I was taken to Casa Dōson for a surprise birthday massage. What an absolutely fantastic surprise it was. I received a warm welcome from the staff, their kindness truly warmed my heart. They were as happy about my surprise as I was and very professional! Ms. Narcisa was my therapist. The atmosphere was heavenly! The pressure was perfect. I got oxygen, foot scrub, cupping, scraping, just to name some of the greatness that was in my package. I left there feeling like I was walking on clouds! Check them out and schedule your own. If you don’t you are missing out! We are definitely going back for a couples massage! 10/10!

We went to Casa Dōson for a couples massage. We were actually staying at a hotel that had its own spa, but chose to come here out of our way because of the reviews. It was certainly worth it. Betty & Donny were very kind & took the time to get to know us, what problem areas we wanted to work on, and provided recommendations. The ambiance was very relaxing & clean. We both agreed that they were the most legitimate and detailed massage therapists we have ever worked with. If you are considering going to Casa Dōson, I cannot recommend it enough, they are excellent! I will be back whenever I’m in San Antonio! (I would actually go back just to come here!)

Found this gem while desperately trying to find a massage place that had last-minute bookings for the following day, and Im so glad they popped up. Sonia is so friendly and was extremely accommodating to my situation, and we have now come back twice! My first massage with Narcisa was the most relaxing massage Ive ever had, and Ive had massages across several different states and local places. Today, I had a foot massage with Antonio, and my feet are feeling amazing and will definitely be coming back to get a full massage from him next! Absolutely the best customer service from any place, and you can tell they really care and want to help you to be feeling your best. Will be my massage spot from now on when I can treat myself and/or my husband!

Antonio and Betty were absolutely phenomenal. We had a couples massage for my birthday, and they did not disappoint! It was expensive, but definitely worth the price. I loved my first experience at Casa Doson. The ambiance was perfect, you would never know you were in the center of San Antonio. It was a block (if that) from the river. The inside and outside of the building were peaceful.Betty was my massage therapist. Betty immediately found the areas that needed the most work on my body.In the last month I have been working on my back, arms, and shoulders. I never realize how strained the area was until I went in for my massage. Betty was able to work on the area and relieve it from how tight it was.When I walked out, I walked out like a rag doll so loose and relaxed. I noticed another patron who went in the same time as I did walked out the same way that I was. I immediately booked my next appointment.

We had some free time and tried Casa Doson on a whim. My wife and I had a one hour couples massage with Betty and Antonio. We both felt that this was one of the best massages we have ever experienced. We will not hesitate to book with them again.

Been here twice, both times I saw Betty. She is amazing! The first time I went I had a pain in my neck that wouldnt go away. After my session with her it was gone. Second time I went I had a lot of tension and she really loose up my knots. Definitely recommend going to Betty

My fiancé and I had the couples massage yesterday and it was phenomenal. We our working out of town and work out in the heat and our jobs are physically demanding, so we decided to use our day off to pamper ourselves. We booked a night in San Antonio and found out about Casa Dōson from our hotel. I’m so thankful we did! From the moment we walked in everything was welcoming and relaxing. Antonio gave my massage and I could sing his praises for hours. He knew exactly what pressure to use on each part of the massage and paid such close attention to the smallest of details. It made the whole experience flawless. It was my fiancés first massage, so he didn’t know what to expect at first. The lady made sure he felt comfortable and answered any questions he had. He’s now sold on massage therapy!! We both walked out feeling completely rejuvenated, relaxed and recharged. I would recommend this perfect little place of serenity to anyone!

I checked through the reviews. I chose Narcisa. She did the amazing job. She doesn’t limit the massage styles. She combined with the different massages, tools, deep massages, hot stones, and stretching/twisting to accommodate and relieve my stress and tension. I wish someone like her techniques and kindness in Toronto. The atmosphere is calm and soothing. The location is so nice.

This was an amazing massage. Attention to detail is an understatement. As soon as you walk in the owners and staff flex their hospitality muscles. Prepared drinks, assorted teas, medical grade essential oils made in house are used for the massages. I would highly recommend seeking this place out on your next trip to San Antonio!

This place has a website to schedule online. I saw the perfect reviews and coordinated for a massage 24 hours in advance. They also allow you to select add one, such as back scrub nd/or foot scrub, so I selected those for the deep tissue.Once you arrive, the little house is so welcoming, the music is so calm, and the masseuse (Betty for my occassion) go into inquiries about any injuries, sensitive spots, and urge you to relax. Positive vibes flow instantly and they will adapt to make the massage achieve the goals, whether it is for relaxation, an escape, or loosening of muscles. This team can handle it and treat you like family. I love it and would urge my family to treat themselves here.

Narcissa did a 90 minute deep tissue for me. I get massages routinely so I think that counts for something when I say this was one of the best. Every touch, every motion was so thoughtful and deliberate; I felt so safe and cared for here.

Definitely a hidden gem! Overall a great experience from start to finish. I did their Valentine’s Day package which included a massage and a pedi. Betty did an amazing job on my massage, and Sonia was sooo friendly and welcoming! I really enjoyed getting to know everyone there. Wow, best massage experience of my life! Not only was this massage, extremely relaxing. It also targeted all of my problem areas and tight spots. Before starting the massage, Donny knew exactly where he needed to focus my massage. He could tell my shoulders were tight and pulling to one side. It was my first time getting a massage and it was perfect! Narcisa did a fantastic job getting all my pain points. She used the perfect amount of pressure throughout. Definitely walked out feeling so relaxed and light thanks to her. My boyfriend really enjoyed his massage. Betty did a fantastic job as well. During the week he hurt his back at the gym and she was able to find the exact spot. He is back to bending over normally and definitely feels ready to hit the gym again thanks to the massage by Betty. We both got a lot in the hour. I found this place on Google while visiting San Antonio. I was drawn to use them because they offered SO many different types of massages. When i arrived the owner Donny greeted me and visited with me about my needs for the massage. He could tell i was in bad shape. I have had horrible neck and back issues. 90 minutes later i was in MUCH better shape. Donny was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on helping me with my knots, muscle tightness, joint pain. He was GREAT! I highly recommend using this spa! Amazing experience. I literally want to come back as soon as i can i get more therapy! Thank you Donny and Casa Doson!

Betty and Narcisa were fantastic! My husband and I came to San Antonio for our honeymoon, and after three years planning a wedding, COVID, and grad school, a massage was well in order! I have had massages in the past, my husband had not. Betty took great care of him, making sure there were no areas to avoid and going over what to expect. Narcisa utilized both cupping and gua-sha for my massage, which I found to be very effective! Hot stones topped it all off. They were thorough and created a very relaxing environment. I was extremely pleased with Casa Doson. I came in from out of town and I had received excellent communication from the staff prior to my appointment. I went for the Doson Dream 120 minutes. Antonio was my therapist and he was fabulous, experienced, friendly, knew exactly what my body needed. I havent had a massage since early March, because I had a horribly traumatic experience where a massage therapist had a phone out and was using their phone during my entire massage, without my consent. I have been scared to get a massage ever since.When I explained that I was hesitant because of this, Donny met me with so much care and consideration. He began explaining to me where he saw my muscle imbalances and where hed be doing what so I knew what to expect- this was SO thoughtful. During the massage, he checked in often, asking if the pressure was okay and how I was doing.The massage itself was one of the best Ive ever had- and Ive had a lot throughout my life with a stepmom as a massage therapist. It truly felt like Donny catered their Dōson Deep to me and my bodys needs that day.Overall, I just felt like they delivered in every way. Sonia and Donny are an impeccable team and I will definitely be back whenever I am in San Antonio and I will for sure be telling my hotel to refer guests to them. LET ME TELL YOU WHY!!I have had sciatic issues since my first pregnancy in 2017, I was told it was my spine so I went to dozens of chiropractors to see who can help me manage my pain. I did not have great insurance back then so I didnt want to end up paying a lot of money that I did not have in doctors and tests. I would take countless medications to help and nothing would .My mom would take me to Mexico for different kinds of treatment to get some relief-but nothing did. At work I would see countless people, who sciatic surgery did not help and made it worse. I felt like I was out of options.A Co-worker helped me stretch at work when she saw how miserable I was feeling. She helped me do a couple of stretches and told me my sciatic pain was due to the piriformis muscle and not my spine. Whatever she did, helped and she recommended to get a deep tissue massage.After 2 sleepless nights, I started looking at different massage places and what they offered. Most sounded pretty great but no one ever mention about sciatic issues. I stumbled across Casa Doson after I saw a tag labeled as therapeutic massage. The first thing that pop up was specialize in neck, lower back pain and sciatic issues . I read through the reviews and saw that everyone was happy to have gone there.I was so happy they had a lot of openings for that same day. I was going to book with the owner Donny, since I mostly saw reviews that mention him. But, he wasnt available. I booked with Betty, and OMG. She is a godsend.I was super nervous because I was not sure what to expect. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed to the point that I was hearing colors :). I always thought a deep tissue massage was super painful . But she did the right amount of pressure and got out all the knots that I had, and the ones we discovered along the way. I felt amazing and instant relief!! When I came in, I felt like I was hunched over and in pain, but I left so relaxed and amazing. I went home and slept for 3 hours. I woke up feeling so great. At the end she gave me tips on how I should stretch every day, how to get relief if my pain comes back at work, how to roll the muscle out. I love her!The only bad thing was that I should have booked a longer massage.I will definitely keep coming here! I am so happy to have found this place!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Donny was my masseuse and it was the best massage I have ever received. He applied and maintained the perfect pressure for my upper back and feet, which have been achy for months. As a guest in the wonderful city of San Antonio, I was lucky to learn of a well like massage spa therapy called Casa Doson. I called and spoke to Sonia who owns the business along with her husband Donny. Sonia explained the process and was able to work us both at the same time I requested. We arrived at the spa and we greeted like family. My therapist was Antonio and he explain the Doson Deep massage. I felt very comfortable with Antonio and he was able to attend to my back, neck and shoulders with a progressing medium high massage that really helped my stressed out body. Donny and Antonio are both excellent at their craft! Donny worked out some kinks on my Dad, he complimented him to me saying “he found some areas anatomically and I didn’t have to point them out! He just knew where to find them and worked on them good!” My Mom and I got massages from Antonio and he did an excellent job on some of my own problem areas! I highly recommend visiting this Spa, it’s more of a small town place with homeopathic vibes! We look for places like this that aren’t so commercialized or populated! I would definitely recommend this place! We came to town for the weekend for a “babymoon”. We stayed at the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel who recommended Casa Dōson Spa. We got a wonderful couples massage from Adriana and Antonio. I’m 8 months pregnant and required a prenatal massage and they were very accommodating. We arrived to our appointment early and had a chance to visit with Donny who was super nice and fun to talk to. Overall a great experience!

It was a fantastic experience with a truly talented massage therapist.

Ive been to this business a few times now and I can highly recommend it. I carry all my tension and stress in my shoulders and upper back which necessitates a monthly massage. Ive worked with a few of the massage therapists and they are all very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Adriana C. was able to help me work out a particularly intense knot caused by sleeping wrong and I would highly recommend her. I also like that I can easily book and pay online so I dont have to think about it while Im there. Good location.

Amazing couples massage! I let him know I was having a lot of neck and mid to upper back pain and he was able to pinpoint every knot and trouble area immediately without any other direction. These are not standard massage experiences. I wanted a custom experience, specific to my needs; which are very different from my husbands. My husband and I booked a 90 minute massage with the sauna for our anniversary and LOVED it! We’ve gone to multiple massage places and THIS ONE IS THE BEST EVER. We actually walked out feeling relaxed and like our problem areas were actually worked on… without having to tell them what areas bothered us. It’s like they knew just by touch. Donny and the woman (I think he said she’s his wife.. I didn’t get her name ☹️) are extremely knowledgeable about what they do and are very friendly and nice! We booked a Double Dōson (couples massage) to put the cherry on top of our getaway.The services they offer compare to those of a luxury spa but the prices compare to a strip mall massage parlor.Donny & Wanda knew just what each of us needed to help relieve our aching muscles and tendons. Our only regret was not booking the 90 min session.We will be back next month!

Me and my wife always get massages during our vacations and this by far was our best experience. We first went into a sauna under a infrared light for 20 minutes. But the massage was definitely the highlight. Very professional, and they find troublesome spots you didn’t even realize were there! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend if you’re in the area!

I was visiting San Antonio from Houston and wanted to get a massage for pain I was having in my right foot. Donny was exceptional with explanations of his techniques and different mechanisms for relieving the pressure on the nerves in my foot. When I went into the spa, I was limping. By the time I came out, I could feel the tendons loosened in my foot. The day after I returned home, there was no more pain in my foot! Praise God for directing me to Donny and his great techniques. I will visit again in the future and definitely recommend Casa Doson Spa.
