What an amazing local smoke shop! It may look small from the outside but once you go inside its HUGE! Got this really nice piece of glass, lots of other pieces id love to have! Definitely will be back. Recommend 10/10They also had all of the wraps i was looking for (dutches, games, swishers) 🙌 🤝 💯

It was a weird layout, but the woman who work there was absolutely fabulous. She was very helpful and very nice, the Kratom she made was strong and good. Even with five customers in the store waiting she handled it very well and did not seem stressed out at all.

First time in, DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK! Very helpful and kind staff. Nice glass section, large variety of vape cartridges, they even had my favorite Cigars!! Very happy customer :)

Always keeps me up to date with what’s popular what’s not popular, not only that he is always very helpful with any questions. I go out of my drive home to make sure this is regular shop because I feel like I’m genuinely getting help.

The owner and the employees are amazing, every single time I feel welcomed to be there. I come here every now and then. Went in last night and the gentleman was very helpful! I told him my budget and he helped me choose the best product for me. Was completely satisfied with my purchase, he definitely knows his stuff. I should have gotten his name, but he was tall and slender with glasses around 10:45 pm.

All liquids for vape cigarettes are 2 to 3 years out of date.I will be in for refund if you want to or not 32 dollars on bad product I just paid for.

Some cool stuff, anything that’s not a high dollar item, you’re gambling on the authenticity. Had sharpstone call me out on a post I made that included the grinder. Went back to the shop, and all of the sharpstone grinders either had the TM or the R in a circle. That’s when I knew it was a fake. I paid sharpstone prices for it though. I also got called out about a Cheech Waterpipe for not being authentic, but paid authentic prices for it. I don’t mind buying a knockoff if I know it is and I’m paying knockoff prices for it.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My bf and I came to this place yesterday between 3:30-4:00 p.m, We purchased a glass accessory for one of our pieces, My bf used it one time last night and it completely broke in half, fast forward to today, my bf goes to see what can be done since it broke within a couple hours of buying it (CLEARLY THEY HAVE CHEAP GLASS PIECES.) They decide to tell him that he smashed it in their parking lot, EXCUSE ME??? I WILL NEVER purchase anything from hear again and I will be sure to spread the word!!

I usually have good experiences with this store Im good prices and good selection but I recently purchased a bubbler for $80 it was an ice bumper also silicone except for the bowl and when I returned home I found it there was a a tear in it or I cut in this silicone which affected the performance of the severely and theyre sticking to their no refund no exchange policy which I did not notice or wasnt told about I guess I should have read the signs but it seems like a store like that who sold a defective item to a loyal customer who would do something other than tell him to buy another bubbler so hes just out more money and they get more money I dont know how to feel about this just know that customer support sucks

The selection and price are very reasonable for this market and breadth of their offerings. However, where R&G really shines is customer service. Indeed, I have not been to a smoke shop with this level of service. The time they spent answering questions, giving expert advice, and just shooting the breeze are unparalleled in this area. A special shout-out to Omar who was and continues to be invaluable as I find myself exclusively shopping at R&G. Thank you for your service!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Omar during my recent visit to the shop. As a somewhat novice user of my SMOK device, I was a bit overwhelmed with the array of coil options available. Omar was not only patient but also exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, guiding me to the perfect coils for my device.

Walked in to get a disposable delta 8 vape and walked out feeling great! The owner is so nice and they had so many products there! I ended up getting the vape I came for plus a pre roll that I can’t wait to smoke.The shop clearly has everything i could need and super good customer service so this will definitely be my new go to shop.

Everything in this shop is ether marked up at least 40% if not more with the more popular items, trash place! Half the time the employees are outside, either smoking pot in their car or the doors locked and one time I seen them doing a deal out in the parking lot and they quickly ran inside once I came to the door and then rushed me out with the wrong item that I wanted because they were in such a hurry to go back outside. which I could care less but why should I have to come back to get the right item? I expect professionalism when I go to an establishment and as well I don’t feel like I should pay the price as I do for the service I receive I’d rather wait and buy online and honestly the other two stores within 2 mile of this place sell the same items for half the price! Convenience is one thing but ripping people off with every day items is terrible, especially when I can go to smoke city down the road and get the same vape products and spend $20 less. Have a day Rise and burn, because there’s nothing good here.

Been coming to this shop for a couple of years for all of my various needs. I’ve always looked at the glass but couldn’t afford to shell out the money for it. One day, an employee finally convinced me to buy something, he was very persuasive and I thought I was getting a good deal. Brought it home and the very first time I put anything in it, it broke. Generally good service here and slightly overpriced, but they have everything you’d need. I would just not recommend buying the glassware, very cheaply made and strict return/exchange policy. There are several smoke shops in the area with quality glass, don’t get swindled!

I’ve been here several times. The first few times I’ve went it was great, but the service and quality has declined since. We’ve decided to go to a different smoke shop where the items don’t cost 30-40% more. The selection is a lot but the employees can be rude sometimes, and there’s been a few times where I’ve bought the same item but it had a different price every time. Save your money, and go somewhere else.

Not like many of the smoke shops in the area where you can go and chill and enjoy your shopping experience. Were regular customers since moving to the area and have purchased things plenty of times from this location. Coming from NYC, it is common place to go to the bodegas to spend time (especially when it’s warm out) The employees working Saturday night were rude, and complained about not making a purchase. They made disrespectful comments and yelled to get out after a normal conversation. Also was refused a hiring position because they “mainly hire females”.

Used to be a regular costumer clerk today was very rude won’t be coming back

So I came here only because Ember Lights was closed, went to buy a single 2g Mellow Fellow THCp and HHC, which they had, except they were selling it for $37.99. I get the exact same cart at Ember Lights for $25!! Then the cashier had the audacity to tell me that he “guarantees that the cart from Ember Lights is fake!” How he came up with that I Don’t Know because they have the exact exact same packaging. I bought it anyway because I like that cart, even though I paid an extra $13 for the same thing. Well the cart I got from “Rise & Grind” was discoulered and had a weird taste while the same cart at Ember Lights tastes great, pure honey color and gives me a great high. So who’s really selling the fake carts? Maybe the one that’s price gouging?

Ive recently started going to Rise & Grind because its so close to my house and its now become my favorite smoke shop! Their store is super clean and they have such a wide display and array of items. Both times that I have been into the store, the associate Jennah has been super helpful and nice. She is also super knowledgeable about products and recommendations! They allow you to test your vapes before leaving the store and are happy to replace any pieces that dont work. I believe the prices are decent and they even have a point system which basically allows you to save $$ after reaching a certain amount! I will definitely keep going back!

So Im going to be honest with you. You see this place from the outside and you go...nope. As a man its not a big deal but the outside comes off sketchy for a woman.But let me tell you the second you walk in you feel safe you feel like you walk into a different world and the service is above and beyond. My mother has minor dementia and was trying to stop smoking. The gentleman behind the counter took time with her and didnt upsell into something crazy. He treated my mother like his own.I can honestly say this is probably one of the best places Ive been in all of Saint Pete dont judge a book by its cover

I was on vacation the end of March and in desperate need of a disposable vape. I walked by the Smoke Shop and said thank god. Not expecting much my gf and I walked in and were amazed at the selection and the setup. They have everything you could possibly need and more. Not to mention Jennah was amazing. We saw that the had CBD pre rolls and informed us they didnt have any left but would be more than happy to do one for us if we didnt mind waiting. We waited and shmoozed with Jennah.
