Awesome store, huge toy selection and decent clothing/harnesses, the jockstraps are a tad limited in style and size but overall pretty niceA tad cheaper than most sex shops, still pricey but better than mostThe attendant was nice and asked me good questions and got me to loosen up

The only store has been around long enough to give what we need and I am looking forward to buy that sling with metal stand 🥹cuz it hard to find elsewhere and I want it! The Zebraz employees judge People here most especially Good looking Men. You have to give up your ID for them to hold because they assume everyone is a Thief. But how do WE, the customers know that the Zebraz Employees arent writing down our addresses to stalk us or follow us home and who knows prey on our children? They want to judge customers but dont want to be judged for grooming and abusing children at drag shows. I will Never shop here ever again. Totally un-welcoming and snobby customer service.UPDATED: 8-6-2023 SINCE THE OWNER REPLIED TO ME. Of course i wouldnt review right away.. Truth is the clerk did keep my TX ID at the register until I purchased something and left the business. Crazy thing is that clerk couldnt count to 5. I purchased 5 stickers plus other stuff that cost more then the stickers. But the clerk only put 4 stickers in the bag.. The clerk thought he knew more then me to. Even tho I have my TX SOB license and worked for the Adult business for at least a decade. The clerk couldnt even count to 5. That was the sad part about it all. They worry about customers stealing from the store but they dont worry about the clerks stealing from the store and customers. Plus keeping my ID behind at the register for who knows what reasons. NEVER WILL I EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.No Im not judging the LGBQ community. But these Mental Men in wigs and in plastic sure have been caught plenty of times in female restrooms assaulting children ever since theyve been allowed to use the opposite sexes restrooms. Thats just disturbing and a bad look on the LGBQ community and then they bring children to drag shows. Thats just Disturbing. But keep defending them Zebraz.

Im editing my review to 5 stars because I actually was breathless during my visit on pride festival day of all days. I was amazed that I was able to put aside my sometimes crippling social anxiety disorder.It was amusing to get the best treatment from your all women staff! I especially like that kind of lesbian therapy when appropriate and it was; specifically to the expedited solutions to our pride day retail therapy, for I had a good empathetic feeling of protection when several queens entered the store right after we did. Judging others incorrectly and jealous envy is something I am used to. Lmao! 😜I breathe quite well all the time; practicing meditation regularly is essential for breathing correctly. I have a wonderful Pastor who appropriately occasionally reminds me to just breathe and be in the NOW.My pride day purchase from you guys was a wonderful cathartic example of synchronicity. Keep Calm And Be An Ally. What a great reminder from our friends across the pond! 😘

I Went in was about to drop 80+ and my partner and I got accused of stealing and Tom totally went about it wrong! Came up to us, “ok hand it over” shows us the empty box. Accusing us before having proof! We then had to empty our pockets and found nothing on us. We did not purchase anything.

Not sure what all the other reviews are about BUT, I didnt receive the same pleasurable experience. I walked into the business, forgot my mask in my pocket both times. Donned my mask & proceeded into the business with barely a greeting. No one ever asked if I needed anything. I go to ask about the first shirt I found & purchased it. Got home & realized the shirt was a kids large 🙄🤦🏾‍♂️. Next day, I go back to exchange or get my money back. They barely wanted to address it. I had to tell the cashier I had my negative Covid-19 results on me in order to receive another shirt plus, I tried the shirt on over a shirt I had on. 15 minutes later, they swapped & had the audacity to charge me a difference of $2 & change on an already overly priced tye dye t-shirt. Wasnt a warm experience at all. I will not be returning to this store. Being this is a gay establishment, I figured I would feel most welcomed.

The store opens at 12. Its now 12:35 doors still locked. The other cars waiting out side drove off I tried calling their phone number .The recording said the mail box was full and couldnt take any messages ..So I will drive off to. Sad

IF YOU HAVE A DARKER SKIN TONE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ! THESE PEOPLE WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO LEAVE THEIR STORE IF YOU DONT LOOK LIKE THEM. VERY CHILDISH MENTALITY OF THE OLDER GUY THAT WORKS SATURDAY NIGHTS.
