Been going here for over a year now. It is the most convenient place for me to get high as balls for $5.50. Never had any bad customer service and employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

Best vape shop around. Great selection and prices. Tried the house juice milky almonds and blueberry funnel cake and really enjoy both. The fella running the place was knowledgeable and personalable. Will definitely be back.

Best vape shop around! They are practically the only ones who carry my vape cartridges around south county. I can also trust the juices sold here, unlike other shops who have sold me counterfeit juices.

Long time smoker, vaped for a while a few years ago but have since gone back to smoking. Went in today to see about going back. Jim was absolutely spectacular. Hooked me up with a great setup, taught me how to maintain it, and was just generally a great person to work with.I also watched him manage me and several other customers extremely respectfully and efficiently. Spent a while there deciding what I wanted and the professionalism that I witnessed bought my customer loyalty permanently.Thanks Jim!

Very impressed. If a new consumer, and long-time consumers, has any questions at all about anything related to the industry, this group has honest answers. Each worker is very knowledgeable about each and every product they sell. And theyre fun to be around. Theyve never tried to push a product on me. Tried to get to know my ecig habits and offered examples. They make their own juice and Ive found them very good. Best store Ive ever been to. If youre thinking about getting off cigarettes, visit these folks first. They wont steer you wrong.

I’ve been vaping for many years and just happened to be in the STL area, so decided to check out a vape shop I’ve never been to. I really liked this place a lot and received great customer service! I wasn’t rushed or pressured to buy anything and I was helped in great detail with their Titanium Eliquids and flavors that were totally new to me. I also have only been a sub ohm tank user and wanted to learn more about the Pod Mods and once again was helped in great detail along with knowledgeable advice. I would most definitely visit Titanium Vapor again and hopefully my review helps anyone looking at this!

BEST SHOP in my opinion. Whether you rebuild or just pop the coil in they have what you need. Their juice is the best in St. Louis and I’ve had almost every shops juice before. Only place I go. Brian is the man. He will set you up with exactly what you need and will explain how the product works. By far my favorite employee there (not to take anything away from the other guys) great prices, great selections, great customer service, great shop.

First time customer here. Zak was really informative and helpful. My wife and I bought two new setups and some juices. Zak spent almost an hour with us making sure we understood our new vapes and patiently helped us pick out flavors. Their juices are delicious and high quality and their prices on hardware are affordable.

Low Rider is awesome, friendly with all the customers that come in, and customer service oriented. He is very helpful and patient with my Grandma when I bring her in, she can be a handful but they love her. Low Rider is knowledgeable with the products and will let you try as many flavors as you want from the tasting table. Low Rider all around takes care of you and makes sure that you are completely satisfied before you walk out the door. I moved clear across st louis and tried finding another vape shop but none compare to these guys. I absolutely love these guys and will drive an hour if I have to get juice or vape supplies.

Went here to start my vape journey and Zak was very informative and extremely helpful. Not only did I get a great starter kit he picked a excellent juice flavor for me. Zak made sure I left knowing how to work my device and assured me that if I ever need help someone there will be more than happy to help me. I will definitely be returning for my vape needs.

Zak was amazing! went to 5 shops in the area was thinking I would have to order what I was looking for online but after a quick chat of what I was looking for out of my gear he made some recommendations without any pressure in a laid back atmosphere. We laughed, we joked, he educated me on a few points and in the end I walked out with everything I needed to be able to REquit smoking AGAIN. I have found a new favorite shop for future needs.

This place checks all of the marks. Lots of inventory, helpful staff and a friendly environment. They arent pushy, are very knowledgeable, and dont try to up-sell you. Theyll answer any question you have. I had a leaking issue with my tank (cloud beast), and they very easily couldve sold me a new one, and I wouldve bought one. But instead gave me some tips to fix the issue. They have a long term customer in me, and I highly recommend you give them a try!!

Brian was amazing. He found us everything we needed, offered relevant suggestions, let us try every flavor we wanted and was very patient. Would definitely recommend Titanium and Brians service to anyone. Dont be afraid to go out of your way to get here. Its worth it.

Very knowledgeable staff ( guy in dreds) They not only helped me get everything I needed and made sure I knew how to use all my new stuff. But after shopping around to other shops prior, I got the exact set up I wanted from other shops for about $75 cheaper here. I bought a box, juice, 4 batteries, a charger, the whole 9. Oh their juice is premium. Theyre very proud of it and happy to explain how it doesnt have any chemicals and even show pictures of the lab its made in. Not to mention it is really good quality juice. I am extremely satisfied with my whole experience today. And plan to use only this business from now on. Highly recommend them!

Quality place, quality customer service, very nice, clean, and amazing store. The people that work here also are wonderful, very knowledgeable, they aren’t pushy to try to get a sell, and genuinely want you to be happy with what you are getting. On top of that, their juice line is pretty large, nice selection and of the select few I did try were all amazing. I stopped here on my way out of town to replace my broken device before my long drive back home, and was welcomed in basically like family, these guys are smart and make sure you are as safe as possible in every aspect of vaping... keep it up, I’ll be sure to visit again next time I’m in Town.

Dreads and the other gentleman at the shop were very helpful to me. I dont know much about vaping but they were able to help steer me in a direction Im very much happy with. They allowed me to try many different flavors and I ultimately settled on 2 products Im very happy with.

Went down here tonight for the first time and they guys that work there are awesome! I wanted something very specific and they did their best to try to come close to what I wanted. Then Jake went above and beyond and found out the ingredients in humpin horse for me. Even if the cant make that for me the other juices were really really good!

This place is amazing! Ive been trying a lot of vape shops around Saint Louis, and this one is hands down my #1 choice. They have great customer service. Everyone there is friendly and super helpful whether your a first time customer or a loyal supporter. Their juice selection is top notch. I love the Blue Island Slushy, but I cant wait to try more flavors! They have a tablet with an app that has all of their juices and you can select categories based on what flavor profile best suits you. Excellent selection device. A+ on that development. Overall, the store is an awesome place to be in. They always have great music playing and a chill lounge to vape in. Zak is a beast! He knows his stuff! He doesn’t try to persuade you to the most expensive thing, he asks about your wants to narrow down to something that fits your preference. He’s a friendly guy with a good heart, and you can sense that when you talk to him. I definitely recommend going into the store when he’s there! He will take good care of you!

Went here in search of new flavors and the staff was super nice and informative. I usually dont like the cakey flavors but I tried their blueberry funnel cake and it was amazing. This will be my new go to spot for juice.

Stopped in today to find a new vape setup. We were greeted by Brett and the owner. They were down to earth and took the time to educate us on the right product for us. We asked questions most of their customers probably know the answers to and they were patient and knowlegable. It was quite the team dynamic they have going. It was like they were finishing each others sentences so for us, the consistency in info was spot on. They dont work on commission. They have a 90 day warranty. Everytime that I have come to Titanium Vapor, I have had a great experience. Jim, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and has a great staff. They are all more than willing to help and offer advice to their customers. I had a problem with the charger unit on my vape that I bought from the store, and they offered a solution with a battery charger that will work really well. Great business!!!

This is bar none the best vape shop Ive been to. Their juices are 95/5 and phenomenal. All the staff is beyond knowledgeable. I recently went in and talked to Zak about getting a larger tank for my Eleaf Pico. Zak walked me thru the options and gave his honest opinions about all their products. In the end I decided to upgrade my rig as my mods design really limited my tank options. Zak gave me what he thought would be good for my needs and advised me to go do some research on them so I could make an informed decision. Absolutely no pressure to buy, just 100% wanting me to be a satisfied customer. In the end I bought a VooPoo Drag Mod and Crown 3 tank on his recommendation and OMFG! LOVE IT!!! Im completely blown away. Whole new vaping experience. Very good prices for a brick and mortar store. They treat you right because they want happy return customers.

So this is the only place I go for anything to do with my vape. Today I walked in unhappy with the coil that a worker had given me last time just saying this was the best. I talk to a guy they called dreads and he was hands down more helpful then he needed to be. After telling him what was wrong with the last coil and what I was looking for he told me he builds coils more then he knows for sure what I want which was great he went out of his way to call the guy at the telegraph store and explain what I wanted to give me my best option rather then just sell me something and get me out the door. Went in there to buy a Mod and pretty much knew what we wanted before stepping in. Dreds helped us instantly and efficiently with a stupendous amount of knowledge. Any question we had was answered thoughtfully. Great store, great service, throw your money at them.

They are a little further than some of my local shops but their juice is the best Ive tried! Also the staff is very friendly and know their stuff! Id rather drive 4 miles out of my way to get great customer service and better quality than the shops that are near me.

These guys are extremely helpful and kind. I came in just to look around after I was told by another shop that RDAs are a thing of the past in Saint Louis. These guys had such a wonderful array of mods, tanks, RDAs, RDTAs and everything else you could imagine. I bought some juice and it is amazing. I wish this shop was in Florida and could be my home shop.

I just stopped in their new location on Telegraph Road today and had SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! My sister swears by their shop on watson, so I decided to check it out. I’ve been a cigarette smoker for years, unable to find a juice that I really loved enough to make me change. But the juices they have are high quality and taste very clean. I came in unsure if i was going to take the plunge and switch today and Logan and the guys helped me find a vape that worked for my price range. I strongly, strongly recommend!

Wether you are a competitive vape person or, like me, barely know more than what flavors you like they can talk with you on your level and not make you feel dumb. There is a lot of variety so it can be overwhelming some places, but if you know what you want or need these folks can definitely show you the way to what youre looking for. As soon as I walk in the guys behind the counter talk about how bad my mod is. Not helpful and not friendly. If you’re looking for a good shop this is not it. If you’re looking for a bunch of vape elitist with their nose in the air this shop might be for you. P.s. I posted this review cause I was legitimately aggravated by the “customer service” I experienced here. The owner then sympathized by expressing his thoughts that this is a “fake review”. I now understand why the kids behind the counter were so ignorant. I won’t be coming to this shop again and I’ll be sure to let every vaper I know to do the same.

I have had will help me out twice now and he was a great guy and was very helpful for my first vist and thrid vist. Tonight i had zach help me out and he is a careing great guy who is honest with the custmers about what would be good for there vapes. In total this places is the best vape shop iv been to. I will continue to go to this shop for now on thanks to the great prices and the wonderful employes like zach and will. If anyone is thinking about checking this place out i suggest you dont even give it a second thought and do becauae you will not regreat it. The whole time there is always a great experince everytime. Thank you will and zach for always helping me out with my vape set up or whatever else i have qustions about, and never leaving me disaplonted you guys and the shop are the greatest. Eveeyone needs to check this place out atlest once because then you will be hook just as i was. The owner made this a great shop filled with great emloyes that are very smart and a great atmospher and great jucies and stock of all the things and vaper could need.

I had a wonderful experience at the Waston Road location this evening. Vanilla Gorilla was very helpful with replacing my older model Aspire. He was knowledgeable about Titanium’a products, and gave me multiple options the store had to offer. Vanilla Gorilla not only educated me on how Titanium’s juice is made, he was proud of the company he worked for. I left happier, and smarter than when I walked in! Great shop! Came in today looking to transition from cigarettes to a vape and Logan hooked me up with everything I needed without ever pushing me to spend more money. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff!

I just stopped smoking cigarettes and decided vaping would be my personal best option. I went in yesterday, Sunday, October 29th and 7PM. Let me first start out by saying, I live over two hours south on interstate 55. I only found this particular Vape store because it is the only one open after 6 PM on a Sunday evening. Props to them for that. I didnt read any reviews until after my visit, but I have to say they are all spot on. I have never even walked into any other Vape stores, but the staff here were very friendly, not pushy whatsoever, and left me feeling very knowledgeable about what I just bought, even though I didnt know anything walking into that store. I will patronize the store for as long is I am within three hours of St. Louis. And I pass around 100 Vape stores on the way. Thank you again

It’s just a cool place to hang out too, the guys are way into what they do, and want to help you safely enjoy vaping no matter what your level of experience is. For me vaping has turned into a hobby and this, my toy store. I’ve never been a fan of “house juice” but their line has turned my opinion with spot on flavor, a huge selection and great prices. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you need to you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience. I have only been vaping a month and the gentleman who helped me explained in great detail what some of the issues I had been having are. Pricing is great and flavors are amazing. It is very worth the 30 minute drive for us. We will be back. I would suggest any one new to vaping go visit.

Outrageously rude and unreasonable! Asked if a $30 battery charger was returnable. They confirmed yes. Bought it, didnt even open it, then tried to return the charger WITHIN THE HOUR OF PURCHASE, but was completely stonewalled. Absolutely no returns, the douchebag with the dreadlocks said. Idiots. Insane way to run a business.

Best vape shop I’ve even been to by far!

I was in from out of town I called several shops these guys beat all the prices. The e-juice was amazing the flavors and the nicotine was fresh. I sent 3 people there before i left town. I Cant wait for them to get a web site

First time visiting. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable I believe his name was zach. Atmosphere was really cool down to earth. Really enjoyed my time there awesome experience would highly recommend.

This vape store is the manly mans vape store. Thats cool it just wasnt what I had expected. The inventory is for those that build their devices, coils, whatever. For legal reasons the staff isnt allowed to show customers. I have no idea how to do that. I needed a simply battery and tank but this isnt the store for those items. They have my all time favorite juice, Tigers Blood!! Ill be back for that feeling like an awkward female walking in. Had some badass music playing though🤘*I made it clear as to what I came in there for and all I was directed to was a small selection of batteries and wasnt shown ANY tanks I wanted that werent the drip ones! I was visiting St. Louis for about a week and needed to get some e-juice. The people are wonderful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend stopping by.

I asked if they carry any juice with 3 ingredients(VG/PG/Nic) because I get bad issues with in GI tract from other ingredients easily. He gave me an indirect answer and just said everythings made in a pharmaceutical lab, bro. He sells me a 30ml bottle of juice without telling me the price. It turned out to be 2-4x the price it should be & also has several ingredients. This annoying salesmen-type bs loses you money in the long run.

It is a amazing shop they have the best of the best in there shop I have been looking for the Koopor Plus 200 I knew they had it but I called around and no one else if had heard of it also they have a coil builder that kicks ass at building I love vaping so much I can go in there and find brand new device that just had came out.

Like the shop Ive been here about 3 times and they are great people. I also love my new Tokugawa, its a Beast! Grabbed a 30ml of pineapple peach @ 6mg.... awesome flavor.... but damn 6mg nic should mean 6mg nic. I havent had a nic headrush, numb lips/fingertips, and hiccups in ages. Ive mixed my own juice for a few years, and this is easily 16mg nic. -1 star for nearly making me puke..... most places that would kill far more than 1 star, but like I said this place is good peeps. Just make sure to test your bottle of juice before heading out.

Killing time waiting to go to work on a monday, walked into titanium vapor because recent thoughts of my girlfriend retrieving a battery from my charger and the charger all of a sudden, short out with sparks and smoke and a little baby sleeping not two feet away. Gratefully nothing happened, and long story short....two nice young men said “we got your back and no worries,” while one of them rewrapped my 2 18650s at not charge. Thanks taitqnium vapor.
