Myself and 2 friends came here to celebrate a birthday and we did not leave disappointed. This spa has fantastic amenities, was very clean, and I can’t recommend it enough! There is an outdoor spa pool with lounging areas (beautiful views as well), a dry and steam sauna and an indoor soaking pool with fresh chilled wash cloths (my personal favorite part). My friends both got facials but I got a deep tissue massage from Marylee. She was great, communicated well prior, during and after my service. I told her I wanted deep firm pressure and she worked knots out of my shoulders and neck that have surely been there for 17 years at minimum. I left feeling like a brand new woman!I will mention the cost, I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Personally, for me, this spa is worth every penny. I arrived around 9:00 am and planned to take full advantage of my day since my treatment wasn’t until 1:45 pm. The amenities are fantastic and the customer service at every point during our spa day was incredible. Check in was smooth, the pool attendants came by frequently to check on us and ask if we needed drinks or food, there were always people cleaning up and picking linens in the locker room area which was nice as well.
Ashely did an amazing job on my classic facial! my skin was glowing and hydrated after. She wasn’t pushy about the products she was recommending and the extraction part was quick and painless for me. It’s my third time going to this spa with my partner and every time I went it has been relaxing. I love how they add in little mix nuts snacks now. It does get crowded sometimes so I recommend booking weekday mornings for the ultimate relaxing experience.
Everything and everyone was truly exceptional at the spa. They were very attentive to every detail and wanted to do anything they could to make my time there enjoyable. They even arranged for transportation to Signature restaurant for Brunch, which was amazing! As a local, I can’t believe I have not previously enjoyed this local gem, but can’t wait to return!
I just moved to San Antonio and had heard many great things about this spa and wellness center. Since I was in search of a new hair salon, I thought, why not give Loma de Vida a try. After my appointment was booked, I was eager to tour the facility and enjoy the amenities while I waited for my hair appointment. I showed the hair stylist several pictures, and after some discussion, she assured me she could get my hair to look like the picture. It came out orange in some places, and it definitely wasnt a balayage. Now I know there will be variation, but my hair came out nothing like the picture. Mind you, I had virgin hair, and it hadnt been colored. I expressed my concerns, and her response was, she didnt want to shock me, and thats why it didnt look anything like the picture. She charged me an extra $100 for balayage for a grand total of $520(includes a mandatory20% gratuity). I tried speaking with the manager, and she was in a meeting. They took my info and assured me that she would call me back. I understand that sometimes you get busy and sometimes forget. I called back two days later, same thing...she was unavailable, took my info and assured me again that she would call me back. Never got a call back. I tried once more the following day, and she was out to lunch. This time, I actually got a call back. She apologized and said she would make it right. She offered to refund my money and have my hair fixed. Unfortunately, they only have one hair stylist, so I would have to trust the same person to try and fix my hair. Reluctantly, I agreed, and she said she would confirm with the stylist and call me back. This was 3 weeks ago... After calling for a follow-up, I have yet to hear back. I am truly disappointed in the service provided, from the hair stylist to management. I expected more from such a reputable establishment and at a steep price. Although very beautiful and tranquil, I sadly can not recommend this business. Pics included for reference, my hair the following day, and the picture we agreed on that she was confident she could do.
AMAZING!! EVERYONE WE ENCOUNTERED YESTERDAY FROM OUR THERAPIST AYA AND YANI TO CONCIERGES KAM AND CAYDEN SO NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. SO IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK. AFTER OUR COUPLE SPA WE USED ALL THE AMENITIES FROM THE POOL, SALT SAUNA ROOM, HOT TUB AND JUST RELAXED AND WATCHED THE VIEW. VERY PEACEFUL HERE.
Incredible spa experience. I travel all over the country and often visit spas Honestly this is one of best and rivals the top spas including Miraval. The spa itself is exquisite, service impeccable, amazing views. Outdoor pool is beautiful. The massage (deep tissue) was the best I have ever received and released years of tension. Highly recommend.
Absolutely stunning spa resort with beautiful views! My friends and I spent a half day here celebrating my birthday. We all had a swedish massage and everyone was really happy with the service. The outdoor infinity pool is heated and the views are lovely - Its very tranquil. There is however a bee/hornet issue in one of the trees by the pool and we were forced to go back inside as they would not leave us alone and my friend was actually eventually stung. The plunge type pool inside was equally warm and we utilized the steam room and sauna. We indulged in a seasonal cocktail which was delicious and also had smoothies and acai bowls which were very nice. The resort is clean, has secure lockers and they supply mid to high end shampoo and conditioner plus other products when showering up. We did have an issue with billing upon leaving with discrepancy in our separate bills by as much as $80 when we had all had the same services. The front desk staff attributed this to a system error and were able to correct the bills but it took an additional 25mins for them to do so which was less than ideal as we had a ride waiting outside for us. Overall though we really enjoyed our visit and provided the bee situation is resolved then we would definitely return.
I recently visited Loma Spa and had a mixed experience. The amenities were fantastic, offering a serene environment and excellent facilities. The massage I received was top-notch, truly relaxing and professional. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pedicure service. It didnt quite meet my expectations in terms of thoroughness and attention to detail.Overall, Loma provides a lovely atmosphere with great amenities and skilled massage therapists. Just be mindful if youre expecting the same level of excellence across all services.
I’m absolutely in love! This place was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The location is wonderful and the landscaping it very beautiful. With any appointment you can relax in their saunas, vitality pools, outdoor infinity pool, and wellness rooms until closing if you please. I highly recommend make a day get away here. They have a small food and beverages area as well as a gift shop. Super easy to book online and I love that you’re able to take full advantage of the resort before and after you appointment. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but now I think it is definitely worth spending the money for a day get away.
Loma De Vida is the best Spa in San Antonio! There are a few that come close, but this location truly sets itself apart with incredible customer service from the staff, service & amenities! The Loma De Vida atmosphere is remarkable. The amenities such as the indoor steam room, sauna, indoor & outdoor pool compliment the outstanding services they offer to allow you to escape & relax! I highly recommend the gentleman’s facial & the Himalayan Sea Salt message! If you are in San Antonio & need a Spa to unwind & relax in, Loma De Vida is a Must Visit (MV)! Enjoy !
The best message Ive ever had. Meghann really listened to my body, which was mostly saying Im messed up please help. Following the message was purely euphoria and gratitude. This spa is beautiful, the staff is understanding of the assignment, providing a calming, welcoming and relaxing experience. Cayden was very helpful providing a tour of the amenities and assistance throughout the stay.
The spa amenities are top-notch, with luxurious relaxation lounges, private garden terraces, and serene pools. Every corner of Loma de Vida Spa is designed with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring a tranquil and luxurious experience.I highly recommend Loma de Vida Spa at La Cantera to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Whether youre seeking a rejuvenating spa treatment or simply a quiet place to unwind, this spa is a sanctuary of wellness and relaxation
The ResortI stayed on the adult only floor called SEVEN and it was a fully wonderful experience. The amenities that are included are 2 visits to the day spa, valet, a guaranteed balcony view of the hill country and a special lounge only for SEVEN guests. The lounge is open from 7am-10pm and has a concierge there to welcome you with a glass of champagne. From 4-7pm it is a complementary happy hour with a range of alcoholic beverages. In the morning there’s a light breakfast and your pick of the best snacks and drinks throughout the day.Huge shout out to Kirsten, one of the concierges at SEVEN.The SpaThe views are serene and the staff does a spectacular job at preserving the ambiance. From the chilled towels, to the frequent servicing of the common spaces it is a well invested luxury experience. The hill country is the perfect backdrop to the amenities offered.
This is our second year going for a work event and we absolutely love it! Ara and Maritza provided wonderful services and did an excellent job. There was an accident that delayed my original tech and Holli Blount made sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond to find me another tech and really made sure I had a wonderful time. I truly appreciated the customer service she provided and her diligence to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this resort to everyone! It is beautiful! The views are breathtaking and the entire resort is relaxing.
Lovely as always ! First time back since the pandemic . The attention to details are still there with the cleanliness of the locker rooms and shared spaces , however prices have sky rocketed while the waterfall grotto is now a separate reservation and fee. Front desk reception could be improved , but all other staff were so friendly !
This place is utterly fabulous. From the moment the Lyft pulled up this place is an oasis. Perched on a hill, the design and architecture are rustic modern. The staff is incredibly efficient, nice and professional. A special shout out to manager Holli who went above and beyond to make our girls weekend away luxurious. The facilities were pristine and the masseuses fantastic. One of the best we’ve ever been to around the country.
This was an very relax and wonderful time for my mom, husband and me. We did the stone massage for the entire body very pleasant, relaxing, helpful, magical and I talking for medical condition, I always my muscles are tense, the massage give me a pain free time for some days after. It is kind of expensive but its worth it for the quality, and you have also access to a vitality pool. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool. I really recommend spend the days enjoying everything even the beautiful view. You deserve it!
I was treated to a postpartum spa day by a friend and what a wonderful experience. The facility has a very tranquil aesthetic and it was just so peaceful. Everything was very clean and we saw staff members continuously cleaning throughout the day which I appreciated. The amenities were wonderful, I really enjoyed the solarium and the infinity pool. The service was nice and the snack and drink options were appropriate and delicious. I got a swedish massage by Francis and it was one of the best massages Ive ever gotten. Highly recommend this place for either a staycation or just a day to unwind by yourself or with company.
Very elegant environment and decor. Great attention to detail , including having my name on my locker. Great staff and the masseur that I had was one of the best deep tissue massages I ever had. No complaints at all.
Amazing resort. Lovely rooms, views of the Hill country and decor. Multiple restaurants and ways to be entertained at the facility. Pools are lovely and have great views while relaxing. The spa is wonderful as is the golf course. Recommend the Sunday breakfast buffet at Sweet fire kitchen and the brunch at the Signature restaurant was lovely also.
Have been coming to Loma de Vida for a few years now off and on and its been a rollercoaster of experiences. There have been several issues throughout our times coming. First off I have to acknowledge that the location of this facility alone is enough to warrant a trip out if youve been on the fence about it. No matter the time of the year its always gorgeous views all around. As for the issues, its been all over from the staff being rude/not helpful on one occasion which dealt with the Quench staff and food. At that time it was satisfactorily dealt with at checkout by a manager. Another time it was an issue with other guests being loud and obnoxious, I understand thats not really on Loma de Vida but we would have hoped that the staff would deal with roudy patrons. Additionally we had rented a cabana and could absolutely not even use it due to mosquitoes, they did try to offer us pest repellents but to no avail and they did end up taking off the charge for that. Then once with the salon and my husband who had a mans manicure done and by the end of our day his nail coat was gone. Anytime there is an issue the management/staff is always happy to resolve the issues, we just wish there wasnt any issues. My only major complaint or problem I have is with the facility itself. Weve been going over a number of years and it never seems to have gotten a thorough cleaning. The vitality pool in the womens section by the small water fall areas are always covered in hardwater stains, the steam/sauna rooms as well have old water stains or just dont seem to have gotten a good scrubbing. I hope that with this covid next time we go back it looks more upscale and clean as one would hope.
This is a gorgeous spa that immediately immerses you in tranquility. Denise Reyes is the esthetician who did my facial and she is so knowledgeable and friendly. Her technique is very soothing. I’m so happy with the service.
Had a lovely experience here. All staff members were kind and attentive. There was an issue with my friend’s cancellation and the manager handled the situation so I did not have to worry about it. Highly recommend and I will be returning.
Loma de vida has the best therapists around, but is kinda poorly managed. This is the spa equivalent of going to a restaurant where they get your order wrong, but the food still tastes good. Each time we’ve booked with Loma de Vida there has been some kind of “scheduling” issue. On our first visit to the spa, our time in the Skyloft was cut short because another couple had been booked at the same time. Most recently, I’d booked a couple’s massage for my wife’s birthday. I called to confirm the appointment with front desk the day prior and see about enhancements, but when we arrived at the spa the next day were told that I’d only booked two separate massage services. Probably don’t count on getting what you booked, but you likely won’t be disappointed with the quality of whatever service you do end up receiving.
I have stayed at the Villas of La Cantera several times, but never visited the spa. I was so excited to finally book a massage. I have had numerous massages at JW, Westin, Mokara and even in Breckenridge, CO, etc.. This by far was the worst and most awkward massage I have ever had. She was constantly talking to me about relaxing and that my muscles were not relaxed. It was like I was irritating her which actually increased my anxiety and made me more tense. Unfortunately, I paid over $200 for this experience! Overall everyone else at the spa were very welcoming, but not sure I will be returning unless I can request someone more accommodating and less judgmental.
SERENITY can be reached here. Immersed in nature with hill top views, temperature controlled infinity pool, sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt scrubs, complimentary herbal teas, infused waters. An amazing juice bar, acai bowls and cocktails. My visit on two separate occasions were luxurious, exclusive, and left me feeling amazing. First hydrafacial, second sublime facial both done by esthetician Denise. She is a master at her craft. She is able to read the room my first experience was quiet calm comforting not too much conversation but gave good skincare advise, second time very educational, conversational on topic with skincare, lots of knowledge. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wanted to give this place more stars, unfortunately there were a couple of issues. 1) Booking. I was not able to complete booking online after multiple attempts on multiple devices, I kept getting an internal server error. No biggie, Ill call. Unfortunately I had to call half a dozen times and be transferred by a human through the main reception to actually ring through to this spa. The self service La Cantera phone menu would say it was connecting and then ring a couple of times and then nothing, no hold music, no opportunity to leave a message, just silence. For as much as one massage costs I would think they would have a more sophisticated/user friendly booking system here. 2) Overcrowded. I did come on a Saturday which understandably there are more people, however there were so many people in the lounge waiting for their treatments there werent enough seats for everyone. Id call that overbooked. Then literally 15 therapists come at once and start calling out names. The amount of people present already made it less than relaxing, but this mass exodus of 15-20 people all leaving to get their massage at the same time definitely added to the hubbub and detracted from the serenity. 3) Massage. Unfortunately the massage I received was below par for the price. My therapist was nice and routinely checked in on pressure levels, but didnt seem well versed in hot stones. The stones were often not hot at all (room temp) and she had trouble tucking the sheets and uncovering/recovering parts of my body. She ended the session by abruptly putting my locker key back on my wrist (which I had taken off and put on a stool before the massage) and lifting the headrest of the massage table, causing the eye mask she had put on my eyes (which was simply a floppy massage table headrest cover) to fall down. My bra and my robe were laying on top of me as well. This was the strangest end to any massage Ive ever experienced, not sure if she was trying to rush me out or thought this was helpful, but in any case it wasnt great. Again, for the price, I was surprised there wasnt a legit weighted eye mask and more sophistication overall here in the spa treatment.Overall, La Cantera is a beautiful place. I did take a yoga class that I enjoyed prior to getting my massage. Fix your online booking/phone system, stagger the start of spa services so people arent building up in the reception area, and make sure the quality of your services match the steep price point.
I had a Swedish massage with Francis and omg. His technique is everything!!! Definitely one of the best I have ever had. I’m only booking with him in the future and I recommend you do the same. This was my first time here and my friends and I stayed for a few hours to enjoy everything. It was soo relaxing we had a wonderful time! Already planning a visit back with my husband 🤩
5 girlfriends and I planned a day here around our massages and pedicures. It was a 10/10 experience. The staff is amazing, especially Patricia! My pedicure was the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back!
Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had. We went for my friends bachelorette and each did a massage. With each service you get to use the rest of the amenities such as the pool, steam rooms, solarium, and more.
Best spa in SA! Last time I went was a weekend, I think I’ll stick to off peak hours as it was super loud even in zen spaces, but I’ve enjoyed my time here every visit.
Way more than I could have expected! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt like a celebrity walking around in the provided robe and flip flops. The infinity pool was a little chilly but the waterfall pool was prefect. The massage was a little intense for my personal taste; I did have to tell the massuse a couple of times that I needed it done a little softer. Overall would definitely return!
San Antonio’s finest spa with an excellent view. I surprised my fiancé with a day of relaxation date; ended up booking my daughters baby shower last year here. Every time I visit this place, I leave relieved and relaxed, ready to conquer the world. I look forward to joining their membership package soon.
Don’t expect service at the pool if your tattooed I watched everyone get served something and made me think I was gonna get a menu … I get it I’m tattooed but I paid extra to get a room and relax this weekend not get treated like I’m not the right type of person to get any type of service… I went in and order myself and I’ll get it myself thanks for winding me all up while I’m relaxing.
They disregard both the prices advertised online on their menu and the appointment times set in reservations. Prepare for unexpected changes in both schedule and pricing.
Possibly the most beautiful resort in Texas. The spa is a little on the pricey side but it is beautiful. When you purchase a spa service, you have access to the spa amenities all day. So Id get there very early or stay late. You can use their secluded pool, fitness center, steam room, sauna, and tea room. Its a very relaxing place with beautiful views as long as youre willing to spend the money.
I took my wife here for her birthday and we paid for a really nice upscale package couples massage. Unfortunately, her massage was subpar at best. The technique was unlike anything she has every experienced. It was more of an extremely slow rub than anything. She mentioned it half was through and nothing really changed. We get massages a lot and have never had to mention something to the staff. We asked to talk to a manager and he showed little concern. He threw around the accolades of the spa being a “Top 10 Spa in the World” and expressed little care, politely defending the massage therapist. He offered to give a discount. At the end of the day, the massage was still $426. Extremely displeased with the experience here and the lack of care of concern for paying customers.
Massage, views, and pool were fantastic. Called ahead to ensure they were lgbt friendly and was told they were. When I arrived they not only couldn’t find my reservation but a supervisor came and urged my friend to use the changing area against their gender identity. Thankfully one great employee spoke up and said my friend should do what made them comfortable. (I genuinely hope they weren’t reprimanded).Disappointing behavior from a luxury spa in 2023 and one of the largest cities in the country.
We absolutely loved our massage therapists ! Forgive me, I have mom brain going on, but I think my therapists name was Alton and my husbands I don’t remember but they were both black and anyway they made sure we had the BEST experience. We were all laughing and just enjoying each others company the entire time. I actually learned a lot about the human body during the massage because my massage therapist explained it all as he went along. Those two are literally a godsend and deserve all their flowers and more!
Had a wonderful massage with Kelly! The atmosphere is beautifully inviting and the spa amenities are perfect for a day of self care!
There is nothing relaxing about this spa. Multiple gaggles of screaming women ensured that. This is a party place and not a relaxing spa. Maybe dont serve the rude screaming lady shots of tequila if she cant keep it down. These women were not only loud and obnoxious, but they hogged various facilities such that I couldnt use the amenities that I had traveled all the way across town for. What an absolute waste of my time and money. The staff did not fix the situation and did not offer any remedy for the complete lack of amenities available to me that I payed considerable money for.Not only that, they are super sneaky with the cost of services. I went for a haircut and asked in advance how much it would be. It ended up costing almost double what was listed online with the only rationale being oh thats what she decided. How about you decide before hand and then let me decide if I want to pay for that service.Complete waste of time and money to go to this spa.So again, you dont get what you pay for and you dont know what you will pay till its too late. Absolutely hate this place now.
This was the most amazing spa I have ever been to. The massage included access to the outdoor pool & jacuzzi, and indoor facilities including an herbal steam room, experience shower, reflection pool, sauna, and body scrub. These indoor facilities were separate for the men & women. There are complimentary herbal water and tea available. Downstairs is a cafe where drinks, smoothies, and light snacks can be purchased. Access to the amenities made this experience an incredible value. The atmosphere is tranquil with gigantic picture-windows overlooking the picturesque Hill Country with luxurious lounge furniture. I went on a December day and the windows were cracked open to let in the fresh air. There are areas to sunbathe both inside and out if desired. This spa thought of everything: robes, sandals, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shaving cream, razors, and blow dryers, all in the womens locker room area. I mention this because I arrived frazzled with only a bathing suit and didnt feel unprepared once I was given a tour.I was taken to a coed lounge for my deep-tissue massage service, which was one of the best Ive ever received. It included gentle stretching, aromatherapy, as well as warm compresses, and true deep pressure. My therapist was kind and experienced. Even the individual massage rooms were well-appointed.Im looking forward to returning! If you book a service, make sure to allow yourself plenty of time to use the facilities so you dont feel rushed. The space is designed in way that is excellent for meditation, reflection, and relaxation.Loma de Vida Spa & Wellness was a tranquil place where I was able exhale for the first time in months. Thank you for the incredible experience!
We had a womans work getaway day here. The service was a little slow in the beginning but it picked up as more people arrived (I dont think they were used to having so many people so early on a Thursday) and we were in no hurry, so it wasnt a huge deal. I got a deep tissue massage and I was not expecting a true deep tissue because every other resort spas I have been to have never delivered a true deep tissue, but this one was great. I believe the therapists name was Sherry. I told her it was one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had (I get them once a month) especially for being at a resort. It was amazing, and not at all painful like they can be sometimes. Im thinking about making her my usual therapist since we are in town and I will get use of the spa facilities for a full day.
This is my go-to place for a day of rest. I try and go 1 to 2 times a year. Most often I book a massage or facial and spend almost an entire day there taking advantage of all their amenities (outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, etc.) While I adore this place and have always loved getting a massage or facial, I am giving it three starts for the following 2 reasons:1) their Quench bar menu hasn’t changed in over 2 years. While they’ve recently updated the menu with the addition of macarons and a charcuterie board, it’s been the same menu items overall. I’ve had everything on the menu and keep hoping it will be updated. Also, since COVID things are prepackaged and sitting in a refrigerated case. Kind of wish it was more “fresh” and plated a little nicer.2) it seems like there’s always something not working: the fireplace, the waterfall faucets in the heated indoor pool.I do love this place, but wish to see these things updated.
I spent my birthday (during the day) at Loma de Vida Spa and it could not have been any better. I am renewed and refreshed. My hydra facial and massage were flawless. The amenities were luxury style. I had lunch at the cafe which was really good. I experienced the salt sauna and the steam room. The pool inside and out were nice. I was there for hours and had a ball. The employees were constantly asking me if I needed anything. Again, my spa experience could not have gone any better.
Came here for my Annivesary and they did not make it feel near unforgetable. The massage was good, the view is also beautiful. I simply recommend you do not come here to celebrate a special ocassion.
Had our babymoon weekend at the hotel and booked many services with the spa. My original appointment was lost in the system so I had to rebook everything for a later date which had hotel rates doubled. Due to the inconvenience the spa upgraded us to the babymoon package which gave us a pool cabana. The facility itself is beautiful, the pool is heated and the amenities are awesome. My 75 message was okay, nothing out of this world, but my wife had a happy belly facial which did not happen due to the mixture hardening, the reimburse us but did not even offer to redo it at all, kind a of disappointing.
My wife saw what looked like a mountain lion 🦁 from the massage area outside (see attached video). The massage was great. Amenities were enjoyable. The ability to hang out all day and go back and forth from the room to the resort was a big plus. Its a little pricier than the Barton Creek Omni but worth the experience.
Belen was amazing! I love Alton and I missed him but still had a great massage and great advice. Outside was a bit noisy with other less than courteous guests, but providers here are always top notch.
I went on for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was honestly the best Ive ever experienced in my life. My professional was so friendly and personable. She was very responsive to my body and gave me an amazing massage! Thank you Kelly and thank you Loma de Vida Spa! I will be back ☺️
My husband booked us a couples massage for my birthday. We went early to enjoy the spa amenities before our massage. I am a little disappointed with the way the visit went this time. The food options are limited and unsavory. Wraps in plastic containers doesnt exactly say tranquil or relaxing neither does a freezing pool that is supposed to be heated. The hot tub is pretty outdated and small. I also requested a male masseuse since I wanted deep tissue massage but was greeted by a petite female one with small hands. The massage itself was not an hour. It was 55 minutes between getting us from the lounge area to end of massage, that included us getting settled in the massage room and the masseuse getting everything ready. At best it was 40 minutes. For the exuberant prices they charge for the massages, I have had better ones at retail massage stores. In the end we werent even asked how our experience was by receptionists at checkout. The place is definitely losing its world class experience but still charging the prices for it.
I have been to the spa MANY times over the past several years & have ALWAYS had exceptional experiences. This year is our 24 year anniversary. I called & reserved a couples treatment for this upcoming weekend as part of our celebration. I was told our spa appointment would be from 3-5 pm. I then received an email mid-May stating our appointment is set for 4:45 pm. I immediately called & left a message at the spa about the discrepancy- no one called me back. I have left at least 6 messages since Mid-May asking for a call back from the spa with no success. I finally just got frustrated & left a message with Patricia Roy?? & again with the spa this past Sunday. I got a call back from Patricia but I was at work & couldnt answer & no voice mail was left. My husband did not receive a call either. I did receive an email from Holly ( Spa Operations Supervisor & Admin) but again no phone call to me or my husband. Im not going to let this ruin my AMAZING celebration this weekend. I am going to confirm the 4:45 pm appointment BUT I just want to let others know the difficulties Ive had due to the lack of communication from the spa staff. Weve had to cancel our dinner plans for Saturday night. Im truly disappointed, especially since we spend several thousand dollars each time we visit the resort.
I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my husband and I am so thankful he did.The moment I walked in, all I saw were smiles from the staff, they were very welcoming and courteous. You instantly felt comfortable and excited for my treatments.I booked an hour long manicure, an hour long pedicure, 90 minute Swedish massage and an hour facial.I was blown away by everyone. The manicurist was so sweet and great at conversation and we learned about each other. She was quite kind and really enjoyed her job and she did an amazing job on my nails. The pedicurist was sweet and so funny. I loved her personality and she was very detailed and took pride in her work.I ordered a sandwich (turkey BLT) from Quench, the in spa restaurant, it was delicious and they brought it to me while I was getting a pedicure. My masseur was very attentive and really made sure I was comfortable, asked if the pressure was good, the heat of the table, etc. she was very professional and listened when she asked of any areas that I was having issues with. For me, it was my neck and back, they’ ve been hurting and painful. She gave them a lot of love and I had a ton of knots. I felt bad for her after a while bc she was working so hard.We chatted a bit and had a lot in common and she’s a mother of three and compassionate. I truly enjoyed my time with her.The esthetician for my facial was funny as well and she did an amazing job.It was a lovely experience and I’ll be honest, I’m not rich like most who choose their spa and I never felt like that mattered, if that makes sense.I felt very welcomed and treated like a queen and felt special.Highly recommend.
No need for vacation when you have a place like this in town!! Relaxing and service was amazing!!!!
My partner and I went for a 60 minute facial and massage. We arrived on time. My facial lasted less than 45 minutes and my partners massage lasted 50 minutes. Why is it normal to receive less treatment than what you pay for? The manager, Chris, gave me 15% off my facial--but realizing now they should have done a lot more. The nose on my skin wasnt even exfoliated and was dry and peeling off after the facial. Shoddy work.
An amazing Spa and exceptional staff. Everyone there made the experience memorable. Frankie provided one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend enough.
My husband am I were gifted an early Christmas present (A Couples Massage) from our daughter. Our massages were amazing. This location is beautiful and so relaxing. Everyone is so courteous and everyone made sure to say hello and offer water or any needed information. We will be back for sure!
Meegan was worth ever bit of the expensive Swedish massage. Puddy in her hands and felt renewed at the end. The best part is you also get full access to the spa amenities like a sauna extra included. Will go again next year!
Highly recommend this beautiful spa for a day of relaxation! Well kept amenities and attentive staff to any needs! Will definitely return in the near future!
My appointment for couples massage at first wasn’t notated by staff and tried putting me and my boyfriend in separate rooms on our Anniversary. however Eric the manager gave us an upgrade for the misshapen and treated us with kindness and made our day. Thank you Eric for the sweet hospitality I will never forget the experience..we will be back
This Spa is beautiful! Everything about this place is so relaxing and serene. We had a couples massage and it was wonderful. I wish that they would start the time when the therapist actually starts the massage. We paid for a 60 minute but it really is 45 minutes because you spend 15 talking to your massage therapist about your preferences. They should have us fill that out prior. Other than that, it was great!
Ive been to Loma de Vida Spa twice and both times were amazing! i got a Swedish massage from Beth and Irish and both did a great job! I plan on coming back very soon! I love the vitality pool and the sauna, the view is great, place is very clean and very relaxing! my only complaint is that they don t offer 90 min massages but its due to covid so I understand. Will be back soon
Visited on a Sunday with two friends and had an amazing time. I was told by the hotel Sunday was not busy and I did not need to make a reservation, they were totally booked. We were only able to utilize day passes. Beautiful facility with relaxing views. Staff was professional and courteous. Food was delicious and fresh. We had a wrap, noodle rolls and added protein. I look forward to another visit.
The Spa facilities are beautiful, the massage was amazingly relaxing. Check-out needs work. We had cocktails by the pool and paid for them by the pool but when checking out for our massage for the day they tried to recharge us for the paid drinks. After 2 trips down the stairs with 2 receipts and a phone call to the downstairs it was hopefully resolved. Will be checking our billing in the future. Other than check-out. Great experience!
The most relaxing experience ever! I try to do a staycation here, at least once a year!
By far the best spa experience that my wife and I have ever had. We spent the day at the pool with lunch and drinks served by attentive staff prior to the massage. We opted for the sky loft package that included a 90 minute couple massage followed by another 90 minutes enjoying mountain views with champagne in a private outdoor tub. We will definitely come back when we return to San Antonio.
Amazing experience! Beautiful spa where you can definitely enjoy a full day of relaxation if you have the time. All staff was gracious, treatment great, amenities perfect! We will be back.
Favorite experience at a spa. Service amazing. Amenities wow and personal so kind.
Booked a couples experience for our anniversary on July 21st and was told it would take a few days to get my confirmation message. When I got the message I saw that the date was marked as the 20th instead. When I called to ask for it to be corrected to the 21st, I was told they were fully booked on that date and unable to fix their mistake.I guess the girl who took my call was never on the right date to begin with.
One of the nicest spas Ive ever been to. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. They have a wrist band you wear that allows you to stay at the spa all day to use their facilities. I got a massage and they have a nice room with a fireplace and blankets for you to relax beforehand. They have a good juice bar and cool pools that belong to just the spa and not the resort. I cant wait to go back!
This was, by far, the best spa experience for me! I had a 90-minute massage & then was able to relax in the solarium & outside by the infinity pool. The ambiance in this place is so relaxing & the design & decor is aesthetically pleasing! I didn’t want to leave! The customer service by the staff is IMPECCABLE!! I will definitely be back! I HIGHLY recommend this treasure spot in San Antonio!!!
Wonderful, relaxing spa. I had a massage by Patricia and she was awesome. She asked the right questions, worked on problem areas and suggested ways to improve areas I was having pain with. I will definitely come again. The added amenities of the pool, quiet meditation areas, sauna, mineral pool and outdoor balcony are amazing and relaxing. The entire staff was friendly, and the views are phenomenal.
The service and facilities are amazing! Best massages we’ve ever had. Me and my husband had never done a spa day, and he’s not the spa type of guy. But he was asking me if they had a monthly membership bc he loved it so much.
I got here as soon as they opened and had the womens solarium to myself for a while. It has a small pool/large hot tub that I was able to stretch in, but swimming and floating were a challenge. I plopped down in a lounger to read my book, taking breaks to go in the sauna and get fruit-infused water. At around noon, a group of talkative women came in, so I decided to seek tranquility elsewhere. The outdoor area was stunning. The pool was heated, so swimming was doable in January. I had to go back to my room a couple times and each time, the entrance/exit to the spa took my breath away. It was magical.Oh and the food was delicious and healthy.I honestly felt like a new woman at the end of the day. I feel relaxed just thinking about it.
Parking isnt the best for the spa guests, so definitely prepare for that. But once youre there, youre never going to want to leave...! My massage with Sherri was absolutely incredible, as was the service of the rest of the spa staff. Highly recommend.
The spa it’s self was great. The valet service and claims department are terrible. They took my vehicle to valet parked it. When it came back the windshield was broken. I asked for the manager but he was gone for the night. I filled out a claim form that never got turned in. The valet manager never called back. I called and finally spoke to him. He said without asking that likely they will deny the claim. @propark the company who handled the claim did deny just like he said. When I called pro park there was no answer. I left 3 messages no calls were returned. I stayed in the. Sevens which was very nice but this will keep me from ever returning to this place. Extremely disappointed with how it was handled and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at this point. I have filed a formal complaint with the department of insurance so they can review the claims handling process. Good luck trusting these guys with your vehicle.
Honestly, it’s like being in heaven. The most sincere, peaceful, informative, beautiful place. Best hydrafacial I’ve ever got.
The rating is based on the spa and spa service I received. I love the spa and the atmosphere but the cafe needs some work. If I’m spending $200 on spa treatment I’m expecting the cafe to be top notch. The food is in plastic containers and when we visited, there wasn’t even anything left in the refrigerated area. This space has so much potential and I’m hoping they make some changes.
Love coming to Loma Vida Spa. So peaceful and relaxing. The facials and massages are amazing. The spa is well managed, great service, clean pools, clean restrooms, clean robes, clean shoes , ect.
Love Loma! The massage treatment was supreme. Got a manicure and pedicure both treatments were excellent. And the spa was a great place to relax between each. The showers were outstanding as well. Cant wait to go back again.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was given a $400 gift certificate from my husband for my birthday. He made an appointment for me for a facial and a massage. Two days before the appointment I decide to reschedule the appointment to the following week because he was having a medical procedure. I called and left a message with my phone number. No response. I called the day of the appointment, left a message, still no response. Two days later my husband called and left a message with return phone number. Surprise....Still no return call. I dont appreciate the treatment by the illustrious Loma de Vida Spa. They ignored our calls and my appointment. I guess they can afford to treat people the way they want with what they charge. After looking around, their prices are ridiculous. Just to say, the credit card had been approved per the bank and thank goodness we had not been charged because they dont charge until the appointment. Dont bother!!!
The actual spa was wonderful, great site, and beautiful views from all points. But the outside pool was more of a frat/sorority party. Doesnt seem like there was any limits on who they let in and the general crowd had no respect for a restful and peaceful spa day.
Let me start off by saying the therapist and treatment I had today was absolutely amazing. Melissa is professional and skilled and I could not have asked for a better treatment. The location is gorgeously situated in the hill country and the Sky loft I was in today was really exquisite. Great selection of teas too in the common area. Now, heres what went wrong:* Hair brushes were not disposable - thats extremely unhygienic. Other high end spas have disposable combs* HAIR TIES - do you know how many people with long hair will come in forgetting their own? Its a small touch but an extremely important one* Sky loft booking and billing experience - My husband booked me a treatment in the Sky loft. The person on the phone assured him there was an extra hour booked for me because I was getting a longer treatment than the 90-minute one included in the min. price. This did not eventuate in actuality because my time was up as soon as my treatment was over. They told me I did not have an extra hour booked and because of the long treatment, my time was already up. However, when I went to check out, there was a Sky loft + 1 hour charge on there. Your staff did correct it and refunded me that charge however the correct billing aside, what I really wanted was the experience of enjoying the sky loft post-treatment and this, I did not get today. Very underwhelming* Your common area was very noisy. I understand people are there to enjoy the spa and some come with their friends but really, I expect these areas to be quiet. Some of the women spoke at the top of their voices about their chickens and their families. It is a small space - THERE WAS NOWHERE TO GO TO ENJOY QUIET REFLECTION. At other spas, there are meditation rooms etc where you could escape conversations. This did not exist today* You need better signage or a system to prevent people from walking into the Sky Loft. Another customer was trying to get into my treatment room and was stopped by my therapist outside but it would have been extremely disruptive and invasive had it been about 5 minutes earlier when I was actually just getting out of the shower. Later, your manager had opened the door unannounced in the middle of my massage - they didnt say a word but REALLY?For an establishment that charges so much and is considered a luxury spa, I had an extremely disappointed experience today and will likely not be returning. I usually go to Lantana Spa and thats probably where I will continue to visit.
The staff and services are incredible always! The only wish I have is to get cold plunge pools for spa guests to use 🙏 I would be there a lot more frequently if they had them.
The lounging spa in the ladies area is not functioning. It used to have running jets and water that poured from the wall into the pool but now just sits stagnant. I feel like this was a major selling point to me but unfortunately the staff did not seem concerned as they replied yeah it’s been broken for years. Well fix it or lower your prices. Also it’s broken in the mens lounge too per my husband. Such a shame for a resort with spa in the name.
Always an awesome time here! This has become an annual event for my birthday and the staff is always incredibly friendly helpful and upbeat! It’s not the cheapest day out but it’s worth spending on yourself once a year and I’ve yet to remember to get pictures because the days are just so good I forget to have my phone in hand!
Amazing experience! We went there early and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
Did the Swedish message and it was amazing. I went in with lots of neck pain that I deal with on a daily basis. My pain is completely gone and I now know what melted butter feels like because thats how I felt leaving from there. When u book a spa day u have access to all the amenities which is a nice plus.
Such a beautiful spa, the grounds were amazing. Comparable to the Mandarin Oriental in NYC. Had a sauna, a salt room sauna, steam room, hot bath, hot tub, heated infinity pool, fitness center, relaxing room with fireplace, fresh juice bar with libations and snacks, a gift shop and beautiful grounds throughout to relax around. The private showers had all the toiletries you would need.
A very nice spa. Everything youd expect; saunas, hot tubs, pools, showers. They have tea waters and light snacks available. You can order from their very affordable cafe and have it carried to you anywhere within the spa area. My wife and I spent 8 hours here and enjoyed reading and relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.
Loma de Vida, “Hill of Life” truly lives up to its name. We came here for a girls spa day. We’ve enjoyed the amenities of the pools, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas. The spa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. It may be a little pricey but definitely worth it! We will return when we need another day of relaxation and rejuvenation.
I wish I lived in S.A. just to visit here more. The amenities are incredible. I could easily spend all day here. From the start to finish; attendants, amenities, therapists, pools, juice bar and amazing shower it was such a good experience. Shame on me for forgetting my massage masters name but I left feeling like a million bucks. You wont regret visiting here!!!
The first time I went to Loma de Vida was pre-Covid, and we stayed mid-week. It was a blissful, peaceful experience, and we spent an entire day using the amenities.I just went again this weekend and I was shocked. There is no social distancing whatsoever and I highly doubt numbers were being limited. Several groups of women talking loudly, using cell phones in the locker room/solarium. Thats fine by the pool, but in the sauna/steam/vitality pool it would be nice to have a quiet environment. The poor staff kept asking people to put their phones away. Before my treatment, I couldnt even find a spot to sit in the relaxation lounge. (My treatment was lovely and faultless).I would have spoken to someone about this, but as I was checking out a group of ten women were checking in and honestly, I just wanted to get out of there.I am lucky enough to have been vaccinated, but if unmasked groups of people in small spaces make you nervous about Covid, this is not the place for you.Lesson learned - dont go to Loma de Vida on the weekends if youre looking for relaxation!!!
I enjoyed everything about this spa. My massage therapist Nicole was great. I highly recommend her. I appreciated that I constantly saw the staff cleaning, and their policies werent overbearing on guests in regards to covid.
I had a fabulous time here on my birthday for some much needed relaxation. I had a Reflexology treatment, rented the grotto for an hour to swim and then relaxed in the ladies spa for a couple more hours. Even after returning to work, I felt more relaxed and less tense for days. It isnt cheap, but it was worth it and I will be back.
I went for a spa day with friends. I showed up for my appointment and they said I was late by 15 minutes (I wasnt, they had made a mistake) and rushed me back to the room. They said since I was late I couldnt have the 90 min service that was requested and could only have 60 min. The massager gave me the 90 min regardless and did a great job. While I was having my service, my friend confirmed that they had made a mistake and I wasnt late at all. They also tried to add on a service I didnt request but my friends had. No one apologized for that until we went to check out. When I went to get a locker the girl said that I must have been late since I didnt get one. I told her what happened and she didnt acknowledge it at all. The view is amazing. The service at the juicer and at the pool was ok. My friends didnt like their massages. They said the rooms were cold and the blankets werent heated. Mine werent either but I assumed it was because I got a hot stone massage. For what this place charges versus the J.W Marriott or the Hyatt here in San Antonio, I was very disappointed. The girl who checked me out at the end was nice and apologized for what happened but it was too late. I appreciated her courtesy but unfortunately the damage was done. I wont be going back.
Visited for the first time in February as a birthday gift. Highly relaxing, rejuvenating, and ultimate pampering mode. Loved every minute from the sauna and steam room with himalaya sea salt scrub to the great menu. Also booked a deep tissue massage with a male, and CBD oil. Oh my. The best massage Ive had in a while. Thanks for a great Birthday!
So very disappointed during visit, infinity pool was so very dirty, extremely dirty and service was so slow. didn’t realize that one server (poor girl) was servicing the whole spa until I saw her inside solarium. However I did enjoy the solarium which was clean, Dora made the time there very pleasant.
This place is great!! I was having an anxiety attack the whole time I was there and the ladies took very good care of me🫶🏼
Spent the day relaxing at the spa! I LOVE the steam room and the indoor hot tub. Also enjoyed the gorgeous views and outdoor amenities with some bites and mimosas. I need to do this more often for myself.
I love Loma de Vida Spa & Wellness. The yoga instructor Lyzz Stauffer is amazing. The staff and management are really friendly and caring. Wait till you see the changing rooms. You wont want to leave. Its a very relaxing place hidden high up on a hill. It feels like youre miles away from San Antonio but not far at all.
I went here yesterday for a massage and a day at the spa. When I had my personal locker the janitor or somebody stole my money. It was $30.00 and some change but the fact that it happened is very unprofessional. If you want to come here expect to get your money stolen. I even tipped well. When I wasn’t unaware.
This spa will now be a must-do everytime we are in San Antonio! We arrived about an hour and half before our couples massages. The front desk greeted us promptly and lead us to our seperate spa areas (mens and womens). We were able to enjoy the steam room, sauna room with Himalayan salt, bathing pool, outdoor hot tub, infinity pool, and showers at no additional charge. All super clean. The spa let us use our own locker, robe, sandals. We opted not to visit the fitness center but it was an option. We received 60 minute Swedish massages ($160 pp). Amazing massages with choice of scent. After the massage we could stay as long as we wanted. Great views of the hill country and a golf course. Very quiet and peaceful outside as well as inside the spa. We will return!
As a longtime San Antonio resident, I can say that this is the best spa in San Antonio. The day pass ($75 for locals) is a deal. It includes every amenity in the spa incl the complimentary tea in the lounge and the herbal sauna room in the ladies spa. My only concern is that the upper level managers find a source for compostable cups for the various water stations including the juice bar. seeing all of the plastic cups really ruins the eco-friendly vibe of the space.
I purchased a massage and an add on treatment as a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday. Although she enjoyed the massage, they forgot to provide the add on and only realized it when she called attention to the oversight when paying. To their credit, they did refund the cost of the add on, but I was disappointed as a first time customer that they made this error on a gift.
Visited Saturday with friends for spa service and use of the facilities. Staff were friendly, however, almost robotic in nature. Lacked true genuity. The communal restroom was not maintained. The floors were scattered with overflown garbage. What was extremely dissapointing was the food. Not necessarily the lack of options but the hygiene of food handling. We ordered our lunch at the small Cafe inside. The kitchen was adjacent to the counter and the size of a small closet. We ordered our salads and watched as the chef would handle his cell phone and rub his eyes all while preparing our food. He didnt even bother changing his gloves. We were disgusted as were in a so called 5 star resort and had this mans germs all over our $14 salads. We spent over $150 on food and drinks and couldnt eat nor drink them. I would consider going back for spa services but wouldnt be nearly as enjoyable without food/drinks.
Booked a couples massage, which was fantastic. Felt great afterwards. Should have booked a longer session and utilized the wonderful spa facilities (sauna etc) more.
We enjoyed the spa ☺️ but sadly the view of the hills has been greatly changed by a large apartment complex development nearby. If you go expecting the view that was there a couple years ago, youre going to be disappointed. It is sad seeing the hill country slowly be paved over with concrete.
The location is beautiful inside and out. With infinity pools, saunas, steam room, cafe, and a list of wellness focused services. The Spa is a must have experience while at the property. I look forward to my next experience.
My wife and I visited a few months back and the whole trip was amazing. We had two spa visits and they were fantastic. My therapist on my first visit was the best I have ever had. Worth the trip coming back. MJ! Wish she was closer.
My wife and I were just at the spa on my birthday May 26th, 2018. Incredible service, outstanding massages. I even got several glasses of champagne to celebrate the occasion. The steam showers are fantastic as well as the mineral pools. Once youre done with that you have a healthy filling lunch then out to the salt water pool for the reminder of the day. 5 STARS for these guys and gals. Vera my massuer was execeptional. The entire team made us feel like the only ones in the resort and this was Memorial Day weekend. Keep up the good work La Vida. The Hutchisons will be back!! Best, Darren Hutchison
Love this place -- its so gorgeous, the settings immediately put the at ease. I tried one of the acai bowls -- warning, the full size is HUGE. It is double the size of a regular acai bowl. Definitely too much for me to finish. Will continue to visit when I can.
Wonderful service and amenities! We enjoyed using the pool after our massage. Definitely will come here again and recommend this place. Would be a great gift idea as well.
My girlfriend loves this place, came everyday while we were at la cantera resort. I worked out, got a steam shower, took a shower and then joined my girlfriend in the hot tub for som champagne. Great place, really relaxes you.
Got the day pass and while the pool outside is beautiful, the amenities inside were not anything out of the average, ordinary spa experience. Also, staff does nothing to stop people talking on their cell phones so one lady practically screaming into hers ruined the experience.
Premium destination spa facilities; however, customer facing employees are not trained well enough to answer basic questions. It is uncomfortable to interact with poorly trained staff. Billing issues are a recurring concern as well, likely related to poor training
I had an awesome time! The staff was kind and considerate and helpful. Holly , Amanda and Laura were fantastic. This was a beautiful and relaxing day. Please go visit you will enjoy it.
Fantastic spa. Great services. I had a massage & use of pool, sauna, saline pool. Quiet, rejuvenating atmosphere. Quenche has great juice bar. Theyre following all COVID-19 precautions.
I love this Spa, its in a beautiful spot in San Antonio! One of the highest points in San Antonio. Beautiful grounds and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Beautiful!
Decided to go for the apa day pass. The spa and locker rooms were very nice and clean. They day I went, there were many people. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was like warm and the outside pool was so cold.
Highly recommend. There is not enough good things I can say about this place with their treatments and facilities. Planning a trip back here again for another amazing spa day.It is a bit pricey so be prepared but the cost is worth it.
Had the BEST massage experience at Loma de Vida Spa & Wellness. Ive had many massages in my life, and the massage Anthony delivered was the very best hands down. Beautiful spa...total bliss.
Fantastic experience! I had a massage, facial and pedicure! I brought my swim suit and soaked in the ladies only hot tub before my treatments. Had a wonderfully relaxing time.
Spa is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. As guest of the hotel, we received 2nd rate service from spa staff. The front desk staff lacked professionalism and needs to improve their customer service. The hotel however, offered impeccable service from beginning to end.
The absolutely best place to relax! Lianana for hair and nails is amazing! She is super sweet and does great work! Love my hair and nails everytime I see her!
We got facials. Loved it
Top notch spa, incredible facility, great service. Would love to come back
My favorite place in San Antonio!!! Love the massages and ambience! Drinks are delicious too!
The perfect pampered experience! Felt safe, and the staff was super friendly. The infinity pool has a relaxed vibe and the perfect end to a spa experience!
Awesome getaway while staying in the city. The entire spa is first class and really a great recharge
Amazing Texas Hill country day spa with all the amenities, wonderful skin and muscle enhancements... Its no wonder theyre #1 spa in south Texas and in the top 50 of the world.
Best spa Ive ever been to! This place is amazing! So relaxing to just get our massages there and relax with lunch and drinks afterwards by the pool.
Such a great place for a relaxing girls day. You have access to the facilities w/ any of the appointments, or you can buy a day pass for $40 to use everything.
It was really relaxing. Was spending time at the resort and decided to go to the spa. There were only few people with no kids which let me really took my stresses off.
This place is absolute heaven 😍 The staff is wonderful, food and drinks are on point, and the amenities are 🤌 *chefs kiss*
The best spa experience! Warm salt water, sauna & breathtaking views of hill country! I had the best massage by Katie! She is awesome
Best mothers day!The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the environment calm and relaxing, and I never felt unsafe or overcrowded.
I went there with my fiance. It was the most relaxing experience. Make sure you take a 60 minutes swedish massage. I felt like a new person
I booked a pedicure with Veronica, and it was the best pedicure Ive ever gotten, hands down! I will definitely be coming back.
Very pleasant experience. The nicest pedicure Ive had. Maya was kind and courteous be and very professional.
Beautiful, tranquil. Steam room, sauna, pool, spa, juice bar. And a wonderful massage by Michael. Highly recommend.
My go to....no other spa like this one. Im literally here all day lol. Love everything about this place!
Amazing service, beautiful views, and excellent facilities! By far our favorite spa in San Antonio!
Beautiful space with friendly and helpful staff that help make you feel relaxed; love being able to have a healthy lunch and enjoy the spa finishing off with a yoga class
Pool experience was bad especially the money that was spent for a great experience! The Facial was great though no complains there!
This spa is Life changing. You won’t leave as the same person who arrived. A total oasis in Texas.
Great. Beautiful area, set off and tucked away in a scenic resort near other attractions. Can be a bit pricey, but it was a pleasure to get away and just relax.
My favorite zen place! I think it’s the best spa in Texas!
Went after a flight from Detroit. Couldnt have ask for a better experience. Place was run well and the staff were very professional. Would definitely go back.
What a great place. Wife and I went for a birthday. Staff was so accommodating. Facility is beautiful, and the views are amazing.
This is the best spa ever!!!The staff is so professional & caring.
I love this place! They always treat you special and make you feel amazing! Love the massage!
Eat and drink out is cheaper, one water bottle $7 small bag of chip $4Turkey’s rap $18 there is only 4 slices of turkeys I don’t eat onion or cucumber butter off to eat steak out
Very rude phone etiquette and unprofessional. I called to make a reservation and one of the employees was laughing and joking around with someone in the background, and without greeting me put me on a 5 minute hold to come back and tell me they cant take my reservation.
Pretty fabulous experience all the way around, from the view to the facility itself, the equipment, food and service. Very well maintained and also quite expensive!
This spa has outdone both resort spans here in town...the grounds are gorgeous, the staff was super and I will be back to enjoy again!
Great service, wonderful staff all makes a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
Total relaxation right here at home in sa it has to be the best in town food from the cafe was great excellent service phenomenal views
This place is simply amazing best birthday gift ever!!!
Very nice, havent had a treatment yet but so far the quiet pool is all worth it...
We had a spa day. It was amazing from the second we walked in the door. Great customer service.
Absolutely amazing. Hands down the most relaxing spa in San Antonio. I will be back
Treated guests like royalty. Beautiful space. Lots of amenities.
Great massage by Dana! Pretty property. Would like better food options.
Excellent service. Everyone there is so great and accommodating. So many things to do. Felt incredible.
Recommend for a good relaxing spa day in San Antonio
I got a manicure and used the spa amenities. It was very relaxing in the outside pool.
