I would highly recommend booking with Meredith. I travel a ton and that definitely takes a toll on your body. This was my first time booking and definitely won’t be the last. Meredith is such a professional but also makes you feel comfortable and was super down to earth. She provided recommendations post massage to make sure I was supporting my body’s healing process. She was able to customize the massage given my needs and all I can say is WOW. I genuinely feel great. Following that massage I slept so well and my body felt so rested and restored. Highly recommend!

Aaron really helped relieve my joint (wrist, elbow, knees) and lower back pain. He was attentive when I explained the types of pain I was having postpartum from carrying a newborn and was great at diagnosing which muscle groups were tense. I appreciate how thoughtful he was providing targeted relief. I left the appointment with significantly improved joint and lower back discomfort.

Meredith gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had-- and Im picky! They were incredibly thorough and my back knots are significantly improved after one visit. I will absolutely be going back.

He was very thoughtful with the initial part of the visit asking many questions and having me go through a range of poses so he could properly evaluate me before starting the actual body work. I have had two great experiences here, one with Jenniffer and one with Aaron. They both took the time before the appointment to ask about specific issues or injury history and had really thoughtful things to say after the appointment that left me more conscious of how I may be using certain parts of my body and how they may need more stretching/maintenance than others due to posture or repetitive movements I may be doing. I hope to return!

Aaron is the most thoughtful massage therapist Ive ever had. Hes incredibly communicative in working out what issues youre experiencing and is incredibly talented at getting to the root of the problem. Every session leaves you feeling like a more functional person!

Nicholas is one of those rare male massage therapists that I feel comfortable and safe with, and truly able to let go with. I require massages where the therapist works with intention and intuition rather than just going through the motions or using a technical protocol that theyve learned in school, and Nicholas hits all the marks. He is nurturing and holds grounding space without being disruptive to your process of unwinding stored emotions and trauma in the body. Im grateful to have found him.

I booked a first time massage at Reconnect Therapy and Aaron was amazing. The massage was not the most ‘gentle’ but I feel reset today and my long lasting pains have mostly gone . My massage therapy with Aaron Moss could not be more positive. He is so passionate about his craft, going above and beyond to root cause sources of tension and explain the process all along the way. I had an amazing massage experience with Jenniffer Garfield. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and I was deeply relaxed and blissed out during my entire session. As a new mom with a 5 month old, this time was sacred and treasured, and Jenniffers technique and intuitiveness allowed me to experience the massage with very little verbal communication so that I could appreciate it all the more. She checked in with me before and after the session and I felt heard and my body felt so good afterwards. I cannot recommend this establishment more highly.

I was recently able to book an appointment with Karla and was blown away by her strength and consistency during the Deep Tissue massage! For context, it take a lot of strength to provide the pressure Im looking for during my sessions. Nicholas is a MASTERFUL body healer. Best massage I’ve ever received, and I’m quite picky. Great Sports Massage with Aaron! Helped massively with recovery and getting back to feeling normal for exercising, weight lifting and rock climbing. The cupping was very effective. Facilities were clean and professional.

Nick is impeccable. I was referred by another client of his! I requested a therapist well-versed in acupressure and firm massage and Nick has been just the best. He understands the muscular system and can pinpoint specific areas that need attention and relieves those areas. I leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and more optimistic every session.

Definitely the best massage Ive ever had. I have chronic back pain and after a session with Nicholas, its gone. Actually, whatever problems I have before the session are usually fixed by the end. Wow I couldn’t recommend Nicholas more! I have to admit I was a bit doubtful when I saw 5 stars on Google and then 5 stars again on Yelp but after reading the reviews I booked right away so I could experience it myself. I get deep tissue, acupressure massages regularly (1-2x/month) and I’m quite particular/picky especially because I have lower back pain. Nicholas’ technique from the start had me convinced. I really appreciated his understanding and knowledge of the body which I could tell when he shared his observations with me. And his hands are magic! They move in such a dynamic and unique way, waking up parts that normally don’t get attention along with his ability to use a mix of techniques based on what you individually need really had me thinking that I need to come back before the session was even half over 😅I really like deep pressure but if you don’t he’s always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable. And I love how he also guides you to reconnect with your body throughout the session. Overall just amazing!!!

After trying several massage therapists on the west side of town, I’m happy to be a semi-regular at Reconnect Body Therapy (for the past couple of years). Nico, Karla and Jenniffer are all knowledgeable and talented body workers. They are able to meaningfully and skillfully address my problem areas while also providing a relaxing experience! In addition, they are all a joy to interact with. I feel grateful to have found Reconnect. With their help, I’ve been able to find real relief from migraines, a chronic shoulder issue and a calf injury.

Long overdue review for Nick and team! Have been a client for over a year now and cant say enough good things about the quality of service, environment and communication. Prices are well below what Ive paid for a subpar experience from other providers in the city. Also always great to know youre supporting a business run by good people who take care of their team, which is certainly true of Reconnect Body Therapy.

Reconnect shares a calm and friendly second floor space with other practitioners. A overall feeling of care is present. The rooms have operable windows and natural light. An ideal place for the body to learn how to let go and to listen.

Karla is wonderful; I see her regularly. Shes really strong, creates a safe and comfortable space, and is responsive to direction. The space in general is nice as well, and I appreciate the COVID precautions theyve taken. Highly recommend!
