Brittany is an excellent injector. She does an amazing job with fillers and skinvive! I also had a great experience and great results from a laser treatment. Lena and Stella are the nicest people on the planet! You will love this place!!

Love St Pete Med Spa! Everyone is so welcoming even if you’re not there to see them. The owner is great and will make sure you had a great experience. It’s such a great environment and you can tell everyone there just loves their jobs. Two of my biggest insecurities were teeth whiteness and upper lip facial hair and they were able to help me with both! I’ve done two teeth whitening sessions and I’m so satisfied with the results! I’ve also done one session of laser hair removal on my upper lip and armpits and am already seeing results so I can’t wait for my next session with Brittany!

This is the only place I will come to for all my beauty & aesthetic skincare needs! I always have a good experience here and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. Crystal is so incredibly patient and knowledgeable! I’ve come to her several times for both tox and lip filler. I’m a worry wart and everything scares me. I am so incredibly thrilled with my IPL results! I have rosacea and sun damage and the results from my first IPL have been remarkable! I can’t wait to continue the progress with more IPLs. As you can imagine with rosacea my skin has ALOT of damage due to extreme flare ups. I was always embarrassed to even run to the grocery store without full coverage makeup on. I am already so happy after the first IPL that I would already feel comfortable doing that now. It’s truly a miracle to be getting my confidence back with my complexion… I am so incredibly stoked!I also cannot say enough about my experience there… the expertise and friendliness and true concern with obtaining the best results possible is the kind of experience that you just don’t come across anymore these days. This med spa is family owned and has the best vibe! Everyone is personable and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Crystal is an absolute injectionista! I’ve had a chronic issue with Botox- my previous providers all gave me “Spock Eye” (because I have so much movement on the outer area above my eyebrows). I was always told they “couldn’t” inject there because it would cause my brows to fall and droop. When I explained this to Crystal, she had a plan to fix it without hesitation. One week later- my forehead is completely frozen and wrinkle free- ALL OF IT. Without dropping eyebrows! I’m so happy I finally found someone who can give me the results I’ve been wanting for the last 5 years!

I just had an amazing Hydrafacial with Ashley! Everyone was super welcoming and I appreciated the smooth check-in process. Ive had a bunch of facials before, but never used a technology that analyzed my face: pores, dryness, oil, sun damage, etc.! They were able to adjust their skin care routine accordingly. My face is now glowing! Unlike other facials, I didnt wear a robe or anything (so it means no neck/chest treatment, but the face was so great I didnt mind), so it was easier to check out and head home at the end. I got the Morpheus8 and the results are amazing, my skin is looking great. The treatments are uncomfortable but the staff was always sure to provide Pronox to made it more comfortable. Results are great!!!

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. When I had originally went to my first appointment I wasn’t happy with the results.. so I went back to see what they could do about fixing them. I went back three times since my originally appointment and I still have a droopy eye. Which I was given eyedrops for which I appreciate but they don’t do much. I literally can’t stand taking a picture of myself and there is no way I look presentable for a date. I’ve only ever had Botox once before this. And I had no issues at all.I was just going to let it be. But I feel like I really need to leave this review, so it doesn’t happen to other people. The amount of money that I spent, time wasted, and the results that I received isn’t right. Not only do I have a droopy eye, but it has barely been a month and my forehead lines are already coming back. I do not recommend this place. I will not be returning.

I’ve been to some med spas that can feel a little intimidating. I love this spa in particular because everyone there is so welcoming and down to earth. They take all the stress or fear out of each visit and genuinely want to be helpful and informative regarding any and every treatment. I love the vibe here and the service is even better. I’ve been super happy with very subtle and natural results from all my treatments so far!

Hands down the best place to go! The staff is always professional and courteous! Katelyn did an incredible job with my microneedling treatments and Crystal always does great job with my tox injections! Highly recommend them for any and all of their services!

Everyone here is so amazing and ridiculously skilled. The epitome of women supporting women. They are honest, even when it’s brutal, and very knowledgeable in their trade. From laser hair removal to teeth whitening to health wellness even the occasional crock pot recipe they do it all. Not to mention Stella’s all natural recommendation stabilized my thyroid freeing me of the medication I had been on for 25 years. 5 stars ladies, we love you!

This spa is fantastic. Awesome prices, and a great staff. They make you feel extremely comfortable, and work with you to achieve all of your skincare goals. My wife also comes here, and does a lot of their services. She raves how much Morpheus has changed her skin, and it really is a noticeable difference. Men, don’t be afraid of brotox… it’s painless and very subtle.

St Pete Wellness Med Spa is a charming and professional spa overlooking downtown Saint Pete. Zaida did my cheeks, chin and under eye fillers. It did not hurt one bit, and I felt relaxed the whole time. They’re also encouraging you to use your Allé points which I find cool!

I recently deceided to got here based on the glowing reviews and it is only a few mins from my new home. I have had botox on my forehead multiple times when I lived in Miami and Tampa, never had I had an adverse effect. However, I recently left crying after getting injected here by Zaida Parra. Four days after getting botox I started to develop a villainous eyebrow on the right side of my face. I made an emergency appointment with Zaida who did not take my panic seriously, told me to trust the process, and completely dismissed my feelings.I came back after 10 days because I still had a villainous eyebrow and had now developed a crooked and square smile. I saw another injector there, because Zaida doesnt come in on Mondays, to try find a resolution before I left for my trip later that day. Crystal, the other injector, advised against more botox as a fix, but was very kind, understanding and apologetic about the issue as I sobbed. I should have gone with Crystal instead. Especially since it was later admitted that Zaida can be a little heavy handed with the botox and that perhaps that is what happened.I honestly dont know what happened but, as a result I will be forced to attend my Bachlorette party with a awkward smile and one villainous eye brow. Needless to say I will not be coming back.
