Always feels great after my massage session.Tom does a great job with releasing tension that I have! He also provides some tips on after care and follow care to do until my next appointment.Very happy with the service and massage at Oakville, MO location!!

Thomas is a fantastic therapist. He listens and focuses on my problem areas. I have noticed quite an improvement in my range of motion since our sessions began a few months ago.

I’ve enjoyed coming to this massage envy recently. The front desk staff are nice. The massage therapists are good. And overall it’s a very pleasant experience.

I recommend a Stretching session before the massage and adding hand and foot massages and aroma therapy to the regular massage. It was awesome! I now get monthly massages and its SO worth it!

I had a customized facial from Grace and, as always, it was fantastic. Not only was it relaxing, but she assesses what you say you want AND what your face shows it needs; sometimes theres a difference! Grace is very professional and kind and always follows up with a thank you card.

This was my first time at Massage Envy and it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend requesting Mari as she was phenomenal! She adjusted her technique based on what my body needed and I was able to completely relax while there. Will definitely be back again!

Called this location on 2/1 for availability for an upcoming Friday and Saturday to reserve times for my wife and mother in law. At this point i thought the receptionist was very professional as sure said she would reserve both times and wait for me to call back.I called back at 12:06 (just 30 mins later) and got a different receptionist who seemed confused and I asked her to keep the Saturday and cancel the Friday appointment. She confirmed this had been done but there was no email or text confirmation which I did think was odd.Fast forward to today, I come to find out the day before they canceled the Saturday (wrong day) and there is not availability on such short notice for the correct time.The manager provided an apology and no true resolution. Of course I bought the gift cards for both so I cannot just get a refund.I chose this location because of the high reviews but am incredibly disappointed all because of the lack of confirmation communication (no text or email) until just 48 hours before.I would request a confirmation of the appointment at time of booking if you use this location

Do yourself a favor and see Grace for any facial service. Her facials are top notch. I felt extremely relaxed, and my skin looks and feels better than before. She is such a friendly, sweet soul and is doing the Lord’s work as an aesthetician!!!!Benjamin is a professional and experienced massage therapist. He relieved physical and emotional stress from my life. My body needed his work.

Grace is amazingVery thorough and very sweet.She takes the time to answer my questions and concerns and comes up with multiple options. Shes not pushy with products but is the first to explain how it helps or where its needed. Im a monthly customer because of Grace.

I had my first ever facial with Tasha and it was such a great experience. I look forward to going back to her for more! The process was very educational and thorough but also relaxing. I left glowing from the inside out!

Benjamin was excellent. I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain and he took time to explain the causes of my pain and things I can do on my own. Although, my massage had to be more pressure resulting in a little more pain, Benjamin was still able to keep me relaxed. He relieved all the tension in the painful areas and for the first time in awhile my body feels better.

If there was a no star option I would’ve chose it, this place had the most rude and disrespectful customer service I have ever dealt with. I work in the service industry so I know how it is with customer service. I made an appointment and was not made aware of the cancellation fees by any of the employees, they told me to call back if anything occurred. I ended up having a kidney stone infection and physically wasn’t able to get my massage anymore. They said they were still charging me full price even though I had a medical issue. This place is not anything like any of the other massage envy establishments. Don’t go here, waste of money and time.

Casey made sure I was comfortable and relaxed my entire session, she asked questions when needed about pressure and temperature. She made sure i had a wonderful experience! I recommend her to anyone for a first time massage or truly anyone looking for some real relief!

This is my favorite location. The employees here are amazing, from the front desk staff to the therapist, there isn’t a high turn over and I think that stems from how the employees are treated, it seems like a great work culture. Big shout out to Casey she is amazing!

Bekah is seriously the best person ever. She is super professional. She will work quietly or speak with you if you wish. She remembers everything about me and asks me how I’ve been. Not only does she do amazing, she listens to problem areas and works on all the knots. I don’t go to her for a light massage but feel she does actual massage THERAPY and I feel relaxed and SO much better after seeing her.

Amanda was just what I needed! She had the perfect amount of pressure to relieve tension but still make the massage enjoyable. I love the way she worked out the knots!

Casey is amazing! Deep tissue therapeutic massage. She takes care with her clients. Asks about pressure and overall comfort. Always confirms any areas of concerns. I highly recommend Casey and this Massage Envy!I see Casey every two weeks and she is consistently amazing!

I almost hate to say this because shell book up, but Beth is awesome. She makes me so comfortable, adjusts pressure as needed. She finds the perfect balance so I can get my knots worked out while also being able to relax and enjoy the massage.The staff at the front desk is great too. Always cheerful and willing to help.

I have been getting massages with Tom for a year now and he makes every experience very relaxing.He is kind and professional. The front desk staff is also wonderful! They all are always friendly! I drive 25 minutes to this specific location because the staff is so wonderful.

I love going to Massage ENVY. I have been getting facials by Grace and it is the most relaxing experience. I love being able to make this a part of my Sunday routine every 4 weeks. I couldn’t help myself, had to get the oxygenation facial again. It was as wonderful as the one I received 4 weeks ago!! Going for the red light facial next time. Can’t wait!!!! I highly recommend this procedure and esthetician, Grace. You won’t regret it.

I received one of the best massages of my life from Tom! The massage - the hot towels to relax, the soft music and lights, exceptional skill of the MT - it is truly the only time during the week I am solely focused on self care and can truly relax. And the best benefit is - since Ive been making this a monthly practice - my sciatica and RA have both been manageable, with the sciatica almost completely relieved. Working 3-12 hr shifts in the OR - thats a miracle in itself. Thank you Massage Envy and especially Tom!!!

Not thrilled I suppose. I wanted a facial and massage for my birthday and unfortunately I couldn’t get both services on the same day so I split them and booked on different days. I kept looking and I finally found 2 appointments that matched up perfectly. I tried to reschedule both appointments together but because I was 30 minutes within the 4 hour window it was going to cost me if I switched. Never mind, that the same person who would be doing my facial on one day would be doing the massage the next in another open slot so no lost business there. I understand they are trying to hold people accountable for canceling at the last minute, but it’s my birthday I’ve been a patron for at least 12 years! Seriously, it’s wasn’t even a cancellation, just a thought but maybe instead of rigidity next time try better judgement. Also, I sure hope the next time you need to cancel my appointment for unexpected issues I will remember to return the favor….*Update, I decided to call back because things just weren’t sitting right with me but of course there was no management on site to deal with the issue and no sense of when anyone would contact me. I was too upset to relax through a facial so I canceled and of course I was told I’d be penalized….that’s ok at this point I’d rather not spend my birthday with them. I’ll cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

Beth is a wonderful massage therapist. She listens and modifies the session to address what is going on that particular day. She is such a kind, professional person.

Great facility and all of the staff is wonderful, especially my massage therapist, Tanya! She is sensitive to my special needs as a sufferer of fibromyalgia and adjusts accordingly. I also get massages from Tara periodically. She is fantastic as well! I get different benefits from each of them, since they have very different styles. I plan, going forward, to switch back and forth between them.

The ladies are extremely rude, some people may not know the rules or policies and get you screwed out of your money, and they do not care that they do so. If you go after talking to them about any conflicts they do not treat you well. I do not recommend this location!

Tom was great! He listened to my concerns and gave me advice. Best massage of my life! If you have back, neck, or shoulder pain go see him!

I have been going to Massage Envy for several years and I have never been disappointed. It is very professional, efficient and clean. Benjamin has been giving me my massages. He is very knowledgeable about all the muscles and he can address any issues I have.I look forward to my monthly massage!

Amanda is just the sweetest, lovely young lady. But don’t let that fool you, she gives a mean massage. She works out the stubborn knots in my back but also leaves me relaxed and clearheaded. Just wonderful!

Tasha did an excellent job with my procedure. She explained what she was doing each step of the way without over talking and ruining the relaxation portion of the procedure.

Had a facial with Tasha yesterday. It was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable able skin care and what she felt would work better for my redness and dryness. I will be back!!

Annette is my.massage therapist. She is always smiling, engaging, and asks questions. It amazes me how she uses her hands to find every little thing that is aching or sore on me. She constantly changes up her massage on me. I Love the fact that she is sooooo knowledgeable and Loves what she does. Which is proven by the care and time that she has obviously put into learning and implementing in her craft. Shes awesome, great and just the right person you want giving you a massage.

My monthly massages with Amy are one of my favorite days! Her attention to detail and ability to work out tension is incredible.

They said I have to have a doctors note to make an appointment because I asked if a moderate or firm pressure massage therapist would be better for a possible torn trap muscle. Keep in mind I have full range of motion in my arm. It’s just sore and has been for over a month now. (I even told her there is no damage to the tendon or ligament since I have full range of motion). No acute trauma either. Massages to strained muscles increase the blood flow and accelerate the healing process?! The lady said Its a liability. 10/10 don’t recommend. They are getting a 1 star review and I’ll spend my money at massage luxe instead.Sincerely,One upset RN

I have monthly 1-1.5 hour deep tissue massages. Rebecca (Becca) is the best. She is spot on with pressure (for me different areas receive different pressure), so sweet, incredibly professional, and a great conversationalist if that is what you want. Frankly, I have had multiple substantial injuries that caused muscle issues. My quality of life would substantially decrease without her. She is literally a life changer for me.

Love Melissa at Massage Envy! She is the best. She listens when you communicate where you are having pain. Excellent massage skills and knowledge of human musculature. I love the entire staff.

So I booked a session about a weeks ago and it was the closest session they had, mind you I was in severe sciatica pain. I am pregnant, & informed that during booking. The day prior to my prenatal massage that I’ve been looking forward for relief gets canceled due to a made up policy that I had to be 13 weeks instead of 12 weeks pregnant. I called a different location and they said that policy didn’t even exist. Horrible customer service. Then she proceeded to get rude with me because I explained that I was in pain and needed the massage and she stated ‘not my problem call a diff location’ .

The staff is wonderful here, and Melissa has changed my life. I suffer from chronic pain and she has truly made my quality of living so much better.. I am beyond grateful for having found her!!

This was my oldest daughters first experience (Savanna) both massage and facial, and this is what she had to say, It was amazing! Both Lizz and Grace were both amazing and very polite; respected privacy and allowed to not only get to know my name, but to also allow to ask questions if there is anything they can do to make the experience better. I felt very relax and at ease during the whole experience! Cant wait to try again some other time around!

After my massage here I read several reviews to be sure as I use ME frequently. The front office was swell but I was not please with my massage. I had a nearly terrible experience with Thomas. Not only was he coughing, hacking, and yawning the entire time, there was no technique whatsoever to his massage and I did not feel very comfortable with his sloppy draping technique. Back to my other location!

The worst massage I’ve ever had!I booked a 60 min session for a relaxation massage. On this day, I had a headache and asked the therapist to focus on that. In addition I added that I was stuffy. She never turned me over, kept me on my stomach the entire time, her nails were long and pinched my skin throughout the session. She was very talkative and asked questions about my career and life in general. I wanted a QUIET session, obviously. She never asked if I needed any water. I still felt the need to leave gratuity, which I did. I left feeling worse: dizzy, even more stuffy and completely unsatisfied. I made the front desk aware and asked for a call back from a manager, but never heard back. NEVER going back again! Unfortunately someone needs to make this therapist aware of her poor quality treatments.

The staff is always helpful and very friendly. I’ve been coming to Casey for over 2+ years. She’s consistent, professional, friendly, adaptive and attentive. Couldn’t survivor without her!

This was the worse massage I have ever had! Do not use Thomas! It was like he was just rubbing me! He didn’t even complete the entire massage he didn’t do my right arm or hands! When he was rubbing my left arm he didn’t cover me up! It was a very uncomfortable experience! When he was doing my neck he just rubbed it no massage! He said as yawning and clearing his throat the entire massage! When it was over and I went to the desk she said 125.00 for 50 minutes and she asked how much tip do you want to leave him! I said 0 tip it wasn’t a massage my Granddaughter could have rubbed me like he did! Absolutely will NEVER RETURN HERE! Do not use Thomas if you go for a massage! My money should be returned! Worse massage ever!!!

My massage therapist used some sort of jade thing on my arm and I have huge bruises all over my arms. And they keep getting worse. Im posting day one photos of the bruises. I am on say 2 and they are black and blue all over. I kept telling her that it hurt, and her response was I bet it does and she kept going. Worst massage of my life.

Waiting on a call back from Don, so i can talk to him about the way he spoke to my wife.We had massages scheduled, ended up testing positive for covid. The last thing on my mind was to reschedule a massage appointment with the whole family sick. They still charged our card.My bigger issue is the way he spoke to my wife though. I certainly wont stand for it and I will probably be by to see if he has that same telephone tough guy attitude face to face.Weve been there a few times already, we live in Oakville, and for the life of me i cant figure out why you would want to push the people in your backyard away.

Services are good, but trying to cancel a membership is a pain. We called 3 separate times to cancel and all 3 times they said we couldnt cancel if we still had services left (which is ridiculous because you will almost always still have services). Finally emailed corporate who told me this massage Envy was franchised and forwarded my email to the owner, only then was I finally able to cancel my membership.

Great service from front desk staff and even better massage crew. Libby was great. UNFORTUNATELY for them, I feel obligated to leave a low rating due to the management. An issue regarding Massage Envy cancelling my appointment was handled very poorly by the management ensuing my membership cancellation.

I have a lot of stress put on my body. I have tried Chiropratic and the relief is only for 24 hours. I have Massage Envy (Libby) work on me and she relies the stress in my muscles. It is the best thing I have done!!

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing! I have been a member for many years, but because my usual office in Sunset Hills was so busy, I decided to try Oakville. Big Mistake! Mind you, I have never complained not one time before in all the years I have been a member. The girls at the desk were nice. The 2 out of 3 therapist were also very friendly, however the one I didn’t care for , not because of her odd technique, but because she was not willing to give me more of a relaxing massage that I after asking her several times. But that isn’t the worst of it. After finishing my last 90 minute appt. yesterday, by another girl, that was relaxing, I was asked to see “ Don” in his office before I left. I was then told by him that because I did not qualify for the discounted rate I received from Sunset Hills, and that they “cheated” , in giving it to me, his words, so I would have to take my services elsewhere. What??? Was my first reaction. I had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him to explain what he was talking about and he told me they gave me a rate I didn’t qualify for, therefore he wouldn’t honor it. Ok?? I would have thought at this point he would tell me I would have to pay more at their office, but that didn’t happen . I was told to take my services elsewhere and that was it! He was arrogant and condescending, and NEVER in my 60+ years have I been talked down to like that, much less from a business to which I was a long time member. I did call the Sunset office , because I was just really stunned and had no idea why that just happened, they apologized profusely. They called me again today and apologized. I was given a rate a bit lower than new members because I was a, long time member as they are allowed to do, and he was way off base for whatever reason they weren’t even sure. They were very, very, sorry for having that happen to me for NO reason. So, I will be sending a letter to corporate, as they encouraged. VERY bad business!

Not my best experience. The girl who did my massage skipped parts and seemed more interested in making small talk. Even tho I had a gift certificate for a massage, they charged extra because I had been to a different location over 5 years ago.

Although $60 for a 50-minute massage can be pricy when you see tempting Groupon offers, what you get at Massage Envy is consistency with your favorite massage therapist. The hours are flexible and there is always someone who can provide the specific type of massage you need.

Mary is very knowledgeable and thorough! I enjoyed every minute and cant wait to go back.

I paid for my sons, my girlfriend and myself to be massaged at this location, after going there for about a year myself, I thought Id share the love with my family. Thats when things went south. My girlfriend was fired on, told to remove her panties so that the therapist could do a deeper massage, my sons complained about the therapist not addressing their issues. In March I called to complain and after more than 1 month, got a phone call from the owner only after I told the receptionist that I was cancelling my contract with them. I told him about the situation and never even got an apology or that he would look into it. After receiving my most recent, l June credit card statement, I saw that I was still being charged over $100 per month yet for both myself and my son. I phoned and was told that they would send out a cancellation request and that my account would be cancelled 10 days after their receiving and reviewing my request form. I was also told that I would lose all of the massages that I had unknowingly paid for to date. I have asked for the phone number of their legal department and plan on starting an informational social media campaign against this company.

This was the most horrible massage I have ever had! I specifically told them on the phone I wanted someone with strong hands so they could work out the knotted muscle in my back and neck. The girl that gave me my massage just slapped some lotion on me and used the palm of her hand the whole time. Most of them know where nerve endings are and know how to use pressure on points to work the knots out. I left stiffer than when I came in, I told the girl at check out it was horrible, and she didnt even make eye contact with me, offer a free massage with someone else, nothing! Just charg.

Although I live in S. County, I dont typically frequent the local establishments. Ive found people who are to be servicing me treat me in a condescending manner and/or downright rude.This place was no exception. However I wonder if I am partly to blame for not following intuition. When I called and scheduled the girl I spoke to was not friendly at all. I was then given instructions to arrive 10 minutes before my 830 appointment time.I had to call then back later that day when I realized I was double booked. The girl I spoke with just TOLD ME she would cancel my appointment. She did not offer a later time, suggest switching something... You know like actually providing customer service which I thought was her job. That was the second time I thought, this is a bad idea.Third bad idea confirmation: outside on the parking lot at 8:19, I receive a phone inquiring if I would still be making my 8:30 appointment. To which I replied, Its 8:19 and I am to be there at 8:20. And this rude person actually decided to argue with me. She got smart with me and said Um no. Youre new and you needed to be here at 8. 30 minutes before your appointment time to fill out paperwork. I ... AM ... FLOORED. Her tone and response was all wrong.When I arrived the same smart ass decided to painstakingly retrieve my paperwork as so to reiterate the point that it takes 30 minutes to complete paperwork. I work for surgeons and funny it doesnt take our patients that long to sign consents to be sliced open. But then again MassageEnvy is doing a greater work.In case you wanna know.. Took me all of 5 min to complete their highly important forms.Fourth bad idea confirmation: the masseuse although I reiterated that I didnt want to be bear handled, did in fact bear handle me. I am so stiff its ridiculous. And to add insult to injury. (Yes. I literally feel injured) SHE KEPT TRYING TO TALK TO ME!!!! WTF!!! I had my ear buds in and I thought that was the universal STFU sign! Apparently not to her. Then ... The facial. What a complete cluster. This girl slathered on layer after layer of goop. And she KEPT using the words free radicals. Before every application of glob she would say prevents free radicals and locks in moisture. I was horrified at the amount of product used during one facial just to plug it to later try and sell. Before hand she already complimented me on perfect skin and in the holy paperwork I indicated I did not have skin issues, and I verbalized to her that I have a low maintenance skin care routine and I have sensitive skin. At one point I asked her how much longer it would be because I actually felt myself becoming angry at this ludicrous facial.The next outrage is that she actually got cream in my hair! My stylist had just colored and conditioned my hair! And before the facial was over my skin was itching and burning. And after this hour long facial and all the globs of product applied not a single layer of anything was applied to my lips. I was expecting a almond & honey or sugar exfoliation. There was none!At check out I was fuming. I had to ward off being offered to buy extra junk and all I wanted to do was rush home and shower. When the check out girl who was the same rude check in girl asked me loudly and what about the tip I was outraged. I said no thank you and then she asks loudly so did you take care of that in the room? I asked her to bill the card on file for my services and she clicked a button and said good bye.I guess you only get a receipt if you leave a tip.These girls are amateurs PLAYING spa.Not only will I never return, but I will also file a complaint with corporate.
