Their massages are good but they demand more in tips. Like I’m tipping you just accept it. You try to tip and they go oh this is what you have to tip. Um that’s not how it works. The customer decides how much to tip Like you’re already getting a tip. You’re lucky you’re getting a tip. I leave a tip cause it’s the polite thing to do for a service provided but it is not okay to demand more. I work in the tipping business and I get what I get. It varies by the day. If this continues I will not be coming back. And when I said it was too much pressure I was told to relax. Like this hurts you’re hurting me. And then you expect more of a tip?

The owners were great! Got a full body massage and they didnt let me down. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I was so rejuvenated after that massage. I look forward to the next time!

Kevin is so good.Ive never had a massage like it.Id like to be able to communicate better so I could ask him to repeat this one movement that releases my back in a way Ive never experienced before.Its incredible.He had a translator app one time that helped us to communicate but he didnt ever have it again

Im grateful to have such outstanding massage therapists here in Salem. The skill level of the two therapists is first-rate. They are both considerate and professional. Ive gone here multiple times in pain or with some specific issue, and the therapists worked hard to specifically address my concern. Every time I have walked away very glad I came and often completely pain-free. There are also diligent about the Covid-19 protocols and their space is big with lots of ventilation. I hope these therapists never leave Salem!

Went in for a foot massage and choose 30 minutes. The gentleman who did my massage did a great job. Varied the pressure in different areas and even put my socks back on. I think they went a little over the time but Im not complaining. I would go there again for a foot massage. No wait and no appointment. You can definitely hear the mall but the place itself has nice relaxing music. No complaints.

Was having lunch at the food court and saw there was a massage business that offered chair massage. I was greeted by Cindy, and although I had difficulty understanding her, she gave me one of the best massages I have ever had and really helped relieve all the tension and pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I will go back soon to get full body massage. I so appreciated her skill and expertise. So grateful 🙏 🥲

Great massage went in with lot’s of tension in my neck and lower back pain. I paid for a 30 min massage and it was amazing!!!!! As soon as I walked out I felt so much better!!! Will be going back!!! Staff was great, very friendly professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing!! Thank you!

The foot massage was excellent. The rowdy noise pouring in to the open space from the food court was not. Best to go during a slow time at the mall, or bring ear plugs. The prices are higher than the average reflexology, and they only do feet and legs - no head, shoulders, and back like most of the other places do while your feet are soaking. The man who worked on my feet really saved the experience because he was so good.

Received one of the best massages I have ever had here. I was skeptical but I cannot say enough good things. I received an amazing back and neck massage and then went back later that week for a full body and foot massage. Excellent dee tissue work.

About a few weeks before Christmas I bought a gift certificate for my son who is in desperate need for some help. When he arrived he was looked up and down .The woman at the front desk made a snide comment and shook her head. Yes my son is large and his very tall but he needed help , that is no reason to judge him for his weight or his height. She told me personally that she would be massaging him that was not the case. It was some young guy that was extremely rude to my son. My son Laid down on the table this person barely wanted to touch my son and barely put any kind of pressure on him my son repeatedly asked please put more pressure on him on his back on his sore spots . The gentleman refused he finally did within a few minutes he went back to barely massaging him. It was obvious he was not a licensed massage therapist he had no clue on what he was doing. Then he proceeded to karate chop my sons back over and over again and when my son asked him to stop he did not and then he lifted his arm with all of his weight and slammed his hand into my sons back. My son screamed in pain in .And then this so-called massage therapist said we’re done get out. And then to make things worse the woman behind the desk blocked my son from leaving and said where is the tip my son said what tip your person hurt me and even if I had the money I wouldn’t give it to you anyways I don’t think he was licensed. my Son was able to get out of the store, for a week after this appointment, he was in pain. but I’m telling you I will never ever give my money to the specialist again and I’m pretty sure the guy that supposedly massaged my sons back was not licensed

Went in for a 20 minute foot massage. The lady charged me more than the price posted outside and said that those were prices for elderly and children. So I was okay with that no big deal. Then the man that was doing my massage applied very minimal pressure. He massages my feet and put both my socks and shoes back on in exactly 15 minutes, ripping me off by 5!

Cindy does an excellent job, she knows what shes doing, she knows the points to massage to make you feel better.I arrived almost unable to walk because I twisted my foot and I came out much better walking and without much pain. I recommend them, visit them!

The attention to detail that was given show the right level of care and professionalism. It was clear to me that the person cared a great deal about my enjoying the experience. No, for those of you who are wondering nothing dirty happened. Everything was very professional.

Not too expensive and good massage. Would prefer something more private. Massages are behind see through curtains and fully clothed.
