Every time I call or go in the staff are helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is calm, which sets me up for a relaxing session. I had a first visit with Carlyn today, after not having had a massage in a few months. She was pleasant, professional and gave me a wonderful medium pressure massage that left me feeling loose and distressed.

I had Carlyn and she was amazing! She was very kind and knowledgeable, and she was focused on doing everything to make me comfortable. She listened to me and made me feel very relaxed. I highly recommend her, especially if youre brand new to getting a massage like I was!

I scheduled a massage in hopes to help my back pain a bit. I had Carlyn and she did amazing. Her pressure was consistent throughout the whole massage. She was very thorough on my back, as requested, and super kind/personable. The massage didnt fully cure my back, because I think I need an alignment as well, but it still proved to be worth it since I feel extremely less tense, less pain, and better mobility. The loosening of my muscles will probably allow for a more successful chiropractic appointment. Ill definitely be coming back to visit Carlyn again.Id also like to add that everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The facility was clean and the overall atmosphere was calming.

Very calm and friendly atmosphere. The intake survey is simple and easy to fill out.Staff is attentive and caring. Thoughtfully chosen relaxing music. The massage was exactly what I needed. Afterwards I felt like my brain was massaged, rather than my body. And they have lounge with tea 😃

I had a 90 minute massage session with Carlyn, and my experience exceeded all expectations! Carlyn was very professional and attentive throughout the session. This was one of the best massages Ive ever had and she used the perfect pressure to align with my preferences. I highly recommend future customers book with her. You will not regret it. I am in the process of cancelling my ME membership because of finances, but I will have to come back someday to see Carlyn. 10/10 experience!

I have been seeing Shonta monthly for quite awhile. She is just fantastic. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She listens and checks in regularly during the session and is a very skilled massage therapist. She’s also just a delightful person, with whom I always enjoy chatting. That being said, she is great at knowing when I’m just needing silence. Shanta is, in short, the best, and I always look forward to our sessions.

Worse massage ever was very sore the next day , nice lady, but my massage I thought started off okay but I guess talking to the lady was more interested that massage will next return to that location. And I dont like the fact you feel pressure to give a tip.

The therapists pressure range wasn’t available online. During the session realized she was more firm. Things would start off nice then on every body part would end up being extremely uncomfortable. She should be able to tell when a client is uncomfortable if they keep getting tense, pulling away and making uncomfortable faces after telling the therapist that something hurt. Might be better for a man

Everyone was very nice and professional from front to back. Michael explained everything and taught me about my muscles. He was very professional, and did a tremendous job on my massage, booked for next month.

Ive been going to Carlyn for over 1 year now. Shes GREAT! Listens to what areas need extra attention and hits the spot right on. Reluctant to praise her too much for fear her times will book up and she wont be available for me.

Spraying cold water on my feet startled me and shocked me and would prefer not to have that. Maybe put a dry towel on the bed under the feet when doing that with the warm towel so that when the client turns over there feet arent in top of wet ice cold sheet. Other than that everything was great!

Sharon is amazing. She did my massage today and worked on all of the knots that I had. Im very impressed in her ability and care that she provided today. Also she used the perfect amount of massage oil to not leave me greasy. Overall a very relaxing experience. I walked in with a very tight and tense back, now its very loose and Im not Im pain like I usually am.

Carlin and Kyle are both excellent and always help with whatever type of physical discomfort I am dealing with. I always feel better after each session.Kyle is more focused on specific isolation of a muscle ie bicep or trapezius while Carlin is more focused on muscle groups shoulder/ rotator cuffs or entire arm or leg massage.They are personable pleasant to work with

Shantay is hands down the best therapist around. I’ve been getting monthly massages for 15 years with a competitor. My mother convinced me to give her a try and I switched to Envy immediately!

Madison who answers the phone is rude and snobby. She needs to be taken off the phones. She charged my card before I even gave her permission. I told her I needed to reschedule she said I would be charged full price. I told her all I’m doing is switching times due to not having childcare and sick kids. She’s rude she’s unprofessional and she needs to not work for your “corporate company”

Madelynn is a great manager! She’s been very helpful, kind and warm. She’s been providing me a lot of help dealing from account to schedule, especially when going through the difficult pandemic time.

I have been going to Massage Envy since December 7th 2005 when they opened.I had several different people before Kyle but they eventually left.Kyle became my masseuse after a couple of years and he does such an excellent job.I had extensive back surgery and had not been for 12 months.It feels so great to be back at Massage Envy and under Kyles care again.

Ive had many terrible experiences here but my therapists lately have been amazing. Kyle is amazing and never shorts my time. Blaine is phenomenal when I get my facials. The front desk staff has been amazing lately, I especially love when Maddie and the newer guy are there, I think Charles may be his name.

Blaine did an amazing job with my customized facial. We did an in-depth overview of my skincare regimen, with catered recommendations for my specific skin type and concerns. They were very cognizant of my allergies and sensitivities when going over the products that would be used, and took the time to understand my specific needs. Will book again for future facial & skincare needs.

I had a 60 minute massage with Sharon. I have been going to her for months and am very pleased. She is friendly, professional, and does an amazing job. I leave feeling like i just had the weight of the world lifted off of me.

Massage and service was great. This location is piloting a new POS system and it would not accept a card that does not have a chip or tap. My HSA card does not have that feature so I was forced to use a regular credit card. I found this very bizarre.

He paid special attention to the areas where I had large knots from tension and stress. I left feeling relaxed and limber. If you have not had a 90 minute facial by Sarah you MUST schedule one! The best, most relaxing facial I have ever experienced. I added an exfoliating lip treatment, an anti aging eye treatment and a neck and decollate treatment. I can not be more pleased with the results!

I have had a few massages from your company at different locations and from another establishment. This was my first time visiting your location and Barry was VERY different from all the other workers. This massage around was the BEST EXPERIENCE yet! He was very welcoming and asked me what issues I was having. Barry listened and worked every aching muscle! I made my next month appointment with him before leaving‼️

Customer Service is awful!They failed to tell us that credits could not be transferred after we paid for them but canceled do to the management customer experience. They even told another studio they make it a practice to not tell people! Unbelievable!Shante is excellent! I have seen her monthly for quite awhile and she remembers the “spots” of concern as well as my stories. She knows when talking is ok and when it is better not to be communicating verbally. Knows the trigger point methodology and when to use that too. Great experience every time!I appreciate the fabulous work Shante, thank you!

Gloria is amazing. Although the new tipping system is not good. Ownership is trying to save 3% or so and adding it to the customers. Going in for a massage, I do not want to carry anything in, now I have to bring my wallet with me. Credit card expense is cost of doing business and it should be a businesses responsibility. Build the cost in your fee.

I feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with Shanta, as shes incredibly professional and effective. Wow, is she talented! It had been some time since my last massage therapy, and she asked all the right questions in order to pinpoint areas that needed immediate focus. My last visit I changed it up to a 90 minute session. It was the right call; I felt so relaxed, more so than my previous 60 minute sessions. I am focused on wellness and self-care right now, and therapy from Shanta is at the top of my list for taking care of myself, mentally and physically.

First time coming to Massage Envy Creve Coeur and WOW sooo glad I decided to go! Upon walking in I was greeted by Madlynn who was super nice answered any questions I had and even told me me about the monthly membership which I signed up for. She was also vary professional. My Massage therapist Sharon was AMAZING she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and made sure she massaged the spots that I really needed definitely will be booking her again. Thank you Sharon and Madlynn for the amazing experience and I look forward to seeing you guys again!

Barry was great. He listened to my concerns and met expectations. After having Covid my body was just tense and knotted up completely. He carefully worked the areas most affected and I can tell now 24 hours later, I feel extremely relaxed still. Thanks Barry!

I cannot begin to explain the horrific experience I had between this location and the Rock Hill location. If you think buying a gift card for yourself and saving it for another time works, it doesn’t. If someone else books an appointment for you to surprise you they will use your gift card without your permission and the credit card information of the person who booked it for you and then tell you it’s all take care of. Who gave them the right to use my gift card without my permission when someone else booked the appointment and paid for it! Considering I thought I had two unused gift cards when I went to check out for my massage, they said they were redeemed. They would not let me leave the store until I paid, AGAIN.AND then argue with you about how it’s your fault and everyone involved including the other store. The management from each store that I talked to, never once asked how they can fix the issue, just the fact is was my fault…. Awful terrible customer service. I will never set a foot back in a massage envy. Massage luxe has always been more professional and kind. I shouldn’t have took this risk.

Sharon was amazing she was gentle but firm and she worked out a lot of knots I had. She is very knowledgeable of the different muscles. She made sure I was comfortable. Sharon comes highly recommended.

Went in for my first massage ever. I was given a gift card from someone who knew I often have a sore neck and stress in my shoulders. I must say, it was a great experience. Very professional staff and they were all very thorough in what I was trying to accomplish by coming in. No pressure for any membership or anything like that. I will definitely be going back. And would certainly recommend anyone to go check it out.

He discussed what was bothering me and asked what pressure I liked. Medium to firm is what I told him and thats exactly what I got. He was super professional. Give him a try.

In the age of Covid-19, Massage Envy Creve Coeur has a plan in place for giving safe massages and facials. First, they send a reminder text about your upcoming appointment. You get the opportunity to accept or decline the appointment.Barry is friendly and caring. I had a wonderful massage! He made sure the pressure was to my liking. We both wore our mask for added safety precaution. I would definitely give Barry a 5-star rating.Because I prepaid, checkout was a breeze. (I was checked out before the massage.) After my massage, the workers out front asks about your massage. With a 👍, I walked out the door.

Whew Massage Envy!!!!Representation matters… Aight so I had a masseuse (Brandi) that looks like me right.. So I tell her my problem areas & she gets to werk 🙌🏽🙌🏽 I always have my ear buds in listening to Pandora next thing I know my masseuse starts singing, BLESSED MY WHOLE experience!!! Issa vibe now, so she putting her elbow, ankle, knuckles everywhere… when it was time for me to turn over my braids fell down out of the bun.. Sis (she my sis now 😂) starts massaging my scalp, temples, eyebrows.. I should’ve brought my hair growth oil for her to grease my scalp.. I know her hands was full of dandruff but she understood the assignment.. This is what customer service really looks like any other masseuse wouldn’t have even attempted to touch my hair but Brandi didn’t hesitate. I’m only in St Louis until August but I’m definitely seeing her a few times before I head back to Texas. she’s now in my Top 5.. Left out singing LET’S GO!!!!!

I had the worst massage of my life here the therapist was very cold and didn’t engage in any type of conversation at all. She seemed to have an attitude the entire time and I still tipped. I really shouldn’t have but I was trying to show grace.

My experience with massage envy has been a home away from home because when I come they give me excellent customer service with helping assist in any way. When I come get a massage I always ask for Berry , he is wonderful, he has a god given skill. He helps to relieve pain in areas that relieve stress. Don’t forget the wonderful atmosphere that they keep so clean and smelling fresh. Shout out to Blane for keeping me with a more defining skin tone. Thank you massage envy for all you do. I appreciate that there number one goal is to ensure our safety.

Annmarie was awesome. She checked in with my throughout the massage and was able to pinpoint some of the exact spots where I was holding tension. I cannot wait to book with her again!

She was timely but extremely impersonal. Didnt say much about what was going to happen or why. Didnt ask me any questions. When I told her that what she was doing hurt, she was unapologetic. And continued to give me discomfort. I tried to push past it, and everything after that was mediocre at best. She turned on the light and disappeared. Said nothing about being right back or where to meet her. I felt rushed. Whe. She found me st the front, she said a few things to me then hurried out the door. I felt more tense after the fact, than before.

Prior to my appointment I had been experiencing some soreness and tightness in multiple muscle groups. As usual upon my presentation for my scheduled appointment Alinna asked “Is there anything I need to be aware of, or any problem areas?” This acknowledges her willingness to take additional time to devote to these areas. She has the hands of an angel and applies the right amount of pressure to my problem areas. I felt rejuvenated following my visit.

Everything was clean and staff was friendly and professional. Shanta was amazing with the perfect amount of pressure.

Ive been going to this Massage Envy for multiple years She does an excellent job and is very knowledgeable of all the muscles and pain centers which help with a full body massage. All the staff are very safe friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

Sharon is trained to massage areas that are tight and finds areas that have hidden problem areas. She is professional and pleasant. I use Massage Envy for my personal wellness. It is a big part of my continued health and well-being.

The staff at Massage Envy is knowledgeable and wonderful, especially Kyle. He knows just how to loosen up tight areas and get those knots out. Helps with chronic headaches, too. Definitely recommend!

Gloria is the BEST!!!!! She was able to hit areas that I didnt think needed and felt so relaxed afterwards. She is my go to person and after my 90 mins, I felt great. I also recommend that gun on your tight areas, OMG!!!

Creve Coeur (Stl) I’m more than sure I didn’t get the correct massage only reason I give it a 1 is because they actually had my appointment reserved. I left feeling the same like nothing was done. Never going back to any. Had a horrible experience at Clayton (Stl) location also.

Sharon is splendid, absolutely amazing! Such a good experience. She is friendly, warm, thorough and professional and really digs deep into the muscles! Wonderful experience!

This is literally one of the worst jobs I have ever worked for. Extremely unprofessional management, they terminated via email and gave no reason or explanation. There’s favoritism among employees even tho half of them are lazy and don’t even fulfill their duties. The massage therapist are amazing at their job and always receiving raving reviews but the front staff and clinic administrator need to be evaluated before the business continues to be stagnant and not progress and grow. Also, how they handle constructive criticism is horrible, they don’t take any negative opinion into consideration. How they handle Covid protocol is alarming. If your vaccinated you don’t have to quarantine at all even if someone in your household tested positive. So all in all I would recommend this establishment for services but definitely not a good place to work .

I had 2 sessions back to back.My 30 minute stretch session was with Kyle. He stretched out my achy body and focused on my lower back, as requested. Kyle answers any questions you ask and is very friendly. I felt like new money, afterwards, because my lower back and other muscles, no longer, feels tight. Im loose as a goose.My 60 minute facial was with Blaine, immediately, after my stretch session. His facials are always on point, because, he gives you Hollywood treatment by using prouducts that fits your face needs. Everytime, I leave his session, my skin is glowy and bright. He answers any questions and friendly, as well.I love that Massage Envy can set up your appointments, back to back, so that you can have a wonderful mini spa day.Thank you, Massage Envy.

Very good massage therapists (Jerome and kathy) but scheduling is super bad. Everytimes I made an appointment it was either you never scheduled a appointment or your appointment is for next month due to this reason this place lost 4 memberships and customers that tipped good. I wish you guys could fix this issue and this place would be great.I am editing this review because I was helped by a great manager Amanda and she took responsibility for everything and took care of everything

Today I decided to do something nice for my mom. I thought what better way to make her feel appreciated than treating her to a massage. I called several Massage Luxe first and they were not able to get us in. I called Massage Envy on Creve Coeur and was greeted professionally and the women was very nice. She quickly scheduled my mom and I an appointment later in the afternoon and offered directions. I was extremely excited and so was my mom we were greeted immediately by our first names and taken back to fill out paperwork. We were offered water and told about the process of getting a massage. My therapist was Shontay. She greeted me with a smile and was very polite and professional. She delivered a great massage and conversation. I forget the therapist name who massaged my mom but when I met my mom in the lobby she greeted me with a big smile. Job well done ladies. We will definitely be back.

I was super stressed and just needed to relax. The massage was great! But next time, I am going to see if it can be complete quiet to ensure relaxation. Calm, quiet and peaceful to go with the amazing massage. Maybe add a spa music option on the rooms ...
