Fantastic service, the store clerks often recognize you and make friendly conversation. They have most every product you could need at a store like this.Thank you all at the Oakdale Hideaway for providing excellent service and keeping a well run and staffed store.

Was helped out by a woman super friendly and nice. needed a piece for my dugout but none fit mine so ended up purchasing a new dug out how ever sadly the one with the magnets comes off super easy wouldnt recommend it

They have a decent selection, but it is VERY overpriced. The vape that I get all the time is $34 at this location but the same exact vape is only $25 at the tobacco store near my house.

The place was clean, the employees were kind and they had a wide selection of everything you could need. Youre not allowed to smoke or vape inside the shop but everything was super impressive and we got some quality products during our visit

I can’t speak highly enough about this place.Every time I go, I feel welcomed and there’s never any pressure or awkwardness. You can look in peace if you like, or ask questions if you’re the type. The staff has always been happy to help me out.If you ever get an opportunity to get yourself a grab bag from them, it’s so so so worth it. These are handcrafted(super cool artistic designs) and the items in there are useful, cool, and well selected.

We’ll this used to be my go to spot but not anymore. I’m a little on the annoyed side I bought a puffco here before I went on a trip and everything was good I had my receipt no worries. Then my girlfriend threw it away and when we got to our location we found out the puffco doesn’t work and keeps turning off. So we go back to hideaway and because I don’t know the exact time they won’t look my receipt up for me. They can do it just don’t want to, I brought in the device and the box everything all brand new. I just don’t get someone who has been buying from this store for well over 10years started at Minneapolis and now this location till now. Now I gotta try to see if puffco will help make this right otherwise we have a 600$ door stop.

I’ve been to this store a couple times and I will continue to shop with them. Every time I have been there the customer service is excellent and very friendly. I had a hard time deciding what battery to use and the girl suggested this one and it’s been perfect!

Store has a nice layout and plenty of friendly staff always willing to help out and make recommendations. Large selection and something for every budget from cheap to high end custom made products. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!

Worst experience I have ever experienced. The young male employee named Travis is extremely disrespectful and lacks any type of Customer service. Spoke to me in a very aggressive tone and threatened to not give me a refund for my purchase. I’m not sure who is running this store but the customer service SUCKS. Do not recommend.

Double check every single piece l very carefully cause i didn’t and I got home and I put the glass on the glass make part and it broke of course they cant do anything. I buy a 200$ piece that’s garbage now and they said there’s nothing we can do. Horrible service. Smoke dale is way better

This is my go to smoke shop. They are better than the Minneapolis Location BY FAR! They have a wide variety of products to look at that range from clothing, vapes, pieces, and more. Worth looking around as they do have things that are not smoking related. I have a few pairs of earrings I got here that were made by a local artist! I love that they support small artists. Definitely will be returning here in the future!

What a great little place! Looks small from the outside but it quite large inside, I was really impressed with their selection. Im pretty sure you can get any smoking related products or implement you need here. It was very clean and well organized, and product is neatly arranged in spotless glass cases.The staff were energetic, helpful and genuinely friendly. I loved the signs everywhere telling people not to touch stuff.Definitely coming back next time Im in the area!

Id say for a top mn tobacco and smoking accessories vendor range and selection is poor.. I was quite ashamed to be recommended here by your Apple Valley tobacco shop for not having any concentrate titanium carbs in the first place and then I get here and the Oakdale location had none .... but had a bunch of titanium bangers and other titanium pieces for sell

Amazing quality for all their products! If you arent sure of what you need, they are more than happy and qualified to answer any questions you might have. Just dont be mean or they will ask you to leave. Actions are important so dont be rude and you will be treated like royalty.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time recently. When we walked in, we were told that the store was at max capacity. We were told to wait outside until 2 people left because they take their covid precautions seriously. I really appreciate that about them, and we didn’t even have to wait a full minute before we could enter. They were really nice about it, and the staff helped us find exactly what we needed. I’d love to shop there again.

Last week I had the most boring experience Ive ever had at the Oakdale location usually the place is so fun with all their signs and funny stuff around it was sad to see it all gone at least everyone was still cool and helpful! But seriously liven up the decor again!

This is honestly like a ten star smokeshop. Nicest one I know of. We get lots of product here and love it!

So great spot and good selection, unfortunately the staff yesterday (6-16) dragged their feet when it came to helping me with my purchase. After 15 minutes of standing around waiting to be helped they finally decided to come talk to me after other customers had entered the establishment. Being that my girlfriend and I were the only people in the store besides the staff prior to these customers entering, I told the staff member who came to assist me that he had lost his chance at a sale because they dragged their feet. When a customer enters your store you should be talking to them almost immediately especially when they are the only people in the store. All in all 3 star, staff gets a F but the store was clean and easy to shop with great products lining the shelves.

Spacious. Clean. Always find something I love. Some very amazing pieces, as well as storage, cbd, delta 8 edibles, papers, cones. I always pick up my MN Legit pieces here. They have hand dipped incense, hats, t-shirts, stickers, pins, glass pendants. Have gone here for years & have yet to be disappointed.

Beautiful unique glass pieces while being affordable and If nothing else its fun to read the signs employees make all over the store. GAURENTEED to find a piece of glass work that catches your fancy. They carry MN Legit glass and several other local glass artists. Overall just a great place

Love this shop. Everyone that works here is awesome. They are friendly and personable and always willing to help. Its a relaxed atmosphere and in a great location. The prices are reasonable and refunds/returns are easily done. The establishment is very clean and the products are organized and easy to find. If you cant find what you are looking for the staff helps. If they dont have it for some reason they tell you where a good alternative location would be or have suggestions for a next best product that they do carry.

First time experience, at age 29. Lets just say the staff was amazing, they have amazing product, amazing vibes and my favorite part was how each employee had a little section of their favorites, their personalities were shining thru their real life collage. And no I didnt get paid to write this.

By far the best place to get glass, wraps, and all the deltas in the east metro. The staff is phenomenal ~ very knowledgeable and down to earth ~ Definitely recommend if youre looking for a unique smoke shop experience.

I come here often and never had any issues. But today I had an employee started yelling at me, saying I needed to show ID for a credit card purchase. I didnt mind that. But she started raising her voice about it being their store policy and started saying that she wouldnt do the transaction if it is not my card. The other employees looked very confused. I showed he my ID and completed my purchase, after she said ,bye in a very rude voice. None of this really sat with me right. What was that about? I think she did that because I am Hispanic.

Was told I could exchange a slide if it didn’t fit my female piece, it didn’t. I tried to exchange it for a more expensive piece unused and was told I couldn’t exchange because I had waited to long to come back to exchange it. Was offered a 15 percent discount instead and they would take the original slide back and re-sell it on their shelves. Made absolutely no sense (basically they would make 5 dollars on the deal). The whole staff is always stoned and don’t know where they are and the cashier named CMART is absolutely clueless when it comes to glass pieces. Would not recommend coming to the Oakdale location if your looking for good sober service. Should be reported to BBB for allowing employees to be high on the job.

Everyone is super helpful and chill. Very aware and safety is first here. I feel unsafe with covid-19 but hideaway assured me that they require everyone here to wear a mask at all times and was told they sanitize doors and glass frequently. Hideaway is positive vibes very helpful workers! :)

I like this store but I but a flo battery that doesnt work with anything then I try to call for the warranty but the company that makes them pulled down the site so now Im stuck with a broken battery that cost 30 dollars what an awesome deal huh?UPDATE: it works perfectly in the garbage very pleased fits nicely in my trash can

I felt as though the young lady who helped me was short with me, didnt really want to take the time to help me find what I was looking for. I was not offered to try the flavor before I bought it which was not in their favor as I really dont like it at all. So I spent $21 on something that I rarely use and Im continuing to smoke cigarettes! Im a new vapor but she didnt care to even know that I was just another sale to her! She didnt spend but 2 min with me and I was checked out by someone different. I would not recommend or go back to this establishment again. I will go to one with better customer service, one where you can make your flavors and try before you buy to make sure you like them smh.

UPDATE 2/24/17: their expert employees sold me a poor quality nail telling me it would be TOTALLY FINE. It broke my $600 rig, so if that isnt a telling sign I dont know what is.Dont waste your time going here unless you HAVE to.Dont bother calling with complaints because the entire staff has an I dont care attitude and doesnt really help you, theyll just brush it off and tell you that you did something wrong and its your fault.About an hour ago I was in to buy a new quartz dish. First when I walked in, I was helped by a guy with short brown hair and a stubby beard, about average height, who was rude for no reason.First off, the only ACCURATE info about the product in/on the box I got my product in is a small sticker that your employee removed to test my product. The product on the gladiator enail is way different than what you get, and its adjustable above what the box says. I made the mistake of calling quartz glass and your employee sure snapped back quick to make sure I knew to call it quartz.The entire time I was there I was treated like I was an idiot for no reason and your employees are basically place fillers, and can never tell me anything about a product, but when it breaks, suddenly they know everything and you did something wrong.I wouldnt write this review if it didnt happen every time I go. 10/10 adapters purchased from here have broken, 1/2 enails, and the glass isnt worth the price considering it isnt very sturdy and will break much easier than they assure.Hideaway has a cool selection, but they sell cheap knock off crap then turn around and treat you like an idiot when it breaks.Not coming back here.

I was refused service because of a medical condition!I asked all five that were there If they would serve me and each one said they would not help me. I even informed them that it against the law ( Americans with disabilitys act or ADA )To discriminate like this.I think it goes without saying that if they choose to practice discrimination like this I will be taking my money elsewhere. I encourage everyone to do the same.It is a sad day when a group of five individuals will gang up on someone with a disability. The hurt and pain you caused me and likely others is sad.I will pray for you all that you never have a disability and are required to go through this type of treatment and discrimination.I recommend finding another shop. I know I have.

Very friendly staff with competitive prices

Just went in to try and find a complimentary piece to my $500.00 Brandon piece I had previously purchased from this same location. I had barely gotten to your more expensive show case when I was told I had to remove my hood. When I asked why a store i was trying to give my money would request such a thing I was quickly informed, its store policy. I will boycott this establishment until its policies are actually understandable but more importantly reasonable and sound

Just make sure if you buy anything from them demand to know that the product works before you leave. Bought a vaporizer pen from them. Tested it with a spare tank. Didnt work out of the box or even after I charged it. They wouldnt exchange it for a new one 2 days later even though everything in the box was in brand new condition. They will sell you faulty products and not make it right.

The young ladies behind the register coukd you some customer service training. At no point during my visit did tgey acknowledge me. They were enturely too busy discussing their personal lives to greet or interact with a customer. Otherwise the selection of items and their prices were great. A nice young man from the back came up to assist me.

Great place! They were all out of the items I went there looking for and they couldnt tell me when they would be in. I usually get great service but nobody seemed to care this time around.

If I could give zero stars I would. DONT SHOP HERE! Bought a carb with a dip on the end for my water pipe and it ended up breaking plus it also didnt fit so I brought it back and they hesitated on replacing it but did for a smaller one, then find out this one doesnt fit either. I went back to get a refund or even a store credit and was told by two very rude employees that I can only get another carb. I had already found one that fit so didnt need it. One of the sales people even told me I could get store credit then went back on her word. In the past Ive had problems with this store but gave them another chance, MY MISTAKE! They even kept the $12 in loyalty points I had and wouldnt even give that back to me, really?! Rude, unprofessional, shady, and all and all just plain bullies! Dont shop here!! Theyll pay in the end cause you know KARMAS A B#*$@!!!

Have been not only the rudely, but given wrong merchandise and over charged due to this. Had to go back to right the mistake,but because they didnt give me a receipt they wouldnt exchange it and refund the few dollars they over charged. I was there 15 minutes before, and they still refused. I now go exclusively to smokedale! I recommend you do the same.

Cbd brand euphoric was sold as 7g but only had 4.5. After calling to tell them they said come in to get another 8th for free. 👍 Great customer support and better prices than everyone else by far on CBD.Well that sucks looks like only 1/2 my visits are going to be successful. Bought an 18mm glass Banger, doesnt fit they wont replace it or refund my money. Wasted $20.also the employees give me such a bad vibe now. Like completely opposite from my first trip here.

Better than Super Smokedable I would imagine. However after lingering for about 15 minutes I left. When I was almost at the door I was told if I wanted to look at something I could just talk to the lady at the register. Sorry but naw Im fine. I dont need to beg to patronize a store. If someone is standing around in the store waiting for service, it just buys them time to feel buyers remorse before even buying something especially since someone near me was getting helped and it was pretty obvious I wanted to see something. Ill stick to the outlet store that is right next to my house.

Great place for all your tobacco supplies! Huge selection of shisha for hookahs. Service is always great. I can always walk in and know that I will walk out with exactly and only exactly what Im looking for. They are very knowledgeable and never pushy which is appreciated when your thinking about larger purchases.The Minnesota Legit glass is fantastic. Ive gone though idk how many drop downs for my e-nail rig since I got it about 2 years ago. I picked up a MN Legit drop down 6 or 7 months ago and its still kickin! Same thing with the water pipe portion of my rig. The high heat would crack it after only a month or two.... or Id set it down funny or drop it and that would be it. No second chances with the cheaper rigs from up the street at Smokedale which is where I was going previously. The MN Legit rig, and I do not recommend attempting this nor are they advertised to be able to withstand such a thing, but I have dropped or knocked it over countless times and it is still perfectly fine. One time it fell off a 3ft high work bench while the nail and drop down were still attached and it was fine. Not even a chip!Might be 5-10% more expensive than Smokedale overall and the MN Legit stuff is another 5-10% more but the quality of the service and the product are well worth it.Final note: the rewards program is awesome too. Used it to effectively give my girl a 100$ gift card. The points stack up fairly quickly.

Take your business elsewhere, I purchased a 40 dollar CBD cartridge which is defective and I went to the Oakdale location I purchased it from and I asked them if they could get me the same product I wasnt asking for a refund and they told me that they cant evenly exchange for the same product and then they tried telling me that its a battery problem which it isnt as I tried it in the battery I got from MN Med and another battery that I also purchased from Hideaway and nothing works. I used to be a regular customer with Hideaway until now, there are many other shops that offer the same products that will fix what problems you come across, if you are a CBD user do not buy here.

This place is beautiful with a huge selection of glass - my favorite smoke shop. Today I got a free steamroller with my points from the hideaway rewards card, so Im very pleased.

Last time in I got to use a $10 credit I didnt even know Id earned. The women are lovely the men kind and helpful also the Selection is amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff, wide selection of items, and the decor feels more like a CA/CO dispensary than your typical dumpy headshop.

Good selection, fun people, but fairly expensive except for the big 420 sales. Maybe more knowledgeable clerks and less hot chicks?

Dont do business with these guys, they dont back up what they sell. If its a faulty unit, theyll just say they cant do anything about (more like wont do anything about it) and that it has to go through the manufacturer to get it resolved. Once they have your money, they could care less about you.

Went there for E-Cig hardware. They didnt have much and their knowledge is not very good. However, they are not a primary E-Cig store. The do sell a variety of juices though for those that need juices.

It is a nice clean show .the only resin it gets a 4 and not a 5 was the prices .they are a lol higher than most other smoke shops .
