Suzanne is a gem. She has been able to take away the pain that was shortening my career as a sports official. She is able to evaluate quickly the areas that need that special attention and adjust to the individual and moment based needs. There are times where she has scrapped to release bundles that were blocked. When the muscles just needed relaxed, she can be softer and more therapeutic but just as thorough.

Im so fortunate to have found Suzanne! Ive retired from professional athletics but still very active and in need of help with recovery. Suzanne is very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. Certainly not a fluffy/spa day massage but instead the kind of work that keeps my body working!

Had my first session with Suzanne today and it was awesome been having chronic back pain for a few years and after our session I noticed a huge improvement will definitely be back looking forward to finally working out the pain in my back. Very informative and effective 10/10 would recommend

Suzanne is a terrific massage therapist with some amazing hands. While we were waiting for insurance approval for Physical therapist, I took my son to Suzanne and her massage therapy changed his pain status completely. Just to give some more context, he is 11 yrs old who plays competitive tennis and he was facing shoulder impingement problem. My son and I learned lots of techniques for right massage which we are going to follow forever as long as he would play competitive tennis. While his first PT is scheduled for next week , his pain is already gone and as a matter of fact, this is a right time for my son to go to PT.

I found Suzanne from a Google search for a sports massage. I have been dealing with an impinged shoulder. Suzanne is very patient and willing to improvise on my suggestions. She is very accommodating in scheduling. She is very strong and the massage can get painful at times, in a good way. We were able to identify all the trigger points on the side and pecs, and work on them where my shoulder is finally close to recovered. I would highly recommend Suzanne for sports injury recovery.We always have funny conversations during the massage.

Suzanne is an AMAZING massage therapist. She has truly helped me feel so much better from different pains. She accommodates me so kindly on scheduling. She also made special provisions for me so she could provide massage while I was pregnant and is back to getting deep into the muscles now that I’ve had the baby and feel back to normal (ish).Best of all, she is very COVID cautious and still wears a mask when with me (it’s my preference due to having a small baby at home). On top of all that, she’s a great human and very easy to talk to!To seal the recommendation, I’ll just add that I have sent my mom to her (great review from her too) and bought one of my best friends a gift certificate for her services.10/10 A+

I have been going to Moxie Bodywork for quite some time and I must say Suzanne is not just great but exceptional. She is very knowledgeable about human anatomy, and has a sharp eye for imbalances that may be causing pain and discomfort. I first saw Suzanne back in 2019 and after that I could never go to a different massage therapist. She is also very strong so she will never miss the area of discomfort. In addition to her amazing massage work, she also very friendly, exciting and a great person to have a conversation with. Theres never a dull moment or awkward silence when she is in the room!

Our sessions have been focused on addressing issues from hunching over a desk for so many years. After just one session, I had more range of motion in my neck and shoulders than I have had in years .

Suzanne is amazing. What she does is life-changing, without exaggeration. I’ve dealt with chronic pain since 2 back-to-back pregnancies, and I’ve tried just about every therapy, masseuse, acupuncturist, Pilates and yoga class. She quickly finds your source of pain and works at it, with incredible strength. Wow. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I booked my FIRST 90 minute sports therapy massage with Moxie Bodyworks less than 48 hours before the time I wanted to come in, and SUZANNE was on it! I paid her in advance on Venmo so do not be skeptical of this. We started the massage promptly, and I immediately started to enjoy her conversation (conversation is important for this type of massage, there is no sleeping/relaxing in a sports massage). I was able to tell her where my problem area was (my right leg because I have scar tissue from Sciatica problems), but she not only addressed that, she also addressed all the muscles that were compensating throughout my body. She even released some carpel tunnel issues I didnt know I had! She was insanely strong! I have never had a masseuse as strong as her! But dont get me wrong she listened very well if I needed her to lighten up, but she also knows when my muscles really needed something deeper. She has a 6th sense for muscles. I got an entire 90 minute massage and every minute was amazing (beware that there will be some healthy pain involved in this type of massage). At the end, she gave me tips for realigning my posture by walking heel-toe as well as holding my shoulders back and chest out to engage everything that should be engaged. Also, she recommended a baking soda/epsom salt bath to release the lactic acid from my body. Needless to say, she is an expert on the bodys muscles, but also on the chemistry and how it all works. I will be going back continuously until my issue is no longer an issue and there is just maintenance every once and a while. WORTH EVERY DIME!

Ive been seeing Doreen and her team for a decade and they have ruined me for other massage therapists. You can choose what type of massage you want, but the bottom line with these pros is that if you have a muscular need - they tend to it.I dont know about most massage consumers, but I didnt know that when I complained that my hand hurt, it could be traced all the way through to an area near my rib cage! And addressed with relative ease! I had asked two other docs about it, one recommended surgery, the other said I should smash my hand with a heavy book to break up the tissue! Thank goodness for Doreen and her team!!! Im consistently impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness that each person Ive met has offered upon sight.The facility is immaculate, and very inviting. The bathroom is clean and smells sweet all the time. Sometimes she even has cookies out in the waiting area (yeah, I know... COOKIES!).Above and beyond a great massage (healing, invigorating, relaxing), get your chakra aligned, get your nutrients and body aches addressed, and get your mind under your control, and do it all in one place, under one roof! You can even get help planning your financial future here. Massages are only the first step to whole body wellness -- thank goodness Doreen knows this!

You will feel throughly unwound and loosened up, Suzanne is talented, skilled, and very strong therapist.

Always changing the lobby to keep it fresh. They have online scheduling which is helpful. All massage therapists are great. I can schedule with any of them. But my favorite is Luis Silva. He vast knowledge of how the body should move makes him head and shoulders above all the rest. Thanks to the owner who keeps her eye on the business do it runs effectively.

Have seen 2 different therapists (Liz & Joe) and both were very good. Im the type of client that can only really afford to go when I absolutely cannot go without a massage so my body is pretty tight and difficult to work with. However they were both able to work wonders. They are effectively priced, offer 90 minute instead of the 80 minute offered by Burke Williams, InSpa, ClubOne, for the same price or even better. Best massage Ive experienced here in Silicon Valley.

Ive only been to Roman Paradigm once but I can say that its the best massage place Ive ever been to. I can tell with the massage techniques that their massage therapists are well trained and are very professional. Another good thing about this place, is their customer service. I always receive specials through email and I always want to avail of them but I just dont have the time to get a massage these days (although my body is begging for it). When I make special requests through email, I would always get a positive response from Doreen. Every time somebody asks me where to go for a massage I will always say Roman Paradigm! :)

I tried to book with this woman. She rescheduled the time that I booked online to the same day, over a phone discussion. This is my first time booking with this woman and she insisted that I Venmo her the money before I even showed up. Venmo gives no recourse to get my money back as I do not know this woman and it is not a credit card. When I tried to work with her and say that I would pay when I showed up, even ahead of the massage, she said that her time is valuable and she does not move on paying in advance because I could be a no show…even though the meeting was in an hour… This was extremely disappointing as I was injured and expressed to her that I greatly needed a massage. I feel that she tried to take advantage of the situation. No business I know would demand payment, pretty much in cash, before the services were provided or before even meeting the person. Very very unprofessional and sketchy.

Roman Paradigm is the best place to find professional massage therapists that really have your health in mind. Whatever type of pressure you want or a specific area worked on, they do what you want. They also give you advice about exercise and diet to help with any chronic or recurring issues. Plus, their location is relaxing and beautiful, just like a spa! They are the best and so worth the money!! You get what you pay for and RP is first class!!

Suzanne was amazing. She knew just how to work on my post partum body. I came in with persistent headaches and she was able to work out the trigger points so that I didn’t have any headaches for weeks afterwards! I’d recommend her for anyone suffering from chronic pain!

I have been suffering from chronic back pain since last seven year and my therapists Robert could help in explaining some of my problems root cause and worked on my tight muscles to provide deep relief. Ive always had a wonderful experience with the masseuses at Roman Paradigm. Almost all the masseuses Ive dealt with have had tons of training and some are physical therapy trained so they know your muscles well and which buttons to push to get you moving freely again. I try to come at least once a month but wish I could come more often. Thanks Team Roman!

I have been here a couple of times and found that all my experiences here have been nothing less than amazing. The therapists are very knowledgeable in their work and will even focus on areas that need tending to (if you ask them too). The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I had multiple visits to this place before I moved away. Some of my biggest frustrations with massage spas include: scheduling conflict, non-certified inexperienced therapists, and awkwardness. RPM does the job. There are openings, my therapist has many massage acronyms behind his title, and I dont feel violated.

No need to ramble. RPM is the best for somebody looking for true massage therapy.Caron has ben my main therapist and is incredible. A 90 minute massage is around $100 which is not too expensive (or too cheap)

Came in for my 1st time to get a Lymphatic massage.it was not it ! The lady named Holly was chatting during the massage and she did not get the main lymph nodes basically i just got a Basic massage for the price of a lymphatic one $150. Left the place feeling some type of way ...
