Besides the fact she has this welcoming aura, I feel less bad giving her my card since I get to see her beautifully done tattoo of the skeletal hand on her hand each time😂 s

I come here fairly regularly, probably my favorite smoke shop in San Antonio. Ive known Christina and Patty since 2021, theyre both awesome. The other day I lost my vaporizer that I had for a little over a year (sad), but Raven hooked me up!! 😎

Christina and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Always respectful and greet everyone. They are very knowledgeable in their products and always have someone with great recommendations especially Christina

Best smoke/vape shop around!This is the only vape shop I go to! Ive tried many others (that are closer and/or more convenient for me to stop at) and always end up coming back here. I drive past no less than 4 different vape shops to come here.They have an amazing selection of damn near everything (in the realm of vape/smoke shops) and are usually better priced. And I cant forget to mention how awesome Raven and Evan are!!

I go here at least once a week to refill on goods. They always have what you need and at a good price. And the owner is very nice she even took down my number to order a cbd rub for my back that they didn’t even carry anymore.

Came in here to get a vape and didnt know which 1 or flavor to get as usual and Christina definitely helped me out letting me try the samples they had till I found the right 1 and wasnt annoyed with me while waiting till I found it unlike other places do, definitely recommend coming here they have so many vapes and pieces for all your smoking needs

Would not recommend. Over priced, do not disclose any policies, did not provide receipts, employees not helpful nor do they assist with any knowledgeable information on products. Lost $18 for a defective product, was in a rush and didnt have time to read the tiny sign in the direction I was not looking at. Not provided verbal regulations to said product (even though they know it has problems) Store took product back and refused exchange or refund. Not listed in BBB, had to file manual complaint. Was met with a snooty “manager” who was of NO assistance. Was told sign was posted on tinted windows out front. Thoroughly examined store front, with no sign in sight.

I was in your store last night at closing. Made purchases. I realized I had left my change purse there. Went straight back over there it was 11:05 pm it was locked up and they were gone. I called this morning at 8:55am the girl said she remembered me but she didnt see my change purse anywhere. That is so not true. I was right there by the register and thats where I left it..I feel she is not telling the truth..Im fixing to go back over there right now and talk to the manager.im very upset it had cash in it and a guitar spoon and a hotel room card. I just went back in there the same two people were there that was there last night. They said they didnt see it, I asked to talk to the manager I was told they were not in. I asked about camara footage they said only the owner could access that. They would not give me any info to the owner. This is pretty messed up. I know it is there. If the owner could please contact me I would greatly appreciate it...I wouldnt want dishonest people working for me.

Customer service is horrible. I have never been here before. I walked in and 5 people standing around talking. Not one person said welcome or asked if I needed help. They all looked at me as if I was interrupting their day. A lot of product thats for sure but I will drive an extra 3 miles or so just for good customer service.

Was sold a box of 100 wipes and it only contained 48 after I got home. The box looked used and most likely was being used by an employee or staff. Disheartening considering the individual who sold it to me, opened the box and looked inside before handing it to me. This was a 10$ box of wipes hence the time I’m taking to write this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought an Elf Bar at the 281 location as a gift for someone, and I thought it was a great deal because they were on sale for $20.99. Imagine my embarrassment when I gave the gift, and the recipient noticed the Elf Bar is expired. I dont live in the city (I live 45 minutes outside of S.A.) so it was hard to get back there to exchange it. I was in the Potranco area on Sunday, so I went to the store on Potranco, and was told that she couldnt help because the expired vape was sold by the 281 location. So I drove out of my way all the way to the 281 location (since I was in town already), where Kayla offered to exchange it just this ONE time for the same item, and she grabbed another Elf bar that was also expired!!! All of the Elf Bars were expired. I had my receipt and it had only been 6 days since I purchased, so I asked if I could exchange it for another brand that wasnt expired (again, since ALL the Elf Bars were expired). I was even willing to pay the difference if the exchange was more... but she very rudely said no, it had to be the same exact product that she was exchanging, then proceeded to say that their policy is no refunds or exchanges, and that there are signs on the door... I told her that I trusted that they werent going to sell me an expired vape and had no plans of returning or exchanging it. If they would have been upfront about the sale and that it wasnt a sale at all, but was discounted because it was expired, I would have been ok with that. But they tried to be sneaky about selling an expired product. Not cool. My son, stepson and their friends all shop here, but no more. We have plenty of other options of vape places that wont try to rip us off! Also, Kayla said they dont have a manager and refused to give the owners info so I could file a complaint... Shady business they are running.

Im giving 4 stars because Ive been shopping here a very long time and spend a lot of money here across my family. However, I came in and instead of buying the usual disposable vapes, I decided to buy a refillable pod. Maybe I shouldve gone to a shop with more knowledge on these systems. Everything tasted burned out. Ive come in twice to fix the situation and been blown off and forced to buy another coil to replace the coils that came with the system in less than 24 hours. No offer of a free coil or exchanging the system. I tried the juice on three brand new coils and two different systems and it tastes burned. I offered to let them try it to see Im not just saying it to say it the second trip and was instead told to just buy new juice. She said juice doesnt burn but regardless if what she said, there can be a bad batch. Again, Im in there at least once a week and have brought in multiple new customers in just the last month. Youd think customer service would matter more than a need to be right.

The manager, Christina Hammond seems to be a manager, but can’t seem to keep her mouth shut about other peoples relationships blabbing her mouth to my ex-boyfriend about how she doesn’t like me. Maybe she should get her own life and check seeing as she lost her kid to methamphetamine. Do your job and sell vapes.

This is my favorite smoke shop, so when they asked me to do a review I was like of course! Great place, great people and they always have what I need! My cashier today used the words “hell yeah” more than I have ever heard from a single person but it was cute and worked for her. 5 stars every time I have been!

Wow i see a bunch of horrible reviews but i shop here like twice a week for various wares and always have a great experience. The employees i see regularly always help me out to find what i want and Ive never had a negative experience except showing up before they close by 30 min and find at all locked up and dark. Usually when a business says they close at 11 they arent closed at 1030. Except for here so i guess now i have to take my $50 vape purchase elsewhere cause someone decided to go home early..

I see negative reviews but I have not had a negative experience with this establishment. The staff and owners have been good to me, always answered any questions. Was always able to go in, conduct my business and move on, no hassles.In regards to some previous posts.... Theres numerous signs in the store if theres no returns/exchanges on items. How does the business know if the buyer left, switched out a device or component? That is a very logical thought to have.

I’ve bought 3 bum vapes from them now and they refuse to do anything about it. Huge waste of money. Sad because I used to like this place. And the best part is the employee decided not to let me know about the policies regarding their vapes nor did she give me any receipts.

Very happy to have a store of this quality close to home. Ive been able to see it grow and develop since its opening, and Ive never been disappointed. Stores like this usually have a steep mark up on most things including glass, but Smokers Galaxy has always been reasonably priced. Today I bought an Ooze Quad Battery and the employee allowed me to remove it from its package and test it out on sample cartridges in the store just in case it was faulty. Great purchase at a great price. I will be back soon.

I bought a vape and tried it before I left. First hit was fine then when I left my vape was autofiring. I immediately turned back around to see if I could switch it out, I was told by the manager that once you leave they cannot do anything about it. She was totally just doing her job, but to the owner I think this is a really bad way to do business, because this is obviously a faulty vape. Hit your vape a few times before you leave not just once, or choose a different shop… Employees are super nice, but policies are kind of unreasonable.

I regret not reading the reviews before coming here…I bought a defective Elf Bar and opened it in the store (the employee actually watched me open it and saw it was leaking). I was later told “nothing could be done”…no exchange, refunds, etc. Not really sure how this business plans to stay afloat with these kinds of unethical practices. It appears from the reviews I’m not the first or last person this has happened to. I’d advise anyone else that this happens to, dispute the charge with your bank. I’ll be going to Smokerz Paradise from here forward, they don’t leave their customers “stuck” with defective products that are not within their control.

This is for the Young man that was working about 2 nights ago. It was him all alone in the shop and me and my husband went in and he gave us great suggestions and he was so nice and pleasant you need more employees like this everywhere, So thank you so much!!!!

Went in to purchase 4 disposable vapes. Tested them all in store, one out of the 4 that I purchased was clearly defective.When presented to the first employee(kind gentleman with dark hair) with the defective item, the gentleman stated that he had to test it himself to verify it wasn’t working before he replaces it. Upon doing so, the employee visibly winced as the flavor produced by the defective vape was offensive. This employee then stated and nodded in agreement that the product was “offensive”.However, a rude and poorly tempered girl by the name of Kayla insisted on trying it herself (as if one employee testing it wasn’t enough?) she then insisted that it didn’t taste burnt. (as if I just didn’t see the employees visceral reaction to the bad taste)She then refused to exchange the item outright, siting excuses that she could “lose her job” over it.I said “It doesn’t taste right. Would you take a flat soda? Or would you send it back to get one that tastes right?”She stared blankly as if the common sense was a foreign concept. I ended up leaving without an item, or a refund. Due to Kayla’s awful approach to customer service, poor manners and apparent lack of taste buds,I will now be having to call the bank to overturn this transaction.

That girl is on fire!!!! Sauce is extremely knowledgeable about the products and really takes the time to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. I have never been so disappointed in the customer service at this store. Bought a new device on Oct 23, on Oct 29 the tank come off therefore you couldnt fill it up. Took it back and requested to exchange it. Was told that it had to break within 24 to 48 hours before they would exchange it. Now understand my credit card had already paid the $128.00 I charged. So they got their money. But refused to do anything except keep my money. The device was defective and they would not do anything it was not a used one or at least that is what I was told. So be careful what you purchase from this location and if it is defective make sure its within 24-48 hours.

I really like going to this place because my girlfriend loves cigars and they have the ones she likes, but I’m not sure if I’ll be coming here anymore after what we keep experiencing. The first time we came to this place we were warned that the owner (Mexican lady) doesn’t trust black people in her store and she will watch you like a hawk because apparently all black people steal. We thought maybe the person was being over dramatic but she did watch us like a hawk THE ENTIRE TIME. Like she literally did not keep her eyes off of us and came near the door and all and would just stand there until we got something. Every time we go here, it’s the same thing and I can’t shop at a place where I’m not even trusted to shop at freely let alone feel uncomfortable due to my color of my skin. It’s 2018 people, we need to do better.

Purchased an Escobar, The coil burned up within an hour of leaving and they would not refund or exchange. Ive had this problem at cloud factory before and they took care of me. Wont be back.Edit: I have no faith you will take my comment into consideration. Your reply is to save face. Several other customers have made the same comment. If you sell a bunk product, you should take responsibility. Just because it hits one time in the store doesnt mean it wont malfunction shortly after. I came in 3 hours later with a burned up coil.

If I could leave no stars I would I bought a disposable vape literally yesterday. Its firing by itself and I cant even hit the thing. When I called them to ask about it they said the owner made a rule that they cant replace it. I understand if it has been a week or anything like that but I literally bought it yesterday.

I give this place 10 stars out of 5! Best smoke shop I’ve been to. They have a great selection and lots to choose from. The employees are the absolute nicest, remember me, and ask me how I’m doing every time. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Being in a little strip mall area it doesn’t look extravagant or anything but They definitely deliver!

Tbh, I should have checked my stuff before I left. However, they tried to refuse to exchange a disposable vape I hadnt left the store with that had leaked out all the liquid into the packaging. Then told me the vape juice was 20mg when I got home I saw it was 50mg. Consider me bummed af.

I come here all the time for my puff bars. Out of all the ones I had I got a defective puff bar. I brought it back to exchange and was told once you leave the store you cant return. When you have ppl buying 3 bars and get one free yall need to tell ppl if you dont try it in the store before leaving is the only way they can return it. Im dissapointed in this store for not making it right at the very least swapping my bar as a one time courtesy since i was never told this information out of all the times i been here at least twice a month for 5 months now. Sadly i will not go back to a store that cannot make up for their own mistakes.

Their sign says 10am to 10pm, however, it’s 10:34am and they are still not open. That is not the way to run a business. They guy will the long blonde hair was so helpful and I haven’t see him there in a long time. Now they just have random people there.

Nice place! Not just a head shop. They have a better than average humidor with an extensive selection of fine cigars, pipe tobacco and a nice selection of classic tobacco pipes as well as your normal head shop items and such.

Very helpful staff love the juice that was recommended was a little bummed they didnt have the coils I needed but they were spot on about the flavor being great! So Ill give em a pass on not having everything I needed for 1 stop shopping will be shopping here again since its so close to my house.

I was going here for a long time. I am sad to rate it at 2 stars because I am a regular but I was very displeased by the fact that after I came in with concerns about a juice messing up my coil after 2 days, I was assured that it was just a bad coil. Twice again still having the same issues. Maybe I just got a bad coil 3 times in a row but I wish something could be worked out for me. Unfortunately nothing can be, according to the employee I spoke with.

They tried to sell me a coil for 10.99!!! I can but 5 for 20 flat at other places! How do they consider themselves a reputable business? They most likely are the worst shop in Texas Ive never went into a store and hates them afterwards the people working there were idiot the prices were outrageous honestly I hope that store burns in hell, Ive never seen such a terrible business in my life all these people saying good about this place must be sucking them off for discounts or something broke lame stupid lying idiots get real go to smoke n more if you want a real smoke shop

I arrived at this establishment 10 minutes before they closed and found the doors locked. When I asked them why they were closed said they always close early. When I suggested they change their hours so not to waste my time, they told me to come earlier because they can close at any time they want. Frustrated with the lack of respect to my time, tried to call the owner and inform her of my experience, my call was never returned. Save your self from a headache and go to another vape shop, before spending your hard earned money here. The customer who shows up to spend money during business hours posted is not a priority at Smokers Galaxy.

Staff are very friendly, however quality of e juice is severely lacking. $10 for a 15ml bottle of juice and to add insult to injury, both flavors purchased taste like either nothing, makeup, or artificial flavoring. Unfortunately I will not be shopping here again.

Will not replace a vape that I bought just three days before. Pin dropped out of hinge on the 2nd day I had it, could not get to their store from my house that evening before they closed. Never dropped or abused just a faulty hinge. This place refused to help so I refuse to shop there

This place is HORRIBLE do NOT go here. They dont care about their customers. I went there during their business hours and they were closed early no sign nothing and the person in there wouldnt even talk to me they just motioned that they were closed. My husband handled it the next time and when asked they say they close early everyday and my husband said then you should change your business hours to which the guy responded we can close whenever we want they never apologized or anything!!! This is the WORST cigar/smoke place (I couldnt bring myself to call it a shop) I have EVER encountered! They sold me a BROKEN cigar cutter and then when I cane back they REFUSED to exchange it... If a cheap cigar cutter... $1.99... REALLY??? And when I went to buy the cigars the guy didnt even know if they carried it (which is okay... no one can know the entire inventory) but then he says If we dont have it then well pretend that we do! WHAT???? Unprofessional.. trashy... low class... it was an AWFUL experience... for $1.99 you just lost a customer and any one who wants a recommendation will be definitely diverted ELSEWHERE!!!

They rip people off. They sell the coils by the box and individually. They charge individual prices when you but the whole box. If you buy the box its cheaper than buying individually. They scan the box but manually change the price. Rip off! will never go again

Be careful making final purchase. A product can be completely destroyed but if you leave the store without checking they will keep your money, even when the product cannot be used.

Smokers Galaxy sells broken products and refuses to resolve the problem. They do not honor their warranties and the manger is incompetent and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go to another shop.

Its alright with its selection but i got charged over 30 dollars for a bottle of juice that goes for $15 online.

When you buy e-juice make sure you getting the quantity you are paying for 3 bottles of 15 ml equals 45 ml not 35 ml like I got from this place.
