Very bad smoke shop. They sale damage vapes and dont wanna switch it too. My vape was not working which i just bought and try in front of them. They asked me to buy another one. Very bad service. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Bought two vaping devices on separate days for $54.00. Neither worked at all. Was told they can’t do anything about it since they were electronic vaping devices. Will not go back. Loved going here since it’s close to my house and the staff was very friendly until this incident happened.

Clean, respectful and beautiful place to get whatever you need. The sales associates are always welcoming and fantastically patient with any questions you may have. They also have a wide variety of cbd products that I appreciate. Its also a great place with gorgeous glass pieces that is always a treat to view. Totally recommend!

Very nice heady shop. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Clean shop. The employees wear gloves to not smudge the glass 😍 and their own glass products are A1. Super sturdy and dope designs

Came to shop at 1115 on a Friday and the store is closed. No one inside no one to open the door. I like the place cause its close to home but how are you not going to be open when your hours are posted?!

Drove 30 minutes to 3rd Coast Supply Co on De Zavala at 12:04 on a Saturday and they open at 11:00 so I call them and they say we’ll be back in 20 minutes. It’s been 20 minutes and multiple people have already pulled up and left. Horrible service!! Who does that? They won’t last much longer. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Best shop I’ve been too, epic selection of merchandise ranging from many pipes, rigs, bongs and all the necessities you might need! Crazy selection of hype products I have yet to see at any other smoke shop, great staff, everyone is so helpful and patient when it comes to helping you find exactly what you need whether you’re a first time buyer or returning customer. My friends and I have been loyal customers since the first location and have yet to be let down when it comes to finding what we need. If they don’t got it yet we’re always reassured it will be in shop soon! Don’t be fooled come and take a look for yourself🙌!!

Called to ask for product availability and to see if store is open. Was told yes. Showed up, store is closed. Went to another smoke shop to purchase what I needed. Shame because I like the shop.Edit: I didn’t ask you for a single free thing. Please post the email and try to point out where I asked for anything for free or attacked the business for its power outage. Post it please. You respond to every single negative review the same way, refusing to acknowledge the problems people have had.

I was excited when I found this place. They appear to have everything I need. However, that excitement didn’t last long. The other day they weren’t even there during business hours. Poor customer service. No one greeted me when I entered. The kid who helped me must have not slept at all the night before because he was acting unmotivated or as if he had somewhere else to be. They have a lot of stuff but everything is marked up so much! OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE SHOP! Unless you wanna pay $30.00 for a soda or $10.00 for a Snapple drink. They are even price gouging isopropyl alcohol. They are charging twice the price anyone else charges. Total joke. I unfortunately, will not return unless things change.

I’m actually on my way up there right now this place is great! And I never have a major issue with this smoke shop it is the best in town and I do look forward to all the new stuff they have ready to buy! So start going to third coast! They even do giveaways for our loyalty.

New Employees seem to have very little experience and don’t even greet or ask if customers need any help looking for something. They also don’t know there way around the store as if it was there first day on the job. They definitely had better customer service and employees at the OLD LOCATION. Very sad to see such a good business turn out this way.

I have never been to this location or shopped here before just found it because it was close to my work but in the 3 days that Id called 3 time to buy a few thing each time that I called who ever I talked to would just hang up on me for no reason. All I had asked How does your curbside work? each time Id asked they just hanged up on me. I kept my cool each time cause one thinks Maybe theyre busy or maybe they couldnt hear me but for 3 time that I called and just get hung up on. Very professional never going to this business again

This place is very professional and the very best glass I’ve ever seen.

Its been a month since I cashapped them 70$ for a mood matt and an iso pump. Ive left voicemails, talked to an employee, and even talked to cash app customer service and I have yet to get my items or my refund. Guess Ill go back to blowing up there Instagram DMs. Miscommunication is one thing, avoiding the situation is something else. Buyer beware!

This place was awesome. A mini museum of art and collectibles. I walked out with what’s probably the best hitting glass pieces I’ve ever had and didn’t have to sell an arm or leg lol. Staff was super chill. Idk about the other comments but you gotta make the stop. It’s worth it.

Employee was very rude , not professional and disrespectful will not ever come back or even recommended at all!!Your smoke shop was very empty at the moment and there was not customers in site so I only asked you and got a extremely disrespectful response and sarcasm for asking a simple question if you were interested in high quality pastries not cheap candy with respect!

Latest and greatest shop in the area carrying only top notch American glass! The homie is quite helpful and friendly and will help you find the ideal setup for any budget. I recommend third coast over any shop in San Antonio, which is a city overrun with China glass. Bonus points for the dogs being hella cute.P.S.I follow the gentleman below on Instagram and have had a brief conversation in private messages. He comes off as a pretentious keyboard warrior. This place is way overpriced talking about marking up your product 99%. And then even for the Vape pens you can get those for $39 or 9.00 around the corner at Smokerz Paradise I purchased the gpen nova $84 and then found it for $34 across town total rip so I went back to compare prices on other products turns out they’re $2500 rig is actually $160

Do not go to this place they do not take care of their customers. I had bought a puffco a while back and a part on it was broken. They told me to just buy the new part and they will send it in and get a replacement for it and call me when it’s ready. I never got anything.

Purchased CBD oil (200 mg) and crystals (900mg) for pain without TBC. Gentleman said it would ease pain in back. 3 people have reported to me there was no improvement using these suggested items.
