The store manager Kyla called me, i went back to the store and she was very helpful and apologized for what had happened assured me it had been taken care and she helped me with all my questions and helped me out with the best product that she would suggest for my situation. And was very informative.She will be who I deal with any time I return to the store.The girl that was working was very unpleasant, I tried to ask question about a product she was very short on her answers. Like she didnt wanna take the time to answer my questions. Then further looked at the box and she sold me expired products from 03/24. I took them back. I told her they were expired. And she stated well id still smoke them.If your that miserable with your job find something else.

Love the place, excellent selection, great customer service, courteous and polite employees who are very helpful. Place is very clean and organized.Ive brought home a few items, including a couple decent cigars (which was not why I visited, just a semi decent selection) I have to say that every item Ive tried has been quite satisfying.If you were to read any other reviews just know that it makes no sense trying to return items, everything is either a consumable of some sort, from incense to cigars but mostly products that would obviously be used or up in smoke.Anyway I just wanted to comment and send praise towards Vibes because I love the tea bar, and a bunch of other stuff as well. Definitely check it out if youre looking for smoke-shop items. This place is one of the best in St. Pete.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dont buy anything in this place without reading their fine print on NOTHING is returnable. They will not tell you that items arent returnable until you buy the items and its too late. Signs of non returnable items can be found ABOVE so make sure you guys look up or look at their complete store policy before going because they will definitely not tell you up front. There is no sign in the front door letting anyone know this. Staff is really friendly to get you to buy products for this very reason. NEVER going in here and will encourage others to do the same. I went multiple times to talk to different people and all were rude and unhelpful.Funny how exchange policies work making the customer go through warranty before accepting a return so that your books look good at the end of the year. Businesses like you don’t last long for reasons like this. We shouldn’t have to read the “fine print” when all i asked for was an equal exchange or store credit so i can buy something else. Yet you guys still couldn’t work with me so screw me twice i guess right? I get sold a defective product and this is your response? Go through warranty? It cant be resold? You guys have the worst customer service. Merry Christmas

At some point last year, I had visited this shop and it was the worst experience I had at any business. This past week, I came back to see if anything had changed since they have one of the best selection of eJuice. The selection is still very excellent but what i was pleasantly surprised about was the guys there were so friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to sell me stuff instead matched me up with what I was looking for. Im really pleased and will be coming back.

Was in tonight around 9:15pm for the 6 time in 4 weeks. I was greated by the manager a blue haired teenager. When I commented that they needed to get their juice order in. She became combative and told me that I didnt need to be rude. I told her that I have a this order in for 2.5 weeks. She then quoted my order to me(so I obviously frequent the establishment) and stated that she couldnt get it. When I filled out my order I gave them my number and still stopped in and bought other product. But no-one ever called and told me they couldnt get it. Instead she became Irate and as I was walking out told me not to come back and finished with a hearty F&%* You!. As a veteran and a manager for a locally owned restaurant chain of 12 locations you can be sure that I will not be back and will tell everyone about my experience.
Unfortunately, I did not learn about Vibez until I was working in the same complex, but after just the first visit they became my go to Smoke Shop for everything! As a picky individual, there has almost never been a time when they didnt have something I needed, and if they did, they ordered it just for me. I will never not recommend Vibez Vapor, it is one of the hidden gems on Gandy Boulevard, and their Kratom is BOMB! Dont sleep on Vibez!
