I used to come in every time I visited the area and was never disappointed. Now that I have moved back it is the one and only shop I will go to. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the owners are approachable and their inventory is always up to date with new flavors coming in all the time. Prices are exceptional for a brick and mortar location and the atmosphere is awesome. These guys know what they are doing and always ensure that the customer is put first. Don’t hesitate to stop by for anything you may need and they will be more than happy to help you!

Neat little shop, staff could have been a little more helpful. Im new to vaping and my friend that I brought with me had to help me translate What the employees said. They definitely seemed like they knew what they were talking about, but Maybe have the guys dumb it down for us newbies!! Got a great deal and I love my little Shogun mod!!! Got a customer for life!!!

They are very polite Friendly AND THEY are quick to answer any question you may have. They dont try too rush you into a sell or push something on you. That you really didnt wanna buy in the first place. I Strongly recommend WC vapor to all my friends and family. They have a large selection of E juice and Mods. Excellent customer service from Edward ( I think that was his name)! He immediately suggested what I should buy, did not try to sell me something more expensive than what I needed, although he could have since I am a novice. He answered all of my questions patiently and seemed extremely knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable, the only thing they didnt have that I wanted was the 1,000 mg cbd vape but they did have tincture. I will definitely go back there next time I need anything and would highly recommend to others!

I used to love going here until the staff changed amd it seems they got people right out of high school that know nothing. The last time I came in there was a blonde girl that actually sold me her tank set up and it never recognizes the coil. Went in and after 1.5 hours they said the coil was defective so gave me another one and at this point there were so many people waiting behind me I took the coil and left and still cannot get the tank to work. Ive spent hundreds here but since have taken business elsewhere along with my friends.

Christy, Billy, Matt, Joe and Ian are awesome! They are always helpful when I have questions, as are a lot of the customers. Very relaxed atmosphere. They know the flavor vapes I like, and recommend new ones they know Ill like. Very happy to have found them.

Very knowledgeable staff. More flavors to select from than you could possibly imagine! Beer sampling station uses sub ohm tanks so you really get an idea of what you are buying. Extremely professional place to shop!

WC Vapor always has a great selection of products. The customer service is great! I have had issues with previous vapes and was told by another local chain vape shop in the area to take it up with the company that makes it, but when I had a defective unit at WC Vapor, they exchanged it without question. They are helpful and will show you how to use new units and are willing to answer any questions you have. I also like the standard vape juices they sell, as opposed to the ones that other places mix by hand and there is no guarantee of what you get. I have permanently made WC Vapor my choice of shops.

Great selection of juices and gear fair prices and they definitely keep up with the ever-changing landscape of the Vape world. Matt and William get it done theyve been major contributors to the Vape community and Im sure they will continue to do so.

I quit going to other Vape shops after I set foot in WC for the first time last July. The reason for that is, great selection, knowledgeable staff, and they seem like the only shop that I have been to that isnt out to rip you off! Rather your a beginner or a cloud chaser WC is the place for you.

Adam and Ed are absolutely awesome! Adam said it would take a couple of days to fix my vape and he got it done in a half hour! Ed helped me find the best juices to fit my likes and helped me find an extra vape at a low price in case I have issues again with my other one! Thank you guys so much!!!

Very pleasant and helpful staff! Id been smoking the 18mg Juno and need to cut out the nicotine because Im having surgery soon. They helped me pick out a new device CALIBURN that is very similar to the Juno and picked a new juice 3mg to start then drop to 0mg. Blueberry grape menthol, nice change and delicious! Total RipoffMade a online purchase. They shipped a 17.00 product not the one I ordered. They did not ship the coils I paid for. Told me to ship the product back and they would ship the correct one. Never happened. I want my refund.

I have been a customer with WC vapor for over a year and half. They always have a great selection of products and they are always listening to customers and their opinions. They have some of the best prices locally, and are fair in their business practices. WC has, and will remain my number 1 vape shop. They have a wonderful staff that knows their products and can recommend items. If your upgrading or brand new to the vape world they can guide you through. I have never had a bad experience.

Awesome place. The man hooked me up with a Pico Dual 200w, 2 Samsung 18650s and Proper Black Label juice for $87 bucks!!! Thats a 200 watt mod, batts, and one of the most expensive juices sold. He could have took my money on a more expensive mod, but he was honest and directed me towards what I needed instead of what I wanted. It costed him about $40 bucks in sales, but they arent out to get you like other vape shops in the area. They are even giving away free cases to people with older mods that will fit. This is my only vape shop going forward. You have to try the Proper Black Label thats tobacco, bourbon, and vanilla custard at $17.99 for 30ml at 6mg Nic and 90/10 VG. Cant pass by this place.

The location of WC in Roanoke and Salem are amazingly convenient and both have super great guys willing to help ya out.You can always pop in to talk to them about new attys/mods/juice and they try their best to help you find out a flavor you would like or can at least try to point you in the direction of a well known company that can might have the profile youre looking for.

Very happy with my new mod and tank! My old external set was spent. I was using a back up internal mod which I was able to pass to my friend, roommate. My roommate and I both buy all of our product at WC Vaper. Have been a customer for 2 years and I have always been happy. And since I passed down my like new back up, and crown tank to my roommate I have not seen him smoke cigs. I just want to say thank you to all the guys at WC Vaper for the amazing customer service. Just learned yesterday that the new drive thru is starting in Salem store. Very brilliant idea, and Im sure is going to be very helpful to all the guys. Great vape shop if you are looking for trending mods eliquids atomizers and so on. They have a little bit of everything. Now with that being said its not the cheapest in town by any means but if I need something that I would normally get online but need it in a hurry then Ill normally check here first on their website then go get it. I do have some where else I go on the regular but this is my spot for the particular.

Pretty much robbed me. Sold me one device that broke in one week and when I tried to take it back for the warranty the wouldn’t let me use the warranty they just talked me into buying a different device that quit working the very next day. Comeplete scam. I would only go back to tell them how horrible they are.

The guys at WC Vapor are great, they helped me with a hole new rig, yeh I know theyre there to make a sale, but they were really helpful and quite knowledgeable, I got a new mod, 2 tanks, 4 batteries, a charger, 3 bottles of juice, 2 extra coils and a band for my tank and spent under $250.00 and by the way the Pacha Mama/Huckleberry Pear Acai is excellent, the flavor is amazing, Ill definitely be going back to WC Vapor for all my future Vaping needs and wants...Be Well Be Blessed...Smile 😁...
