Lucky 99 Feet SPA

My girlfriend and I did a walk-in on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and we both left very satisfied.It is an open space layout (but they do have private rooms as well) so expect to hear soft piano music along with the front desk lady talking to other customers that enter the building. It got much busier after us, but the talking doesn’t bother me. In fact, I was impressed with how the front desk lady was able to juggle so many calls and walk-in customers.Massage-wise, the masseuses know their pressure points and I was very impressed with their techniques. One of the better massage spas I’ve been to! Thank you!

Don’t come here!!! I gave a tip for my massage and the lady got offended and claimed she deserved a bigger tip because she “worked very hard and her hands hurt”. I said I didn’t have anymore cash and she pushed the card machine on me. The massage wasn’t even that good so I thought any tip at all was generous. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This place was not clean, the front desk receptionist was very rude and short with us. And then Before we left I stopped to use the restroom… it was so gross. It smelled like urine and there was no toilet paper, no SOAP. And out in the open was insecticide for killing ROACHES. They get mad if you tip 10$ but the experience we got they are lucky we even opted to tip at all.

This is a recommended massage shop! After entering, the front desk greeted the guests politely and introduced the massage content patiently. I felt very caring and really wanted to help me. The environment of the shop is neat and clean, making people feel comfortable and can enjoy massage comfortably. The masseuse technique is also very good! Will come again next time. I will bring many friends here!

Back in the days when there were abundance of foot massage places, since then most were shut down and because there are not many places that are now open, we have no choice, but to try to Lucky 99. Our expectations were high which caused a major disappointment when we visited this place. Massages are not wonderful, not great, and not amazing. We will not be coming back here. Massages lack effort and in the end masseuses expect a high tip, and if one is not given, you can see that they are not happy. Gratuity is given based on service and what will receive was touch and go. Not recommend it to anyone.

We made a reservation for our group. We Checkin in 20 mins early and have to wait just a bit. My group got a 1-hour package massage, they started to soak our feet for 15 mins and massage for 45 mins. Some techs are new or tired somehow because NONE of my group members felt good during the massage. Its like these techs dont know what they doing. Also, Just a heads up that they were not happy with the 25% tip.P/s: I personally dont tip people higher than 10% when Im not happy with the service, my tech just got lucky because my group tipped 25%, lol.

The lady in the front (Receptionist) is a scammer, unprofessional, so manipulative and doesn’t know good manners. Literally forces customers to pay TIPS no less than $10, no matter whatever service you receive from them, which seems ridiculous to me. If you don’t pay $10 TIP, she will create a BIG SCENE, Guilt Trip and will MAKE YOU PAY! How come you demand specific amount of TIP amount from your customers? TIP is fully up to the customer how much he/she wants to PAY which is based on the satisfaction of service.Had VERY BAD EXPERIENCE at this place. Stay out of this place for your massage therapy needs. Better go somewhere else where staffs treat you respectfully and kindly!

Everyone was nice enough and the massage wasn’t subpar compared to many other foot massages I’ve experienced. I was disappointed in the customer service and cleanliness. We were told one price on the phone and when we arrived the foot massage was $5 more and it cost even more to use a credit card instead of cash. The facility is very budget and cheap. When we were done, they set up the bed for the next client and we noticed they didn’t change the towel that covered the entire massage bed. We felt icky since we probably laid in someone else’s body nastiness on the towel they likely didn’t change from the clients before we laid down. After we left an have a generous tip for what I considered a poor experience, they replied, “that’s it?!? How about $5 more?”. It was awkward and uncomfortable to be pressured to tip more. I left feeling like I got tricked and robbed.

Didn’t like it all first they tell you the massage is 40$ and they make you tip them 10 and a above you can’t tip 5$ because they will start a big deal if the tip is mandatory they should tell you the massage is 50$ instead !!! And they also while doing your massage they talk about about customers!! Don’t recommend

Came here with a friend and we had a great experience! The people working there are polite and kind. The only thing I disliked is that they rushed us out of the room as soon as we were done. They didn’t care I was changing.

This is a hit and miss , depending on what person you get to give you a massage , so if you get a good one don’t let them gobook the same person, and be generous with the tip they truly work hard , at least most of them are ,I have only ran into one person who was pretty bad but I’ll just make sure not to get him again , other than that they are mostly good and some better than others

This is based on 11/21/2022...worst massage ever. The man was rough...pressed a lot on my spine...it was like he had no training or any clue what he was doing. Hot stones experience was a joke...he was scraping my back with the stones...it just wasnt what I was used to in other places, and I guess you get what you pay for. I will never go back again. I am in pain.

My husband and I have gotten massages for 20+ years and cannot believe we didn’t come sooner while this spot may not seem like your first choice based on the outside appearance it’s transformative once inside. Inviting, relaxed, clean and relaxing. We both walked with achy and pain in our feet, tense backs and necks from a 5mile walk earlier and after 60mins walked out feeling rejuvenated and pain free! The foot massage includes head/arms/back and is worth it! Everyone is very hospitable and we will definitely be coming back and recommending to all!

LIES. I do not know how this place has 4 stars. Prices are good but the “therapist” do not know what they are doing.Only speak a foreign language, dont listen to your medical request to no push on your bones or spine. Massage has to do with MUSCLES!They seem to steal new people tips. They forced a person to stop massage before time ended to keep the tip at end.If you have ever gone to an ACTUAL spa w LICENSED people; you would know they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

1sr time there and OMG, I have a new foot massage place! Really really great massage. They fill up fast so calling 1st us probably best, but I can see why they do! I got Rose today and Im definately going back!

Definitely not a fancy place and not much as far as privacy goes, but they get the job done. I had David for the $30 hour foot massage which includes a warm foot soak with they massage you from head to toe. Then you flip over and they get the other side. David manage to find all my knots and I love/hate him for his ability to make me suffer. They recommend tipping $10 for below average service, $15 for normal and $20 for great service.

Idk about anyone else but I wont pay to get my feet & back tickled. I really needed all my knots taken out. This place they did excellent work. Lord knows I really needed that, & tiped 20 bucks by choice because I payed for feet only & they did more to help. Idk how they knew I needed more but it was so worth it! 😀

The people were demanding more tips. I think giving 20% is sufficient but the person there demanded I pay like 40% which is beyond ridiculous! Never going back again!

Asked specifacally for neck and back massage only but instead got full body massage. Did some useless scalp, face, arm, finger and leg massages which wasted valuable time. The masseuse was weak. Dont recommend if you want a deep tissue message. Never going back.

Recently I visited this business and I was assigned a person who was very very slow, massaging with one finger only which was sort of painful. I requested to switch and it was granted. Moreover because of the recent hike in their price and parking issue, I am going with three stars.

Absolutely impossible to relax. Feels like tou are at a massage factory with all kinds of charecters getting the messages and talking about pretty random personal stories. The masseuse was rushing and I could never get a moment to unwind. Been here only once and never will come back.Also - warring about possible reviewes from owners/emoloyees here :/

Is a bad place. They havent knowledge about how make a massage and the receptionist and the therapist are rude. Not professional and have poor quality of service.

I have membership sine they just open...because near by where I live..it worth it when you buy memership $ 200..you can get 2 free...each our $20 but if you buy membership each time cost $15...foot massage is including head neck back arm ..if you need to do where you need more attention.....you can ask them where you want...good place to get a try...🌹👍😃

Their foot massage is $25 for an hour but they do everywhere, head, arms, palms, back and feet. It was a bit rough but felt so good.

Lucky feet was the best massage place but now that is lucky 99 feet spa it’s garbage bad service massage was bad I gave my masseus 10 tip and boy was he pist he said 20 and up I was like boy bye!! Never again

This place is way too loud there’s no way u can relax with everyone walking laughing and “whispering” 120 for me and my husband straight to trash !!

They gave my appointment away to older gentlemen when I wasnt even late I was actually early and wanted me wait 35 mins like it was acceptable management needs work

The masseuses spent the entire time talking in their language with their colleagues. When he finished giving the massage I gave him 5 dollars for tip and he got angry and said that I couldnt give him 5 which was 10dls. As for tip, I have never seen a place that charges you tip.DO NOT GO .
