Cool Smoke is by far the best place I’ve been to since moving to St. Louis. I’ve been to many dispensaries around the area and even in a smaller package they have more to offer than most. I highly recommend going there you won’t be disappointed.

Thought I’d been to all tobacco shops in the area until I moved closer to this shop and went in for the first time and was awful experience out of 30+ shops I’ve been to this was the worst. On the front door before you walk in it says “lowest prices guaranteed” so I had good hopes for the place. After about 5-10 of waiting for service I was expressed with poor attitude. I asked for pricing on something I’ve bought in many different stores and it was 40-50% higher than anywhere else I’d been. I had asked him about this and he told me that for what I’m getting it’s a good price so I was upfront and told him what I get it for elsewhere also knowing that it’s not even dispensary products they are charging dispensary prices plus, and he basically stayed silent and gave me poor attitude until I left. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
My experience with this operation was Awful,Misleading & Super Deceptive.. As the 1/2 Owner Completely sold me on a lie that a his product is Exceptional & he has tiktok vidz to bolster.. I purchased his product No-Cap Diamond infused prerolls under the assumption it is Pure Delta9. Long story short it’s NOT delta 9 but instead what is called thc-A & its essentially playskool herb. Spoke with the owner & expressed my disappointment & dissatisfaction in his deceptive business practice. The Only resolution he offered was Zero refund, come in and spend more money & I would receive a Fat discount.. Why tf would I continue to patronage you after you just Stole $40.. Please AVOID this place unless you want to giveaway your money. This incident happened with the Owner!

They were misleading regarding their products. They made claims that their products contained high levels of THC when in fact, it contained THCA which stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid and is the acidic form of THC before its heated. It does not cause intoxication.

UPDATED!!!Original Post: Thought I’d try a new vape and asked what the guy in the store recommended. He recommended the square esco bar so that’s what I got. Guy had to run to the back while we were checking out because the card machine wasn’t working and took a while to set it back up but that was fine. The next day the vape is charging fine, light is turning on while charging and blinking when taken off the charger and everything. However, whenever I try to hit it nothing happens. No light on, no smoke, not even a crackle or pop that it might be doing a little something. No refund, no exchanges, no compromises, not even an apology.UPDATE:While I was driving the vape started hitting by itself in my car. The juice got all over my pants and shirt while I tried to make it stop. The vape got really hot, leaked juice, and did this a few times while I was driving.

I came in here last night with a friend to look at the glassware. I looked in multiple cases, including very closely at the Rick and Morty pieces, but couldn’t find a price tag. The original salesman who “helped” us (after we had been waiting about 5-10 minutes, he was doing something in the back), said that he was unable to answer any questions regarding glassware product. The second salesman’s attitude dropped dramatically from being high energy with the previous customers to being low energy, even very cool and dismissive, perhaps because my friend and I have very short hair, possibly because we look like a “lesbian” stereotype. My friend asked for the price point on a specific piece and was told $110. Fair enough, it was too much and we left. We found that same piece for $35 online. Even considering shipping costs, that is an insanely high markup. Considering the lack of price tags on anything (once again, I used the time while waiting for the salespeople to look at any potential pieces I wanted to buy with my next paycheck), I guess they really could have charged us anything and we wouldn’t have known. Personally, I don’t like dishonesty or discrimination where I shop. Very disappointed with this experience

Pretty nice selection of shisha with an open bar that you can mix and match flavors at. Even though the guy running the place was on the phone trying to get in contact with someone about his back injury (Im a terrible eavesdropper!) he was very prompt to help me and another customer with our choices and checking us out. I picked up a couple containers of shisha at a reasonable price and the coals are actually very inexpensive so I will certainly be returning to try the house brand! Bought a esco bar from them yesterday evening it went out this morning. I came in today They refused to replace it I didnt want a refund even though I could produce the receipt Ive shopped at this place multiple times last time I spent 70$ on vapes Ive also had other escobars go out and the vendors always replace them..They claim its authentic but wont stand behind the sale of the products. Dont waste your time there are much better places that treat customers like they have value. I couldnt help but to feel like it was some racial ish. I guess because im dark skinned with dreads im trying to get over..I imagine the only people wholl get any kind of value are the ones they want to smash Ill never shop here again
The two brothers that own an operate this business are always friendly and courteous. They have expanded there store and it is looking great. They have a a big selection products, but Every time i go in it seams they have added something new to there selection. These guys are knowledgeable about there product and will help you find what you are looking for. I always stop by even if its just to buy some cigarettes or a lighter because its nice to know that i will be treated well and just for the friendly small talk.

Love this place. Watch out for the flirtatious father..lol but hes harmless and helpful. All the owners are very helpful and will even order items specifically for you, if you ask and intend on purchasing it, of course. Lots of really cool glasspieces and incense. Love the unicorn burner I purchased a few months back.The younger owner opened all the boxes that had just arrived until I found the design I liked most.
