I absolutely LOVE this place! It was my first time getting started with vaping and everyone recommended I go here.... Well they were right. This place is awesome. James and Kyle were so helpful. I learned so much about vaping and also got to sample so many flavors. I had a budget and James helped me find the best products in my price range. They have a huge variety and really know what theyre talking about. It is definitely a really cool place to chill with awesome company.

Awesome place. Hooked me up with a cheaper but better vape than the one I came in to buy. Didnt try to up sell me at all. I will be returning to this shop.

Bought a Luxe XR Max 80W Pod Kit and a extra set of coils. Everything was easy and the order came quickly. They have been my go to for kits and coils for awhile now.

I have placed several orders with Central Vapors. Their service is generally good, however shipping has been slow on my last few orders. When I call customer Service, they are very courteous and helpful. I would give this company a 4 or 5 star review if their shipping was faster with fewer dealys.

I ordered vape juice from them. I recieved one I didnt order & it was from a different place. I contacted them, sent pictures of what I recieved. They accused me of sending pictures of empty bottle & said we dont carry this flavor. Well DUH, thats why I contacted them.

This place is super expensive. However, James, the manager, knows his stuff. His product knowledge is frankly impressive and is the only real reason I still purchase from the shop.Unfortunately, I find myself having problems purchasing because the markups are honestly ridiculous, and they are surrounded by competition. I would also love to see a more extensive selection of alternate cannabinoids. They have a full greens room but lack any real variety. This place could be awesome...

This place is great. This guy that works here, Kyle, is super nice and helpful. I came in one night right before close (like 2 minutes, people) and he was so nice about it even though it made him stay late. Id had a tough day at work that day and my experience at the shop turned my mood around. Ive been back several times since then. All the people that work here are knowledgeable and friendly. I had to get two replacement tanks for defective ones. I purchased a ileaf battery a couple months that will no longer charge. They will not allow me return it for an exchange or refund.

I have been ordering ejuice, clearomizer tanks and batteries from Central Vapors for 5+ years. Always the best products at good prices. I recommend central Vapors for all your vape supplies.

Feeling very mixed emotions about this place. In the last two weeks Ive purchased 2 mods from this shop. First experience was great. The guy took his time explaining everything very thoroughly. Was very congenial, and said to bring in pieces if you had problems, that he didnt mind looking at coils or trying to help customers. Second time, I was in a little bit of a hurry, but, again; excellent service and very informative. The second time, I purchased a mod with a built in battery. When I went to charge it, the cable didnt want to insert into the port. Figured Id swing by and see what could be done about it. Almost immediately his whole demeanor changed. Was very suspicious, asked when I had purchased it (being less than 24 hrs ago, I thought it was weird) if I had the box (I did) and if I had a receipt ( I can understand if I was asking for a return, or exchange at that point. I hadnt asked for either one) I told him that he didnt offer me a receipt. To which he snapped back with a rude tone that I didnt ask for one. (I mention this to warn people to make sure you get a proof of sale for all your purchases. They wont offer you one. This was both times I went and purchased products, so, dont try to come back with we offer all customers blah blah blah. Its not mentioned or discussed. I assume this is to hide the cost of products) He takes the mod and says there no way it left the shop like this. My response would be it was the displayed model and had been activated prior to my ownership, and the plastic wrap on the box was open. When I turned it on for the first time it was already on puff count of 10, and I have used the model before and know how to insert the charger. He then attempts to very aggressively jam the cord in, Im saying to him thats way harder than I was pushing man, cant get get it in, and then more aggressively jams it in again, finally seating the charging cord and says there you go and kind of tosses it back at me as to say, get this out of my shop. I decided to check and see if he had broken it before I left, and it turned out to be okay. So, I went on my merry way.I was going to give this place a really high review, even though the prices are around %40+ more expensive than purchasing online or at other near by shops. I like to support local businesses, and the feeling of buying things I can touch and see. After my experience today, Im not so keen on this shop. Ive spent several hundred dollars over a week and a half here and would expect a little bit more out of the customer service experience. I dont want my a$$ kissed, just to treated with a bit of decency. If Im not being rude or disrespectful, I dont expect it from you. So, if youre still reading this. The gist is, the guy who runs it is extremely knowledgeable, and as long as he wants your money will be very nice. Cover your a$$ and get a proof of sale. Almost had to eat a $80 mod, and this guy tried his best to break it if it didnt want to work.

Excellent products and service. We typically purchase the eGo-T 1100 mAh Batteries and CE4 Wickless Clearomizes. Delivery is always timely, and the prices are excellent. This is a very fine company. I trust their products and they will continue to be my go-to company for these products.

The representative that assisted us with buying vape and atomizers was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The shop was very clean and organized as well. If I was to say anything negative, it would be that the prices were above average compared to other vape stores. However, i think its worth the cost.

I came inside and was not expecting what I saw at all, this place is nice and open and not cramped like many of Vape shops I have been to in the past. Big windows let in a lot of natural light and the employees shine to provide the rest! There customer service was beyond my expectations, James and Kyle went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly how my device worked and how to set it up before I could even ask them to help me. They were already letting me know they were giving me a tutorial before the purchase was even complete. Hands down will go here for all my vaping supplies any day of the week!

As a last resort its not bad - no one else was selling the pods I needed, my device recently stopped working so going to switch. The selection is pretty good but the prices are just horrible. Its worth it to me to go to outside of downtown for a better price for larger purchases.

I used to love coming in here but not anymore. Had a problem with a mod I bought from them - feels like the battery housing is starting to come apart inside and its not staying on. I went in looking for simple guidance/advice and nothing more - didnt ask for a replacement, didnt ask for anything else. Before I could finish telling them what was going on I was interrupted and told about voiding my warranty and how they dont do repairs. Sure. Great. Thanks. I can read what came with the box. I just wanted a little direction from the folks who sold it to me, who clearly have more expertise me. Guess thats not something theyre willing to do.I dunno if the guy was having a bad day or what, but the guy I talked to is the guy who sold the mod to me about 6 months ago. Sad that they cant remember repeat customers and arent willing to help out.

Prices are reasonable and the guy I bought my Suorin cartridge from was really helpful and knowledgeable. Its also very clean and very impressive inside and they have a HUGE selection including cartridges for older model e-cigs. I highly recommend this place!

I have never been to this store prior to my visit today. I broke my tank late at night, there was no other place open, and so I had to rush out to get a replacement tank so I could have something for work tomorrow. I explained this to the guy behind the counter and he said he could take it apart and fix it. Less than 5 minutes after taking my vape into a room, he came out with it working as good as new.They did not have to be honest like this, because I came into the shop ready and willing to drop 20-30 dollars on another tank. I bought a bottle of juice instead, because I felt they deserved it for being so cool.Definitely a great way to make a first impression. I plan to return.

Travel for work and have hit a majority of shops, Central Ave Vapors has been the best, by a wide margin. Staff was courteous and stayed later to assist. Not particularly helpful with something simple like e liquid. Shockingly high prices as well considering theres so much competition in the area. Also, in casual conversation, I mentioned that I was having trouble with the seals in my tank (bare in mind that I was not trying to get sympathy from them, nor was I looking for handouts since I didnt even purchase it from them) and they didnt know what the cause was (not that I was asking anyway) but they came up with some pretty wild theories to tell me that I was wrong and dont know what I was talking about. Thats all fine and good. But if theyre like this in casual conversation, I pity the poor soul who buys faulty equipment from them. They had the rhetoric down like a sales pitch. First visit and thankfully my last visit. Im soooo grateful that I didnt actually NEED anything from this place.

First I ordered vg and nicotine. Received with the box wet and the vg about a pint low. Someone had put black tape around lid to stop leak. Then I ordered a rebuildable tank and not only was it the wrong product it was an rba that fits in a completely different tank.

After the place I ordered from closed up shop, I went looking and stumbled upon Central Vapors. Central Vapors actually had someone online that helped me find the perfect flavor I was looking for. I have placed several times and never been disappointed.

Employees are very informative and professional, parking kind of sucks because of construction but the prices are very high, looked at a device that they wanted $60 for and other local shops had it for $35 and online it was $24. I understand you have to pay employees, rent, insurance etc but the prices are overly marked up.

Came in to get some replacement coils and i was blown away at the selection of devices and juices. They have really nice and knowledgable staff and the prices are pretty good too. If youre looking for a new shop or are just making the conversion to vaping this is definitely the place to go.

If you cant find one you like here, get your palate checked right away.If youre still smoking cigarettes, go here immediately and switch to vaping ASAP. Awful. Just awful. I will never do business with this shady place again. First be aware that the vapes they sell can be purchased online at least 50% cheaper. Wish I knew this beforehand. Granted, brick-and-mortar stores have overhead; I can appreciate that. But as if a >100% markup wasn’t enough, the salesman gave me false information multiple times, which persuaded me into buying things that I did not need. For example, he told me that I needed to purchase a charger because the USB port on the vape was, according to him, only for firmware updates. I found out from the manual after I got home that this is not true. He also told me that the vape was $120. When I got to the register he tried to charge me $149. The term for this is bait-and-switch. When I asked him about it, he said that they must have raised the prices. He took a few dollars off, but it was still not $120. I let this slide. He also told me that I would get a pack of 3 juice bottles for the price he gave me, but when I looked in the bag later, there was only 1 bottle. All sales are final here; there’s a reason for this. Before posting this online, I tried to call the store and speak to the manager about making things right. They took my name down and said they would have him call me back, but he never did. Please learn from my lesson and protect yourself from being ripped off.

Friendly staff, but prices are way too high. I drive an extra 20 miles round trip to go to Steam Train. 18650 batteries are literally twice the price at central ave vapors. Juice is only sold in small bottles and is extremely overpriced.. If youre not an entry level vaper save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Clean, modern, well stocked place. James and Kyle know their stuff, are patient and kind, helpful in pointing you in the right direction according to your vaping habits. I have been off ciggarettes 8 years and have dealt with many, many vendors through the years and they are of the best. Prices are fair, personal service exceeds that...they work with your budget, even fix your mods or replace items rather than sell you something you dont need. I respect that they get to know you so they can suggest products that will help you get the most from your vaping experience. They charge an arm and leg. I came here to shop around for a new Mod. They wanted ~$145 for one of the Smok Aliens. Fortunately, before I bought it I checked out Johnny Vapors right down the street, and they sold the same one for $63. Plus Johnnys has a much better environment. They sell more than vape ware.

This place is a rip off. Sales people have an attitude and act like your taking up their time. The mods, extras, and juice they sell are outrageously high. There are other vape shops nearby that sell the same items for a fraction of the cost and they have a much friendlier staff.

The love staff and people, but they tax on the vapes, like alot. But if your desperate, they got you I guess. That would be my only complaint, otherwise the employees and smoke stuff is all awesome.Please help us peasants fund are nicotine addiction. I stopped in to buy coils for my 3in 1 E CIGARETTE BROUGHT THE COILS AND WAS LOOKING into getting a mod but there Prices where very exspseve so I didnt purchase The mod I wanted they did have it in there store however I purchased my coils and brought my mod online where I paid 60 dollars for it and my batteries for 2 costs 8 dollars so I only buy online for my mods or vapeing devices I got to vapor Road for my juices sometimes cause they do have a clearance bin mostly I purchase online only case all these vape shops are way over priced I use salt vape and regular vape online is the way to go cheap huge selection as well on juices and mods e cigarettes pens best way to shop and Ive never had luck buying any vaping devices around St Petersburg all very poor quality at high prices this place is very nice and big inside of there store and clean I was surprised how much they had in there store salesman not helpful with the mod but very helpful with my coils .

If your looking for hardware dont go here. If its faulty they wont help you. Spent $115 on a kit from Aspire and when it quit working two weeks later I was told they couldnt do anything about it. They said it was probably dropped (it wasnt). It was the third time in that door, but its the last time out.

Bought a vaporizer for 60 dollars from them only a week ago and no longer works. The same vaporizer is online for 30 dollars. They refuse to do anything because there is some sort of crack inside but I never dropped the device or anything or there would be visible damage on the outside. Would never shop here again. Stay away from this establishment!!

I wanted a mod they sold me on the littlw disposeable things for $20 not only did it not work and i had to come back in 4 times to get it right. I found them at a gas station for half price.. crooks.
