Adult Shop

This place had excellent service and the young lady was really nice and helpful when we came in, when we had left we realized one of our toy didn’t come in the package. We went back in and Renee, the manager and another young lady helped us out the best they could to resolve this issue. They were very understanding and patient with the whole situation. I loved their ability to figure this out as fast as they could, great customer service. I definitely would come back again soon.

Great staff and really friendly, everything in the store is clean and orderly, which is a massive plus. The only things that are a downer are that some types of items arent stocked.

Anne, the assistant manager, would not stop harassing myself and my partner when we were trying to shop. She seemed like she was getting off to invading our private life. She would not leave us alone. She was not a good salesperson and was getting way too personal

Stopped by to grab some fishnets for a costume and the girl behind the counter was quite rude. We just went to a different location in town.

What a fantastic customer service experience from there shipping center! I had made an order online and had some questions regarding the shipping. I called the 877 phone number they have listed and was pleasantly greeted after 2 rings by a employee named Ashley. She helped answer my question in a thoughtful and super kind way. She asked me a question regarding the order and then let me know the order was going out today. It’s so nice to do business with a local company employing local Oregonians in this “amazon prime world” this is my first order from them and will def not be my last. Fantastic job Ashley and thank you to everyone here!

First time in this shop.....Very bad experience. I probably will not shop here in the future. Went in just to look the gal who was working didnt have answers to my questions. It seemed that the answer I got the most was, this isnt my store so, um, I dont know. If this was my store it would be over here with blah blah blah, but its not. also talks way too much to tooo long. And cant multi task so she stopped when she talked.She did sell me on a rechargeable set instead of the battery operated version ( same price just different colors according to the shelf tags)Rang up my items and I was shocked and confused because the item sold on the shelf for 63 it rang up as 144.Gal called the manager told him what happened refused to give me for it for the price that was on the tag or even any kind of discount for the trouble of thinking I was getting a good product. A product that their employee talked me into. A product that their employee had even told me was the price of 63 and change. Turns out there was not even a tag for that particular item that was $144. The item had just been misplaced on the shelf. there was actually no spot for it on the shelf. So my options at this point were to either a)purchase $144 item or b)purchase the lesser $63 battery operated version of it at full price.Take it home just to find out the toy gets extremely hot to the touch to the point where it burnt my skin. Called the shop 3times.... No answer and has a very generic voicemail that doesnt even identify the shop so you know youve reached the correct place so I didnt leave a message other than my name and phone number. no return call yet

I buy toys here regularly, or fairly regularly and am NEVER disappointed with my product! When I come in with questions before I buy the employees are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They lead me in the right direction when I say I want to explore something else thats new and exciting. My recent purchase was probably the best yet! I couldnt be more happy! I will continue to shop here, my sex life just continues to get better by shopping here!!!

Sam was great! We came in to just look around and ended up leaving more educated than we could’ve thought. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely cares about her customers.

They are taking good care of you and your need just try not to ask if you do not need it

The lady helping us was AH-MAZEBALLS.She was helpful & accommodating & answered a ton of questions for us.She was very knowledgeable about all of their products. This will be the ONLY adult shop I patronize from here on out. Five stars for sure!

Bought a lingerie harness and it was missing a clasp. Went back to return it but theres no returns. I pointed out it was broken and asked if I could exchange it for a new one or get in store credit. No on both. Will not be returning.

Very helpful staff. Even though she officially worked a different location, she was absolutely on top of it.Very friendly, plus she answered all my questions.I would definitely shop here again.

Sam was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products and knew just what I was looking for, she helped my bf and I pick out the things we were looking for plus a few extras! Well definately be back next time.

On my date night my husband & I decided to come to the adult store to purchase “adult” activities. The sales associate Jessica waited until after the purchase was done to check our adult toy. Not only did we have to wait for her to check multiple toys to see if they worked before leaving, but we spent 90 minutes of our night waiting for her to figure this out. We where unable to get a refund due to already purchasing the item- if only this was done before purchasing. I will NEVER shop at an adult store. I will make sure to buy our products online- horrible customer service. We were not made a priority.

I was really shy about shopping at a adult store but the manager has always made me feel 💯% comfortable and she is always willing to answers any questions I have. She is very knowledgeable about all of the products they carry and always lets me know if there is a better quality product or a better choice.

Wonderful experience that girl Anna has information on all my questions and is very helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

Well, i lik this playce cos its closs to my house, tho it snot open all night lik the Big One is, so i gotta get off early, if i want to buy anyAdult Books, or, say a Gag Gift, -if yya know what I mean. Plus, the girl in the window is always so friendly!
