After a previously disappointing haircut and balayage experience here, I contacted D’Ann, the manager, about my concerns. She very promptly emailed me back with kindness and attentiveness to my worries. She had already set me up with a new stylist- Marta to try again. Marta was AMAZING! She was extremely thorough every step of the way to get my hair back to my original plan. She had so much expertise and explained what she was doing, asking if it was okay, and what the end result would be. D’Ann knew what she was doing when she put my hair in Marta’s hands! :) Will be returning!!!

Ash is amazing! Both my husband and I go to her for haircuts. I also go every 8 weeks for full/partial foil and a gloss. We are so grateful we found her a few years ago. She’s caring, knowledgeable, passionate and really enjoys making you feel and look your best!

I’ve been seeing Mercedes for over a year now, and she’s amazing. She’s friendly, attentive, creative, and so talented. I have quite a bit of thick, long, textured hair that is easy to mess up, but she always out does herself and exceeds my expectations. I never attend our appointments with a set vision in mind, but I know that when I leave, I will be leaving having had great conversation, genuine connections, and absolutely fabulous hair.Hair Expressions, you’re incredibly lucky to have snagged her straight out of hair school. Mercedes is such a great person and stylist through and through.

Chelsey did an amazing job cutting my hair and my kids hair a few weeks back. She was nice and friendly, communicative, and took the time that was needed. Im so happy with the shaggy layers Chelsey put in my hair to give it much needed volume. I went from everyday throwing my one-length hair into a ponytail that gave me constant headaches, to hair thats easy to style when I want to, but can still put it up (without the headaches). I am still in love my haircut! Thank you, Chelsey!

Chelsey!!!! I have been here twice and both times Chelsey has made my hair feel so healthy and beautiful! She is awesome with naturally curly hair and knows how to get it just right. She makes this experience so enjoyable and relaxing!!! She styles it at the end just how I ask and it looks great:)

When I got my eyebrows done, they werent exactly how I was wanting them to turn out. The stylist was more than happy to have me come back and get them just right. My eyebrows look great and the service was great.

Marta is one of a kind! Always so professional, her cuts are perfect and the shop is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

D’Ann has been styling my hair for several years—cut and color. I always love the results. She listens carefully and is creative and thoughtful in her work. I never feel that I’m getting a ”cookie cutter” approach. She takes great care in making my cut and color unique to me.

I would give the salon a Zero if I could. The stylist had nothing to do with any of this mess. BE AWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED FOR HAIR COLOR!! I went in with two services on the same day for Malibu Clarifier (1 1/2 hours for $40) and Balayage (2 1/2 - 3 hours for $173) and $75 for extra color but was instead charged $88 per hour for “color corrective” on top of the Malibu service when no one even bothered letting me know they were switching prices on me. Ended up paying $500 at the end of the appointment. Mercedes refunded me $153 back a couple days later after going back and forth about pricing which still isn’t correct. While D’Ann (the owner) on the other hand said she wouldn’t have even refunded nothing back in email and didn’t sound at all sincere or concerned from where I was coming from. Disappointed overall with wasting 5 days of my life over this mess. Find somewhere else to get your hair done. SAVE YOUR SANITY!!

Got my hair done by Marta today, she gave me exactly what I wanted. I hadn’t done anything with my hair in over a year so I was a little nervous but she absolutely killed it. She was so kind and fun to talk to too!!

I just got one of the worst perms I have ever had. Some strands are nice and curly but several are almost entirely straight. I will not be able to go wash and wear now. So now instead of being easy care, I will have to use a curling iron to fix it every morning. Very unhappy. The only reason I gave it two stars was because it was a nice salon with friendly people.

Eden was very understanding, and got me the exact haircut I asked for based on my reference pictures and what we discussed at the start! She worked quickly and thoroughly, and took precautions to make sure she wasnt cutting too much off initially, which was very helpful.

Honestly, they don’t deserve one star either. One of the worst salon. No time perfection. I booked for balayage + gloss for my hair and when I went there they told me they don’t have time for me to do all this. I booked it with Eden I would call her big looser. This Eden looser didn’t accept her mistake and blam the poor front desk person.stupid.

I am a new client to Hair Expressions. Annika was my stylist and did a fantastic job. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly.....I will definitely be returning.

Robin has been my stylist for over twenty years. She listens, makes great suggestion and I am always very pleased with the results.

Took two photos of haircuts I was interested in getting to show the stylist. Mercedes was amazing. She explained how certain aspects of the photos wouldnt work with my cowlicks, length, etc. And she created a style that used the best of both images - LOVE my cut. The haircut came with a relaxing hair wash, great consultation, and Mercedes was very professional. Also, very pleased with the price. They offer coffee/tea/water. Very clean establishment!!! Will be back!!!!!

Ash is gifted in being able to do challenging hair cuts and is skillful in hair coloring as well. Shes also a delightful human being.

This place does my Grammas hair and she has dementia. She makes her apokntments there and they call and let me know and her beautician is super nice and understanding when were a few minutes late.

Marta does a fabulous job on my hair She’s personable and always has a big smile Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Eden is hands down the best stylist I’ve encountered in years. I came in from the west coast for a funeral and they fit me in for a color correction and she made my hair 100x better! She’s amazing.

The salon is nice and airy and everyone is very friendly. Mercedes does a great job and is a lot of fun.

Marta came and greeted me. She was very friendly. She asked me a bunch of questions before she started. She also made some recommendations for my haircut. Im a wash and go kind of gal and the recommendations made sense. She gave me a great haircut! Ill go back and see Marta again.

I came into the salon with about 3 months of hair growth and a bad experience at my last salon. Chelsea did my color and cut. I have never been so happy with my hair. It is the most beautiful color I have ever had!

I have always left this salon feeling happy and satisfied with my hair. I am always able to get in quickly, with my preferred colorist - Emma. She always takes time to discuss my goal color, and always does a wonderful job. She has stayed late a few times working on my hair, and I’ve never felt rushed during the process. The pricing is reasonable, especially for the high quality service and results I receive every time. I’m thankful to have found this salon and someone who understands my hair goals.

Seriously one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hair salon! I drove out of my way to support Chanda whom I went to school with. She butchered my hair and still had me pay for it. My blonde pieces are orange and pink, the color is patchy, and my hair didn’t even get to a brunette like i asked! I’ve tried contacting her and the salon several times but keep getting the run arounds. I’m not going to drive out of my way again to POSSIBLY have my hair fixed! It’s inconvenient for me. I’ve asked for a refund on just the color portion of my service and continue to get “no refunds” as an answer. The salon owner has only left me voicemails stating she can’t do anything for me. What kind of salon owner allows their clients to be unhappy about a service they received at their salon?! Seriously, this salon is a waste of your time!

I was thrilled to find Hair Expressions Salon and Spa after moving here from Florida! I wasnt sure I would find anyone who made me feel comfortable getting my hair cut after having my sister as my hair stylist for most of my life! But Courtney really is amazing and the girls at the front desk are so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a friendly staff and a great hair cut!

I have been going to Lorraine for a long time now and she never disappoints me! She takes the time and listens to any of my ideas -- although she will remind me that we tried that once and I didnt like it!! Shes very professional and really cares about her customers always making sure they are 100% happy with her services. I wouldnt go to anyone else and Im very particular about hair!!

I have gone to see Ash 3 times, I normally love how she colors and cuts my hair and I trust her with my color. I have had her cut my hair once before and this past Sunday 4/14 I had her color and cut my hair again. I LOVE the color it’s perfect! However the cut is one of the worst cuts I have ever had. It’s not entirely her fault, the salon booked her two appointments too close together so she felt rushed. I told her I like really LONG layers in my hair and she understood, I thought, however, when she was adding the layers she took a huge chunk out of one section of my hair! It’s about 3-4 inches off from the rest of my hair. It looks absolutely awful. I have a big event this Sunday where a lot of eyes will be on me and now I have to attend it with a chunk missing. I literally wanna cry. It is so bad even my male coworkers noticed, and they wouldn’t notice if pigs flew. This is absolutely without a doubt the worst haircut ever.

I took my daughter in to have her hair foiled. We brought pictures to show what we wanted done. She was so excited to have it done.; however when she came to me after she was done , I could tell by the expression on her face that she was not happy. I could not see a change in the color from when she walked in. We spent a long time in the salon and there was no result. It looked exactly the same as when she arrived. I told beautician this and she tried to point out where their was color. I told her if I have to look that hard; it was not worth my time or my daughters for that amount of money. Also, I was waiting in the waiting room and she added 2 extra colors for $17 a piece onto the price. She should have come out to ask me, but did not bother. She did not ask my daughter how She wanted styled and she came out very upset. The receptionist agreed with me that there was no change in color. Manager would not refund money. My daughter walked out in tears. Her hair was not highlighted and it was a frizzy mess. I will not be going back and will not recommend to a friend. It was still $90 dollars out of my pocket and I will have to pay someone else to do what we wanted done.

Ive had my hair done at Hair Expressions for years and every stylist Ive had has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Since Ive taken my 17, 15, 13 and 11 year old to get haircuts there, they refuse to go anywhere else! I went to Hair Expressions for a hair cut. It had been a long time since I had gotten a hair cut due to a bad styling at another salon. (Like over 2 plus years.) JC WAS WONDERFUL. She educated me on my options, went through ideas with me, explained everything she was doing, and she was just all around FUN. She took the time to get to know me and my wants, create a relationship, educate me on what she was doing and show me how to do it at home, as well. I absolutely love what she did with my hair, and I instantly booked my next appointment by the time we were done. As a small business owner myself... I was impressed with how well she quickly created a loyal client and exceeded expectations on all accounts. Can’t wait to see her at my next appointment.

I have been going to Hair Expressions for several years now. The exceptional service starts with the front desk staff, whom greet you with friendly energy and a smile (hidden behind the masks now) The friendliness and energy radiate from all stylists I have encountered. The facility is clean, inviting and they are very diligent on following COVID protocols, ensuring everyone’s safety during these unsure times. They have been transparent and when COVID first hit, they worked with me to promptly reschedule my hair appointment. I highly recommended Jenn; she is AMAZING!!! She takes time to listen to what you are looking for in your salon experience. She is very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. Finding the right stylist, you can trust your hair with is a rarity. Jenn always helps guide me to the best products for my hair type, as it has changed throughout the years, especially post pregnancy. Thank you Jenn!!!

I go here for myself (Ari is the BEST! Always ask for Ari!!!) but tonight we had a major hair emergency for my 5 year old daughter and we didn’t know what to do. It’s the night before my brother-in-law’s wedding and my daughter’s hair had a huge snarl/knot/dreadlock in it and we couldn’t get it out. We called Hair Expressions and they were able to get her in and Ash (I think... Sorry. I can’t believe I never really got her name.) worked on her forever! She brushed her hair for, I believe, over an hour and then gave her an rocking cut and style. When we went to pay she was just going to charge us for the cut. We were there from 6:15 to nearly 8:00!!! I had to practically force her to at least have her charge us for all of her hard work in brushing out that clump.Definitely go here. Adults, children, whatever. I’ve never regretted it once. And now my daughter wants to make it a “Daddy-daughter date” thing. To each their own, I guess.

Went in for a haircut and they did a good job for a good price.I didnt get my hair colored but based on the styles I saw in the salon (worn by both workers and customers) I would highly recomend getting hair colored here as every single person looked really well done.Bonus: The hair washing station is one of the most comfortable I have ever used

I went in a few days ago, walked out looking pretty good. Washed my hair one time with the shampoo they recommended and all the color came out except for at my roots. Im now walking around with bright red roots and no other color in my hair. I wont be back as this is the most horrible dye job I have ever had done.

Got my hair cut today and I love it! Got 8 or so inches taken of with a shampoo and style. The price was great and the staff friendly. The outside of the building looked questionable as it’s in a strip mall, but the inside was cute and comfortable. I would definitely come back and/or recommend it.

I came in for a regular manicure and pedicure. Ash, the manicurist, was extremely professional and pleasant and did a lovely job on my nails. I did however have a horrible experience at checkout. The lady at the counter (Missed her name, but not Katie) demanded to see my identification before accepting my credit card payment. This has never happened to me before. My name on the card is an unmistakably African name, which she would obviously have been unable to enunciate let alone spell, matches my unmistakably African face. She automatically made the racist assumption that since Im black, this must have been a stolen corporate Amex that I was presenting as payment. I was extremely uncomfortable and disgusted by her conduct and will not be returning to the salon despite the wonderful job that Ash did and plans Id made with Ash to come back in for eyelash extension installation. I am new to the twin cities and I had not encountered such blatant racism as was on display yesterday. I am disappointed. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. TERRIBLE experience.

The job done by the hair stylist is not as I shown her a picture. So I called them and made another appointment to redo .. they are rude and charging me again. Very unprofessional and argumentative. Wasted my time and money

Was referred to see Heather, she was fantastic! I had many questions and some ideas for what I wanted my hair to look like, she explained things in great detail and helped me understand the process along the way. She was fun and easy to talk to. Will be back!

I really enjoyed my first visit to this salon! Good customer service, and a lot of customer loyalty perks and programs to keep people coming back. Very clean, friendly and outgoing, although I was sad when my hairstylist left they took the time to call and let me know, and to give me the option of keeping my appointment or not. Overall, very happy with my experience here.

Very glad I went here. Mikala specialized in the two things I was interested in doing to my hair. She explained them both so I could choose the one best suited to my lifestyle. I ended up getting blonde highlights and they turned out lovely.The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I love this place! I felt very comfortable here. The staff are very kind & patient. My stylist listened to my ideas and cut & styled my hair the way I like. They give great promotions for their customers and provide coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Ill definitely be back.

I wanted a specific ashy brown color but instead was insisted by my assigned stylist that it was actually a brunette color. I showed a picture of what I wanted to her but the color on my hair was nowhere close enough to the exact color I wanted but aside from all that overall, the experience here was okay. Front desk assistance was very nice. I will not be coming back here again though

Rhonda does a wonderful job with my hair every time I come in. Im super picky about the length I want cut off and she always makes sure to do just a trim, unlike other salons. The color always turns out shiny and beautiful as well. Not to mention, she makes the 3 hours fly by with her outgoing and hilarious personality :) YAY for Rhonda!

I went for the first time after a friend referred me. I have platinum blonde hair, and I’ve had a few bad experiences so I was nervous about letting someone new touch my hair. JC did the best job on my hair EVER! As soon as I walked in the door, the receptionist was so kind. Showed me around the facility and offered me coffee/water. JC was so kind, she listened to my concerns and was patient in trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. She not only did a beautiful job on my hair, this was the FASTEST appointment I’ve ever had. I’m used to being at the salon for at least 3 hours. She bleached it and trimmed in and got me taken care of in TWO HOURS. I’m back again today for my second appointment, and the receptionist remembered me by name as soon as I walked in. LOVE THIS PLACE. Always a “highlight” of my day:)

I have seen Emma for highlights a few times after my sister in law recommended her. I loved them and the way they blended with my light brown color even as they grew out. Retouch was reasonably priced and I expect to be back next summer for more blonde!

I love this salon! Jenny is my stylist and has been for many years. She is amazing! The salon is very welcoming and everyone always seems happy to be there. 5 stars!

0 starsI would avoid this place for your hair care needs.This place is awful. Let me explain.I’ve been going to this salon for about 1 1/2 years. I was seeing two excellent hair stylists that would style my hair with color. Rotating between both of them when one wasn’t available the other would do my hair.Unfortunately one of my hair stylists left the salon. I asked what had happened to her an I was told. She walked out. (Red flag)The second hair stylist my fav! She also abruptly disappeared & was no longer available to do my hair color. So they book my appt with MICHAELA. Remember her name because this lady is AWFUL. When I arrived I started asking questions about where the women who has been doing my hair for 1 1/2 went & how could I find her. The older bird lady monitoring the reception clerk told me they couldn’t let me know. Once the older lady walked away for a sec. The receptionist told me my original hair stylist has a Instagram. I could find her that way. I don’t think she was suppose to expose that info to me. When the older lady returned to lurk over the receptionist she looked extremely irritated that I had been told this info because she came back to lurk mid convo. (I hope the receptionist doesn’t lose her job) seems to be the trend wit this place. after our convo at the reception desk I am seated with a level 2 stylist. I was uncomfortable already because the hair stylist which I’ve come to know have been dropping out of this place left & right & now I have a level 2 stylist styling my hair. I usually use a level 4 stylist. I sit down with MICHAELA & we’re discussing my hair color & what colors I want. I told her that my original hair stylist was doing my color & she decided all the colors for my hair. So continue & do what she did. Then she told me about this paper I HAVE to sign. I was uncomfortable signing any paperwork because I never had to sign any paperwork when getting my hair colored. I kept asking questions I don’t sign anything without knowing exactly what I’m signing. Michaela reassured me the paper was for “communication purposes” about my hair color, LOLNO it was a WAIVER. Telling me I HAVE to sign a waiver, so if they mess up my hair I can’t get my refund!!! Wait What!!Why would they mess up my hair??This stylist MICHAELA gets the owner of the shop to come tell me this is for “communication purposes” so they know my colors being used. bs this is a waiver saying if I don’t like my hair colors basically there’s nothing I can do about it. The level 2 hair stylist MICHAELA is getting irritated, because of all my questions. I mean who wouldn’t ask questions when a waiver is pushed into their faces?I felt like I am forced to sign it. 35 mins have gone by since I sat in her chair. So I sign it.she says, “Would you feel comfortable coming back?” Umm..no, why would I come back I’ve been sitting in this chair for 35 mins going over some waiver I’m ready to get my colors going. I told MICHAELA I want my hair colored. Life’s to short to come back. I’ve been here for 35 mins let’s start the process. MICHAELA says I’ll be right back. Says She grabbing colors & of a sudden the owner of the salon comes up to me after another 10 mins waiting claiming I said something to MICHAELA. So she won’t be doing my hair. I’ve hurt her feelings!??! HOW ON EARTH DID I HURT HER FEELINGS! I’m confused at this point. I’m like “what’re you talking about?” I said something. What did I do or say? Is it because of the waiver? . We just got through this waiver business now she is in the back & won’t do my hair? For what? the owner continues to say you’ll have to reschedule.NO I WONT BE RETURNING.They sell Redken & Pureology shampoo for way over the original price it would cost online What a waste of my time & how unprofessional is that? Thank God! I found my original hair stylist through insta!! Thank You receptionist lady! Hope your job is safe from these old birds. MICHAELA Thank You for saving me. I went in for a simple trim. I have spent the last 5 years growing out my layer in the back of my head and last year had a bunch cut so that it would be one length. I only had layers in the front of my head. I try really hard to keep my hair healthy because it is fine and I dont like to use heat etc. The stylist told me that she thought point snipping was best for me.. She cut off a small amount about 1/2 inch. I said that should be fine. She went on to pulling up chunks of hair and cutting in a down angle. I was a bit nervous because it looked like she was cutting down into the back of my hair. She assured me it was ok. I left with my hair slightly damp because she said she didnt want to dry it to help moisturize, which I was fine with. When I got home I saw layers up to 3 inches all across the back of my head. the layers around my face are completely different lengths, huge choppy chunks. The long part of my hair is very thin now. My hair is ruined. I am very sad. I have to go now to a different salon to have it fixed. I will have to get more cut. I am really disappointed. I did upload a pic if you would like to see on yelp. MORAL OF STORY: Be very clear what you want at this salon. Also if you dont understand a stylist term such as point clipping ask for specifics and clear definition so you know what it is about.I do have to also point out the people were very friendly and courteous which was not an issue.

I have loved going to hair expressions for about the past 10 years. Lorraine is great! Easy process, great stylist, they try to develop a great community as well as participate in the broader community. Bravo!

Nicole does an amazing job at cutting, coloring, waxing per request. She makes sure her clients are happy and satisfied with their services every time. The girls at hair expressions are also always learning the newest tips and techniques too via redkin and pureology classes/seminars so you will always have the hottest styles! Love this place!

March 28, 2022 - Very unprofessional experience with Cortney. POOR hair color experience, second time back in for color correction, not all hair was color corrected and scalp was burned by rushing and using too high of a heat setting! Color is still not what I asked for and showed a picture of what I wanted. I will not be back to Cortney, nor will I recommend her as a stylist to anyone. ( Poor response from Salon owner.)

Fair pricing and honestly like the salon. My first time I went there I worked with a stylist who listened to me about what I wanted and did a good job of keeping a line of communication open throughout the experience. HOWEVER, the last time I went in, I had someone different because the previous stylist no longer works there. I explained how I wanted my hair cut just above my shoulders, about to my collar bone. I thought I was clear, but by the time I realized how short my hair was, it was too late to say anything. Instead of just above shoulder length, I got just below chin length. I instinctively tried to reassure myself that its just hair, itll grow back and at least its cut even; but the truth is, its not what I wanted and Im upset at how short it is. The stylist was nice, but didnt really open up a line of communication which made it difficult to say anything by the time she finally asked what I thought.

Not impressed at all. The gal was super nice - spent time listening to me and what I wanted, and discussing options. Unfortunately the color results were not as expected by me or my stylist,but the cut was cute and styling was well done. I also got a eyebrow/lip wax - it was patchy in area, gross.The salon itself was nice and clean, very modern.~~~~. Way Way over priced for the service- double what I have paid before ( couldnt get in on a Sunday ).. I wont be going back.

The salon is a great atmosphere and the staff - friendly and helpful. Alise cut my short hair and it looks AMAZING. She helped me with product that we give my thinning hair some density. So great on all levels.

Loved it. Ari did a great job giving me the haircut I wanted and only from a reference photo I found online. She gave me great practical advice for how to take care of it in between hair appointments and Im definitely coming back.

I have never walked into a salon and felt more welcomed in my life. I have lived in 12 different states and traveled to many, getting my hair taken care of along the way, and this was hands down my best experience.I was genuinely greeted by the most wonderful woman, who gave me a tour of the salon (I have NEVER been offered this...) It wasnt a pretentious tour, i.e. look at how fabulous we are! it was more of a welcome to our home, take your shoes off, make yourself comfortable. Heres the bathroom, heres the fridge, youre welcome to it whenever kind of tour. She offered all there was to me, and then the lovely JC popped over, introduced herself, and we got to assessing my damage --pun intended. She was so fun-professional, and did wonders on my hair. I have semi-tempermental hair and she knew exactly how to make it look cohesive with a natural flow to it, adding suggestions and listening to what I wanted along the way. She offered other services I didnt know existed (which I couldnt get this visit, but will be back for very very soon) and I appreciated that because I wouldnt have known to ask for them. I felt like I was the only customer in the salon. I truly felt like a guest, which Ive never experienced in such a raw way. No generic my boss will 86 me if I dont do this undertones. I also LOVED my cut, which was long overdue! Brava, ladies! Be back soon!

Had a haircut one day and a foil a week later. Both services required tweaking. The haircut was choppy in the back so I asked that it be blended. Stylist was resistant but after doing what I requested, she agreed that the cut looked better. I am still trying to adjust to the foil. Even after tweaking, the right side is blond and the left side is frumpy brown. After the foil, I went to a wedding and the color difference is pronounced enough that it showed up in the photos. The stylist refused to add more blond highlights to match the left side to the right even though I offered to pay more for her to do so. Including a tip, I spent $319 on cut, color, and hair products and am very dissatisfied. I was looking for a highly- skilled professional and instead got substandard service coupled with a snotty attitude.

Phenominal friendly service. Nice first time service and product discount since I was a referred customer. It was tough to lose my old stylist after 15 years. Stylist JC asked questions and listened closely. I walked out happier than anticipated. I am looking forward to my second appointment and a growing relationship with Hair Expressions.

I got my hair done there about 4 times. I was told that I needed to work my hair to getting it icy blonde. I started out with blondish red/brown hair. I got full foils, balayage, and toner and still wasn’t platinum or even close to it. Each time I spent about $200. Then I see a picture on the hairdressers Instagram that showed someone with full foil highlights like mine and she was able to get icy platinum blonde in one process. I’m extremely disappointed with how much I spent on my hair and didn’t get close to what I wanted. I later talked to another hairdresser that I went to before I moved to the area and she said she could have done it in two sessions. So needless to say I feel like I’ve not only be lied to but also been robbed. I will never come back to hair expressions.

I had scheduled an appointment. The stylist was a little late in getting to me, but did an excellent job with my brows. She was quick and kind to my skin.

Great place with a friendly family feel to it, everyone is so nice and helpful! I have been going here for years and I have always been happy with the service from everyone especially Lorraine who is awesome and makes people feel so welcome! They have really expanded their products and services and you wont regret giving this place a chance!

Called about getting featherlocks for my daughter. They put me on hold as soon as they answered, I forgot I was on hold then finally hung up at 34 minutes. Not impressed.They contacted me and were helpful so I changed my review to Very Good
