Pick a different place to spend your money! There is absolutely NO water pressure, it felt like 5 mice were peeing on me. The water never got hot nor luke warm & when I was in the shower, the water just decided to turn off & not come back on.The bedding was like sleeping underneath a dryer sheet, froze to death & had to ask for a blanket because they dont keep them in the rooms & our heater didnt work.Great location for downtown, you can walk or use the small train to get around / but if youre wanting good quality sleep, AINT GUNNA HAPPEN.. The city is the worst to sleep in, constant noise & that small train is just under your window. Oh & at 8:00 am the town starts playing music... We wont be staying here again
The hotel is very old-fed, its facilities are old, there is no complimentary water and they dont offer an American-style breakfast. They handle deceptive advertising, because on the reservation page they offer Jacuzzi service that I couldnt use because they just dont have it working. It is a low cost hotel that the only thing you pay for is for the location, I wanted to have an extended check-out because I came from work and I needed a couple more hours, and obviously they denied it. If you can pay 30-50 usd more I recommend you stay in other much better hotels in the area
Stayed on the 13th floor in a Suite. We originally had booked a standard 1 queen bed room, but upgraded last minute to the suite for the option of the hot tub/bath in the room. We didn’t end up using it partly because the floor or bottom of the tub was worn or looked faded and cracked (which discouraged me from using it at all). It was a good stay, the bed was ok, our heater/thermostat worked fine, the view of Abravanel Hall and the Salt Palace Convention center on the south and Temple Square on the east side was great. The interior was decent but outdated and there were a few holes in the walls where it looked like artwork had been removed. Some very outdated fabric valances in the room that hadn’t been dusted since 1997. Didn’t mind the outside noises that much. Wasn’t very pleased that there was no complimentary breakfast and also that we had to pay for parking in a public/shared parking lot, even though we were paying guests in the hotel.
