Relaxing place, great for improving your mental health. The calm and relaxing decor and music make a great environment. The therapists are very accommodating and helpful, and do an excellent job. They communicate well and listen to your needs!

Decided to give Elements Massage a try since it was close by my house. I’ve been in search of someone good and after many failed searches I had Sara H today and was very happy with my massage. She wS educational and was able to pin point exactly all my tension pain areas I’ve been having and explaining what they were and causes. I’ll definitely be returning to work with Sara. Thank you!

Disappointed in membership cancelled as I felt it was more of a scam. Very had to get in on days and times you need. Many times my appointment was cancelled at the last minute with nothing offered in return and very hard at that time to find another appointment. Been to many of the therapist they are just ok. Stephen was the best but now has left. Ed is my second favorite. Ed is 5 stars but quality of other therapists and management 1 star!!!

This was my first visit to elements massage. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was extremely peaceful and calming. My masseuse was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped relieve some of the pain and discomfort; that I was dealing with very well. I would highly recommend.

Stephen is the BEST massage therapist and Im sad that I live so far away and no longer see him, but its worth writing a 5 star review for him. Stephen is professional, listens well, and adjusts according to what you need both during appointments and from appointment to appointment.As far as Elements, Im not into their monthly membership thing and would prefer to just pay per massage. Youre highly pressured into getting a membership, which of course makes sense since they make more money when you do that. Scheduling can be tough so theres not always a therapist available for a monthly appointment, thus you are paying for an appointment that you cant actually schedule. Ive also found it difficult to schedule the bonuses you get as a benefit of membership when doing online scheduling and receptionists dont ask if you want any of your free add ons. For someone who is introverted, it just feels awkward to ask for these free things and I think itd be better if you could add them on when scheduling or to have them offered to you when you check in.

I have had a lot of massages at a bunch of places around the cities and the massages I get from Sara are by far the best. Very relaxing and very therapeutic. I dont even see my chiropractor any more. THANKS!

I have been going here for massages on a monthly basis for 3 years. I recommend Jessica, Stephanie, and Ed because they are great at deep tissue massage.

I suffer from TMJ. I was going to this place once a week. The massages were fantastic. I would highly recommend that you do not sign up for their monthly program though. My masseuse left this company and moved to a different spa.. I followed her to her new place of employment. I called Elements and canceled all my appointments for the rest of the year and informed them that I would no longer be coming in. They have been charging my account $88 for almost a year now and refused to refund the money when I noticed the charge. They will rob you blind.

It was a wonderful experience. I have a lot of tension/stress in my neck and shoulders. The massage therapist listened to concerns and relieved my taut muscles and I felt much better after the massage.

The front desk staff are very friendly and honest. When I shared that I needed a massage therapist who could provide deep tissue work and strong pressure, they were happy to share with me who would get a good fit. Other places Ive visited have partnered me with anyone who is available, despite my request for deep tissue work and strong pressure. Ive frequently had massages that did not meet my needs and providing little relief. At Elements Massage, the staff shared each therapists strengths and recommended specific therapists who could likely provide the services I needed. Mandy was my therapist and she is AMAZING. She takes her time and ensures she works on each section that is bothersome. Near the end of each session, she asks if there are any areas that need a little more work, which is fantastic. Ive never had a therapist ask me this before. She checks in with me throughout the session, making sure the pressure isnt too strong or too light. She also is happy to converse with you or let you just rest peacefully. I have had two sessions with her now and I have left feeling rejuvenated each time. I have been getting monthly massages for 3-4 years now and Mandy is BY FAR the best therapist Ive ever had.

This place is NOT child friendly. Single moms beware. A family member gave me a few massage gift cards to use during and after my pregnancy. I had one left. I called and made an appointment yesterday to see Tara (whom I LOVE and is not the problem here - shes amazing). While on the phone they asked if I had my baby yet. I told them yes and said I would be bringing him along unless he was fussy, in which case I would cancel. She seemed delighted to get to meet him. I get there today, after an hour and a half drive, with an almost asleep child and suddenly there is a problem. The lady at the desk goes back and gets a manager who comes out and says to me, hes cute and all but children are not allowed, I hope you understand and kicked us out. Had they told me that up front on the phone I would not have come. Instead they waited until I was there in the office. Needless to say, I wont be coming back.

First time getting a massage and booked an appt with Fernanda. She was great and I really appreciated her skill-set! I initially asked for light pressure but changed it to slightly deeper after she began. I also asked her to focus on certain areas due to chronic pain I was experiencing. She exceeded my expectations and I felt extraordinary after my session. I cannot wait to book with her again next month!

The therapist was great. However, one of the people at the front desk had her mask off the entire time i was in the waiting area..too close for comfort. Considering we have a state mask mandate, and ideally you want to feel safe and comfy when going to get a massage this was not relaxing. Im considering not returning if this is general practice.

I had a 90 minute massage today from Sara. I signed up for a level 4 massage on the website and her name came up as an option. Level 4 means the most firm pressure/deep tissue. I found out after I complained about the massage that she specializes in relaxation massages. I also took a vacation day today from work, and spent 30 minutes of the massage being asked about my line of work. Sara was friendly which is a great quality to have but continued to ask questions for 1/3 of the massage. When she was massaging me she would often be working with one hand and often the other would not be on my body. She would often move her hand off and on my body. So it didn’t feel like a very smooth moving massage. Very choppy and she spent a very long time in one area just like pushing. Her hands would shake while she was trying to go deep in areas on my back. Like I said she was friendly and kind, but I don’t think that she was qualified to offer a deep tissue massage.

Elements Massage is very clean and professional! They are always so friendly and welcoming! I have been going there for over a year now. Brooke and Mandy do excellent deep tissue massage! But everyone there is very good! The monthly membership is a great deal and they dont pressure you at all!

Got a massage with Gabriel yesterday. He was amazing!! He made sure I was comfortable the whole time- asking if the pressure was ok every so often (I requested a deep tissue massage). He only talks as much as you want to talk and is very in tune with his clients. I would recommend the aromatherapy add on as well, Was a relaxing touch. I chose the eucalyptus. I’m from out of town but will return when I come back. They also accept Spa Finder gift cards (which I used). There was no pressure to sign up for their membership but I totally would if I had an Elements near my home in Florida

Therapists are mostly new and inexperienced. Therefore a good massage is hit or miss. Dont get the membership. They will never let you out of the contract. They will continue to bill your card after you cancel.

I booked a massage at this place due to the reviews I found here. What a disappointing experience I had. Something happened to my neck (not at this place) and I tried to heal it with heating pads, etc.. I finally gave up and called to schedule a massage. The 1st opening was a couple days away. I wanted something sooner as I was in some pain. I booked the 1st opening and cleared my work schedule so I could make this 11am appointment. I was getting ready for the appointment when they called 50 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I did not take the call (in the shower) and they did leave a message. I didnt see I had a voicemail and drove to my appointment. When I got there the receptionist told me that the therapist had called in sick and hour before my appointment. AN HOUR! The receptionist gave a rather apathetic apology and offered to book me for the next day at 11am. My work schedule would not allow this. My issues with this place are the extremely short notice that the therapist was sick (I place blame on the therapist....not the receptionist) and the lack of a sincere apology. I was hoping to have a much better experience so I could feel good about setting up a monthly subscription service. I guess I need to keep looking.

My 90 minute massage by Sara was amazing! She listen to me and my needs and really cared. I felt like a new woman after my massage!

I would highly recommend the masseuse Katy! Her kindness and compassion can be felt through her intuitive massage flow. Very relaxing and extremely healing! I could tell that she is very well educated in anatomy as well as creating a clear and open space for healing. Many thanks🙏

Wife had a good experience. Of course they recommended an hr long massage monthly. Hahaha made me laugh. Otherwise buying the gift card was easy and for her to use it was seamless. They took care of her when she asked for a prenatal massage and she came home refreshed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I was persuaded into signing up for their massage membership when I went in for a massage, it 70$ a month JUST to receive a discounted (like ~20 bucks off, lol) massage price, and so I go in to cancel this said subscription a couple of days prior to the renewal date and am still charged for the upcoming month; this is due to a lovely fine print message stating you must cancel within 30 days of the renewal day. F$?!er’s!!

Lauren was my therapist. It was my first time getting a massage. She paid attention to my expectations, was thorough, professional, and truly respected and made me enjoy the whole experience. Will definitely return.

My husband booked a massage for me as a Mothers Day gift and it was wonderful. Brittany took the time to find out what I wanted, listened, understood and executed perfectly. It was a very relaxing experience that I look forward to repeating.

Changing my rating due to their company policy.I started a membership with Elements after moving for convenience. This was my first time using a chain massage company. I found a therapist I liked and she ended up leaving. It took me awhile but I found another I liked at Elements. Andy is fantastic and I considered staying for him but I found their membership to be fairly inflexible and even though Andy gave a great massage I decided to end my membership. The membership requires a monthly massage and with my work schedule I just was not using it enough. The front desk always pressured me to make longer appointments because my unused balance was growing. Which was frustrating as my work schedule and the hours of operation did not allign. I canceled my account and then was informed I needed to use the remaining balance by a certain time. I should have asked that when I canceled but my name was signed and they would not change that. I was leaving the country for 3 weeks. I ended up giving my time to family which was nice. I went out of the country and returned to a voicemail saying that I has a massage that same day. Went in to figure out what was wrong as nothing was scheduled after the 6th of June and the front desk gave me two options, get the massage or pay the missed appointment fee. I was going to take the massage but only after asking was informed it was going to be at the non-member rate. So I took the late fee and tried to give a tip to the massage therapist (I have no idea who it is with since I didnt make this appointment). And it was a hassle to even get the tip given. So I am out 35 bucks ( the cost of the fee) the 10 bucks I tipped I am not counting that massage therapist is out money because of this too.I know the person at the front desk has no authority. Pretty much every month I went in there was a new person. Must be a terrible place to work at the turnover rate I saw.If you dont mind complete inflexibility and high pressure/guilt sales techniques then they are not terrible.Andy by far is the best they have if you like a good deep tissue massage. Sorry to leave him but I just hated the company policies.

I go to Elements both to experience a relaxing massage and to treat specific problems like my headaches. The massage therapists deliver on both counts. Theyve helped me reduce the severity of my headaches and I always leave relaxed. Theyre just so good at listening and are extremely knowledgeable. They seem to come up with just the massage I need.

Been at Elements for over 6yrs on monthly plan. Many therapists later I recently found my FAVORITE, Chevy. Yes, he is a guy! Hands down the best masseuse EVER!! Extremely professional and unless he leaves me...I will be a client for life!!

I recently had a wonderful massage and experience at Elements Massage in Woodbury! I was able to get a last minute massage appointment to help my tense/painful neck muscles - Sara did an awesome job getting my muscles to relax. I highly recommend Elements Massage if you’re in the Woodbury area!

While the massage therapist I saw wasn’t a good fit for what I was looking for, it was an otherwise good experience. Very nice looking on the inside and very friendly staff and manager. Great location with good parking.

I have had positive experience both times I went there. I would say they need to hire more MTs, so more appointment times would be available

I booked a massage for my girlfriend and on the day of the massage they called stating that the therapist couldnt make it in and they couldnt find anybody wiling to come in.This is not good business. They should have an on-call therapist for this situation. No offer for a discount and reschedule or anything. Thoroughly disappointed.

You walk into elements & youre greated with smiling faces and by people who seem like they actually want to be at work! Elements has such a comfort/relaxation vibe that youre instantly relaxed! I saw Chloe & she was great, I have a million knots and she knew how to relieve the pressure. I would absolutely recommend elements to my friends !

It was my first time getting a massage so I didnt know what to expect. Everything was explained to me and I felt super comfortable going in. Felt even more relaxed afterward!

Difficult to deal with. Dont bother with the monthly membership, you have to jump through hoops to schedule massages as well as cancel the membership.
