so relaxing and she took her time. I’m falling in love with my hair again.

Elizabeth was amazing. I had gotten chemical burns from a different stylist and when I went back to have them fix it Elizabeth did an amazing job. She made sure nothing was hurting, that my scalp was okay the entire time, and she told me what she was doing every step of the way. Once she was done with my hair it looked SO much better and it made me feel so much better knowing that my hair was fixed. My self-esteem also went up a lot after seeing my hair. Take my daughter there and they messed up her hair . They did highlight for her. It was very light on the top and very dark on the bottom . so unhappy with the results. it was no professional at all there. she charged me $200 for this mess.

Beware: this studio used deceptive practices on me by switching my order of hair extensions to a cheaper brand, but charging me full price. Their stylist, manager and owner will not work with me to compensate. The weft fell apart from day one. I had them taken out at six months by another stylist (Very experienced in a hair extensions and at another salon ) that said this is not what I had ordered an expected. (They are a cheaper quality) When you compare the first set and the second weft, you can plainly see, they are two different products. They want to blame me, but I had already worn extensions and had them in for a year and a half.

Maggie was very warm and sweet. She was very attentive to my wishes. We all want what we don’t have! She took the time to make me feel at ease as a new customer. Frankly her demeanor as a young person was extremely impressive to me. My new favorite hair stylist!

I’ve been going here for years now almost 5 I think? I just recently had a bad experience with my highlights and I called and they immediately got me in and fixed my hair. I love this place. Even when they (rarely) drop the ball they own it and make sure you’re happy! Would recommend for both color and cut!

I got hair extensions here in June of this summer. I loved the way they looked and still have them currently in but being serviced in a different city because I had to move. The staff was nice for the most part. My stylist was always very sweet to me. The only thing that started to bother me when returning is that I felt obligated to buy new products every time I was in. They would walk the products straight to the counter without asking if you wanted to purchase, making me feel like I had to and making it uncomfortable to say no. It just felt very pushy and they were very expensive products on top of already spending close to $2,000 on my tape in installation with a color. I’m almost positive I left with a new product every appointment. Speaking of extensions, my new hairstylist seemed a little weary of the tape ins I had. She said she had never heard of the brand and that the tape used for all other extensions such as Donna Bella was different. The tape needed for these extensions are much longer than normal. Now, I haven’t had a problem with them necessarily but it makes me wonder about the quality. I have had quite a lot of breakage at the ends but I do use heat on my hair regularly. Not that I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this salon, just something to note!

Ive been here 4 times now and its always a good experience! Nice staff and clean environment. I just went couple days ago and had Carissa as my stylist. She was great and did the exact cut and color style I showed her from my inspo pic! Love my new hair!

My daughter had a GREAT experience at Illusions today! It was her first time getting her hair dyed and she LOVED it! The stylist was so great with her and very accommodating to me as well. (I am hearing impaired and a lip reader. It’s not always easy to find folks with patience to communicate with me). We will ABSOLUTELY be back!

A great experience. Maggie was awesome. She corrected my wonky, brassy highlights and base brunette color beautifully. Especially refreshing was they told me what my services would cost before starting and in over 35 years of various St. Louis salons, I’ve never had one do that. I was stunned at the results. My brunette hair does not ‘come up’ easily to cool, beigey highlights, but Maggie made it happen. I loved the vibe of the salon as well. Nice, elegant, but not stuffy and really nice staff. I am so glad to have found Maggie at Illusions Color Spa!

Alex H. did an amazing job on my haircut. I entered the salon with long thick hair and left with a pixie cut. She cut 19 inches off and I have received nothing but compliments. True talent is being able to completely transform a persons hair style and do it with confidence. All of the staff is super polite and the salon is always clean. Definitely recommend. It was my first time at Illusions, and as soon as I walked in the doors I made the right decision in booking with this salon! Not only was the staff super friendly, my stylist Kristin was very patient with me. Unfortunately, I thought my appointment was at 2:00pm when it was at 1:30pm, but Kristin and the salon staff was more than happy and willing to take me in at 2pm! I was well catered to, Kristin gave me everything I wanted, and I felt incredibly comfortable. Plus- I loved the end result! My hair looks great and I trust Kristin already. I immediately booked my follow-up appointment and am looking into other services the salon offers. I can tell the staff puts the clients first and works hard to making all the men and women that visit feel welcome and comfortable.

I have went here twice now and both times were fantastic! I saw Alex H for a cut and color with high and lowlights in February, and she did amazing. About 1 month ago I had went to another salon because this one had been booked last minute when I needed them (no fault to them) and the other salon did terrible on my hair with both the cut and color and was even priced a ton more 😅 so yesterday I saw Audrey to fix my hair cut and she did GREAT on it. Next I will be going to get my color fixed here! This will be the only salon I go to from now on even if you have to wait, do it because you won’t be disappointed I promise. Their staff is also very sweet, the salon is well kept and clean and they only use professional products!

Susan not only was able to get mine and my sons appointment at the last minute, but did an amazing job! My son complimented was the best haircut he’s ever gotten! I knew I was with the right stylist as her other colleagues were coming over and asking her opinion on their customers hair! Will definitely be going back to see Susan!

She showed me some awesome new products and just listened to me. She is such a wonderful person and makes me feel beautiful every time I leave your salon. All of my family and friends love my hair and always ask where I get it done. I have a lot of health issues and spend a lot of time feeling down about myself. The best hair dresser I think I have ever had. She noticed my problem, gave advice, and also came up with a plan to grow out my hair. She also provided reassurance which is so important when your hair is giving you trouble. If I could give her a 10 I would.

I went in and saw Brittany for the first time about a week ago. My hair was a mess and I was hoping she could just make it a little better. She made my hair look amazing and made me feel amazing!! I knew I wasnt happy with my hair but I didnt realize how unhappy I was until she showed me what it could look like. After we talked she showed me a picture of what she thought I wanted and she was right on. Of course not believing my hair could ever look that amazing she foiled me up and I waiting in extreme anticipation. She washed it out and had me turned away from the mirror. I heard a couple of the other stylists tell us how great it looked. Then she quickly finished it up with a cut and curl. I was in awe when she turned me around. My hair was soft and beautiful! After I was finished I met up with a few friends who also thought it looked great. Thanks Brittany!!

I came in for hair and makeup for my engagement photos. I showed Alex my outfit and let her do what she wanted with my hair and makeup. It turned out absolutely beautiful! My hair held up well even though it had just finished raining a couple hours before. I highly recommend Alex and Illusions Color Spa for your special occasion hair and makeup!

This was my first appointment at Illusions and I was most interested in adding some color. Taylor told me my first couple of times my hair would be a bit coppery and showed me an example. I really like it. I thought it was great to watch the stylist work together at the end of the night. One came over to help blowdry my hair. I also appreciate that after we talked Taylor came back with the price, which I havent ever had happen in the other salons I have been to. I appreciated learning about the products she used but not being pressured to buy. Same thing with making my next appointment. Overall, I had a great experience and hope I have found my new stylist...

I love Illusions new salon! There are so many windows and it is such a cheerful atmosphere! The ladies are always very kind, and Alex, my hairstylist, is the best. From my very first visit with her, she has done a beautiful job on my cut & color, as though she’s known my hair and my style for years. I am not an easy client as I have a chronic disease & chronic pain, especially if I have to sit in the chair too long, and she does all she can to get me in and out in a timely manner, and is very friendly without being too chatty. My only complaint is that it usually is too warm for me at Illusions, also due to my illness and medications, but when I request it they very kindly turn down the temperature for me. All in all just a great salon!

Nick was excellent. I will tell you the owner walked out and greeted me with my new profile sheet in hand and walked me to my stylist. Not only that she was seen making her rounds as if checking on her dishes at her own restaurant. She followed up with me multiple times during my visit as it was obvious I was a new face. Im obnoxious but totally laid back and walking through the door the vibe was exactly what I was looking for. Youve earned my business for life through a very simple gesture! Brittany is amazing. My son and I have been coming to her for 4 years. She is professional, has a bubbly personality and brings her creativity to every visit. I get so many compliments on my hair color and she is amazing with my 12 year old son. At one visit she even researched a hair cut for him before he got there. Always 100% satisfied when we leave there.

First off my stylist was awesome!! She did a beautiful job. This is nothing against her!! Sweet and great customer service skills!!I spent almost $2K on my hair and the extensions are trash. Ive bought better hair extensions on Amazon!! Washed my hair and its a frizzy knot!! I cant even get a comb through it!! I went out and bought $200 in product and its still doing it. I never had to do anything to my last set of extensions. Im not sure what they sold me but save your money and go else where. Make sure you know what brand you are buying and do your research!!! Yes I called the salon and when I asked what brand of extension they use she couldnt answer the question. Just pushed me off until my next appointment. I got no where!!

I have been a client of Illusions for almost 20 years; from color and cut to eyelashes and massage, I’ve done it all and recommend Illusions to everyone I know. Stephanie is amazing. I have tried to go to different stylists closer to me and always come back to her. She truly listens, and then actually delivers the style and color that you discussed. Being a 22 year old guy, I was a little nervous when I decided that I wanted to do something drastic and dye my hair grey. Its taken me a year to grow my hair out this long, and I know I wanted to seek a professional environment in which I could get my hair styled. This was my first time visiting Illusions Color Spa, let alone any professional salon. I made sure I was ready with picture references that I could discuss options with, and my stylist Alex was extremely helpful and made sure to listen to what I wanted before offering her personal advice, as she has dyed her hair grey before as well. At no point did she make me feel nervous or uncomfortable, the environment was very professional and relaxed. When we were finished I was satisfied with my hair, but since I have darker hair the grey hair dye didnt pop as much as I wanted it to. I was reluctant to ask, but ending up asking if I could get it even lighter. Instead of rushing me or disagreeing, my stylist Alex was happy to spend additional time on my hair to get it right where I wanted it to be. For everything that I got it was a little pricey, but I can honestly say it was well worth it. Any place that can make you feel comfortable and make you feel like your ideas are important is a great place to me, and I believe Illusions Color Spa is just that!

The nail technician I have used for years can not work. I have been looking for a new one and I found her in Lori. She took care of my nails the way I am used to them being done.

My stylist (Kelly) & the color consultant (Christy) & the owner made sure I walked out with gorgeous color. I wanted to go from a mix of brown/red to blonde, but they were realistic about what would be possible & healthy & stylish, & they gave me a solid alternative & a plan for gradually lightening my hair. Im so happy with the end result that I may keep it for a while! Besides the teamwork, every aspect of the salon was luxurious. Ill definitely return!

I needed a new stylist so I googled “best hair salons in St. Louis” and found Illusions. I looked through their Instagram pictures and Audrey’s work really stood out to me so I booked with her. She listened, took her time, and used her creative judgment when needed and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ll be back to see Audrey.

I came here last week to get my hair done. I went to Karen. I wanted highlights in my hair but I also want my hair to grow out long, Karen gave me a few options and even showed me pics on what types I had to choose from so she could color my hair exactly how I wanted it. She also gave me suggestions on which was better for growing hair but getting the color I wanted. I chose the style of highlights I wanted and it came out exactly how I wanted!! My hair is healthier than when I came in and my hair is still long and thick. Karen also checked on my hair often and made me feel comfortable with getting my hair done because I know she has the best interest in my hair. I waited a week and a few washes to see how to structure of my hair was after a few washes and its staying strong and thick.

The most professional and perfect haircut I have ever gotten. Stephanie is professionally trained and gave me a celebrity quality cut that I am so impressed with. I won’t be going to anyone else to cut my hard-to-manage crazy short hair. My hair is usually messy frizzy and complicated but she gave me the boss babe haircut I needed to transform my look. I have found my muse!

I went to Illusions Color Spa hoping to get advice on a new hair cut and color and to have it done. I read all the great reviews Illusions Color Spa and had high hopes, and I was not disappointed at all. They were very helpful in helping attain a new look at a price I could afford. All of my family, friends, and co-workers love my new cut and color and have been asking where I got it done. Ill definitely be a returning customer!

It has been a long time since I have been to a reputable salon for a color. Possibly over 20 years, mainly because of the expense. I was very nervous being in a high end salon but Nicole and the staff made me feel relaxed and welcome. Although I am not used to paying the higher price for these type of services, I think it was well worth it. I wanted a professional looking cut and color and I feel I got it, and feel it was worth it. I could never color myself with a box color with the expertise that my stylist did. Even the grays that were in my hairline, that I was never able to get rid of with a box color, were colored! And it looks natural and beautiful.

This was the first time I have gotten my hair done since before I was pregnant. I have a four-month-old and so it is hard to get out and do anything nice for myself. Dani is an absolute doll. I had no clue of what I wanted to have done but she showed me a couple of different options and made this process really easy for me. I will definitely come back to see her and I have already handed out her business card to other people !!

Alex is such a great artist. She’s very personable and relaxing to be around, also. I’m always amazed at her coloring abilities, especially her coloring talent with challenging long hair! The salon itself is very professional and well kept.

I showed up on the wrong day for my haircut, but instead of being turned away the owner worked to find a stylist that could cut my hair. I couldnt have been more satisfied with the thoughtfulness of the owner. Karen did an excellent job cutting my hair and was very patient with me. I got a dramatic hair cut and she talked me through how to style it and gave me great suggestions on products. She was extremely helpful and the customer service was fantastic.

I went in for a consultation and was quoted 180.00 for a biolage to be done on my hair. I went in for my appointment today and was told it would cost 80.00 more not including the haircut. Bringing the total from 180.00 plus 35.00 for haircut to 260.00 without haircut price. They would not honor the quoted price saying there employee made a mistake. It was even put in the computer as notes as to the 180.00 price for the biolage which I was told at the consultation would blend out the grey. Today I was told it wouldnt. I believe they should have honored the quote that was given. Now another company will get my business. I do not recommend a company that quotes one price then wants to charge quite a bit more on appointment day hoping that since you waited for the appointment that you will just cave and pay the extra money..

I wasn’t sure originally what my semi-pixie would turn out to be like. When I called I originally asked for someone with a lot of experience with shorthair styles because I wanted to go from shoulder length to a shorter style. As I sat there and she was making her plan after reviewing my pictures, she was quiet and seemed to be concentrating and I felt she was a little unsure. She did have her lead come over and they talked about some options and then she started cutting. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure....and when she dried and styled me, I still wasn’t 100% sure, but after I got home and put my own spin to it, I like it. There are a few areas I wish were a bit long or shaped differently, like my sideburns, but all in all those will grow back and I think she listened to my vision. I would definitely recommend Amanda. It was a good experience.

Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. When I first came into the salon, I was looking for someone to fix my hair and finally give me the blonde color Id been looking for. Britanny was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say. She also brought over another stylist to help give suggestions and we came up with the plan together. It turned out exactly how I wanted and Ive gone back many times since. I wont trust anyone else with my color and cut!

Never go here if you have hair extensions. I had horrible customer service before I even made it to my first appointment. I called before my appointment to see the cost for coloring my hair with extensions and was told they typically dont color hair that have extensions from somewhere else . Also, they would need to drawl up a contract for me to sign and they were unsure about coloring it. I was never told this when I made my appointment a month ago and informed the receptionist I had hair extensions. Obviously, they knew I was a new client because she picked the stylist for me. They made me feel it was such a hassle to color my hair and it wasnt until I told them that I dont spending hundreds of dollars on my hair as long as Im confident my hair will be colored correctly that her attitude changed towards me. I ended up calling around and found a girl who spent 20 min on the phone with me about my hair and really cared about what I was needing and even asked me to send her pictures of my hair. I needed my hair done this weekend, but with how great this girl treated me I cancelled my appointment immediately at Illusions color spa and re-booked with her. A salon and stylist should make you feel confident about getting your hair done-not skeptical about a contract with a license to potentially mess up your hair. Youre better off not wasting your time booking an appointment at this salon.

Truly a terrible experience. I went into this salon as a new client and I will not be going back. I originally wanted to dye my hair a lavender color but because I previously box dyed my hair a deep violet almost black the hair dresser explained why I could not just simply get the desired color. Instead I agreed to get a color correction treatment which cost $100 hourly. I agreed to pay up to $200. After spending 3.5 hours at the salon I walked out unhappy not because I couldnt get the lavender I wanted but because my hair was many different colors. I had slight gray in the middle and ends of my hair with tons of strands that were still red/orange especially on the sides and under my hair, this looks absolutely awful. I paid for the time which is fine but the quality is horrendous. The hair stylist had to get three different opinions and steadily kept asking the lead I dont know what do you think? She had no confidence in herself and in that moment I knew nothing good was going to come out of this. Not worth my time or effort.

I absolutely love everyone at Illusions! Ariana Coutts is my stylist and she does a superb job every time I see her. She and the rest of the staff always ensure Im comfortable, I have everything I need, even a glass of wine 😂... they are fantastic! Highly recommend them for any hair care needs!

I had an emergency color correction needed just a day before going on vacation. Id had an appointment at an other facility that when I arrived they said they didnt have time to take care of me. From the lobby of this other spa I called Illusions and they said of course we will help you. I felt like a valued customer from the moment I stepped in the door. Everyone from the person greeting me at the desk to the owner herself made me feel welcomed. I was offered a drink, I selected wine (it had been a bad day all around). I then had a consultation with Katie and we had a plan of action. As I sat with the color on my hair I had time to see how this spa works -- everyone was happy and helping each other. It was an amazing atmosphere. Then the color came off my hair and (happy-happy) my hair was no longer a ugly red but a beautiful chocolate brown with carmel highlights just what Ive been wanting for a long time. I felt like a million dollars. Thank you Illusions Color Spa.

I looove getting my hair done at Illusions. I have been going to Monica for close to a year now and I always leave happy. I also got my lashes permed and it was AMAZING. The lash perm lasted for months! I know everyone will have different experiences but Ive never had a poor experience at this salon.

Nick is the best of the best. I have about 20 inches of hair which usually takes over 4 hours sometimes to process when I full foil. He never got off track and kept it under 4 hours with amazing quality! It’s exactly what I wanted! Go Nick! Beautiful caramel baylage!

They do a decent job with your hair, I’ve gone to them a few times, however this last time, turned me off, I came in wanting a blue color on my hair, my original color I wanted, they couldn’t do because it would of damaged my hair cause it was too light (which I get that and I don’t want that) so I picked out a teal color that I liked, but it ended up being more of a medium blue color instead. The lady I had (Sue) kept having to ask other stylists questions on what to do (literally she did this probably 10 different times during my appointment) and it made me feel like she had no idea on what she was doing, plus on top of that, whenever another stylist would come help her, they would just gossip the whole time (which is unprofessional and made me feel awkward). The workers are still nice, but they need work on how to be professional. Also they seem to refuse to give me my extensions that I bought 4 months ago from them and already wore for 2 months (I had them taken out cause they’re expensive and hard to keep up with). I asked for them and they were just like oh we will keep them, we aren’t gonna throw them away, I believe them, but they’re mine and I’d like to have them, I’d paid enough for them.

Absolutely disgusted with the practices of this salon. They are 10000% more interested in profit instead of the well-being of their clients. My mother received cold fusion hair extensions from a stylist there, which first required a consultation. At the consultation the STYLIST told her she was a PERFECT candidate for these extensions and suggested she purchase almost $800 in hair, which she did. After installation (another $1,000) she started losing extensions almost immediately. In the first two weeks, she lost 12. At this time her hair was matted, tangled, and her scalp irritated. She contacted the salon NUMEROUS times to express concern and ask to have the extensions removed and was told she would have to wait for follow up appointment. She was forced to wait until this appointment and when there, the stylist who removed them SAID she NEVER should’ve had that many extensions, her hair is too thin and short. Soo much visible damage to her natural hair after the removal. Go somewhere else where the stylists’ actually care about their clients.

I have wanted to get microblading done for a couple years now and Im SO glad I finally did! Jillian was very nice and went over everything from the aftercare to explaining the process. My brows turned out great and I would definitely recommend her!

Received a lot of positive feedback from friends and family over haircut and color. I am still getting used to the low lights and the stripes they make in my hair but overall am pleased. Monica provided a lot of education on hair care and styling and recommended some great products which have made a huge improvement in my hair. It is shiny, less tangly, and less frizzy.

I had Christina take my hair from platinum blonde to an ombre/Bayalage to blend in my regrow better. I love my haircut but I feel like the blending from the brown to the blonde couldve been a lot better. I spent $380 on mine and my sisters hair that day which is the most Ive ever spent at a salon- and there were spots she missed along my hairline that were VERY noticeable. I had to go buy hair dye to fix it if I ever wanted to wear my hair up. She was very informative and the overall service was good, I just think the color couldve been blended a lot better for the price I paid. I took pictures of my hair before I had to fix it of where color was missed along my hair line to show what Im talking about. I would give the salon 3.5 out of 5 stars!

I am very happy with the color and cut I received I had not had my hair colored for at least 9 weeks and since it had grown out I liked the lighter color and Alex matched it perfectly. Even though she had never cut my hair I do like the way she cut it.

A year and a half ago, I lost my hair due to chemotherapy treatments. As a young breast cancer survivor (27 years old), Ive been self conscious about my appearance, especially my hair, since it was always long and highlighted. My hair started growing back last Spring. My hair is now almost shoulder length. Courtney cut and colored by hair. This was my first color process post chemo. I could not be more thrilled about the outcome! I have not been this confident about my appearance in long time. Everyone loves my new cut and color!

Riley is happy with her haircut, Heather does a good job, however, we will probably be going else where due to the cost of a haircut. (45.) Heather doesnt wash, dry, or straighten our hair. My hair is short and I am only in her chair for 15 min. Now that my girls are going to need regular haircuts, we will likely be going elsewhere.

I went to this place for a Brazilian blow out it cost me 500 dollars ( even though there site says 300) after one week you couldn’t even tell I had one done my hair is frizzy and looks horrible. They charged my credit card a 100 dollar deposit and never put it towards my balance. I have called many times for them to refund my 100 dollars and they are lying saying they did I asked for proof because I have not seen it on my card I haven’t heard back and it’s been almost a week. I don’t live in the area but was visiting for about a month. I asked them to ship me some products they said I needed after the Brazilian blow out treatment and I still have not received them it’s been over a month since I’ve been home. This place is no good.

Ive been here twice the first time it was great the second time just horrible the girl I first went to she switched to a different salon, and whoever they gave me this time it was like a kid in tanning wheels she had to ask for permission from another person for literally everything!! It felt like my hair was being done by a student.

If anyone has naturally curly hair DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat do not go here if you have curly hair. They cannot color curly hair and they absolutely do not know how to brush curly hair. And theyll make sure to blow dry your hair straight before you leave so you cant tell what a crappy color job they did. I went there twice because the first time they did my hair it was bad and I went back to get it fixed and they made it worse. I left there in tears the second time and had to go somewhere else to get everything covered up it was so awful. Awful absolutely awful.

I FELL FOR THE RATINGS AND REVIEWS!!! Not sure how to shorten my review to explain all my dissatisfaction but will do my best! I got the ultimate package worth $250. It included full body Swedish massage, consultation, hair cut, style, manicure, pedicure, calming facial and make up application. I also asked for full foils that are $ 50-115 (more for long hair etc.) I expected to pay $115- $130 tops GIVING the fact I was getting 6-7 cut off! I was quoted $180!! I declined and stuck to package. Received the worst cut of my life by Taylor!!! Stephanie then came to try and fix it. Though anything would look better than what I had, I lost a few more inches in the process. Took FOREVER for a simple hair cut! I was not satisfied at all!! The massage was suppose to be an hour, facial 30 min. started at 10:20 done by 11:25. would expect more from a masseuse but smiled and went on. The manicure and pedicure were ok. Extra $10 for a polish that was no better than the others come to find out later. NO mask or HOT towel wrap. HALF PEDICURE WAS BY FLASHLIGHT. Forgot to mention power went OFF several times through out my relaxing spa day. Last but not least they NEVER asked to do my makeup application!! Not even a discount for not fulfilling my package or their 100% satisfaction guarantee!! My husband came to pick me up and saw how upset I was and went in to complain. Due to the 100% satisfaction guarantee on the pamphlet and no make up application we didnt feel $60 off was sufficient for what I encountered! Corey offered me a THIRD haircut! REALLY!! It was already way shorter than what Id asked for!! I dont think so! I was ready to leave after the first cut!! STILL unsatisfied he said thats all he could do because his mom/owner was not there!! I drove 21/2 hours to have a great spa day with my mom for late mothers day gift and it was miserable! she had her hair done as well. $95 for few highlights on top and hair cut! $15 extra for a color stay product they didnt ask if she wanted. The manager credited the $15 which was satisfactory. Corey however did not make things right in my case. THEREFOR, I contacted my credit card to dispute charges that he later replied false accusations that we were extremely happy and that he did follow up emails and phone calls with my mother and I and That we never mentioned being unpleased with our services! That never occurred!! HE DID NOT CALL OR EMAIL ME!! WE HAVENT SPOKEN SINCE THAT DAY! I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING OF THE SORT!! They DO NOT STAND BY THIER 100% GUARANTEE!!! DISHONEST TO SAY THE VERY LEAST!! Watch out for ALL THE EXTRAS THEY THROW IN ON YOU AS WELL! I have never taken the time to write a review until today! Dishonesty disgusts me!
