All the staff present the day I got my service were amazing! Amy did my tinting and she was so receptive and ensured I was completely happy with my brows. Elias did my waxing and he was great! Explained everything, took his time, and ensured I was comfortable! I will be revisiting for sure!

I hate writing negative reviews, but sometimes you just have to.I get waxed semi regularly and usually go to a girl at EWC but I needed an appointment right away, Chris, I believe his name was, waxed me a week ago and I still have bruises on my inner thighs. Waxing is pretty painless for me at this point but when he started waxing my inner thighs is started hurting as he started tugging since the wax wasn’t coming off in one pull. I figured after the first leg he’d try it different on my second leg but he did the same thing and tugged too much which led to the bruises. I’ve never been bruised before ever from a wax and I had a student (friend) wax me once before and even they didn’t leave me bruised. I don’t know if it’s a training thing or what but definitely not going back and maybe sticking to women for waxes. Also, the small talk was absolutely awkward and weird.

I’ve both experienced services offered at Palmer Skin and purchased gift certificates for services for others. Anyone I have ever referred has had a great experience. They offer everything from male waxing, female waxing, facials, massage, and other skin care. The team is amazing and the locations are beautiful and convenient. Parking is always available and the online scheduling is really convenient. Highly recommend everyone to check them out!

I was introduced to Tim Palmer 10 years ago and I can still say to this day nobody compares when it comes to Waxing.His knowledge, expertise and skill level is unmatched.Waxing of course is not always the most pleasant experience but Tim makes it a breeze.He is fast, precise and makes the process as painless as possible.On top of that he is super easy to talk to, and keeps a dialog going so you arent even thinking about the fact he is waxing you. By the time we catch up he is finished with my service and I barely even had time to think about it.I also have extremely sensitive skin and tend to be prone to breakouts but I have never had a breakout when I have used Tim.I couldnt not recommend him more, if you are looking for the best body waxer in the business go to Tim Palmer!

I had the most amazing service from Vanessa. It was my first time ever and she made me feel so comfortable. She has a gorgeous room with relaxing music, the best lighting and such a comfy table.As she was going through my facial she explained the steps I should take in taking care of my skin and feeling the best I can. I walked out of there feeling refreshed and renewed, not just physically but mentally also!

They don’t value people’s time. I was sitting there for 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. They have a poor customer service, the person at the front desk were not giving me an acceptable answer about how long do I need to wait more after being waiting for 45min. I ended up canceling the appointment.The funny thing is that if you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs ahead, they charge you.. probably because their time is more valuable than your time!

Attention to detail!! Loved getting a hydrafacial here with Lizzy. I usually come out looking all red since i have such sensitive skin, story of my life but came out of here looking better than when i came in. Worth it, feels like they know what they are doing and are really knowledgeable.

I have had 2 different facials by Palmer, both are wonderful for different reasons. The 1st facial I had was the Vipeel which exfoliated the dull surface on my face to reveal fresh smooth skin underneath. Can I say “LOVED IT”!!!! A few months later I followed up with the hydra facial which cleaned anything deeper in my pores. This was such a treat as my face felt so clean and hydrated. My skin felt soft and skin moisturized and plump (youthful) . Can hardly wait for my next visit!

I visited Rachel at Palmer skin care for a facial and she was great!She asked what kind of skin type I had, what products I was currently using, and what I was looking for in the service. For someone like me who didn’t know any of the above, she walked me through everything and made me feel at ease. She cleansed, exfoliated, and extracted to get my face looking and feeling amazing. She also used some techniques towards the end to help everything recover quickly!The overall experience was great and I will definitely be back on a regular basis to keep my skin clear.

Came here for my first ever waxing. Christopher made the whole experience very comfortable and we talked throughout the whole process. For first time waxers I definitely recommend this place, everyone here is friendly and professional.

Ms. Vanessa has been doing facials on me for about 8 months now. I love to do a hydrafacial every 3-4 weeks, occasional masks, light therapy at the end and more if necessary. Beware of the up charge. I signed up for the $150 facial and consultation and later found out I was a charge to something called “platinum” for $350. It was called basic during the consultation and only higher cost options were provided. Be sure to ask about pricing before you commit. I didn’t know I was being charged more until I check out.

Palmer Skin is the address for hair removal treatments in San Diego. A consummate professional with many years of experience this is a studio with aplomb and terrific preparation. I did the baseball hair removal for the first time with no aftereffects whatsoever: They understood exactly how to conduct the procedure with minimal pain and ensuring the recovery was quick and inconsequential. A wonderful resource in San Diego; I wish they could be everywhere.

Had a great experience getting a Hydrafacial here. It was a very nice and much needed self-care treatment! Treatment room had relaxing music and essential oils diffusing which was a nice touch.

Just wanted to see what kind of people worked there...so I didnt get my discount, plus on a video I saw the lady went over the neck and eyebrows.. why have clients see what extras they can get done when the lady there didnt even ask if she could do those extra things. False advertising. The video and the website.

Absolutely no results/changes i usually go to medical spa b for my chemical peels as well as another spa in Vegas and i have to admit i love the results there but decided to try a groupon which was mistake Danielle was 30 mins late num 1 which casued me to be late for my doctors appt also you cant even tell i got a chemical peel i also asked her what kind of peel would she be putting on my skin which she couldnt tell me this was by far the worst chemical peel ive ever gotton the only thing i did get out of it was drier skin which is normal for peels other then that no results😩
