Maria is heaven sent! You have a great therapist in Maria. Vanessa in front was super pleasant, kind and welcoming! Keep up the great work! But please stop raising your prices respectfully. Some of us arent wealthy but medically need therapeutic massages regularly. I appreciate Oak Haven on Huebner. Please reward Maria however and whenever; shes gold!

I don’t go anywhere else for all my massage needs! They conveniently have 3 different locations but my preference has always been their location on Huebner.Staff is always so nice and friendly! Every masseuse I’ve ever had there is amazing! I recently had Joseph as my masseuse and he was absolutely wonderful!

Was very disappointed about this business based on my experience they had reservations not hiring me due to age discrimination!I had great expectations after both practical and professional interview went well based upon my years of experience working with sports deep tissue including having worked with chiropractors and physical therapist early on. They failed to give me an opportunity for clients to be the best judgement whether I was good or not as a therapist. This was unequivocally due to my age after seeing they had almost all therapist very young and those older have been there for over a span of several years… so this was not a malodorous I not being able to do the job of a therapist.

Very friendly staff. The lady that did my massage did an excellent job. She asked exactly what I needed done and she pinpointed it with just the right amount of pressure and attention. Thank you for the much needed massage!

My masseuse was(Victoria) and I was beyond satisfied with the service she provided. The staff was very welcoming and helpful being this was my 1st time at this location. I definitely recommend Oak Haven for all your massage needs. I will be returning myself.

The best thing about Oak Haven is Sharon Harris. She listens, she solves problems, she is very knowledgeable about anatomy, and she cares about her clients needs. Sure, Oak Havens on-line scheduling is convenient and works well and front desk staff is always engaging and helpful, but the most important thing is meeting the clients physical needs and Sharon H delivers a superior service. Shes also very nice.

Sandy did a phenomenal job!! She was great at making me feel comfortable and relaxed and she hit all the right spots. This was the best massage I’ve ever had and she managed to do it in just 25 minutes. Will definitely be coming back to try an hour session with her. Thank you Sandy!!

My neck pain is gone, and the massage therapist was very helpful in how to prevent or minimize the issue in the future. Not just solving the issue, but being proactive about the future.. I love that! And I hardly ever give 10 out of 10 or 5 stars. It has to be exceptional service, above and beyond, and Marcus was just that!!

The massage therapists that attended to me and my husband are very skilled and have helped us especially my husband on his back pain. We cant be thankful enough for them! Excellent job!

I recently was treated for an injury that included muscle spasms. Rafael at Bulverde Rd location delivered the best massage I could have EVER hoped for. I explained what was hurting and he was so thorough in his treatment of not only the injured area, but all other areas with tension. I was no longer having spasms by the end of my session. Highly recommend Rafael!!

I love seeing Claudia! I keep coming back for her. I got booked with her randomly one day about a year ago and Ive been stuck to her ever since. She never makes me feel rushed even if Im running late. Ive never fallen asleep in a massage before coming to Claudia. She knows when I feel like being talkative and when I want to relax and rest. She is inviting and has such great positive energy. Most of all, she helps keep my shoulder pain away.I recommend everyone to her! And since Ive been coming regularly on the membership, the receptionist knows me and greets me by name! Thats the kind of service I enjoy.

My massage therapist, Tres, is absolutely amazing. We discuss any issues that I am having prior to my massage and in our time frame makes the effort to address all of my issues. He has helped me tremendously with my knee and Achilles issues.

Jason Stroppa really knows what hes doing! His deep tissue massage has broken up much stubborn and stuck muscle tissue due to old injuries. I would still be in pain if it werent for him! Im thanking the Lord for sending me to Oak Haven Huebner :)

Erin is knowledgeable and highly in-tune with the anatomy of the body. She has corrected my pain as needed and has made me more aware of how I can prevent/manage existing issues. Ive been going to Oak Haven for 10+ years and have shuffled through a handful of therapist, some who are no longer there. I am so glad to have found Erin and hope that she stays!

I walked out feeling like a new person! Being 40+ years old, Ive had a few injuries along the way. Erin listened to my concerns and worked out my issues with her magic hands! I definitely plan on coming in more frequently!

I used to think very highly of Oak Haven but after being a regular customer of theirs for many years they decided to hike up their prices and stop offering bundles with no warning. I asked to be contacted by a manager with no response. They made it clear that my loyalty as a client was not important to them.

My masseuse (Jenny) was very attentive to my needs and really hit all the areas that were tense and in need of release. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Jenny!

Cathleen absolutely saved meeee today. I swear my world felt heavy and gray before my massage from how much tension I had on my neck. Cathleen listened to me, understood me and educated me- she sent my head in to a whole other worldddd it was so good! When I walked out I felt reenergized and color was back in my daze. May 2024:The young man at the front desk was so enthusiastic and polite and helpful. I had not seen him before but he fits right in with the culture! I appreciate his being so good at his job, he made every step quick & easy. Joseph, my favorite therapist, was comprehensive and so effective, as always. I hope you never let him go and keep him happy because he is skilled both technically and in his approach to the individual. Hes a very special person.April 2023:The ease of booking in the app, the friendliness of the staff, the professionalism and effectiveness/skill of my MT were all factors in my rating. Joseph and Michie are my favorite MTs.I do wish that the app would allow us to filter by therapist name on or before the date field.

I saw Alexis and i must say it was an awesome massage. I’ve been coming to Oak Haven for a few years and I’ve had multiple massages with different therapists and this one was excellent! She focused on my areas of concern, good pressure, good communication… don’t know what else to say but “would recommend”. Yes i would!

I love my massage therapist, Dre. She is so knowledgeable and kind even when I come in with a lot of work for her to do. Shes great!! And shes very attuned to my bodys needs. I dont know how she does it, but she can find my most tender spots without me even having to tell her! Shes awesomeI would highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality massage with specific areas you need worked on, to invest in at least a tier 2 therapist. I go to a tier 3 and it is a completely different experience than going to a tier 1.

Both the front office staff and the masseuse were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As a bonus, they got me in for a same day appointment!

I have to say Oak Haven is definitely the place! From the moment I walked in, was greeted, and promptly brought back for my appointment everyone was so nice.I have struggled with ongoing upper and lower back pain. My lower back pain was getting unbearable!! My first appointment with Bradley was more than I could have expected. Bradley worked out all my knots (I had a ton) and paid close attention to detail on my lower back to focus on the tension I felt.I finished my third appointment today and have never felt better!!! My lower back pain nearly gone. I would highly recommend Bradley for deep tissue massages. Very detail oriented and professional.

Alexis was AMAZING!! She worked areas of my neck and shoulders that other therapists had not in the past. I felt sooo much better after my session with her and I really appreciated her detailed after care instructions. You can tell she really cares about the well being of her clients! I have found my massage therapist!

I have been coming to Oak Haven at Huebner for a few years now. Every therapist has been really professional and consistent. Yesterday I was able to see Katrina and she was GREAT! I am so glad that I was paired with her. I had several massages over the last 2 weeks at other businesses and I felt better in the 90 mins with Katrina than three hours with another. She was really in tune with the areas that needed the most work. I will definitely be requesting her moving forward and will be sending my boyfriend to her as well! She is awesome!

Best value for the money. They have a lot of availability, they therapists undergo a comprehensive on the job program with a tenure ranking system in addition to their previous training. You can pick the therapists by experience level. They are all good though.My second experience there was the monster 2 hour massage, and I can’t guarantee your experience will be the same but the therapist was able to help restore some of my mobility after getting a double discectomy and fusion surgery in my neck a few months ago.He was able to communicate well and we worked out the tough spots. That says a lot! Well worth every penny!

My visit today with Jessica was AMAZING! She was very attentive to what I needed to actually RELIEVE the pain in my shoulder that I have had for WEEKS! This location the staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, I am just super impressed. Jessica (one of my two favorite therapists the other is Onna) did not disappoint! Go see Dre (Andrea)! Seriously one of the best massages I have ever had and that is coming from someone that gets massages 2-4x a month. My favorite thing about Oak Haven is the ability to schedule my massages on the app. You can also lookup therapist and their profiles to see what they specialize in. Oak haven has bunch of talented therapist, but you will not be disappointed if you see Dre! The checkin/checkout process is always smooth. The location is always clean. Highly recommend this establishment for therapeutic or relaxing massages.

I have had 4 spa sessions so far at Oak Haven Massage and have had an amazing experience with both the front staff and masseur. I definitely recommend going with Joseph, for anyone who needs a very good massage. He is very punctual and cordial in every session and provides one of the best massages Ive had. As a person who works out a lot, and have had to go to Airrosti in the past, you will not regret the experience. I look forward to my next session.

Bradley at Oak Haven in San Antonio was amazing. As a teacher, I tend to hold all of my stress in my shoulders and neck. He managed to get those tight spots all loosened up. He has the Midas touch! 10 out of 10!

First of all let me say THANK YOU TO CANNIE!! I’ve gotten massages from other places and all they did was rub my back. It felt good but the tense would come back the next day. I was beginning losing hope. I found bear the pain anymore so I wanted to give another chance and I found this place. Oak Haven DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My first time here and I was greeted with kindness. For the massage, I ask Cannie to mainly focus on my neck to mid back because they were extremely tense. I started working with my dad since I was kid and I would be mowing grass, lifting heavy weight, and playing sport in middle school till high school. My muscle were extremely tense and uncomfortable.When he started massaging my back it felt amazing like I wanted to cry because I haven’t felt my body like that since I was a kid. He even found the spots where no one massaged me before. Throughout the process, Cannie would tell me what is wrong with my body and what I could do to minimize it. He also told me some very interesting facts about the human body which I never knew. He is very knowledgeable and funny. I am 100% satisfied and I would definitely be back.

I scheduled my husband to have a massage with Amina. He came home and said it was the BEST massage he has ever had (and he’s had plenty of them from various places and different countries). Amina listened to his concerns and worked on those areas of his body with professionalism and skill. He also said the staff were all so nice. Thank you Oak Haven!

I highly recommend Oak Haven on Huebner. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Victor did my massage and it was so good. Because he understands the job that I do, he was able to direct his attention to trouble spots that I wasn’t even aware of. He was very respectful of my modesty and concerned for my comfort. When done, I was not rushed to get dressed and leave. Thank goodness, because when I stood up I was very “Noodlely” as they called it. Wonderful experience! ❤️

Staff is kind and helpful. Great customer service when appointments need to adjusted. And every therapist has been really good. Currently, Kyrstin has done wonderful work to address some really painful areas around my shoulders and upper back.

Bob has been working on my shoulder injury for several months and with regular visits I feel like we are finally rounding the corner to 100% mobility. He is very knowledgeable of the muscular system and its functions which means he’s able to locate the basis of the pain and pin point the areas that need attention. He is happy to keep working on the issues as long as there is noticeable improvement. I was referred to Bob by a friend and I have and will continue to refer him to others. Im so grateful to finally be experiencing some real relief.

I had an 80 min massage with Sandy T. i appreciated her professionalism and years of expertise. She did a great job making me comfortable and the massage was awesome. The property was easy to get to and the environment relaxing. I have already recommended to a friend and scheduled another appointment.

From booking my appointment to walking out of the door super relaxed after my massage everyone was so nice and helpful! I was even running a little late and called to let them know and see if itd still be okay and the receptionist said of course and had Amanda already start to get my room ready so she could make every minute count and she absolutely did! After filling out the consent forms they were very accommodating even let me go back and said I could fill out the rest after my massage so could enjoy every minute! Amanda was very sweet and asked what what pillow I would like to help support my pregnant belly and I chose the one that I could lay on my stomach and keep baby safe! It was so comfortable the entire massage! I havent been that relaxed my entire pregnancy lol I even feel like Im already walking better ! 10/10 would recommend all pregnant mommies to get a prenatal massage with Amanda! I look forward to getting another massage with her in 2 weeks and as many as I can until baby comes and even thinking of just getting a membership for aftercare after delivery! Yall dont know how much I appreciate it, thank you !!

Yesterday my fiance and I went to get our very first massage ever. We were gifted a 50 minute massage each as an engagement gift. I booked with Amina and she was amazing! I got the relaxation massage choice and I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I asked her to do light pressure for me because Im pretty sensitive and she was gentle with me the whole time and I appreciate that so much!!

Oak Haven is amazing! I don’t live in San Antonio, but whenever I visit, I always try to book a massage here. As a massage therapist & owner of a medical spa, I am impressed with how they value and give quality services. I have seen 3 different therapists at 2 different locations, and every session has been exceptional. The therapists communicate well and are very knowledgeable— I can tell they don’t just hire anyone to work at Oak Haven. Today I had 2 sessions with both Frankie and Kollington. Both sessions were helpful in addressing my needs, but I also liked how they were different. I think it’s good for any client to try different therapists as they all have something beneficial to offer. If you want exceptional massage therapy, this is the place to go!

Ive been happy with the customer service at Oak Heaven over the years. However, today is the first time I felt that they did not deliver. I received the 10% promotion email on Sunday to book an appointment for the following Monday, so I did. I thought that I could receive the discount with my membership credit for my service. However, the information was not clear to me that I cannot use the promotion with my member pricing at check out. Right after I left, I realize that I pay more than what I normally pay even with the promo discount, so I called back and ask how much my service normally costs. The front desk person did not give a clear answer and kept saying that I already use the discount. After many questions, I finally understand that I have to pay more for the promotion, which makes me feel that their promotion is gimmicky. I asked whether I can just pay as usual without the promotion, and I will give the difference as an extra Tip to my therapist, I do not need the refund. She said that it could be done, but I have to wait for a few days for a refund, which I agree to do. Next, she told me that she has to do some other stuff and it can be complicated, so I gave up due to her unwillingness to help. It is just sad that with just a little effort, I could have given my therapist more tips and still pay the same amount as usual. Its just very disappointing knowing that I may not want to come back just because of a bad experience like this.

Been coming here for years but finally established a consistent routine. Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. She’s the first massage therapist I’ve made a point to return to because of her memory and attention to detail. Would give her a 6th star if I could.

This was a last minute booking! I was ultimately running late because Im not familiar with the area, traffic or the construction occurring. So I called and they assured me there would not be a problem. I get there and the facility is very clean and professional. I was greeted with smiles. My massage expert was Eden. She made me very comfortable as this was my first massage. She offered therapeutic aromas(choose lavender, its AMAZING!) I explained to her some of my problem areas and she knew the assignment! Eden youre a God send! I highly recommend Oak Haven Massage, will definitely look them up next time Im in town 😍

I’m a little embarrassed that it’s taken me this long to write a review, but nevertheless Oak Haven is the best massage spa I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff is always extremely helpful, the office is always clean and smells great, I receive helpful and consistent but not intrusive reminders of my appointments. and best of all the therapists are amazing.I’ve seen Victor every time I’ve come to get a massage and he’s WONDERFUL. He combines aroma therapy with your personalized session and it is truly an incredibly relaxing experience. I went to my session today feeling less than great due to some major life events that have been occurring recently, and although I was expecting to leave feeling good physically, I wasn’t expecting to feel alleviated mentally as well. I even fell asleep during the session which I was a little embarrassed about, but in reality I needed that rest and Victor was able to use his expertise to make not only my body feel relaxed, but my mind as well.Thank you Victor and Oak Haven! Ive had 2 of the massage therapists there, Maria and Dre, and they were both so great. I even showed up late to an appointment due to oversleeping and Maria was able to accommodate me my full time. I was so grateful. Absolutely no complaints about this place. Its so relaxing from the moment you step in till you leave. Definitely worth the money you pay. Im going to be going back once a month. I cant say enough good things about this place.

I went in to this location for the first time today & it surpassed any expectations I had. Nayla did an amazing job relieving me of the pain I had. I told her what hurt and how it had occurred, and I felt completely understood & assured she would help me out. I had gotten several massages before for the same issue, but no one before Nayla had actually provided me the proper care/ treatment to treat the problem head on. I 100% recommended giving this location a try, and remember to book Nayla!!

When I call, your staff is eager to help you find the best match of therapist for you and your needs. They are thoughtful, kind, and well informed. Sandy is the only therapist I have seen at Oak Haven. I continue to request Sandy because she truly listens to me regarding my issues and addresses them at each session. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced so I feel confident in her treatment decisions. Also, Sandy is very pleasant and I feel at ease discussing my needs regarding how much pressure my body can handle on that particular day. So far Sandy has met all my expectations. The staff at the front desk are also very pleasant and easy with which to deal.

You had just opened your fantastic establishment and I was lucky enough to find you. You have the best facility in town. I broke my back in a car accident many years ago, and I was always looking for the right place, moving from one place to another. Your therapists are the best, and your facility is top notch. From the moment you walk in the door, to the greeting at the front desk, the professionalism the ladies at he desk give you, and of course the massage, and the way the therapists handle you with their questions and, ultimately the massage. I specifically chose to book with Oak Haven due to glowing reviews for prenatal massage and they did not disappoint! They had special table set ups that allowed me to lay comfortably face down, even with tender breasts. And Larry was absolutely amazing! He sat down with me first to discuss my preferences and where I felt my problem areas were, and throughout the massage, he was always careful to ensure the pressure was just right. I even brought my skeptical husband for his first ever massage and now he wants to come back for another massage. Oak Haven now has two loyal customers!

Their Tier 3 specialists listen to the clients concerns/needs and then provide a top notch session with a wide array of techniques. I have been completely satisfied with every trip Ive had there. Also, the reception staff are attentive, friend, and helpful and the facility is clean, and provides an ambiance that is perfect for my needs.

I’ve been coming to Oak Haven and receiving treatment from Athena since 2013. The staff up front have always been very friendly and welcoming as is the location itself. Athena has been very thorough in asking questions about my condition and what techniques and pressures work best. I always feel very relaxed during our sessions and for a long time after. I will continue to recommend my friends to Oak Haven.

I was in desperate need of a good massage and Oak Haven did not disappoint! It was my 1st time here and the booking process was super easy. Im pleased that I was able to book a same day session and from the moment I walked in everyone was delightful. My wait time was very minimal and Victor was AAAAAAAAAAAAAMAZING!!! He took time to ask what areas I wanted to focus on, what kind of pressure I like, and what my preferences were for other things (aromatherapy, attire, etc.). He made sure I was comfortable through out my session and adjusted accordingly on the few spots I needed less pressure on. Thank yall so much, I cant wait for my next visit!!!

We are used to Thai massages so we were not expecting much when we booked our deep tissue massages. Boy were we surprised! Michy and Rose both were phenomenal at acupressure, figuring out where the most pressure was needed and intently targeting those areas. We were very happy chstomers.

I have never had a better massage experience than those I have received in sessions with Bradley. He is exceptionally skilled and professional and has helped me recover from painful muscular and joint-related problems, such as pain that I had had for years in my shoulders and chronic leg and lower back pain. It is wonderful knowing that I can always expect improvement and positive outcomes.

My husband booked a 2 hr massage for me for my birthday. I absolutely loved everything about this place! The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Amina did an amazing job! My experience overall has been good until recently. i had to cancel an appointment the day of and i was charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. i had missed work because i was experiencing symptoms of vertigo and i didn’t feel that it was safe for me and others to be out driving. a disregard for my situation left me feeling disappointed. i don’t have any plans to return…of which is a shame because my LMT was excellent.i have a vm from the regional manager Lindsay stating that research found i had not late cancelled previously and that i would be refunded the cancellation fee. im not sure that i agree with the decision based on the fact that im not a habitual appointment canceler. i appreciate the refund and the prompt action.

Best massage therapists Ive been to. Ive been working with Bradley for several months to manage chronic pain in my leg and help with my TMJ. He always makes sure to ask about any trouble areas before we begin. Always professional and kind! Love the atmosphere of the Huebner location and I am always warmly greeted by the receptionist. I teach middle school and this is the best way to help me get through the stress of the school year. The app is a HUGE convenience if I need to schedule an appointment. Excellent session! I went to the Alamo Heights location and my session with Frankie was awesome. Everyone is professional & informative. This session was specifically targeted toward the upper back/shoulder tension areas. Frankie explained what the process & focus would be based on my needs. The staff is very friendly, but the best part of going there is Frankie the massage therapist. Since moving to Texas (5 years ago) I have never been to a LMT more than once because I have always been so dissatisfied. With Frankie I always leave feeling way better and in the following days it only gets better and better. I have recommended and had several people come to get massages by him and all of them say the same thing. He is the best massage therapist they have ever had in their lives. Hands down the best massage business I have been to. I used to visit the Austin location regularly and when I moved to San Antonio a few years ago this routine fell to the side. I decided to visit the San Antonio location because I developed a strain in my neck that lasted several months before I decided I had to do something about it. It just so happened that I had one more pass from a package I had purchased in Austin (which they do not sell anymore). The location is near some coffee shops and restaurants which helps if you arrive early or want to grab a quick drink or snack before or after your appointment. The parking and traffic was not bad despite the appointment being at 2pm. They do have two separate offices at this suite so make sure you are aware of which office your appointment is at. Upon arrival the front office staff was pleasant and the waiting area was clean and welcoming. Once my masseuse greeted me we walked to his area and he began to ask me if I had any problem areas and what my goal of the session is. During the massage he was very attentive to which areas needed work and explained to me what he was doing and how it was going to help alleviate the issues I had. He was not too talkative which I enjoyed. After the session he gave me some recommendations of other masseuses incase he was ever booked and also because they specialized in certain areas of the body he felt I would be if it from with a session by them. The room itself was a smaller size and at the Austin locations they had more relaxing smells to assist in getting “zen.” However this was not a dealbreaker in my visit.*Side Note Received a 90 110 massage from Tier 3 masseuse Rene which costs $199.

I had an amazing and relaxing 80 minutes massage with Jenny! Not only is her massage magical, but shes sweet as well! Made me feel comfortable right away. I asked for an in-between Swedish and Deep tissue pressure, and she did just that throughout the session. I highly recommend Jenny!

Sheila was incredible!!! Ive had many massages over the years and I’ve never had a masseuse get out my knots & tension spots like she did. The pressure was excellent and while Im a little sore (as expected), I already notice more range of motion than Ive had in a long time. Ive been going to OH for several months. I had to ensure I have multiple preferred massage therapists; sometimes my preferred therapist may change their sked...and if I am in pain on Wednesday and they dont work on that day, I like to ensure I have an alternate. The experience has always been pleasant and left me feeling much better!

When I visited Oak Haven Massage, I had never had a message before. The individual performing the message took the time to explain the process and was very communicative through out. After the message the therapist walked me through some stretching techniques and was genuinely concerned with not only my message experience but proper care afterward. I have scheduled another session and will continue to do so. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend their services.

I like how booking my appointment was very easy. Their website is user friendly which helps a lot. You can book it online or you can call them to book your appointment. The best massage Ive ever had. Ive had several massages done in different states now. Never really knowing what to expect. Some mediocre, some pretty good. This experience was beyond excellent. Ruben was my message therapist last Saturday (my first time at Oak Haven) and he did a wonderful job. He was thorough and made sure I was completely comfortable at all times. The best part is the fact that he broke down all of the differences in massages and how everything worked. I originally made the appointment because I needed some time to myself and I could feel a migraine coming on. Within 10 min of when the massage began, I noticed the migraine was completely gone, which is impressive because my migraines get pretty severe at times. The ladies at the front desk were soo sweet and inviting. The customer service was wonderful. Maria did an amazing job. She pointed out that my back was not aligned would need few sessions to get aligned. I felt very relaxed and this massage is exactly what I needed after a stressed out week. As a treat to my team of four at work, we surprised everyone with a massage. We had a wonderful experience at Oak Haven.First off, I called at the very last minute to book the appointments. I got a couple of massage vouchers for Mother’s Day for a chronic pain issue I’ve been dealing with. I booked an appointment with Mark, after reading his bio, seemed like the perfect fit. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by the three ladies working at the desk. Easy check in. Didn’t have to wait for Mark at all. He greeted me and we walked back to the room. I explained to him my issues and we got started. He was extremely polite and professional. Was the best massage I’ve had. The next morning I wasn’t sore at all and the swelling in my leg had reduced. Miraculous to say the least. I will be booking my next appointment with Mark very soon.

I give Oak Haven on Heubner a 10 because of my massage therapist, Junior, friendly staff at counter and cleanliness.Junior has been treating me once a weekly for leg weakness, back and hip pain. With Juniors expertise and knowledge I have been made aware of the importance of unlearning an old muscle memory and learning a new one to alleviate my problem. Deep muscle massage therapy and exercises have improved my pain and muscle weakness just after 3 massages.Thank you Junior and Oak Haven for your professionalism and knowledge.

My daughter treated me to an 80-minute massage for Fathers Day. I arrived early for check-in and was told my masseuse was in the Annex, around the corner. Yeah, these guys are BIG. Often, as businesses expand in size or locations, the quality drops. Oak Haven Massage clearly is not following that trend. Both waiting areas were clean and spacious. Front desk staff super friendly and attentive. Masseuse was on time. The room was small but comfortable, clean, and well appointed. She was very friendly and professional. Her fingers were like magic, finding key points in various muscle groups and focused on them with no guidance from me. I left feeling superbly refreshed. Despite the masseuse being a senior therapist, she gave me the junior therapist rate. OVERALL: SUPERB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Holy Moly!I have had back pain for about 2 months and finally decided to give a massage a chance. I am not a huge fan of people touching me, so I was trying to do everything I could to avoid it.This would be just my 2nd massage, so I had no idea what to expect. I called ahead and the receptionist, Katie was so helpful and friendly. I later called back and scheduled a same day appointment.When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly staff and a clean waiting area for me to fill out paperwork.Jose was my masseur and was super friendly. I will say that I was totally surprised at taking my clothes off(insert crying laughing face). My first massage was not like that and I never really thought about that being a thing....Anyway Jose was so professional and understanding and was so kind. My entire massage was relaxing and enjoyable.It is now the day after and I will say that my pain has gone down substantially. I need to go back again, but I am AMAZED at how I feel.Definitely recommend and look forward to returning!!!!

Oak Haven Massage is the best hidden gem in San Antonio!!! They have the absolute best customer service and best massage therapists!! I had hurt my neck and needed a sports massage asap and was able to get an appointment at the time and day that worked best for me and my schedule vs. rude massage envy who over charges and has the worst customer service, they never answer their phone and they never have any openings. Oak Haven massage is priced right and has the best options. I would highly recommend Mandy, she is great! If I could I would come here every day!

Lack of consistency, turnover and high prices. Upon entry, the bathroom in the lobby (on the left) has zero insulation and you can hear customers urine hitting the toilet, and that is embarrassing. A very young staff upfront chastising customers after incoming phone calls, and gossiping about their conversations. In addition, they loudly ask you if you would like to tip your therapist. This is a service and that is personal and should be done when provided a detailed receipt, not vocalized for all patrons to hear. Honest feedback, which is why we have Google Reviews.

JP was my therapist and he was extremely knowledgeable, interactive, and skilled. He incorporated cupping during the 50 minute session and this added incredible value as Id never had it done before and was thoroughly impressed. It was easy to get in for the appointment same day, and Im excited to come back!

Daniel is absolutely the BEST massage therapist ever.I have tried several therapists at this location and they were all pretty good, but Daniel just knows exactly where your pain is and how to fix it. my husband and I have been struggling with back pain for years and despite all the chiropractors and physical therapies we went through we have never really get the relief we needed, and he just fixed both of our problems in less than 2 sessions.I highly recommend him, he is a tier 2 massage therapist who is really passionate about his job.

I found this place several years ago when I was here for training and the massage was great, so I went back when I moved here in 2018. Prices are similar to what Ive found at other places around San Antonio, and I always feel welcomed when I go.I normally see Sheila or Rose. Both are great - I book with Sheila when I want something a little more relaxing or dont have as much time (she will do the 30 min massages), Rose when I really need someone to work out sore spots (she warned me the first time that she has a firm hand and she wasnt kidding! But I like firm pressure so it works well for me).Today I had an appointment with Rose but she was sick and unable to come in; I asked if anyone was available who did deep tissue, targeted work, and they booked me with Daniel. He did trigger point release work on me, and holy heck did it hurt, but the tension headache that Ive had all week is mostly gone, I have my normal range of motion in my neck and arms again, and I was able to crack my back for the first time in over a week. Ill definitely book with him again when I need work done on trigger points!

Very professional from the moment I found them on Google. Easy instant book, getting an appointment same day at the exact time I needed. Randomly chose my therapist but felt like I ended up with the best one. Kollington is one of those gifted massage therapists, who is able to zero in on your trouble spots and work them out without causing further pain. You can tell when someone has the feel and isnt just giving you a general massage with a hit or miss effect. The price was quite reasonable for the level of service I got. Unfortunately, I dont live in San Antonio, or Id be back every week. 🤣

Mu husband and I called to get in around the same time if we could. With so many therapists, it was easy to get an appointment on a weekend. My therapist was super knowledgeable and took his cues from me on pressure and pain. I enjoyed it. I will be back again two weeks. They have some great plans for new clients too.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff. The massage therapist Alex was very professional, demonstrated knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, focused on the areas I described as the source of pain as well as areas that had been affected by or compensating for my poor posture. Pressure was perfect. The biggest thing that stood out to me was the pace and purposefulness of his movements and techniques. He moved very slow, making sure to apply the appropriate amount of pressure to the space between each vertebrae, shoulder blade, etc. There was no excessive grinding over sensitive areas. They were noted by him and additional massaging was applied. I typically only get massages when I’m under a great deal of stress or on special occasions. I scheduled with Alex for 3 weeks out because I think he could really help me with my specific areas of pain.

Everyone is very friendly. The facility is clean. The massage therapists are very professional and tend to the needs you specify. Armando was amazing! Probably the best massage Ive ever had. I actually came out feeling relaxed.

If I could give six stars, I would.Just left my first prenatal massage with Michelle, at the Huebner Oaks location. She did a wonderful job. She combined Therapeutic Massage with Swedish Massage - which was great. When I told her where my specific pain was located, she took her time on those locations and made sure to check with me before moving on. She wanted to make sure to address my specific concerns.I am not someone who gets massages regularly, but the massage with Michelle has caused me to reconsider that. I highly recommend Oak Haven Massage, but specifically, I recommend Michelle! If youre pregnant, GO to her for a prenatal massage!

Wow! What a relaxing session. I love this place. They are so professional and I felt comfortable during the whole process. The massage therapist did not hesitate to let up on the pressure in some areas or apply more pressure if needed. When I left I was so relaxed and wouldn’t have cared if a car had cut me off while driving. That’s how good I felt.

Many experienced therapists to choose from with various areas of expertise, and the receptionist asks what is needed, and tries to match the client with the best fit. David has been able to help me with some chronic issues in ways that neither PT nor an ortho MD have ever managed to do. All the massage therapists are wonderful especially my 3 favorite Ann Marie, Nayla and Patricia. They are the top 3 I request but will see any MT’s during desperate times. I am amazed at how they are so very well trained and educated and how they focus on THE problem. I just don’t feel great after but I feel the difference in my muscles and joints. Oak Haven is a distance but I wouldn’t go anywhere else actually haven’t been anywhere else since 2012. Oak Haven should be called Last Stop for Healing. Staff is very professional and kind. I’ve been going back to see her regularly, her knowledge of muscle mechanics is excellent! I’d recommend to anyone with chronic pain, or injury. I’m someone who always wanted extreme pressure, to dig into my knots and get that deep tissue type of massage. Though, Catie doesn’t exactly do this and I love her method much more. She targets the actual cause of the pain and knots in a very precise manner, and gets them out without having to beat them out. It’s amazing!!

I’ve been going to Oak Haven since 2018. My fiancé and I have been going together since 2020. I am not sure what has been going on with management but we have just had too many occurrences with them charging our card multiple times for the same service. I would not recommend keeping your card on file with this company because their staff will charge your card WITHOUT your permission then refund it (IF you catch it) in 5-7 business days. We started using a prepaid card with this business because this has happened one to many times for us but after yesterday’s occurrence I realized…. Why am I wasting my premium gas to drive across town to get an $80, 50 minute massage when there are cheaper massage places closer to me. I have never had a business charge my card without permission and this business has done it one too many times. Including yesterday. They even called to say hey this charge didn’t go through… yeah because we paid yesterday and tipped. Why attempt to charge it without CALLING FIRST?

He is masterfully knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, skillfully patient and impressively confident in his strokes and modalities. His confidence put me at such ease. Alex knew exactly the right questions to ask, before our session started, to be clear on what needed to be done and where wed like to focus. WOW. Ive been coming here off and on for a while, but recently threw my back out. Worst pain I think Ive ever experienced lasting 4 days in a row! I went to see Bob and am shocked at how much better I feel today. He worked on the underlying issue (tight hip flexors and glutes), and my back is SO MUCH BETTER. Thank you Bob!

Excellent service! After reading all the positive reviews, I walked in off the street with no appointment and they fit me right in! Shelley was an amazing masseuse and I received a very intense and relaxing two hour therapeutic massage. There were several times I am sure I dozed off, because I woke myself when I started to snore! My experience at Oak Haven has been the most professional and effective massage experience so far. They truly work to solve the issues you seek treatment for. Unlike other massages that have been total body focus, the therapists are great and isolating issues and still fitting it all in one session! Every massage therapist has been amazing. Usually there is one that I like to go with but here I trust that they are all great and will use a different one every time if I have to in order to get in when I need to get a crick out of my neck, get relief from a migraine, or to unlock my lower back. I also love how they are open late and on Sundays. I don’t think I will go anywhere else.
