This Massage Envy is top notch! As a former member before moving, I knew what to expect when going to a Massage Envy location and this one is no exception. Wonderful service from the front counter, ease of scheduling online, and great value with their membership program! And a special shout out to Alex! She did a wonderful job with my first ever back facial. So much so, that I requested her for my standard facial today. She did a fantastic job and I will continue to request her when I go in for my skin care. Keep up the great work!

I had great experience at this location and with Jennifer. My husband has been going to her for a while and I had my first session with her just a few weeks postpartum. She was so kind and professional and made me feel comfortable at a time in my life when I needed it the most! She is very skilled and I left feeling a lot better. Highly recommend!!!! JUST AWFUL!!! Do not sign up for a membership here. I was not able to make an appointment because my mother was passing away and they used my paid for massages as a cancellation fee $ 75!! 2 times. Just unreal. No compassion or care by the front desk and I was never told this when I called to cancel. I would have let someone else use them as per their rules. Today I needed a relaxing massage and was hit with this and She wasn’t going to tell me that I was going to have to pay for today if I didn’t ask. Why!! Is this how you would want to be treated. ???? Don’t waste your time. No real human interaction here just money and no care.

I’ve been a Massage Envy client since 2009. I started using the 66th Street location in the past few years. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Very zen waiting area. They offer a great affordable option for massage therapy open 7 days a week with extended hours. You can even book online or use the massage envy app. I have been booking appointments with Maxi (Maximiliana) whenever I can. Great therapist and really knows how to customize your session to what you need that day.Thank you Maxi!

If you want a deep tissue massage, John is your man. His Deep Tissue massage makes the Grand Canyon seem like it would feel like a mere ripple on the sea. Afterwards and the next day I feel ultra relaxed.

Maxi is the best! If you need a serious massage for deep pain she is your girl! She is also very helpful on explaining things and what needs to be done. I get massages religiously and she is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. She has the strongest hands! She is so good at deep tissue if you need that!

I got a hydrogen facial with Danielle. She was super knowledgeable about the different products and educating me on which facial is best for my goals. The facial was super relaxing and she does a great neck massage. My face was super hydrated and glowing after the service. Will definitely be going back to Danielle!!

Love my massage therapist, Sarah! She really makes you feel comfortable, listens to your various concerns, and does an awesome job addressing them every session. The tension headaches I was having for years are gone and I have so much more mobility in various injured joints since I started seeing her. Worth the money!

Tom E is a phenomenal massage therapist. I deal with chronic back issues and he always knows exactly which muscles are affecting my specific issues. I always come out feeling 5 years younger after my appointments

Sierra helped relieve my pain. She is strong and gentle at the same time. She was nice and quiet so I was able to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere without unnecessary conversation. I highly recommend her!

Honestly one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. If it wasn’t enough pressure, it was too much. Started at 7 and ended at 7:40. That’s not a 60 min massage??? Do better Catalina.

Matthew gives a strong overall massage. Firm and deep to release adhesions and create maximum muscle health. Also follows instructions when you request he focus on certain areas. I would highly recommend him.

I love my massages from Bernie and Ubin! Both excellent ! Both very nice and very professional! Bernie is my favorite ! He is not only very nice, professional but his massage technique is incredible! Highly recommend!

Lisa E is the absolute best stretch therapist at Massage Envy St. Pete. Her knowledge of the body, muscle, tendon etc allows her to identify the right stretches.

Danielle is my favorite esthetician and the ONLY one I let touch my face! She’s a pro and genuinely a great person! She has the most relaxed personality and I enjoy our sessions so much! Working with her these last 2 years has changed my skin so much!

Sandra gave me a wonderful massage yesterday just after an aquafitness exercise class. All the tight muscles were worked on with just the right pressure.

Jenna is an amazing massage therapist! I just moved to the area a few months ago and happy to have found her. I prefer deep tissue/firm pressure and she is able to adjust the pressure when needed. I just had a 90 minute session and left feeling so relaxed and de-stressed. 😌 I will be going back to her every time.

Ive been to several Massage Envys but this was my first time with Michael. He was attentive, asked about my needs and listened to my concerns. His communication was excellent and I felt so much better after the massage. Hes the best masseuse Ive experienced at Massage Envy. Michael is definitely my go-to from now on.

Catalina is the best! For the past few years I have regularly received massages from various providers. Recently I have had lower back issues which she has worked miracles on. I now have my go-to therapist/provider.Thank you Catalina, for working wonders!

I have been an annual member of Massage Envy in both Georgia, and Florida off and on for probably 20 years. This particular location I have been a member of for about a year. I get two 90 minute massages every week! Sydney has been my therapist the entire time! There is no question, she is the absolute best and most knowledgeable therapist I have ever encountered at any massage envy, or any other type of massage place! She has over the course of a year, solved virtually every muscular and nerve issue that I had! I would not want to have to see, or rely on any other therapist but her! I hope she will be there for many years! In today’s lexicon, she is the BOMB!

I had a deep tissue massage with Jena on Sunday. Best massage I have ever had. She is very skilled at isolating muscles and relieving tightness. If you have back issues I highly recommend her.

Sydney is absolutely wonderful. As part of my pregnancy journey, I planned to have regular prenatal massages. Sydney was absolutely wonderful throughout my pregnancy. I started seeing her at week five up until the week of my due date and highly recommend her. I’m so glad that I included prenatal massages as part of my plan for a healthy pregnancy and Sydney always asked great questions to make sure she could provide the best service.

It was just ok! Even after communicating my needs the therapist still did what he wanted! So just another massage or rub down shall I say no real relief or anything special! I won’t be back! I will say though that the ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional! One in particular who worked the evenings is very sweet and a nice face for the brand!

Sarah Marie is by far the best masseuse Ive had at massage envy. She truly is an asset to the company. After every session, I feel so relaxed and immediately less stress than when I entered. I recommend her to everyone I get the chance to. Sarah Marie deserves recognition as well as a bonus!!!!

Tanya is the absolute best! I’ve been getting massages for 35+ years and Tanya can’t be beat. I wish I could say the same about the front office staff. What in the world happened? Months ago you had front office people who were attentive, helpful and clearly happy to serve. For the past 2-3 months, the front office staff can hardly look up from their phones to greet customers. They are anything but happy, attentive or helpful. If it weren’t for Tanya and Siera, I wouldn’t tolerate such poor customer service from the front desk. Hopefully, you can make appropriate changes to those who are supposed to greet your customers.

One of the worst massages I’ve had, and I’ve had very good experiences with massage envy before. The therapist I had seemed to not know what they were doing or have proper technique, or adjust to specific tight areas in my back. The movements were mostly knuckles and pinching? When it came time to massage my back and neck while laying on my back, he started massaging the carotid area of my neck and I immediately asked him to avoid my neck completely. Super disappointed and hopefully it’s better with a different therapist.

Recently saw Sarah-Marie for a 90 minute massage. My first experience with Sarah. I explained what I was looking for and she delivered perfectly. Great hands! Overall great experience with Massage Envy getting me and my wife in last minute.

This was my first ever massage! My girlfriend treated me to a full body massage and it was a life changing experience. Brandon did a wonderful job and really focused on by back and shoulders. I am a server and I hold so much tension in those places. The massage eased my anxiety and made me feel so much better.

I’ve had several massages here. They have all been great…in different ways. This time I saw Bernie. His deep tissue massage was unique. It was a deep, smooth massage, as opposed to a deep, digging massage. It felt great!

Shakea listened to all of my challenges and customized an amazing 90 minute massage which loosened everything up and relaxed me which was exactly what I needed. She checked in multiple times to make sure the pressure was right, and maintained a very pleasant demeanor throughout the massage. Highly recommend!

It was not a good experience. This massage therapist basically rubbed my back in a circular motion like I was a baby getting put to bed. He should get 0 stars!

The massage with Youbin yesterday was unlike any other massage I have ever had! I have been going to Massage Envy for a couple years and really enjoyed every prior massage Ive had done there. The place is always so clean and everyone is friendly and professional.I started out telling him I wanted soft pressure/just relaxing massage, NO hips, and concentrate on my back, neck and feet most. He started out with pushing a couple fingers hardly and quickly on spots throughout my neck to where I had to tell him he was hurting me. He used his elbows and arms while massaging my back, then he proceeded to use his elbow to do my hip!! When he got to my feet, he put the sheet on top of them and pushed down on them a few times. There are spots on the back of my neck today that are tender! Worse massage ever!

Tanya is the best of approx. 15 massage therapists I have had over the past 20 years of monthly massages in 5 locations.Her ability to make progress with notted-up deep muscles and connective tissue is above reproach. Expect some pain/discomfort as it takes time to address root causes for your massage related issues (not a one massage process). The end results will be worth it. Further, she is excellent for light-pressure, relaxation, stretching, etc. Like I said, Tanya is the best!

Brandon was lovely. It was a great mix of deep tissue and relaxation. There was not one muscle that was missed and my neck and back were focus I needed and he did just that. I decided on the membership after and I’m glad I did!

Rubie at Massage Envy is an exceptional massage therapist! And I have tried countless massage therapists. Her skills are top-notch, and she creates a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and stress-free after her sessions. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a deep tissue massage with Sarah. For health reasons, I need a strong massage therapist to get any benefit from the massage. It is a day later, and I feel I have an increased range of motion. Sarah was great! There are lots of other massage therapists and different types of massages. I signed up for a membership and the cost is reasonable. I recommend Sarah and Massage Envy.

Brigid was a super awesome masseuse. I wanted a firm massage but her hands are not that strong so if that is what youre looking for I would recommend somebody else. She was super personable and very great with her massage. I would definitely recommend her for a medium type of Massage.I asked for a firm type of massage and Michael did not disappoint. He was very conscious about how firm or light he was being with the massage. Very respectable.

Tonianne was amazing! Very pleasant and great at what she does. The heating massage bed was amazing as well. The only reason I will not be back is because $120 for an hour (not including tip) was expensive to do this repeatedly

Matt is my favorite massage therapist! I’ve been to a few, but once I had an appointment with him, I knew I’d be booking him from then on out. He’s very kind and professional! As a tattoo artist, my back is always super messed up, but going to him bi-weekly has changed my life so much for the better. I’d definitely recommend booking with Matt!

Jasmine gave me a wonderful massage. She concentrated on the areas I asked for. My neck was a major concern. Jasmine massaged my neck down my back to get the kinks out. I was stressed going in and thoroughly relaxed when done!

Jen is amazing! She’s about the only therapist I’ll go to. I am pretty picky about therapists and she was a great fit from day one. I have horrible shoulder issues and Jen is attentive and definitely helps with the pain. She will be a regular part of my life!!! Massage Envy is my new go to for everything I need and want to do for self care. A peaceful and friendly environment with so many services to keep me feeling and looking good. I saw Tanya for my massage and she is a top notch massage therapist with 21 years of experience. I have several issues including a multi disc fusion in my neck. Tanya was able to target the trouble spots causing painful muscle spasms and she understood how and why I’ve been struggling with pain. She’s fun and very focused and my massage was heavenly. The whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend Massage Envy on 66th St in the Tyrone area.

Michael was great! I went in to see him with headaches and he got my knots out of my shoulders and rubbed my temples.I left having no headaches and this morning they’re still gone!Thank you Michael!

I have 2 reviews. Last month in January Shakea gave me an incredible massage (sorry I forgot to get back to the review) and I felt so relaxed, as my muscles werent tense anymore. So THANK YOU SHAKEA, sorry this took ook so long. Now, just yesterday 2/22/24 I had another amazing massage from John. My 1st deep tissue, I knew I needed it and I expressed to him before we started that I would let him know if it got to deep, he was great, I let him know once, he responded and I felt soooo much better after I left and today I still feel great. Noemi is one of the best masseuse I’ve had at this massage envy! I always suffer from upper back pain and she alleviated my pain while providing a comfortable massage using unique techniques I haven’t experienced before.

Shakea was awesome, I will definitely come back to see her. I was not pleased with the check out process, though. I had really needed a massage for a long time and this was a special treat for myself, a working single mom. Upon check out I was accosted with all kinds of sales techniques to get me signed up for something I cannot afford to do. I was feeling great after my massage and it was immediately ruined by my having to be reminded that I cannot afford it and explain to a stranger why Im not signing up right now... I really think that this should be a quick info share BEFORE the massage instead of immediately following. I should have been able to walk out of there feeling good and instead it was a kick in the face to remind me that times are tough and I walked out with my head down and already stressed out again 😔

Rubie was amazing! She was able to locate trigger points and release all of the muscle tension. Very attentive.

Brandon is amazing! Hes my go to for 2 years now. His acupressure type release is amazing. Sometimes I feel an itchiness for a couple of days after which is really an indication of good release and blood flow without the Theragun! Highly recommend him!

She gives the most relaxing massage while releasing tension in my shoulders and neck.If you are considering a massage, definitely try out Massage Envy. Their staff is always very kind and I’ve heard other masseuse’ are great too!

They said he could do a 16 year old, but our son, who is an athlete and has tight hamstrings, said this guy felt awkward massaging him. $140 for No relief, looks like we’re going to have to keep looking for a massage. Never again.

First time having John as a masseuse. He is a kind man, a great listener and compassionate. Understanding the things I am experiencing with over losing eight love ones, family the past few years. I’ve gone to massage envy for years including this awesome location multiple times, but I have never experienced such a strange massage until recently. First of all, after I was ready and he came back in he immediately announced 50 minutes on the table - again I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never heard this. He then started off making small talk about himself and his training and continued through the first 10 or more minutes. He proceeded to massage with essentially just his knuckles, and verbally announced he forgot a few movements to do. Before I even got to flip to my back (which I did not get to do), he “massaged” aka was just squeezing my legs and feet and shaking my calves before saying that the time was up but he’ll finish my foot. I felt super rushed at the end when it was over and didn’t feel better in any way shape or form. By far the worst experience I’ve had because of him.

I’ve had many great massages from Brandon. He’s my one and only 😁. Most ME therapists don’t impress me. Brandon has great, big, strong hands. He’s thoughtful and focuses on my problem areas: back neck and shoulders. He’s good at all pressures. When I need him to take it easy, he does. He’s will to be completely silent when I’m not in a chatty mood and if I am chatty, he’ll join right along and entertain me. If you want a good massage, book w Brandon.

Jenn at Massage Envy in West St Pete FL knows the anatomy very well! Through her pain trigger and deep tissue techniques, she has been able to release my Thoracic 5,6,7 that had been locked up 6 months and beyond my chiropracters ability to release. I felt so relieved. If you can book her, do it!

Jasmine was fantastic. However the practices of ME are terrible. Christmas they had a special of buy 3 massages for $70 each and get one free. Don’t you think the massages are $70 each? NO! I had to pay an additional $50 plus a gift card. Robbery and they’ve lost a customer.

Vivian does an exceptional job and is super nice. Very pleased and really taylors her individual treatment for your skin type. Skin looks amazing after!

I guess I’m one of those people that tends to neglect myself, so at the behest of my daughter who took the reins and booked a facial for me, I experienced some much needed and thoroughly enjoyable “me” time. The whole experience was more than I expected. Courtney was awesome—not only at performing her craft, but also at establishing a welcoming, relaxing, no-pressure environment for a 1st-time facial client. She also was an excellent listener and conversationalist. I’m not usually so chatty, but did feel like I was talking to a friend. Just the “therapy” I needed to kindle the spark in my weary soul. I must commit to allowing myself some simple luxuries so I can be at my best for those I love. And this is the place to do just that.

I have been using Jenna for a couple years now. She is exceptionally good at deep tissue. I find her to be enjoyable to work with and look forward to doing so for some time to come!

My first massage in years and it was wonderful! Jasmine was super sweet and calming; just great vibes all around. I was so relaxed that I ended up falling asleep for most of the appt! I’ll definitely be back!

So the massage was supposed to be a 60 minute massage. I was initially told as soon as I got into the room and was on the table that it was only for 50 minutes of hands on time which I think is false advertising. All the guy did was talk about himself and his experience in massage period which im sorry but I dont really need to know, then the first 10 minds he continued to talk which I hate.He never got around to the front side or my head and neck. He said that if I am getting deep pressure I world need to book a 90 min.I hope that this is not everyones experience. And I will say the girl at the front desk who signed me in, was awesome

Always look forward to my monthly massages with Rubie. Rubie is great at getting knots out without making me feel like I went 12 rounds in a boxing match the next day.

I have almost always been lucky in my choice of therapists. But with Rachael all I have to do is say one time what I like and dislike and I get the best massage. She is always booked so that says to me that she is a high quality therapist. I recommend her to anyone because she will do what you want with a few questions asked. Rachel is the best ever....

I was going to largo massage envy, but my long time massage therapist left. The scheduling was so tight at largo and hard to get an appointment within a month. So I switched to the 66th street location and happy I did! Brandon is a great massage therapist. I carry all my tension and stress in my neck. Brandon always has me feeling so relaxed when I leave. Jennifer was awesome - truly professional and had excellent massage techniques!! You can tell she is truly skilled at what she does. Love that she used dynamic stretching and movements to relieve deeper tension and help me correct some of my chronic problems. She also really focused on using breathing to relax specific areas and it was so effective! I will definitely be back to see her

It was my first time at that location so I was a bit nervous. I’ve had probably around 40-50 massages in my life and it’s definitely risky when you haven’t found the right person. I booked with Blake as one of the only available options for my time slot and he was awesome! Consistent with pressure and effort through out the massage, he was very intuitive and listened very well to my needs. I highly recommend this location and Blake.

In the early a.m. I was “compelled” to run a half marathon. It was a good run; however, by the time it ended, I knew I was going to want/need a therapy session. I called Massage Envy and was able to get a same day, 90 day appointment with Rachel. The session was fantastic. Rachel worked diligently on the areas I suggested - upper back, neck, legs. Rachel also utilized her professional skills to locate and resolve the “knots” out of other areas that I did not know needed the attention. It was a great session. I would definitely utilize Rachel as a therapist again.

Tom T was one of the best masseurs I’ve had. He was knowledgeable and made sure I had the exact experience I wanted. It was a fantastic relaxation massage and he focused on the one problem area I had mentioned and pretty much eliminated my foot/ankle pain. Absolutely wonderful experience and I highly recommend everyone book a session with him.

This was my first time to this location, and it was great! Very clean, friendly staff, and a great selection of their products I use. My therapist, Jen, did a great job! She was very attentive, checked regularly to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable with the temp of the bed. I felt great after the massage and cant wait to go back!

First, Massage Envy, this location in St .Pete, is definitely the best. Great service all around. And then there’s the therapists. My current therapist is Sierra and I couldn’t be happier. She fixes me up whether it’s a something hurts kind of visit or I just need to relax kind of visit. She’s definitely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’ve also been to Sydney many times and always enjoyed my sessions with her as well. I’m a long time customer and it’s my one thing that I do for myself that I won’t skimp on. And please tip your therapists well by the way.

Tom E is AMAZING. I originally came to ME based on a recommendation from my hair stylist for Tom. He was booked for almost a month, so I tried other techs in the mean time. I thought they were ok, but not focusing on the whole reason I was there- my messed up neck. I would tell them and show them but it felt like more of a tease to get a massage and have that area that was the most painful barely get touched. I waited for Tom and my hopes were high. Let’s just say I had no idea a massage could feel like that. When I say he WORKED my neck OUT … I mean he worked it all the way out. Never in over 20 years have I been pain free, but during this session I was floating in the sky in happiness. Wonderful all around, talked ab my prob areas and really paid attention- next time will prob be less talking as we are now accustomed. It was like he knew exactly what I was feeling. I hope to always be able to see him in the future!! 10 out of 10!! Some kind of massage guru- this man knows what he’s doing!!

Rachel was just the deep massage. I needed with a neck and a lower back issue. She was very astute when in recognizing where my problem areas were and I felt so much better after the next day.

Tanya is the absolute best masseuse I have ever come across. Hands-down the best. (Sorry I am late on writing this review Tanya).Overall, this location is provided signature customer service and professionalism. This is true with the generous help of Serena. I called Serena one day with some issues with my account and explained my problem. Without missing a step, Serena assured me of Massage Envy’s commitment to overall excellent customer experience. I explained to Serena that I had some bad experiences with some other Massage Envy locations. After listening to my story (complains), Serena worked with Julie to resolve my issue. Even though I did not personally talk to Julie – it is clear that she has developed a strong team that is commented to the best customer experience. 😊 Thanks again!

Thatcher basically gave me an anatomy lesson about my own body! Not verbally of course as that would have been obnoxious. Instead he was able to identify and work on pain points with very little direction or feedback for me. My back felt much more relaxed and he was able to identify tension areas and work them to relaxation. I highly recommend massage envy and I also recommend that you ask for Thatcher!

I’ve always had a great experience at Massage Envy! I’ve been to multiple locations, but I would definitely recommend Ryan at the 66th St location. He had great communication with my pressure comfort level and kept consistent with that pressure throughout the entire massage. He was very professional and even gave me some great stretching tips for between massages.
