Super clean shop with very nice employees who take custom service seriously. They looked high and low to find the specific products I wanted. Beyond impressed. Worst a visit.

The lady working with her dog is rude. Asked if there were any specials on boxes of juice, she said yes buy 3 get one free. Well I tell her ok I will take that deal. Get to the cashier and seems like normal prices to me, I saw a $5 discount while she was giggling at something …..was in a rush so thought whatever. Maybe she was laughing at me because I wouldnt catch this? Come to check my receipt and there was no free box given lol. Enjoy

This place is impressive and their prices for their glassware are very competitive. Massive complicated water pipes two feet high and multiple chambers for less than $100. Seriously good selection and staff was friendly and helpful. Tons of stuff.

Decided to come into this tobacco shop while i was waiting on my order from Jersey, Mike’s. The lady working there was helpful and kind. She took the time to listen to my needs which is something i love to have in customer service. She helped me find the perfect Cigars for me. She was knowledgeable about the different products and made great recommendations. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of tobacco products. The customer service is exceptional and the lady is is amazing!

The woman that helped us was extremely helpful and friendly. She didnt try to sell us more than we needed and took the time to explain the devise and filled it for us. Very pleased would recommend.

Can’t go wrong with All Star tobacco & VapeThey keep a good variety of products in prices are the lowest I seen. I’ve been in there multiple times, and the workers there are knowledgeable and super sweet. I walked in undecided on what flavor of elf bar to get so they suggested me Summer peach ice and now it’s one of my top three favorites. Much appreciation for you guys.

Very disappointed. First time there and they were very nice and sold me a faulty lighter that was quite expensive. When I went back to tell them they refused to replace it or give a reduced rate replacement.... dont waste your time and money, find somewhere that treats you like a valued customer. Burnsville Tobacco is always very accommodating and constantly kind.

If you are looking for sarcastic staff who have no desire to help you, you have found the place! My sister went in asking for help on understanding some of the products and the cashier was just awful and rude when she asked questions. Maybe hire someone with some customer service skills next time 🙄
