That was the best (and fastest) 2 hours. I will recommend Jan to anyone who wants a massage. She worked out all my knots in my neck and back. She also worked on my plantar fasciitis issues and I feel much better. Sore, yes, but MUCH BETTER!!! Thanks Jan, I will be back for another session!!

Ive been here several times and the facility is very clean and provides a spa like atmosphere. The entire team is professional.Liz is my go to for my deep tissue therapeutic massage for tense shoulders/back. The aromatherapy is free. Ask for a free 25 min massage to trial them out. I like them so much I signed up for the monthly membership.

I had a lifting related back injury and was quite uncomfortable. A same day appt was mercifully available. Kyle listened patiently to my story and my concerns, then performed a detailed exam. This was followed by targeted therapy which was remarkably effective. A day later, I am much, much more comfortable. An extremely positive experience

My massage was phenomenal. Its the 1st time I got one for longer than 1 hr and Rafael did not change the intensity of the massage at all. He was attentive, pleasant and professional from start to finish.

I am not sure what I did, but I was having a lot of pain when moving my neck and back. I saw Alexander for a deep tissue massage. I had never had a deep tissue massage before. While it was uncomfortable at times, Alexander did a great job explaining why my back and neck were causing me so much pain and and which muscle groups were affected. After 2 days, my mobility has returned and the pain almost completely subsided. The location is beautiful and close to my work and home! I will definitely be back and have already recommended this location and Alexander to my friends and family. I wanted to get my wife a massage especially during her pregnancy. My wife has gone to Oak Haven-Bulverde before and she liked it. So I decided to book it there again and with a therapist that specializes in prenatal.I chose that score because my wife said it definitely helped! Shes been sore and of course with the pregnancy so anything to alleviate that is a must do. She said Jenna was professional and will definitely book again.

Really contemplating not returning to this Oak Haven. I literally have bruises on my arms and back. During my booking, I even left a note to the therapist, “please don’t hurt me”. So her giving me bruises was the translation. I have gotten great therapists at this location in the past, (usual therapist was unavailable) NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE THAT CHANCE AGAIN! This was a birthday gift to me and I literally was abused by a stranger.

Kyle was very good and his knowledge of anatomy was impressive. I was in a lot of pain and Kyle was considerate of that while still doing his job well. Immediately after our session, I felt some relief and was moving around easier. This was my first time at Oak Haven and I am pleased with the service :)

Brittany is the best! I’ve seen her a few times already and every time I see her I let her know where I have felt the most tightness and she knows exactly what to do to give me some relief. She shows me some stretches as well for problem areas! Can’t recommend her or this place enough.

Stopped in after doing some quick shopping. Hubby and I were able to get appointments with minimal wait. He had Alex, and if you like deep tissue, he is your man. Very knowledgeable about the body, listens to you if you have concerns.I saw Christa. Another well versed therapist. She also does deep tissue and listens to you and your needs.As we both have had deep tissue massages in multiple places, we can both say that this shop and these two therapists will not disappoint. I have had massages for 40 years, hands down Alexander Torres is the best massage therapist I have experienced. I had been in pain for 16 months; I walked into my appointment on Wednesday, I had difficulty walking and was in so much pain. When I left I was pain free and have remained so all day today.Alexander was able to determine I had periformis issues, and expertly used deep tissue massage to relieve me of the pain I had been experiencing.I will be making an appointment with him bi-weekly. He definitely is an asset to your company.

My wife and I are here from England visiting family and wanted a massage before we left. I searched places in the area and Oak Haven stuck out.I had Randy for an 80 minute massage. He listened to what I wanted him to focus on and executed it perfectly. We had a great conversation throughout (I like to chat through my massages) and he made it real personable. Penne is a gifted massage therapist. She is an excellent communicator and frequently checks in to make sure the applied pressure is ok for that area eg neck, low back etc. Her attention to detail and her care and compassion are unmatched!

Been a regular client since about 2008 and I’ve had less than a handful of experiences that were underwhelming. Also, always bright, clean, and lot’s of appointment slots and fantastically convenient hours.

Penny is very knowledgeable as a massage therapist. She hits my target areas on my head, neck, shoulders and back. I get Botox for migraines and she massages the injections in my head which helps out a lot.

Since working with Penne, I can move around and pain has been reduced significantly!! Oak Haven has been a game changer for me and my body!! The environment is great. Its clean, quite, professional. Miss Manny is new there and fit right in. She greeted me with a smile, an introduction and spent the time to make sure I felt better than when I came in (hurt my back recently). Ive not had a single therapist that didnt do a great job and make me feel comfortable. I really like what you guys have going at Oak haven on Bulverde. I cant speak for the other locations but Im sure theyre great, youre therapists speak highly of the ownership. You can tell they like the company they work for. Id say thats what makes it the place Im so fond of.

Been going here for awhile but my most recent experience was not the best. I felt like I was in a physical therapy session for $99 it wasn’t enjoyable to say the least. I don’t think they have been getting their massage therapist as of lately and with their recent price increases and sub par experience I’m going to try other oak haven locations before I totally say no more to oak haven. Hopefully this was a one off experienceEdit** Oak Haven reached out shortly after this review and made it right by offering another session, I think I’ve gotten massages here between my wife and I atleast 10 sessions or more. This is a one off scenario and they made it right immediately with a phone call so I could explain everything. Very good service on their part.

I’ve been there several times and recently signed up for weekday membership. My first visit was not great but I tried again and since then have had all great therapists. You can’t go wrong with Brittany or Crista at the Bulverde Rd location. These two ladies are my favorites but also had good experience with Atom.

Really awesome therapists. They really know their stuff. If youre having certain issues, tell them your symptoms and they know exactly the spots to hit. I work in a warehouse setting lifting heavy boxes and at the end of the day Im always sore. Recently my right hand was experiencing numbness. I went in explained it, and sure enough they worked their magic and no more numbness. Ive been seeing Liz, Van, and Lauren, all of them FANTASTIC 👌👏 👏 I would recommend any of the staff. Everyone has their own specialties. Honestly in the last three months Ive gotten more massages here than I have ever in my life.

Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was. Jen was my therapist and I cannot believe how quickly I saw results. Within five minutes of the start of the massage I told myself I would be happy now if the massage ended, just because of the relief I felt so fast.Of course it didn’t end after five minutes and I am shocked at the progress I felt after 50 minutes. I had all sorts of tension I asked her to focus on in many areas, but I have to call out the work she did on my jaw (I suffer from TMJ).I walked out as another therapist was walking in and he said “Wow, you look like you’re walking on air!”The receptionist, Sarah, was also wonderful and attentive and so bubbly. I’m from out of town but I will definitely come back next time I’m in San Antonio. This is such a great value for the price!

Ive been coming to this location for a while now, but I chose to see Penee this time since she is a tier 3 therapist and I was in a lot of pain with sciatica that was concerning me. I figured if it didnt fix it, Id go to the chiropractor. I told her what was bothering me, and she immediately went right to work on the area, and pinpointed the pain right away. I was SO relieved to have someone so knowledgeable in their skill working on me. I love getting massages for relaxation, but this time I really needed help. And she delivered. I was SO grateful to her for giving me relief of my pain. I immediately noticed after leaving my appointment that I could walk easier because she had released all the tension in my sciatic nerve area. I didnt realize that it was compromising my gait! I will definitely be returning to see her for additional help but Im SO grateful for the relief that I have already received. She is incredible in what she does. Amazing therapist.

I have been coming to Oak Haven for years. I followed my therapist here from the Huebner location. I have had many good ones in the past, but now I will only see Diane. She knows all of my chronic pain issues and each massage is tailored towards what is bothering me at the time, and prevention/maintenance when I book 80-110 minute sessions. She always listens to what I have to say and adjusts accordingly. The prices are reasonable and the facility is very clean. I love gifting family and friends massages for special occasions. This is the only place that I will ever go!

She is so confident, non-judgmental (because some of us dont have the best fit bodies), highly motivated, energetic, skilled and you can just tell right away when you first meet her that she really does care a lot about making you feel comfortable and so much better. She asks you what you like, listens, easy-going and she is all aces. Its rare to meet such a sincere, nice person in life and lately with the covid-19 virus precautions you can see her cute smile right through the mask. She remembers me and the way I like it every time and she knows what shes doing better than most massage therapists. I had a great experience here from the moment I called to schedule up until the end of my massage. The receptionist was very nice and professional and was able to answer my questions fully when I asked about a specific massage therapist, as well as tell me about the training that their therapists go through. My massage therapist, Sofia, was great and listened to all of my concerns including when I wanted her to use less pressure. When I came out of my massage I felt better than I have ever felt at other massage places. I will be going back for sure when I’m in town and highly recommend going here!

I happened to be visiting San Antonio and had the time and desire for a good deep tissue massage. I took a shot with Oak Haven since it was close by and reviewed well.Bert was my massage therapist and he was amazing! He demonstrated a complete knowledge of musculature and trigger points and was able to do deep manipulations with minimal discomfort in a way that Ive never experienced in over 30 years. Bert is a master of his craft.I cant say enough good things about my experience. I will be including time for a massage with Bert whenever Im in SA.

First of all it was super easy to book and pay online. This was nice for me as my day at work often gets away from me and I end up not being able to make a call or schedule over the phone. A couple of minutes and its all done online. Most importantly, Sofia was amazing! She catered the service to my needs and made an action plan that makes sense without pushing for excess or extra. I cant wait for my next massage!

Pleasant experience from beginning to end - website is easy to use, then when I called, staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Facility was COVID friendly, clean and pretty. From the time I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk, to the time I met my masseuse...my experience was filled with great energy, professionalism, friendly faces; I was very impressed at how knowledgeable Kyle is regarding anatomy and physiology, he made my massage a learning experience and a relaxing, healing experience as well...I noticed a MAJOR difference in my neck, back, and shoulders immediately, and felt even better the following day. Im hooked!!!

I had never been here before, and had a misunderstanding about a special I was using. The staff were amazing, and worked with me to make sure I was still taken care of despite the confusion being entirely my fault. Many other places I have been to would have not gone the extra mile to help, but that was not the case here at all. I will definitely be making plans to come back to this location, with the amazing Lea, to get another amazing massage!

The facility was clean and we were greeted when we walked in. The massage therapist asked what they should focus on and provided water after the massage was completed. Checking out was simple and effortless. Definitely will be back. Prices are reasonable.

Received a deep tissue 120 min massage. My massuse was Onna and she was amazing!!! she relieved all the tension in every limb and part of my body. Also the place its self is so calm,clean, and the front staff is friendly.

From the beginning of booking hear everyone has been very informative and helped me decide what kind of massage I needed.Once arriving I got Adam as my masseuse and we went into detail as to what my concerns were where my body was aching and what he was going to do to assist. He not only explain what methods he was using to help me feel better but also gave me some aftercare tips. Needless to say I will be going back to continue to work on my shoulders and back.

From making my appointment to checking out everything was a very pleasant experience. BJ made my appt and just his voice set the tone. He was very informed about services and friendly. He also checked me out and was just as cheerful hours later. When I walked in, all of the ladies at the desk were smiling and greeted me. And Sofia was knowledgeable, communicative, and receptive during my massage. I was having back issues from training jiu jitsu and had a tournament the next day, I woke up the next morning feeling ready to go! (I placed 2nd, too!) 10/10 from beginning to end.

This was my first time to receive a massage and Lea did a great job of explaining what the massage will entail. She also communicated effectively throughout the therapy letting me know how my body was responding. She even provided me with massage techniques to do at home to improve an area.
