I had a terrible experience with the therapist James and a horrendous experience with the area manager Tim J. I was told James was trained in deep tissue. He went from no pressure to elbow in spine pain. He caused injury that I had to go to a specialist for. It was the second time I was told the therapist was trained in deep tissue but they were not. The on-site manager looked and informed me that neither he or the other bad experience I had were trained for it. I then spoke to Tim the area manager. He called me several days after I was told he’d call. I explained I didn’t trust their companies recommendation for therapists so I’d like my current credits from my membership refunded to me. He said he has a rule that if you don’t leave the massage early then you don’t get a refund. Laying on a table with no clothes on is a very vulnerable place for some people so no I didn’t address the issue until I was out of there. I’ve had several massages without requesting a refund but this was horrible. He also said he canceled my membership so the saved up massages are not eligible for a refund. And even though I was told I could transfer my massages to my husband. Tim said I couldn’t so I’m feeling attacked. He then began to argue with me about the technique James used and I was blown away, I asked if he was in the room with us or had a camera in there because what I experienced was not the right technique. Bones aren’t supposed to be massaged amd elbows shouldn’t be in the back of your skull. I guess keeping me from those two massages and not refunding anything was worth the negative reviews on google and social media. Thank you Tim for not helping me feel safe and validated through my terrible experience. I will inform everyone I can that your stores are not safe. As the area manager you refuse to acknowledge a problem and bring positive change. Instead of taking responsibility you further victimized the customer.

Horrible experience with their membership. The services are fine enough, but you can get a massage or facial of the same quality pretty much anywhere. But if you want to cancel your membership, they tell you that you have to talk to the manager...who is NEVER onsite. I left multiple messages. Never did talk to anyone. And it was over a month later (so another charge) and only after I posted a review of that location before they cancelled my membership. Deceptive trade practices for sure.

People please read reviwes! If you see 1 star reviews it means something! Never ever buy service from them!!! The rudest people ever even in corporate offi e! All customers are right it is not possible to cancel membership with them for months!!!!! They definitely not want to help. The girl who answered the phone today in corporate office basically didnt help and hang up on me.

Absolutely horrible customer service! It took over a month for someone to tell me how to cancel my account. I wrote a letter cancelling both mine and my husbands accounts as they are drafted on my credit card. This is what the regional manager instructed me to do. It was already passed my billing date so i had to be charged yet again. We spoke to the new assistant manager Jordan just yesterday and he again assured me that we would not be charged. Today I look online and while they cancelled one account, the other is still drafted. I do not want your services and will be disputing these charges through Navy Federal. Absolutely horrible and I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone.

I was a member for several years. My contract was paid in full and I was paying month to month to keep my membership. I developed some nerve damage and was no longer able to receive a massage. I continued paying b/c you loose your all of your credits if you dont. I continued my battle with pain and continued paying my fee hoping to find a solution to my pain. A morphine pain pump was implanted and I thought it was going to fix my issues but it made things worse until I finally became totally disabled and had difficultly driving. I checked my credits and to my surprise had over 50 payments at 50+ dollars each. I called message heights and asked for a refund because it was out of my control. I was told it was my fault and my credits were only half credits, although I paid full price.I could however give the credits to other people. I would need to call and tell them each time someone was coming in my place, but I have no family and its hard to keep friends when you are bed ridden and, or restricted to home. Bottom line is they didnt have any compassion for a senior citizen who became disabled and unemployed at no fault of their own. They took my money and rendered no service. I found that another local competitor did make refunds for similar situations. Massage Height in Pearland is great until there is an issue. Choose another establishment.

Possibly the worst experience ever with an nationwide company. Who doesn’t have a customer service number???? Buyer beware I’m having to jump through hoops to get a charge I didn’t authorize removed off my card I’m not even signed up for the service i Went to the lake woodlands office upon paying I was told that booking the appointment online even though I gave my credit card they would still need my credit card to charge me I gave my credit card to pay for service which they then stored without my knowledge in there system. Surprise today I get an $119 charge on my card for a massage I didn’t receive i then call the place and am informed by Bridget the manager she wouldn’t remove a charge for an appt I missed and but didn’t sign up for — lesson learned I should of done further research on this scam of a company If I had read the reviews here I definitely wouldn’t of signed up for the initial appt

Absolutely horrible! My wife is pregnant with our third child and has been unable to use the services for almost a year now. We have tried on multiple occasions to cancel our service and have been unsuccessful. We went in today in person to cancel our services to only be told by the customer service rep, that the rep that is authorized to cancel services is unavailable. When I ask when the so called rep would be available, we were told that they didnt know. I feel like our account is being held hostage by this fictitious rep that they have made up. I only want to stop paying for a service that I am no longer using! This is ridiculous and should be illegal! If I were to take services that I did not pay for, I would be arrested! I Hate this place with a passion! Stay away from businesses like these people!

Hello,Ive heard great reviews online about Message Heights. My husband made a reservation two weeks ago for me that was scheduled today in the morning. I had an confirmed email so I called today to see what time my appointment was to only find out that I was supposed to be contacted. I was not contacted about my confirmed appointment. The representative I called had me waiting more than five minutes to tell me that it was my fault for not following up so that my appointment would be at 1:00 PM today. She did not even propose a resolution. This is very upsetting to a new customer. I did not feel welcomed by the representative on the phone nor to your business.This is all very disappointing and frustrating because as a customer I was looking forward to having a massage this morning. This is not good customer service.

I honored my contract obligation and then continued my service. They then refused to provide service, because I am pregnant. The contract I signed did not mention anything about this. They also refused to refund my money, despite multiple calls to the location and to corporate headquarters. I ended up having to pay for massages elsewhere, while still not getting a refund.

I have a 12 month membership that I bought for Christmas for my wife. She said its the best gift she has ever had. I bought another one this year and she bought one for me. We love going to massage heights. In fact we went last night and the facility at Leon Springs is amazing every time.

Had an issue with a gift card not being received by email. Once I found this corporate office number, they were able to resend to a different email for me. Recommendation to owner: add this number in the contact page of the message heights website. When I couldnt find it on there, I thought I was being scammed somehow. Luckily I found this and it was resolved.

My massage was awesome. It was my first time getting one and it was amazing. Jill the therapist did a wonderful job. I felt very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely be going back!

Beware. I signed up for a monthly membership with them and was told I could cancel at any time for any reason. Somehow, they got me locked into a 6 month contract which I never authorized, and they are now saying they won’t let me out of it. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would.

I received a gift card to Massage Heights and had a great experience. The staff were very professional. Also, it was my first time experiencing a massage with the hot rocks....I highly recommend it. All staff were wonderful during my visit. Thank you.

I stop service with them two months before and they still charge my card after when I haven’t even set foot in there and two months. Talking about I had a contract when I canceled it with them two months ago. these people are thieves don’t give them your credit card. Give them negative stars but you can’t here

Every one is an excellent massage therapist. I really enjoyed the hot rocks. It was my first time it was really great. Highly recommend it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner has a great team working for her. Please go by and have a massage.

They closed the doors with out notice but didnt mind withdrawing the monthly fee out of my account and you cant contact anyone about this. Beware and I was a customer for 10 years!!
