I originally went in for a juice I had been looking for, but they didn’t have it like most vape shops in San Antonio.She walked through all her juices and really thought about what I may like and gave me a ton of options to choose from. She walked me through my mod and how I should be using it as well. She was top notch.She eventually recommended a juice to me and addressed each and ever concern I had with the ones I had previously purchased from other stores. 100% that chick should run that store if she doesn’t already. 10/10

Had a great experience today in the shop. The team member that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I didnt catch her name but she was great. The shop atmosphere is awesome. The juice selection was a bit limited but I was able to find something I can live with. I would give it five stars but since there isnt a pool table I will have to leave it at four. I will definitely be back!

Nicest people! I’ve been going here for several years now and everyone has been helpful, knowledgeable and nice as can be! Today it was just super slammed, Big shout out to Kenny, he moved fast and was awesome helping me out today! On top of having top notch people the atmosphere is the nicest of all vape shops I have been in town, out of town, and even in other states I haven’t seen a nicer place, that includes both Bandera and Huebner! They have their own line of juices which I have tried many of and find them on par or better than branded juice and they send out coupons from time to time making them a great deal! The only wish I have is for more device selection and I did have problems with a couple of units, not their fault but they wish they had been able to have helped me more with but that has been a while back and they do not sell them anymore.

Ive been here twice now and will definitely be back. I found it by accident the first time and looked for it the second. The prices are reasonable and the store is well appointed, but the staff by far is what makes the store worth coming to.Both times Ive been the people there were relaxed, friendly, helpful and somehow professional all at the same time.

This is my second time at this location. The same staff both times. The first time I came from another location because this location was supose to have what I wanted in stock. I bought 70.00 worth an now to get vape juice. They didnt have the ml juice I wanted so I got the same brand in another flavor in the discount bend. After al that I primed my new vape with my new juice and it was terrible it was menthol. I made it perfectly clear what I usually get an it is not menthol. So you can imagine my frustration. I called an talked to the supervisor or owner. She didnt offer me anything to replace the juice or discount to replace it.So now today iam in the area because I have appointment in the area. I am a 50 something. An he cards me an wont sell to me unless I give him my driver license. Because its not in the system any more. I could of done curbside but the other location was not doing it and I wanted to look for a bargain in the discount basket but this time I would make sure it wasnt menthol. Anyway he refused to sell to me. I do not want my driver license hooked up to my purchases an I did not get a explanation on why it was so much required to make a purchase. I was not pleased about the demanding of my Id. I am disabled and did not bring my wallet in. So he agreed to come to the car and view it but no he is copying an entering the number but still not telling me why. So I told him I dont want my purchases of juice being connected to my license. He said it isnt I said theny why do you have to enter it he said to keep track of your purchases. So I like the store but it could use some joy an staff edcuation on products an improved communication skills.

I immediately felt welcomed at this place. I didn’t find what gummies I was looking for but she said they would try to order them. Then she was knowledgeable about the products so I ended up buying a few vapes and gummies. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I went in today and asked for X-Baby Q2 coils . The person helping me wasnt paying attention to what he handed me and gave me the wrong coils. I have been to the other store before and trusted them to know their products. I paid for them with my debit card not realizing they were wrong. I walked out the door and then realized I paid about $6.00 more than usual. I looked closer at the box and saw they were wrong. I immediately went back in and asked for the correct coils. The correct coils were cheaper so I asked for the difference back in cash. I was told that it isnt the company policy and I would have to wait 5 days for the refund. So, I stated to them that it wasnt my mistake and I paid for them, now I have to wait for a refund for a mistake that wasnt mine. Poor customer service in my opinion. The person behind the counter was obviously to busy flirting with the girl at the end of the counter to pay attention to the customer. Now I have to wait up to 5 days for my money to be returned to me. Also. the package of X-Baby Q2 coils that he gave me had one foil pack that had already been opened. I was already angry at them for refusing to give a refund that I just left. That is the first and last time I go into that store. I will drive the extra distance and go to another store that I trust.

Top notch service. Not a huge variety of hardware, but they have everything from beginner set ups to more advanced stuff. The employees make it their mission to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Huge selection of juices, and they use tablets for the menus, which makes finding the flavor you want extremely easy. Prices are competitive, AND they offer military discounts! Cant recommend this place enough!

An absolutely fantastic experience. The atmosphere gives you a rustic feel with a modern twist. The tasting bar brings to mind a wooden saloon style setting. My tasting barkeep Casey had a great selection of flavors and was able to read me very well as well as make some spot on recommendations. The samples are served in an overly generous smoktech cloud beast tank which not only gave me an accurate flavor profile but gave me the ability to open the air flow and check the juices cloud production. Casey was very patient and professional with me i was very impressed. The owner, Peter, though stole the show. Peter was able to very quickly find everything i needed and even took time to show me the new items i may be interested in later. Besides being a terrific salesman, Peter is also very technical savvy and understands his products in an engineering aspect to the last detail. If you ever have the pleasure to meet him , it is quite an experience.

I stopped by for the first time earlier this week looking for some replacement batteries for my pen vape. I spent some time chatting with Drew, and I ended up buying an Aegis Boost Plus. Even though I am just a few days in, I am extremely happy with this purchase. Drew was absolutely awesome, he was very knowledgeable about their various products, and the pricing was very fair. So Ive been to many vape shops but this one is by far the BEST!! The two girls Vanessa and Becca were absolutely amazing!! They helped me so much. The atmosphere is fer sure what got me right away. The prices were so reasonable I was SHOOK!! I will definitely be coming here from here on out.

At first, I was very satisfied with the entire staff and their knowledge of all products and specs. I have spent over $400.00 there in 2 mths and I have had issues with 3 devices purchased there. I had 2 Vaporesso A2s and they were great until today and they stopped working and 1 of them stayed on and was very hot and still wont turn off so I threw them away. I also purchased a Vaporesso Drag S (looks like a zippo) and 2 days after purchase, it wouldnt hit at all. I took it in and Kenny (staff) tried everything he could think of to fix it, but it didnt work. The unit would hiss for 3 seconds after you would hit it and also you would not get any cloud at all. I asked for a simple exchange and of course without the original receipt the owner Jade refuses to work with me and I guess I should have never had faith in the product to begin with. I will NEVER go in there again and waste my money on any of their products or juices! All I asked for was a simple exchange and the owner wouldnt even do that. I guess another shop will have a loyal customer after you lost yours!! If you buy from this place KEEP ALL RECEIPTS and BEWARE!!

I went in last week to purchase batteries and coils for my mod. Unfortunately the battery I just bought got stuck in the mod and the nice people of this establishment removed the stuck battery. I gave 4 stars because the gentleman at the register was very polite and helpful. I didnt give a full five because I would have had to pay $8 for a battery I already bought just so it could be re wrapped after the freak accident of the battery getting stuck.

Great products, friendly staff! They have the best juice in the Huebner. I always get their house juice, particularly frosty peach. Their prices are also very reasonable. Need vape products, dont think about where to go, just go to Artisan Vapor Huebner.

I have never really been into a vape shop or thought about CBD but walking into here my concerns were put at ease and Vanessa did an amazing job at setting me up with every thing I needed. Great Customer Service, the Manager was even behind the counter! The staff is well versed in vaping and was able to guess correctly what coil I needed, even though I didnt have my stick with me. The manager and staff went online for a better understanding of what my Kangor, stick looked like. When I came home, the coils fit perfectly! The staff took their time helping me chose a vape flavor I would like....sours for me! They offer all kinds of discounts, but are still a bit pricey. The staff and management made it worth the price I paid.

Ive been looking for a new Vape Store for awhile now in my area. This place is my favorite so far. A lady named Vanessa was their when i stopped by, was extremely helpful, it was nice talking to her for awhile too. This is a very cute place, very cozy. Looked like a cute Bar when i went in with a lounge area with a TV and electric fireplace to paint a picture. Good variety in juices that are reasonably priced, and they carry the coil for Aspire Revo(most places dont) so a win, win. I will definetly be returning regularily.

New to vaping and went in to get juice for a cheap pen i purchased a few weeks prior at a different vape shop. I Enjoyed the testing vape juice prior to purchasing and especially the apparatus that was for testing. So i asked about the device after deciding on a juice, and the rep suggested the smok baby stick prince, so i purchased it as well,he offered some tips on filling it and changing coil every few weeks. Ok, this is where it begins to honestly go down hill for my experience here. He then says his printer isnt working so cant give me a receipt, hmmmm, ok i can email it to you, so i give him my email address [still yet to see that too], take my new toy and back home I go. Its a few miles from home and as im driving i notice leakage, but figure maybe he spilled some while filling it, not too worried.. This was late sunday afternoon and i get up at 430 am monday to drive 45 miles to work so i just do my usual sunday night thing but the leaking seems to just continue. I get through a few days of using it occasionally, but the leaking hasnt stopped, and im by far no dummy, ive taken it apart and checked seals and such thing whats going on here? Only to decide, i should just take it back and ask for help asap. So i stow it back in the box, and continue using my cheap vape pen til im off work saturday and return to the location i purchased it for hopefully some resolution. First thing they say is its a bad coil, ok theres an extra one in the box, but really? I got maybe 2 tanks outta this one and if that, it leaks like a sieve. Strike 1 with me, just saying. The young lady is nice and apparently more important people arrive right after i do as she is asking for suggestions and theyre saying there is sometimes a manufacturing defect with the coil. Strike 2, known issue should be dealt with differently in my opinion. Next comes, do you have vape juice so i can refill to test, ok STRIKE 3 ive just wasted almost 1/4 bottle already on this thing,but ok, its in the car be right back. Needless to say, it appeared to be ok for about 10 minutes, so i thank them and head back home but it still didnt fix my problem which i was told if any further issues arised i would need to contact the manufacturer for warranty repairs. Oh yeah, strike 4 buddy. Needless to say, it did not fix the leak, i had an extra set of orings and seals when i went in, none were changed but i have NONE now. I called and gave them my obvious disappointment in handling this entire ordeal, a manager called me back and to say allowing someone to walk out of your store knowing theres even a small chance they would still have issues is NOT A WISE business choice in any industry, especially one that has competition so rampant. I refuse to do business with someone that thinks i have so much free time to deal with something that couldve been easily resolved with a replacement not more potential problems with my purchase. Well, again, if thats how they want to do business, i wont be a customer
