Smoke Needs Smoke & Vape CBD Shop

My first time here and will DEFINITELY be back! Came in about an hour before closing and was greeted by Emily. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products I was looking at. She gave me her advice and it was on point! Been to quite a few smoke shops before and all of them seem to have that creepy uncomfortable feeling but not this one. The entire experience was better than I had ever encountered and I will for sure drive the extra 15 mins and pass 4 different shops just to come to this one again. Thank you for the informative, clean, easygoing, and non judgemental vibes all the way around!

Showed up early for Black Friday and there was a line… go figure. The store handled it well though ✊🏽

People here are always very friendly. Always super helpful if I ask about a product. The location is always clean and very inviting always my go to shop.

This shop is pretty amazing. Very clean , great products with competitive prices. Ive never had a problem with anything that Ive purchased here. Rey is always helpful and informative with the CBD products as well , definitely ask for him ! In my personal experience with different shops in San Antonio , This one would be in my top three shops to go to. I look forward to my next visit. 💯💨😀

Best smoke place on culebra road. Your sales person is amazing, he is welcoming and friendly. Previously I gave one star review to your shop, I do apologize for that, it was not this shop , it was other shop just few minutes away from your shop called Smoke n Vape CBD.

Other than the great pipes at competitive prices I love their CBD products ! I was a little new to all the different CBD products until Rey took the time to explain what would be best for me based on my needs ! I walked into this smoke shop originally about a week ago just to get something small a necessity, but Wlw, they told me about this 50% off sale coming up today on 4-20-22. As far as , a huge selection of my favorites things that i need to get fairly often, it was REALLY 50% off everything in the store. Fhe staffs always nice , never judgemental, and carry the top of the line glaas pieces all the way down to all different flavors of ur favorite . Get everyone u can find and share the knowledge about this hidden jewel shop! 4 stars ,I love this place.! !!

So glad I stopped by ! Came a while back while under old management and there’s definitely a huge difference! Rey had great customer service and took the time to help me with what I needed without feeling rushed or pushed to buy anything . Definitely will make this my new stop for my smoke needs !

Went here right after businesses were allowed to open back up because it was the only smoke shop around me that WAS open. I’m so glad I did because I’ve found my favorite shop.While it may not be as big as others in the area, the customer service is unbeatable. Ray takes care of me every time I go in and is sure to help me find what I’m looking for.If you haven’t checked it out recently I highly suggest you do.

Best quality glass Ive seen in a while. The client behind the counter was very helpful and helped me find the best hookah I was looking for. Not to mention they were very good on prices. Everyone and their family should shop at Smoke Needs! Ask for JR!!

Great shop and owners. I had purchased a portable vaporizer and was having issues after I would put it to charge. They swapped it out for another unit. I had similar problems and they were able to get me into another solution. The whole experience was handled with patience and sincere concern for me as a customer. I would recommend this shop over others in San Antonio. Great prices too.

They are under new management, AND, I have to say that since that happened this smoke shop is one of my favorite and go to smoke need spots. Great prices and amazing customer service. Youll feel like you are right at home. God bless the homie who always takes care of me.

Scam did a 20 dollar cash back. And his system took money then he started yelling at me like if i was the one who stole from him ridiculous Ive been coming here for three or four years now and never had a problem until now and all of a sudden Im the bad guy Im the hostel thats trying to blow up his store or his country I dont think so when youre wrong youre wrong its business never personal bad store do not come here out of business for sure

Called about cbd gummies, come in to look.Sales guy showed me a flower that said THC free. By sticky greenI googled it and it has delta 8, i scanned the cert on the bottle it says delta 8. I said am i reading this right, take a lookHe told me it has no THC of any kind.He then got aggressive and asked if i was here to buy anything, i said yes, THC free gummiesHe said im not a scientist idk how to read a cert, I said ill just take gummies.He then asked me to get out of his store, and walked me to the door.I wasnt aggressive, or rude, i did not curse.He was embarrassed that I actually looked into what he told me.Many stores will show you certs and walk through the product with you. So i didnt do anything other big stores dont do.Buyer beware. No hard feelings to whoever the owner is. Good Talent is hard to hire

I went to go buy 2 can of stokers premium tobacco. After I purchased them and on my way home; I noticed they were both expired for alittle over a year! I tried the tobacco at my house and all I can is that it was suuuper dry, taste just absolutely horrible, also has no wintergreen taste what so ever. I am just very disappointed in the product that I purchased that they were so happy to sell me.

Ray takes the time to answer every question I have. The shop has amazing quality products. They care about their customers and it shows.

Cant get any better service than I get here. I smoke a brand that is not that popular, so I can custom order the quantity of cartons I want and pick them up a day or two later.
