I felt like a brand new person when I left. had so much stress on my body. I can’t remember my therapist name but, she deserves 100% score.. I love it here. I really do love Broadway‘s new location.

I’ve had so much tension in my shoulders & just all over my back, so I booked a massage with Angela. She had such amazing reviews so I knew I had to book with her & she did an outstanding job! Can’t wait to come back & book with her again, she definitely made a difference. Highly recommend!

Angela was amazing. I would definitely recommend her but I prefer to be selfish and keep her talents hidden so it wont be hard for me to get on her schedule. I left feeling much better than when I walked in. I havent made my appointment yet but I will be coming back next month

The location is always so peaceful and clean. Ariel is always so attentive and helpful when it comes to my therapeutic massage. She really helps me walk out feeling so much better than when I initially walked in. I feel like she really cares and wants me to feel better after every session

I chose the score because my experience from walking in to be greeted so warmly by Kathi, to Elizabeth listening to me describe my random back strain and shifting on the fly to provide me relief almost immediately. Best part of my day

My sister treated me for a 50-min session and I was so grateful for the opportunity to try another Oak Haven location other than the Huebner one. Elizabeth was just the therapist I needed yesterday. She helped me understand some ways I can address some of my problem areas at home using everyday objects and with the right type of pressure/products. She is awesome, and I would love to have her as my massage therapist again.

My massage was the worst o have ever experienced. The therapist seemed attentive during the check in and did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I asked for a regular Swedish massage-simple. Not deep just firm, I explicitly asked for tenderness. She wrung my joints in odd ways. It was very unusual. She called it a technique to reduce stress on the joints, but it just felt made up along the way or maybe a video she watched and was attempting to imitate. I opted out of it, the joint wringing stopped, and more issues arose. Her draping was inappropriate. We massaged my greater trochanter area under the draping. I had to clutch the sheet to prevent being exposed. She oddly massaged the back of my knee. She massaged only part of my upper back over and over and did not do the same thing on the other side. Her body mechanics sitting in the chair did not help. Her rolling around the table in the chair was distracting. She needs to work on being continuous and complete the stroke before moving on, completing attachment site to the next especially for a relaxation massage. I really want my money back.

I flew in from Detroit for work and was in pain and dire need of a therapeutic massage. Eva is the best! I am so grateful she was able to help me and give me some relief! I am hoping to go back to SAT for work, if so, I will see her again!

Therapist did a great job! Lobby is comfortable, bathroom stocked with items to be helpful (hair band, makeup remover), good customer service at front desk. Wish they still played relaxing music in the room though!

Angela was a phenomenal therapist and did a truly amazing job. Wrecked my body with sick nasty hooks but like in a good therapeutic way. Like if Rocky Balboa was a massage therapist and I was a hanging piece of meat. Thats the level of efficiency with which my muscles and body were massaged.

Victoria is amazing! My doctor had scheduled me for spinal injections for nerve pain caused by inflammation in my lower back. Physical therapy didn’t alleviate the problem.In just a few sessions with Victoria, she helped relieve the two instances of nerve pain that I was experiencing - sparing me from the injections.She’s a muscle-knot exorcist. Everyone at the facility is friendly and helpful. Everything is always immaculately clean. I have never had a bad massage at any of the Oak Haven locations. Ive been having both shoulder and hip problems related to work and running so getting deep tissue massages is a must to keep me moving. Most recently Ive been seeing Jose and he is always so thorough and knowledgeable about how to help me with my issues. I always feel comfortable with him as he makes it a point to explain what he is doing and even helps me breathe and count through some of the painful but necessary stuff.

All the front office staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Ive had a few different therapists and they have all been unique and knowledgeable. I especially like working with Elizabeth, she is always consistently amazing and I feel has greatly improved my issues. And as an added bonus Oak Haven Massage has such great hours making it easy to get in a massage.

Walked in a very tranquil place with the front desk person very nice very helpful....greeted with my name ..almost like if Im there daily. Smells awesome in there and my massage therapist worked on everything I asked him to and then some ..he was 10/10 for sure ... pressure was on point . Everything was awesome!

Been working with Victoria for a few months and she has really helped me with my past injuries and relieved a lot of the stress on my body. Definitely recommend working with her.

I have had many medicinal massages over the years for painful back and neck issues but my massage on Monday with Murphy was the best. A gentleman and an expert!

The check in process is easy. The environment is clean and comfortable. Everyone is friendly. And the Melissa is so good she really knows what shes doing. Shes one of my favorites! But every one of the therapist Ive had from here are amazing.

Kenneth, is an incredible therapist. He has a flowing motion that outlines the muscles and elevates the pressure from build up. I use to get soar for days after with other places and now I am pain free and no next day aches.

Oak Haven is an excellent massage venue and my therapist, Anthony Peres/z is absolutely the best! He knows every tiny muscle--and large ones, too-- in the body and how to manipulate them to the best effect. He also explains what hes doing and how I can help myself after a session. Front desk was very nice. Place is clean and inviting. I was eager for my masseuse to get at my sciatic pain and sniff right side (most likely from using the computer, sewing and stress). Eva exceeded my expectations. She asked for my input and checked on my comfort level. Now, I can turn my neck without pain. My right side, down to my hamstrings are doing much better. Definitely going back to continue my therapeutic massages.

It was like she had a secret mission to liberate every muscle fiber from the tyranny of tension. The knots, realizing their impending doom, surrendered without putting up much of a fight.And lets talk about my turtle neck pain – the bane of my existence. Angela tackled it like a seasoned warrior facing a formidable opponent. With each calculated move, she dismantled the discomfort, leaving my neck feeling as limber as a gymnast in mid-flip. I booked the 110min relaxation massage. My masseuse Victoria was very friendly, knowledgeable, used her specialties in reflexology and joint work to make me feel comfortable ( which I had never had before) AND gave plenty of food/activity recommendations during my time in town ! Really easy process to register. My massage therapist was fantastic and gave me great insight into why she was working certain muscles and how I could minimize tension in the future. The price also sealed the deal for me. I initially chose a 25min massage, but opted for the 50min because it really was not that expensive compared to other places offering a 50min massage. Really awesome experience!

It was my first time getting a therapeutic massage and didnt know what to expect. Cris was the person I got and she was amazing 👏 would highly recommend to anyone! This place was recommended by my sister.Setting in the actual room was low dim light. You take off your clothes to where you are comfortable and lay down as they step outside. They knock before they come back inside. You are covered by about 2 or 3 sheets, so that within itself is also comfortable. I let them know what areas to focus on and they go with your needs.

My massage therapist was great, and the massage itself was very relaxing. It was the first deep tissue massage I’ve ever gotten. It helped release a lot of tension Ive been holding onto. I do plan on coming back in a month or two. I cannot recommend this place enough! :)

Robin did an amazing job with my deep tissue massage. She made sure I was very comfortable, adjusted the temperature when I needed, provided an AMAZING massage that targeted everything I needed, and generally went above and beyond. Can’t wait to be back.

Very happy with services. Was overdue for massage therapy since last year, having pain, concerned about arthritis etc. Eva informed me of how she was going to proceed with my therapy session, had read my comments, made suggestions, gave feedback on areas that were tight/tense, overall good session. Have had 2 sessions & hope to continue every 2-3 weeks for awhile.

Anthony was my masseuse and he is all around amazing at his job, with listening and keeping conversation, extremely nice and educated. Actually, everyone there was lovely too.

I’ve been to this location a few times, recently I went and had a great experience with a therapeutic massage with Kris. My only suggestion to this storefront is to make the bathroom wheelchair accessible. The trash can blocks the pathway to the bathroom stalls and I struggled to open the door, it’s on a spring and very heavy.

The front desk was kinda and addressed all questions, the massage therapist was upfront with how things would work, and massage itself was amazing! The massage therapist was very responsive to my needs and easily able to adjust the pressure as needed.

The location is perfect for me while Im at work and take a lunch break to see Margie for a massage. Ive been with Oak Haven since the day is open. Great customer service with all your front desk.

Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. My massage from Angela was amazing! My lower body was hurting pretty bad…especially my feet. It was great to go to bed and not feel the nagging aching of my feet, hips, and lower back.

My recent experience at Oak Haven was fantastic, largely thanks to my therapist, Eva. In a short, 25-minute session, she was able to relieve the soreness and stiffness in my neck Id been experiencing due to being hunched over my computer for eight hours a day.She listened to what I wanted to work on and executed it perfectly. I went to my first appointment because I had sciatica pain and couldnt walk. The physical therapist who treated me managed to understand what was happening to me and did an excellent job, and now Im fine thanks to Jose work Today Im super fine 🙂 They are very professional and have a good quality of services, recommended 💯 %

I’ve never had a bad massage here, but Ruben is the best!! I had an issue with my shoulder and had been in physical therapy for 6+ months for, seen multiple doctors, and was even considering surgery for it, and he found the spot that was causing all my pain. I’m doing so much better now and go back in whenever it starts acting up again. Highly recommend!

Let me just say this was a great 1st time experience. Been riddled with knots like crazy lately, decided to set up an appt because my chiropractor highly recommended them. 1st off all I got a same appt within an a hour no less. Did an 80 minute deep tissue with Jose at the Broadway location. He is a Tier 2 LMT with 10+ years of experience. Let me just say he hit all the tense spots and i left felling like jello. Jose thank you soo soo much. Will definitely be back. Oh their LMTs are graded by tiers. The high the tier the more yrs of exp and may better focus on your personal needs. Highly recommended.

Maybe a higher rating than 5 Stars because Anthony is very thorough with therapy and provides very helpful and easily understood explanations for what hes doing and why hes doing it.

I can honestly say this is the 2nd best massage I have ever had in my lifetime. Cris, was/is the perfect Therapist I have been looking for and I look forward to being a recurring client of hers and this particular Oak Haven. Everyone is very customer service friendly, and ready and willing to help or answer any questions customers may have. It is always immaculately clean in the waiting and therapy rooms.

I went for a massage with Anthony regarding some serious neck pain. The setting is absolutely lovely and Anthony is 10/10! He was so helpful and thoughtful with my pain levels and explained the entire process of his work and how it will help heal me. I already made an appointment for next week

I had my first massage at Oak Haven this week and it was absolutely lovely! I booked at 80 min with Joe - and I cannot recommend him enough! He was simultaneously relaxing and therapeutic! I had let a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders build up - and have had many massages to work on these areas over the years. I have noticed theres a point where a masseuse can be so focused on the problem - that I dont feel much lasting relief. Joe had moves to stretch my neck and shoulders Ive never felt before! :)I really feel so much better - plus the full body was relaxing and I felt comfortable the whole time. This is also something I learned over the years, get the full body. Lower back, feet, etc your body is a whole ecosystem and pain in the neck can be alleviated with whole body therapy. Sometimes I can be so focused on the acute pain, that I dont sense the tension elsewhere, but its the whole beautiful you.Also - ONLINE booking was a breeze! Oak Haven has lots of options for times, therapists with lil profiles on their background and therapy approach, I was able to get in the next day. I also filled out a bit of a profile on myself with this process, specifying table heat, pressure, and a couple other preferences. Great customer experience! A+

Nice facilities. Brenda is the best! In one session I noticed how much looser my back, shoulders and neck feels. Will be going back for more sessions. She listened to my needs and walked me through why I was having certain pains and tightness as she worked problematic areas.

Angela is the best! Her deep tissue massage is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. She’s able to find and massage away all the stress and pain. I’ve had chronic pain in my lower back for years and this is the closest I’ve come to finding some relief. She is THE BEST: interesting to talk to, very strong, kind and somehow has the ability to “read” my back. Strongly recommend.

Scheduling was easy. Check-in was a breeze. The wait was short. All the staff were welcoming and professional. The massage therapist did a wonderful job on my stiff neck. An overall wonderful experience.

Had a painful back injury from lifting weights and Brenda worked wonders. She was attentive and knowledgeable, practically corrected my issue in one 25 minute visit! I was able to make the appointment and come in the same day.

My husband and I just left our massage. This was a surprise for me from him. I specifically asked for a firm deep massage but after 80 minutes, I am highly disappointed. I get massages all the time, and I need deep tissue stuff because I have a lot of knots that need intense work. My therapist kept losing grip, it seemed like she was in training and had never done deep tissue massage before. My knots still hurt, my body still feels tight, and I am writing this barely 20 minutes out of my massage. I did not have any work done to the tight neck/scalp muscles that connect to my shoulders. For the price, this was highly disappointing.

The building was clean and inviting. Front desk clerks were professional and courteous. I had Grady, and OMG he was amazing. He too was professional and friendly. This was my first massage and I was very nervous at first. Grady talked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. He applied as much or as little pressure as I wanted. I left there feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend.

I just finished my first massage at this location with Becca. It was a great massage! She was very professional and knowledgeable on different problem areas that I have throughout my body, specifically neck, back, and hips. She offered lots of suggestions during my massage, and I found it very informative. I got great relief and left with less pain and tension than I came with. No doubt I’ll be sore tomorrow, but I can’t wait to come back for my next massage and continue working on these areas.

Soothing, relaxing experience every time! Massage therapist Kris has exceptional skill and technique with her hands. I loved my service at Oak Haven Alamo Heights! The check-in process was easy and safe, and the front office staff was very friendly from the booking process to check-out. The ambiance of the office and massage room was very calming, and the massage itself was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back.

I suffer from chronic back pain and herniated discs. The hour I was with Jeff he was able to talk me through my areas of pain and show me how my muscles connect. He got to work and began a therapeutic massage to release my problem areas. The amount of relief I felt after was amazing. I woke up the next morning with less tightness, less pressure, and overall less pain in my back.

I love this place. It’s so simplistic that all they have is just to focus on me. Front girls were happy and polite. Edward was extremely professional and communicated perfectly for my pure comfort. Massage was designed just for me along with respecting my pain tolerance. Definitely, a place to come if you need help with discomfort and pain. I was really impressed with massage therapist and how great the massage was. Typically when I have a 50 - 60 minute massage only a few areas are touched effectively. But this therapist was able to work more areas and I left feeling great. This was my first massage since March of 2020 when COVID-19 started to keep me home. I will definitely be going back to the Broadway location. The place was remodeled from when Spa de Sante was there and it looks great! I like the light colors versus the drab colors on the walls, feels much more inviting and peaceful.

Loved my massage therapist Becca O. She was very knowledgeable with the muscle issues I had, and very helpful. She understood trigger points, and a deep tissue massage was a deep tissue massage. Based on the quality of her massaging, I assume that all of Oak Havens therapists probably have a very high standard.

I was in San Antonio taking care of some family business and having horrific sciatica. Was able to schedule an appointment and incredibly fortunate to have gotten Anthony! He immediately understood what was causing my pain and how to relieve it. I am a trauma survivor and full of titanium with lots of health concerns. Not an easy body to work on. Anthony had read my health sheet before seeing me and was just the best. I will go to him again when I am in San Antonio again! He is worth it!

I havent had a massage in over 5 years so I dont have much to compare to, but I got everything I needed. I recently started lifting weights and had terrible knots in my shoulders. I requested a deep tissue pressure and Jose did not disappoint. I was sore for the next 2 days and now I feel relieved of the tension. I wish I could have had a massage with hot stones and a diffuser but I know COVID has changed some procedures.

The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming when I visit. David is a superb masseur, honing in on problem areas and listening to my needs. Every visit leaves me feeling relaxed and replenished.

I was called on my day off and fired for not being a good cultural fit. What does that mean? I was not giving an answer. Seems very discriminating.
