From the minute I walked in, I felt relaxed. Front lobby was calm and peaceful despite busy location. Reception ladies were friendly and professional. Matt, my massage therapist, was attentive and respectful. Also, the pricing is very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Collin, at the Alon location, is the best massage therapist for you! I suffer with whiplash scars, and the pain is sometimes excruciating. In my first visit with Collin, he asked me to describe the problem, he listened attentively, and he took care of the issue. He is a pain eliminator. He is professional, he knows what to do, and he is effective to the highest standard.Today I went in for an extra deep tissue massage, and another client was standing at the front desk. He was saying, I dont live near here. I will be back. Collin is incredible! He then purchased a membership based on his experience with Collin. I cannot recommend Collin enough.

Great customer service! Massage was super relaxing and reduced a lot of stress! My only feedback is that I went with my partner and although we both got 90-minute full body massages, he did not receive massage on scalp, feet, or arms and I did.

Had some discomfort that was really starting to bother me. I called hoping for a same day opening. Luck was with me, and there was an opening. Had my massage and walked out without the discomfort I was having. And it didnt come back. Based on this, I recommend Elements Massage

Unique techniques, fun personality, tax included price, convenient location, aromatherapy! I LOVED IT!! For COVID, they have air purifiers in every room, the therapist wears a mask the entire time, disinfectant insight, clean sheets over thick blankets, cleanable vinyl over bed warmer! Im very impressed!

Loved my experience here. Had the best 90 minute deep tissue therapeutic massage. It provided much needed relief in my back, shoulders and neck. Will return! The location is clean and relaxing. The front desk receptionist is always very polite and professional. I’ve been on three occasions and seen two therapists whom have both been AMAZING! They both know their craft. Can’t wait for my next massage.

The place was clean, neat, and serene. The employees were nice and respectful. The only thing that was a big issue for me was the massage table. It did not have a breast recess option which I find more comfortable especially with deep tissue but other than that it was good

Tell Massage therapist was able to pinpoint on the locations where I was having stiffness and was able to alleviate the pain within my 90 minute massage. He worked on my upper body which was all I needed and it was very helpful. I signed up for the membership for $90 a month and it’s honestly worth it.

Ive been coming here for a couple of years or so and theyve always been decent. The property is clean and relaxing-ish. Today, I went in because my upper back is really tight and the mobility on my whole right side isnt very good. Chris took the time to work on my target area and even took some time after the session to do some neck and shoulder stretching. Its the personal touch?

A very clean, professional place that felt safe to be in during the pandemic. My therapist was Joseph, I think? (I am terrible at remembering names sorry). All I know is that he was very friendly and professional and it was a great experience through and through. I found my massage to be very relaxing and helpful. My only complaint with the facility was that the music was not relaxing. I find that piano and soprano wind instruments can be jarring and distracting and the volume was pretty inconsistent. Other than that everything was lovely and I would recommend the place to anyone! Plus I was really happy to have found a coupon for it on Groupon. I really appreciate it since I am a college student with a tight budget who wants to make sure the service is cheap enough to be able to leave a decent tip for the therapist. Thanks Elements!

I had an accident in 2019 that left me with kant pains and I thought this would be my life from now on and their is nothing I can do about it. I passed by and saw element.and decided to schedule and appointment for myself to at least get some pain relief. They set me up with Kat and her massage released so much of my aches and pains. Highly recommend this place.

It had been awhile since my last massage and I knew I needed a lot of work. During a pandemic it can be scary to go out and get necessary services, but they have incredible safety protocols in place that made me feel really secure. Received a much needed deep tissue massage from Michelle who was so knowledgeable I feel like I got a free anatomy lesson! I’ve happily been a member for over a year now and am grateful for the services and support their staff provides. Highly recommend!

When I first walked in, I was greeted by a polite, respectful, welcoming receptionist. Very clean, quiet, calming, relaxing atmosphere. Then the massage was one word to sum it up... AMAZING ... The lady who did my massage was very professional, she discussed with me about any trouble areas that I wanted her to focus on, and was all around great. I was hesitant about doing the monthly pass (as I had an issue with a different location), but after the staff was so wonderful, I couldn’t wait to sign up for the monthly program they offer and schedule my next massage.

The place is always clean, quiet, and relaxing. Erin and Khaled are simply amazing as well as other employees there, depending on your preference . I would highly recommend.

After making my appointment I was given my forms via email so I was able to do them at home (convenient) and emailed them back. I was warmly greeted and given a health screen (temp check and covid related questions). My therapist (Anthony) was very good, he listened carefully to my needs and appropriately addressed them and made sure I was comfortable. I was asked if I would like to make a follow up appointment but not pushed to sign up... which was nice. I left feeling very relaxed.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage with a random masseuse. Hands down the worst and most uncomfortable massage Ive ever had. Had to cut it 30 minutes short cause I was freezing to death and I just felt like I was being firmly touched instead of massages. Terrible experience. The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule me at no cost but then she calls me while Im with a client and tells me that the appointment has been cancelled. I tell her Ill call her back and Ive had no answer. Ive probably called about 8 times today. Will never recommend this place to anyone unless they make it right somehow.... well see.

Thank goodness I found Elements! Well, it wasnt exactly me. My sister in Palm Beach kept insisting I needed a lymphatic drainage massage for my edema and took it upon herself to find me a great place online. And that place was Elements. They were professional and reasonably priced. And I felt so energized! I was so pleased that I decided to join and get monthly massages. Only $59! Id recently spent $130 for a regular massage in Key West, so I knew a deal when I saw it. Try them out...youll be very glad you did.

I came here because of their first massage special - 59 for an hour and I was in desperate need of a massage. A lot of places are closed weekends so I was happy they could fit me in - day of - on a Sunday. I saw Ritchie who is awesome!!! Never had a MT who actually used enough pressure to really get at the root of my knots. He made me feel very comfortable and seemed genuinely interested in figuring out how to make me feel better. The staff up front are also very friendly and welcoming. They have pretty good deals if you subscribe, or they have a summer special right now if you buy 3 up front you get the 59 pricing. Otherwise it’s 20 more per massage. Will definitely be returning as I have 2 more massages to use...

I booked my first ever massage on impulse! Years of working out has left me very tight in my upper body. After reading reviews online I decided to try Elements Massage! I initially called and booked over the phone and requested a therapist who was highly recommended however she would not be available for two and a half weeks. I was recommended another therapist and decided to see her instead.Being my first time I guess I really didnt know what I was requesting and asked for a deep tissue massage. I felt kind of lost and uneasy at the beginning given I didnt know what to expect. The therapist was very friendly however implemented a lot of stretching in the massage. I felt her pressure was extremely hard and strong causing me to wince in pain as well as fidget around in the bed a lot. She assured me she was only applying very little pressure and I was just tight. I figured I was being a wuss and decided to tough it out. At the end session I felt I had just completed a high intense workout and felt worse then when I came in. At no point did I feel relaxed.The front desk person was was very nice and eager to book me with another therapist after I told her that I really didnt enjoy the massage. I felt embarrassed and did not want to book with someone else. I honestly left there in a bad\weird mood and was mad at myself for investing into something that I did not enjoy. In a way Im very disappointed because I was really looking forward to this and it wasnt what I expected but then again, I didnt know what to expect.

Very clean, relaxed environment. All the therapists Ive had have been professional and knowledgeable and make an effort to get to know their clients and their needs. Dana is my therapist presently and she is amazing at pinpointing my areas of pain and working them out. I have been to other facilities, but I sincerely feel like this is one of the best in town, and I will continue to be a client and to recommend them to others.

Have been here multiple times. They have a great team of therapists, and are always great about getting even the last minute appointment fit in. Staff is very professional, and the facility is up scale. Always leave feeling great. To many great therapist to just name one, you cant go wrong here.

My experience was a twilight zone episode. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage. I got therapist who clearly did not know what she was doing!!!!She performed circles and other times tug her knuckles on my ribs. It was horrible. I had to listen to her problems the entire hour and never let me relax with her method or problem dumping on me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the place!!!!!!!!

Kailon is amazing! Not only is he an excellent masseuse but he will give you all sorts of pointers to help your mobility and tightness. He’s always able to tell exactly what I’m doing and why I have the challenges I do. And I leave feeling more fluid than I have in months!

I had so much tension in my neck and shoulders, they would cramp constantly. Covid stress I suppose.It was easy to book online. A staff member let me know there was a Groupon available for my service and to purchase it if I wanted to save some money. I dont have much expendable income and that was very welcomed information.I was fortunate enough to book with Brittany who was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and has magic hands. Ive tried massage maybe three or 4 times before and have never enjoyed them, ever.Im so glad to discover Elements Massage and Brittany. Will be back in the future.

ONE OF THE BEST INVESTMENTS IVE HAD AND IM CHEAP!!!Oh my god, I cant remember how long its been since I could let my back rest on something without pain coming immediately to me but some how the massage therapist made it feel like it was never there in the first place. She even gave me advice as to how to take better care of myself. I honestly was nervous about the experience and had doubts about it but she reassured me and showed her skills on the table. I urge anyone that has muscle problems to go to these people and keep going because now Im hooked and cant endure going back to that back pain.

Got a massage yesterday to celebrate my birthday. Had their $59 Introductory Massage, and my entire experience was great. Safe location, welcoming front desk staff, clean lobby, kind, professional, and skillful masseuse in Jenny, comfortable room (lights and music), warm massage table, the cushion for your feet/knees was a nice touch. Elements Massage was an absolute treat, would highly recommend this spot!

I called and was clear about my need for a post surgical lymphatic drainage massage and was given an appointment. I drove to the location ( in post surgical pain) only to be told I needed medical clearance. When I asked why I wasn’t told that over the phone I was given a ridiculous response about HIPPA not allowing them to ask for one over the phone.

I have been going to Elements for about 5 months and I have to say it is wonderful. Especially because of my go to massage therapist, Bianca. I have a lot of issues and she always knows exactly what to do to help them.She has knowledge beyond her years about the muscular skeletal system and always seems to know exactly what to do to relieve my pain long term. Nothing makes her happier than knowing that her massages improve my quality of life, and the passion for her job and for her clients well being is evident. I have had a lot of massages before and I have to say she is by far the best. I wish I could take her with me wherever I go.The front desk has always been courteous and professional as well.

Elements Massage has been wonderful for the past several years. Their staff and therapists are normally all friendly, professional. My last visit was rather uncomfortable.The therapist was clearly ill and was coughing and sneezing during my entire massage. I dont think they were sneezing into their hands, but I was face down and wasnt sure. It was very difficult to relax and made me paranoid I was going to get sick from being touched from a sick person. I even went home and drank a bunch of Emergen-C.I did not want to be awkward and say something during the session, so I figured I would just call the next day and talk to management. The manager was not in the next day (understandable being a weekend), and I never received the call back I was promised. I did not want to get anyone in trouble or fired, and I do not want anything for free. I just hope there is a policy in place to not let employees work when they are clearly ill and showing visible signs of it!Elements Massage is normally 5 stars, however this one experience was 1 star!

I loved this place. Erin was warm and welcoming. I haven’t had a massage in a few years and she immediately made me comfortable. The front desk associates were also friendly and made the first check in a breeze.

I love elements! Ive been a member for over s year. They have great therapists and they dont require a long term contract. Its just a 30 day notice if you want to end your membership, unlike other massage places where they lock you in for a set term. Prepaid messages are also transferable to other people and any guest you bring gets the member price as long as they are with you.

I love Elements!! Best of both worlds, they perform massages while applying pressure points to work out those problem areas, making you feel so much healthier and mobile. I highly recommend Elements to anyone!!

Facility is very nice and the receptionist is very kind. The massage was good, but not as relaxing as others I have had at other places. I had a one hour Swedish massage here. At the other place I had a 45 minute swedish massage and almost fell asleep during it because I was so relaxed. Here I did not experience the same feeling, though it was still good.

The masseuse Jenn was amazing. She found and targeted an injury that I didnt even think was affecting me but was! I could have gone for hours. Everything was very clean and the girls in the front were so sweet. If I had the time Id get a massage every week. ILloyd definitely recommend this place to others. Khaled is a fantastic massage therapist. This business offers aromatherapy during the massage. There is nothing like eucalyptus to keep your sinuses clear during a massage. They also offer a Himalayan salt stone rub. It is similar to using hot stones but has more skin benefits. I cant wait for my next appointment.

Elements Massage is great. I tried it out when traveling out-of-state in desperation for self-care. Then, I realized there was one in San Antonio. I must say this location is absolutely my favorite. Each massage is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Plus, the staff are incredibly kind and professional.

Elements provides personalized massages in a quiet and relaxing environment. I always feel very comfortable and safe. I also love that my massage therapist always brings me an ice cold water and a chocolate afterward.

I paid for 90 minutes, got taken back about 10minutes after start time, Collin spoke to me the entire time. I wanted to relax but instead was having to engage in a conversation. Complete opposite of what I expected. Then 5minutes prior to the end time he was done. I wont be returning.

I bought an hour and a half massage off of Groupon. The massage therapist asked me where I wanted him to focus and I told him my neck and lower back. He worked all my neck for about 5 minutes. Over 30 minutes was spent just rubbing my back up and down. I could have had my husband do that. I left for the my neck in as much pain as it was before I went in.

Went in for a prenatal massage , they were so gentle and made me feel safe. Best massage ever . Definitely recommend

I have gone here twice both times I have gone bianca has been my masseuse. She is so awesome and fun. She is very passionate about her job she really is there to help you with any injury or what not. I have shoulder issues bad and everytime I see her the pain is gone the first time in 5 years my shoulder pain wasnt there was after the first session with her.

This is my go to spot for a massage. They call or you can call to book appointments. Staff ask a few general questions beforehand and then just get to relax for an hour.

Been here a couple of times and the front desk team is always professional and efficient. The masseurs were lacking though. Both ladies disregarded my requests and areas of concern. Regan in particular kept moving my arm and then laughed at me not being able to relax it.

Definitely not a relaxing massage. The massage therapist seemed hell bent on removing every knot despite me complaining of pain. She even laughed and then blamed me for being dehydrated. Like others on here, my complaints did not lessen the pressure. Only go here if you like to be in pain after your massage.

If you enjoy McDonalds, this is the massage parlor for you... Because this IS the McDonalds of massage parlors. Bad massage, its like the guy had no education in the industry, didnt know how to find my knots and work them out even though I told him exactly where to work. Worst part was their free massage con that I wound up paying for a whole month of massages I didnt want or even use, had to dispute with my bank to get my money back and even that was like pulling teeth because the woman in charge of this place fought me tooth and nail over it, regardless of the fact that I didnt get more than the one free massage that was advertised.Edit: I would like to note that after further research, it appears Im not the only one upset about this place taking money without permission... Despite having cancelled.

Kalion helped me in exactly the way I needed to be helped - I was stiff, knarled, and in pain from strained lower back muscles and knots up and down my spine. I could barely bend over to put my own socks on. I booked a last-minute appointment in the desperate hope that it would help (I knew my insurance probably wouldnt cover any PT for me). Kalion listened to my explanation of my problems and understood what I needed. He did deep tissue and loosened all the tight and stiff tissues in my back and hips. It was intense! He is the best kind of masseuse - he doesnt just go through a routine; he really can tell which spots need work, and will put the necessary effort into what will help the most. By the time we were done and I stood up to get dressed, I was able to flop over and put my socks on without a problem. A huge victory! Haha! The massage I got was worth every penny. I am quite tender today but so happy to have my back problems relieved.

Everyone is always friendly. The receptionists are always calling me to ask when I would like to come in for an appointment. Its a nice reminder. Most importantly, the messages are always great! I always leave feeling stress-free and new!

She is AMAZING. She tackles powerpoints and helps stretch my muscles. She is more of a therapist than a maussuese.

Ive left twice feeling sick and in terrible pain after begging for lighter pressure with no cooperation. Go to Spa Dsante on Huebner for much better prices and quality.
