Very customer friendly. I am about 30 minutes from this shop. There are three other vape stores closer to me. I drive the time to get here for the service and good attitude. I will highly recommend this vape sore and chain.

Good location. I went in shopping for a new vape which for me can become overwhelming. A gentleman named Austin was there to assist me and he is very knowledgeable. He listened to what I had to say and had several suggestions without making me feel pressured. Ask for Austin when you visit and he will point you to the right products you’re looking for.

My favorite place to get all my vape products prices are insanely good surprising for these times. But I literally drive an extra 10 miles just to come here save money and get quality product. Staff is cool as hell too

I’ve been vaping for a while now and a lot of shops just don’t do it for me. I came here after a reference and man, some of the friendliest and most helpful people are here in this shop. Haven’t found a more helpful shop yet, and I don’t hope to anyway. And props to a guy named Austin who works over there, helped me through all my issues as soon as I walked through that door. Great vape shop, highly recommended, even got me into CBD.

With so many shops being a smoke shop it is nice to have a place that is a vape shop. They know about the products and are able to give you advise for you vaping needs. And they dont push product on you. They jus give you the pros and cons of a product and allow you to make the decision yourself. Definitely coming back over and over again.

I absolutely love this place. I worked at a vape shop in Canada for 3 years, and Ive found tough to find vape shops with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have even brought my father in there to start his first vape, and he absolutely loved his starter kit and juice.The employees here have an amazing understanding of juice selection, devices (theyve never failed to diagnose a problem with my device, from battery to atomizer) and are extremely friendly and helpful.Its the kind of place that you can walk up, give a flavor profile, and immediately get a juice recommendation. Not many places are like that anymore.Its important to have shops like this. Quitting smoking is a serious task, and you need a place that makes you feel comfortable and welcome in order to have the motivation to switch to a vaporizer.

Came in here one night to get a tank and some juice. We bought 2 bottles of juice and when asked what level we requested 3mg. We have been using the juice a few days now and have both found it to be harsh. It wasnt until just now that I realized its because its 6mg. I guess I didnt think to check given we blatantly asked for 3mg. I will likely just throw it out now as anything over 3mg gives me a sore throat. If I had noticed before using the juice I wouldve brought it back, just figured when asked what nic level wed be given what was asked for.

Ive been vaping 7 years now and Ive never changed from the very first starter type vapor. Well, I went to Red Star Vapor looking for that same type of battery but they didnt have it. The guy, very kind and respectful, convinced me to purchase a different vape. I cant even smoke off the thing. Immediately I let them know the thing choked me. I also let him know my oil had 18 mg of nicotine. Which was impossible to use in this new vape. I had to purchase a different oil with lower nicotine but I still cant smoke off this vape. Sometimes we dont know the questions to ask. We need you to ask the questions. Now Ill go back to my regular Vape store, buy my regular vape, and learn from this experience. I loved the kindness of the two gentlemen but I hate I couldnt get a refund. I had never left the parking lot.
