Royal Palms Natural Nail Spa

Very expensive for a mediocre pedicure. Everything is an extra cost. When I got back home, I had to re-trim my cuticles because they were barely touched. I would never go back or recommend this place. The gel nail polish was painted really sloppy. I also had Chrome added to my Already painted nails and it’s already rubbed off and chipped within two hours. I’m giving it two stars because it’s clean.

The service was immediate and efficient, as my friend and I stopped in to get our nails done as a last minute decision for a wedding we were in. My nail tech, whose name I did get, did not do the best job. With that said, they look nice enough to someone who doesn’t have an eye for flaws and is viewing them from a distance. Three stars for the prompt and timely service, and the place was very neat and clean. Two stars taken off due how my nails turned out.

I recently had my first visit at Royal Palms and I was so delighted with the salon and service! Its more of a spa experience rather than a shady strip-mall nail salon which adds to the price but is worth every penny. Rosa at the front desk is absolutely darling and Michelle is a wonderful nail tech who gave me the best dip manicure Ive ever had! They dont skimp on the service either; my manicure included a hand massage and hot towel treatment which Michelle made sure to do even when our appointment ran over their closing time

I called to see if they could fit me in last minute, and they could. I read a lot of bad reviews but figured I would give them a try anyways, and Im happy I did!! Helen did my pedicure and she was amazing. I picked the CBD pedicure with gel, it was 98$ after tax. Helen gave me a full leg massage and massaged my arms as well, I didnt know how badly I needed that!! It was a relaxing and quiet environment, they do ask that you silence your cellphone so if you like to chat and make phone calls at the salon this isnt the place for you . I will be back next time I need a pedicure and am excited to try some of their other services.

The massage I got with my pedicure was amazing. The staff is very attentive, offered me a drink and I was sat quickly. The only thing I did not like was the polish. I couldn’t find a color I wanted. I was looking for something bright but they had muted purples. The color on my toes in the picture was the most neon one I could find and I still didn’t love it. My toes were painted quickly, not even a minute was waited between coats. So now I have layers of wet polish on my toes that I’m having to be extremely careful with as I walk. They smudged already. The cuticles are flooded and I can see polish residue around my toes. The tech also cut all the length off my nails which I worked very hard on growing out. I won’t be returning.

I took my four year old daughter here for her birthday. She was a little shy and wouldnt let the man touch her toes. However the lady that was doing mine also did hers. She let her sit by me, put her feet with mine. She made her feel like the princess she is. They did a great job. We will continue using them for our spa days!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. First off, I was never offered anything to drink. I had a tickle in my throat so asked for water, but didn’t receive it until many minutes later. The lady I had was very friendly but gave an absolutely terrible massage. My mom went and her massage seemed to be much better. It is very disappointing when you look forward to a simple foot massage and all they do is lazily rub your legs. My paint was also very sloppy and messy. I had to ask multiple times where paint was on my skin for them to clean it up.

I have been going to Tutu for many years and I am always pleased with her work! The spa is immaculate and they are always on time for their appointments. She does a technique that I have not seen done anywhere else for my pink and white ombre manicure. All of the techs are professional and so friendly, I highly recommend this spa to anyone!

I had a manicure from Bebe and she did an excellent job. They look exactly how I wanted and the salon is very clean and quiet. I’ll definitely be back. Susie worked on my friend and was very sweet.

Ive been going to this salon for for about 6 years. Its really one of the nicer ones Ive been to in terms of excellent services. Quiet and relaxing even when its busy day. Great selection and variety of services. My technician, Kris, is so good.The owner Tutu, is personable and. Ive never had a bad service. professional

I had a very relaxing and beautiful pedicure and added a manicure this morning. Im very happy with the results and the experience. Chris listened to my questions and special requests, and gave me tips on how to nurture my finger nails, which tend to split/flake. I love my polished toes, which were long overdue for attention. Ill be back!

LOVE this spa! Have gone here several times for mani/pedis. Its clean, comfy and the service is great. They have several treatment options. My husband and I went here together recently to treat ourselves during our babymoon, and he loved the CBD infused foot and hand treatment.

Francesca did an outstanding job on my Beetlejuice nails! Ive been to this Nail Salon twice, and I absolutely love the environment. Its very relaxing and they really go above and beyond for their customers.

Be careful to confirm the amount to be paid more than once.When I called I was informed that gel maintenance “ refill” costs $45.When I went to pay the bill presented it was $ 65- reason we used a different gel on you”I feel cheated.

I’m a thoroughly happy repeat customer at this nail salon. The service is the best I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. My nail technician Thea is phenomenal- she’s efficient, she listens to what it is you want and helps guide you when you have no idea which direction to go in design-wise, she makes the time there feel like a mini-vacation . She provides all around top-notch service from her high-skill level, to her personable and warming personality that helps calm and soothe you. To put it simply, it’s always a beautiful spa-like experience here, & I’m so happy I found this salon!

Bebe did a GREAT job with my pedicure. Very clean, thorough, friendly. Great price and will definitely be back. And Rosa at the front desk very professional and the water with lemon is a nice touch. Found my new spot.

I am not a frequent spa person, but I have to say, I have never been to a nail spa as relaxing and professional as Royal Palms. The minute you walk in, you know and feel this place is special.Happy to have found them!

We went midday on a weekday hoping for quiet and it was. The place was large and clean and did not smell like a nail salon. We went in for pedicures for some much needed R&R and enjoyed our time. The offerings were reasonably priced and more unique from the usual with even a relaxing CBD lotion option. CBD has no euphoric high but by the time the service was complete, we were starting to feel the mellow vibe. All appeared clean and orderly and staff was warm and friendly.Thank you for the much needed brief respite!

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. I am so glad I came to Royal Palms Natural Nail Spa! Sam did so great with my gel manicure with French tips! Everyone here was really kind and welcoming. Ill definitely be back.

Thea has been doing my pedicures for a while now and she is wonderful! Even though I get the express pedi, I never feel as though she is rushing - she is attentive and is concerned with doing a good job. Thea is the reason I go to Royal Palms!

Rushed me to pay before my nails were dry - I forgot to use my gift card and when I remembered 5 minutes later, they wouldn’t honor the gift card. Leaves a very negative impression.

Love, love, love this place! I went in yesterday for the first time, for an organic sugar scrub and express pedicure, because I was running short on time. Meghan did my sugar scrub and my skin feels amazing! Janet did my express pedi and did an amazing job, as well. The spa was quiet, very clean and free from chemical smells you normally get from nail salons. I loved the privacy of the pedicure seat/area while I worked by phone and caught up on some things. This place is definitely worth the price :)

I really enjoy this salon; great customer service and experience. It is on the higher price side but the service and the facility is worth it. I got a pedicure during the day it was so quiet and peaceful. I have had my eyebrows done here twice by two different people and I am impressed. Definitely my go to St. Pete Salon.

I’ve gone back and forth on whether to leave a bad review and decided if I can help 1 person avoid going through what I’ve been through it’ll be worth it. I came in yesterday for an eyebrow and lip wax. The lip turned out fine but the skin around my eyebrows is burned. Not from the temperature of the wax but because she repeatedly waxed the same areas multiple times. I spent the night putting aloe on my burning face and have been taking Tylenol for the pain. This is what my face looks like 21 hours after the waxing. I’m not only left with the pain but the uncertainty of if/when my face will return to normal.

I have been back to St. Pete almost five years now, and have struggled to find a great salon for my nails! This has been the best one I have found. Theyre very pleasant, they listen to you and except for being a little pricier than most and hurting some of my fingers and toe with the cuticle cutting, I would still recommend and go back to. Also, I like a good chair massage while Im there and the chairs here only vibrate. The lower review is because of chairs and the little cuts on my fingers.

We did a staff appreciation, pedicures for 7 of us. Royal Palms was great with helping us to schedule this and called in extra help so that we could all be done at the same time. The staff took their time, and kept our wine glasses full! We all enjoyed our relaxation!!

I have been going here for about 5 years. It is the cleanest most peaceful nail salon in the area. There are other places cheaper, but - you get what you pay for especially in terms of experience. Relaxing atmosphere. The owner, Tutu is top notch at nails and is truly dedicated to her business. I will not go anywhere else :)

I have been here a couple of times. It is a no thrills spa. The massage chairs only vibrate and are rather noisy. It gets the job done. I have been other places that I felt welcomed....the chairs really massage..you are asked how you want your nails and if you are happy with your pedi. They do leg massages and hot towels. All for $8 less than what you pay for a standard here. Again it works in a pinch.

Over priced. Such a let down. Went for a couples pedicure that was greatly anticipated only to be sorely disappointed. My partner was cut while having his pedicure done due to a cuticle cutter. Never even apologized to. We were looking for a place to make our regular spot yet have no reason to set this place above any other salon. Speaking another language when you can clearly speak the language everyone else does is uncomfortable and rude. Lastly, salons who charge for adult drinks seem desperate. I have always been treated to an adult beverage when salons have wine etc.

I loved my experience at Royal Palms, I am from Kentucky and just recently moved to this area and the pedicure I received which was just the basic pedicure was amazing. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever had and the people were so friendly and nice. I will defiantly be going back in the future to make this my home nail salon.

I have been going to Royal Palms for a while, but not often enough. On my first visit I got the basic pedicure and manicure by Jasmine. I was pleased with the service and pleasantly surprised that it included a great mini massage. Now I always ask for Jasmine when I book an appointment. The place is clean and does not have the chemical smell some nail salons tend to have.

I have been getting my gel nails done here since they opened many years ago. Clean, professional & serene nail spa (no acrylic so no fumes!). I highly recommend Royal Palms! A beautiful way to pamper yourself!

My technician only works on Mondays and it’s always very quiet, clean and professional. I like a relaxing experience. I can’t imagine what it’s like when all stations are booked. For me it’s one of the best mani-pedis I’ve ever gotten.

I have been coming to Thea for years. She is very professional and like being with a friend. The salon is quiet, clean and the experience is relaxing.

Unsatisfied , first and last visit. Had no clue what kind of service they provided as far as up grades or prices. Was not shown my options on services or prices. Didnt know they could no longer scrape your feet, a hot Towle would have been nice since I was looking forward to these two things being part of the sevice . And was not told about the chair I was sitting in for my pedi that you could adjust it or even set for a massage., so It was hurting my back after awhile due to the position it was in and not knowing you could adjust it. Came out with my feet feeling the same as they were going in but dryer. :(

Went here for my nails for my wedding. The employees were verh friendly, the facility was very clean. My 6 year old gave them 5 +++++ gold stars. Overall very good experience will definitely be going back and would recommend others to go there as well.

The gel manicure was okay but the pedicure didnt last more than a few days before polish was chipping and they just looked sloppy and it was more expensive than most

I live in Atlanta GA and come to visit my family here in St. Petersburg. I have been coming to this salon since it opened! Kim is the best artist I have ever had in my 17 years of having manis, pedis, and facials. I get a facial EVERY SINGLE time I come to Florida because her facials are hands down the best I have ever had! The salon is incredibly clean, does not smell like a salon, nor does it feel like a normal salon. The pedi tubs are exceptional and can provide privacy if that is what you are looking for. I am pregnant now and especially sensitive to smells and love coming here. I just had a facial 2 weeks ago and I am already back for business and made another appointment because I wont be back until next year. YOU MUST get a facial with Kim and you will be forever addicted. And from what I understand her sister also gives the same facial as does the rest of the staff (as per their extensive training). I just love Kim!

Worst Customer Service EVER! I would give ZERO stars! The receptionist blatantly lied to my face and acted so snotty and horrible I will never go back. I made an appointment for 5 people and minutes before we got there they completely disregarded our appointment time and accepted two walk-ins. I told her we had appointments at 2:00pm and she said that they had 3 openings but one person would have to wait until 2:30 and the other would have to come back at 4:00p. What? That doesnt make sense. Why would I come back and forth over a two hour period when I booked an appointment. She snarkily said sooooorrry. And I asked if she just took some walk ins, to which she lied -- No we just have some appointments that are running over. I asked if they are running over wont they be done soon. She just responded with times we could come back. I said So even when someone makes an appointment, it doesnt mean anything? She responded with another Soooorrryy. So I told her to just cancel it. The rest of my party walked out, but before I left I went in the back and asked the ladies getting pedicures if their appointment just started and they said yes. I walked back to the front and said They said their appointments just started. The receptionist looked shocked that I busted her lie and I just walked out.I have been there a few times but I will never go back and make sure that anyone I know and meet will avoid that place. They are rude, lying and horrible. Why would you give up 5 definite customers for two that may have possibly come back? Bad business practices and if they have a liar at the front desk and ignore previous customers and never honor appointments, they probably wont be in business much longer.

Clean, friendly and spacious facilities with charming technicians. They do a great job but are a tad pricey. Highly recommend this salon for all offered services.

I called and spoke with the Christina for a brief minute and was hung up on I called back trying to set an appointment for a manicure with gel polish and was told there was no availability until tomorrow. I feel like I was brushed off in this person came off a little snotty.

The ladies here were awesome. Vanessa was my manicurist and did a fantastic job on my toes and hands. She also was such an engaging conversationalist! Definitely will be going back 😉

Use to be a 5star plus nail salon and spa about 3.6yrs ago . And Im super picky and I had gotten the absolute best pedicure spa pedicure for 75minutes a glass of wine . This time around no wine, the spa jets where not working the chairs you sit in are not comfortable and the message part of the chair was not working, prices went up and the person was super nice but Ive gotten a better pedicure at walmart for $20 . I am super sad that I have to say this because now the search begins for a new great nail spa

Extremely rude front desk staff and reported owner - Tutu. Absolutely, zero customer service skills and aptitude. There are many nail spas around St. Pete so go elsewhere where youll be greeted and treated warmly and humanly!

OMG I can say this is the first nail place I have ever went into and got absolutely the best service omg I never leave reviews but she and she is TIA she is the best she gave me a facial i felt so amazing and so relaxed omg the second facial and the best facial I had she also did my pedicure as well she took her time she was not in no rush she took her time with me I loved her service they establishment is so clean and so organized and big I looks so amazing I recommend a 10 out of 10 I’m always boom with TIA if u ever visit ask for TIA she keep it real with u and she have the best customer service ever and very fluent I hope u see this TIA this channell
